Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
At this point, I've recorded over 1,000 podcast episodes in the last 5 years. This is on the top 5. It's absolutely worth the listen to - just might not be with the kids around.
We sit down with Dr. Angela Rahm and her husband, Stig, for a frank, funny, and deeply practical look at sexual wellness that goes beyond quick fixes.
Their story begins with PT-141, a peptide that targets brain receptors tied to arousal and motivation, and expands into smart stacking with a sublingual “Thrill Pill” and a new Elate nasal spray featuring oxytocin and tadalafil. The result isn’t just better performance; it’s a full-body “wake up” that rekindles playfulness, comfort, and connection for BOTH men and women.
If you’ve tried Viagra or Cialis and felt underwhelmed, or if discomfort has made sex feel like work, this is a new path. We cover telehealth privacy, prescription compounding, and safe experimentation so you can tailor a plan to your life.
The big takeaway: libido is a health signal and a relationship asset. When desire returns, everything from flirty banter to shared rituals comes back online.

Meet The Hosts And Guests
SPEAKER_04Peptides are powerful and often misunderstood.
SPEAKER_02And we are here to change that. I'm Dr. Kylie Burton. And I'm Jessica Brickie.
SPEAKER_04This is Pep Talk. Peptides Unpacked. Science made simple. Results made real. We have very, very, very special guests with us today. And I used guests with an S because it's Dr. Angela Rahm and her husband, um, Steag. I almost said it wrong again. I made sure I got it this time. Uh, they have been so gracious to come on and to talk to us about love and about sexual health and about sex through the ages, whether you're 36 like me or 60 like my other three on this podcast. Just you're not quite 60 yet.
SPEAKER_02No, I haven't hit that mark yet. We're 50, we're gonna hit 55 in November.
SPEAKER_00So 60 is starting to get further into my rear view mirror.
Why Talk About Sex And Aging
SPEAKER_04I'm 60. Well, it's a long ways in front of me still. So, but before you know it, like it my son is eight, and I'm like, oh my gosh, he's turning nine next month, and then it's like halfway to 18. He's already got half of his life in my home, and it like made me panic. I know because it goes by so fast. It does. So I want to welcome you guys on and say thank you for joining us and thank you for being so open about something that very few people are. And Jess and I have been so excited to have this conversation because of the need for it. Yeah. Um, so we're gonna talk today about sexual wellness and about connection and intimacy within a relationship. Or, you know, if you're single and you want it elsewhere too, great. I don't care. Um, but we have so we have Dr. Angela and her and her husband stake with us, and we're gonna talk about the power of peptides because it's a peptide podcast. But we're talking about specifically about three different products. So as we go along our conversation, we're gonna focus on product number one, PT141. Product number two is what we call the thrill pill, and then product number three is our brand new elate spray. And I'm so excited to hear your guys' experience with them and what you've been able to accomplish. The the type of relationship that you have now. Um, my husband and I, I'm I'm always an open book. So my husband and I have been doing uh relationship coaching for probably the last eight months or so. Um, she's actually gonna be our next guest. But it's amazing to see when you have intimate conversations how that transfers over. So, since we're all open books today, let's just start talking.
SPEAKER_03All right.
SPEAKER_04Um, Angela, uh, will you guys give us a little bit of background about who you are, how you met, the fun things.
SPEAKER_01But we have very different viewpoints on how we met, but we won't go there today. We don't have that much time. Um we were a lot younger back then. So we have been married for 18, 18 years, knowing each other for 21. Took them three years. However, um what I do personally, um, I've kind of gone from being a franchise restaurant franchise uh person to um being a licensed naturopathic doctor here in Wisconsin. So I've been practicing for 15 years. That's how I met uh Kylie in one of her pod or one of her uh courses. And um you can say what you do and we can talk about us.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean I I I came out of the finance world. I retired seven years ago now from Morgan Stanley. And now I do a lot of consulting with companies, developing businesses, brand building, things of that nature. So it just keeps me busy.
SPEAKER_02So entrepreneurs and busy. So it's hard, I would think, as our bodies are changing, number one, and number two, being busy to nurture the relationship and pay attention to those little uh physical changes that are happening in our body and how to nurture that.
Relationship Ruts And Busy Lives
SPEAKER_01First five years, we didn't really have to think about it actually twice as normal, you know. Yeah, actually. And you know, when you're excited and you're in a new relationship, and new relationship for some people can be a month and some it can be 10 years, and some, you know, uh, you know, their whole lives. Yeah. But you know, for us, I would definitely say like the first five years were we were very active and having a lot of fun, maybe even a little bit more than that. It dwindles down, you know, you get comfortable, right? Comfortable and you get busy, and that intimacy and that whole part of your relationship just tie tends to take a step back. And I would say for women, probably more so. Um, you know, more of dealing with the kids stuff. And I was, you know, an entrepreneur of uh fran franchises and he was he was busy, but you know, his was like he could do it in his sleep. Mine every day was like, you know, you never knew. So I sometimes I'd come home and I just that's the last thing on my plate. I mean, to even be thinking about it, you know, once we once kind of that honeymoon effect wore off.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well, yeah, you get to this point where because you're so comfortable with each other, you know, at least we are, and we've always been able to to talk about it. But we'd get to that point where it's like, you want to have sex tonight? I don't know, do you? No, I want to go to sleep. All right, let's go to sleep. And that's how it would be. We'll do it in the morning. Yeah, we'll do it in the morning, and then oh my gosh, I'm running late. I can't.
SPEAKER_04So it I'm 10 years in, and it all it's the same conversation.
First Experience With PT-141
SPEAKER_00And you have to you have a bunch of littles. You really do have to schedule, and but even then terrible at schedule. Well, we're going, you know, for two of us, we go 10 different directions because we're we're balancing different businesses and having a lot of fun. But I think it it really is about feeling better myself, feeling better about ourselves. And I you know, I think I'm just gonna jump into my 141 story for you because I think we're gonna where that's where everything changed dramatically for us. So this goes back what eight weeks ago? Probably November. So I think it was November. I I had to go out to Charleston for a meeting on Sunday morning, had to be up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight. And Saturday I'm out doing some errands, and I get home and it's about 10:30 in the morning, and she says, Here's your PT 141. She goes, I already took my shot. First time ever. Take it.
SPEAKER_02Did you know what it was, or did you just say, My wife knows?
SPEAKER_00I knew some of what it did. You know, look, she's my doctor. She just hands me stuff and says, That's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_02We all kind of do that.
SPEAKER_00And so far it hasn't been cyanide.
SPEAKER_01So it's keep some on his toes.
SPEAKER_00So, you know, and I've told this story in front of some amazing people that uh has been funny, but we're watching TV. I'm sitting in a chair, she's on the couch, it's 6:30 at night, and all of a sudden, bam! I'm like, what the heck's going on? I had the full erection, and I but it wasn't just that. And that's what I love about this product. My whole body was doing something that it hadn't done since I was probably 25 or 30.
SPEAKER_02Wait a minute. I need to back up and pause you for one quick second. So you're telling me that in for you, it that was all of a sudden you had like a change in your blood flow, or do you think that you had a change in like, hey, I'm interested, I want to do this. And then the physical came because of that.
SPEAKER_00I think that's it. It all started here and it just ran, but it's incredible. But anyway, I turned to her and I said, We have to have sex now.
SPEAKER_02So like I yeah, we know the change. Did you feel it, Angela? Were you there? Did you meet that? Like, was that were you having a reaction in that way yet? No, when he's done, I'll kind of tell my version.
SPEAKER_01Okay, different. It is different.
SPEAKER_00That's different for both of us. So anyway, I just want to recap, Stig.
SPEAKER_04It started with like the brain, as you say, here down.
SPEAKER_00But it just felt like my whole body had just sudden awakened.
SPEAKER_04Well, that's a good word. I love it.
SPEAKER_00And so I'll just tell the rest of that 11 o'clock at night. I know I've got to be up at four. She's driving me to the airport, so she's got to be up at four. Well, 11 o'clock at night, I was horny and ready to go again. But I'm like, oh man, I'm not gonna wake her up. I haven't waited, I haven't awakened her for sex in 25 years. No, it's not that long. We haven't been together that long. But you know, it's been a I get the point. Yeah, and so I go to another bedroom because I say, I gotta get some sleep. About 2 a.m. It happens again. Get up, go to the airport, and I just now you're separated.
SPEAKER_04Now you're screwed.
SPEAKER_00Now we're separated, and I call her, I land in O'Hare, and I'm going to my next gate, and I call her and I go, honey, I can't take this. Every step I'm rubbing, and I just want to, you know, it's crazy. And that's how it was.
SPEAKER_02Now, did you do the full prescribed dose too on the first go?
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Would you say that that was too much?
Brain Chemistry vs Blood Flow
Women’s Perspective And Comfort
SPEAKER_01So let me chime in here a little bit. Okay. Maybe. Because we've tried, we've taken it down to 10 and 15. And even the 15 is the well, our dosing anyway. Yes. It's not as intense for sure, but it still has its kick. The half dose wasn't so much. It doesn't mean you can't do that. And I would maybe recommend somebody, especially men, do start there and plan to be at home. Take a code for a couple of days. Okay, gotcha. I would say just a day. If you're if you start with a half a dose, a couple, maybe a couple of times, because you really only want to take it um twice a week at full dose. You could maybe microdose it, but I would get a feel for how your body's going to respond to it because it depends. I mean, this is not, this is not a hormonal, this isn't like Viagra, which is blood flow, and it's not like um testosterone, which is like endocrine hormone, right? This is about the chemistry in the brain. This is about waking this little part of your brain that's about desire and motivation and that sexual drive. That's what this is about. So that's what makes this so cool, is it it's not gonna, it's not gonna make you be a weirdo. Like, yeah, you know, but it just it's like, wow, if you really want to, if you feel like you've lost that, which for I'll tell I'll talk about mine in a second, my experience. But with him, what was so great for me is I love my husband. I love spending time with him. Um, we're best friends, like we're we and you know, we just as well should be, but but we just have lost that kind of fire for that relationship. Not he'll be like, literally, you want to have sex, and I'll be like, Yeah, I no, no, I don't, but how long has it been? I guess we should. Well, and it's I have a couple patients who have prostate cancer, and this woke me up, and this is why I bought this peptide, is because they both were told by their doctors, men who don't have good sexual health have a tendency to develop uh prostate cancer because they don't use it, and so and also libido is a sign of how kind of your health, how healthy you are. A poor libido, there's usually things that link up to that. So we kind of can look at both of those factors for men and even women with low libido about our our sexual health. And I was just like, man, I'm I do way too much to try to be healthy to have some libido issue be the problem. And um, for us, it was really um, I really wanted to make sure health-wise, we were on top of things, but it was it's so great to see him. He's so playful now, like he used to be. He'd be like, Well, and let me let me tell you how much you weigh, sit on my lap. And I I will tell you with women, one of our biggest things is you know, when I lose that 15 or 20 pounds, when I feel good in my body, yeah, then I'll want to have sex. Well, that kind of is true, but it's not to the level people, it's not like that just fires up once you lose the weight. And for a lot of women, especially in their late 40s and 50s and beyond, we we have a tendency to just be like not thrilled with the way our bodies look, but we think, oh, if we get that part better, then the sexual part will be better.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, and I don't think that ever really played itself out in all those areas. But for me, you know, she says playful, but I feel younger. I really do mentally, emotionally, I feel like crazy. Not you know, I'm I'm gonna be 64 in June. You know, the parts every decade the parts are working less the way they should.
SPEAKER_01Optimally.
SPEAKER_00Optimally. But this has this has been a game changer for us. I and she said when I went out to that meeting, she said, Oh, you're gonna start telling everybody right away. No, I'm not. Well, of course I did. I started telling my partners, I gotta tell you what happened in the last 24 hours.
SPEAKER_01I'm on a patient call and my phone is blowing up, and I finally get off the call, I call him back, and somebody else answers, hey, I want some of that. What do they call it?
SPEAKER_00Like boner juice or something. Yeah, but who is this? So in that story, she's coming out to Charleston the end of the week to just have fun with us and visit. And I tell her, I say, bring some PT 141 out for my partner and his his wife.
SPEAKER_01I don't we don't not recommend doing what he is about to talk about. But anyway, they're good for us. Right.
SPEAKER_00I forgot about it. Well, then he and I were at uh an event down in Orlando a month or so later, and we're sitting at a table, and we're with former professional athletes whose names, if I said who they were, you'd go, I've heard of them or I know who they are.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_00We're sitting around this table.
SPEAKER_04Big athlete, girl.
SPEAKER_00You gotta tell them, you gotta tell them that story. I'm no. So I tell the story, and I've got you know NBA, MVP, football MVP guys grabbing my phone, putting their information in saying, I want that.
SPEAKER_04And so Angela's Angela's like jackpot.
SPEAKER_00Well, but what it says is when they hear the story, and I talk not just about what a Viagra or a Cialis does, but I talk about my whole body changing, the whole experience. I know they're in their heads going, oh man, I have that same problem.
Dose Titration And Safety
SPEAKER_01And it's not that spark again. This this wasn't like a 24-hour thing. It I mean, we've probably taken taken maybe seven shots or something like that since November. So it lingers and it it changes the brain chemistry, and it's not just about that sexual drive, like let's go do it. It's really change, it's it's a long job, in a way, it's a longevity peptide too, because it he feels better, he feels younger, and uh, and I you feel it staying in the body and and that that feeling of hey, I wanna be a man.
SPEAKER_02I gotta tell you, it's in my refrigerator, and I can't wait. But I still have freaking kids that live in my house that are adults, and I'm like, when are they gonna get out so we can get to it? You better get it. I feel like this is gonna happen, and we're gonna not be discreet.
SPEAKER_00So you will be to talk to Kylie because she's already got it figured out. Her son's gonna be nine and he's gonna be gone in nine years.
SPEAKER_02That's it. I'm doing something wrong. There's no doubt.
SPEAKER_04So speaking of which my parents aren't my parents have never been empty nesters, they were empty nesters in like six months, and then we got brothers moving in with them who still live with them. So I should I should quit giving them a little bit.
SPEAKER_01Well, here's from if you want to hear from a women's perspective, please. Yes. So I turned oh I think you're like, all right, no, I'd like to hear. So I turned 60 in October, and uh you know, libido's probably been significantly reduced for about five, seven, five to seven years.
SPEAKER_04Angela, pause for just a second here because you just said you turned 60, and yet you feel I know from your socials that you feel better now than you did like at 40.
SPEAKER_01100. Oh, 100%, and look better for sure. Yes, you're smoking smoking things like I see you in bikinis, like you're you're rocking this age here. And I don't work out a lot because I don't like to work out, so I I gotta work on that. That's my goal. But um, for PT 141, it was like I said, what I mainly was thinking of it to help me help him be healthier, right? And so that's how I was like, okay, we're gonna do this. And when I first took it, so I took it actually the Saturday before. He had kind of selective hearing and didn't really hear me. I don't think he knew what it was, so he wasn't paying attention, but I'm like, I'm gonna take that shot, you know. And he just like, okay.
Confidence, Playfulness, And Bonding
SPEAKER_00So to be fair, every day she hands me four or five syringes.
SPEAKER_01No, not every day.
SPEAKER_02Literally the same thing in my house.
SPEAKER_01I get it. Oh, you can't help it, they're so good. But so what happened is I took it and I took it probably around two o'clock in the afternoon, and the whole thing went kind of the day went by and it was evening again. And I just said, Yeah, I took that shot and I didn't really I didn't really feel anything, but I kind of I was nauseated and I had kind of so I think maybe I'm coming down with something. It turns out that is a side effect for some people, yeah. So I just and I never get sick, so it was kind of I don't know if you remember that. I was just kind of like, I'm gonna go take a nap. Like, I just didn't feel that great. So I thought, oh, maybe I'm just coming down with this bug everybody's getting. Well, all of a sudden, it's like bedtime, and I just kind of was like scratching myself a little bit because I had a little itch, and it was like, well, that's pretty tingly down there, and it was like sleep time, like it was lights out, he was probably already asleep, and I'm tired, like I am not waking him up. I'll what's happening to my body, but I'm tingling, like that, and it wasn't like tickle tickle, it was a tingle, right?
SPEAKER_04And so I I know a lot of people complain about the women's dryness, the vaginal dryness. Yes, so too.
SPEAKER_01I guess like when you say tingle, I think does it lubricate as well? So here's what so this was my first weekend, and then we did our joint thing the following weekend. Yes, I would say from the get-go, um, from that, because we didn't we didn't trial and error it the first time when I did it, but definitely leading up to this first uh at least a couple years, it was almost painful to start having sex, especially without lubricants. And I'm just I don't like putting all that like I don't know what's in some of this stuff, and I don't know, I'm just like let's get busy kind of thing. And so um definitely so much less, like no pain really at all. And we didn't really need even if we used lubricant before, there was still that yeah, a little bit, but um a couple more times it was like this is not uncomfortable at all. So it that is one of the things that it does. And from an experience of the how it felt having intercourse was actually the sensation was definitely heightened. And I just I felt like this is how it used to feel. Yeah, and I know I asked you, it's like, what does it feel for you with me? Like, what do you notice?
Thrill Pill And Stacking Options
SPEAKER_00And it you can make well more engagement, absolutely more engagement, more a little more intense, more playful because it's not a let's get this done obligatory check mark about is if you've ever seen the two and a half men where Alan's in bed with this French woman and he's all excited and she just lays it back straight and turns her head and goes, just do it. That's how it got to. It's like okay, we have to do this, but it doesn't feel you know, neither one of us has our desire in it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's changed again.
SPEAKER_01I mean, we're like even just ready to get into the shower, be like, ooh, maybe I should take a shower with you. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04My husband always says, I like it when you're more engaged. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, who doesn't?
SPEAKER_04That's the thing to think about it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we lose that in a relationship too, you know, sometimes because especially when you're raising kids together and you're doing all the life stuff together, it's fitting it all in. Like even just now, you got kids in the house, and you know. Got in the fridge and you don't know when you or what you should do it. Well, you you take it about three o'clock in the afternoon, and then the kids are in bed and you put on the music or TV loud.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and you know, new new love is exciting, both physically and emotionally, and you lose that. That kind of you know, I see her every day, she sees me every day. But again, and and it was like she said, it five to seven years it just started trailing off. And you know, obviously, we know from an early age, men's testosterone levels drops significantly. And I I did that back ten years ago or way more. I did t-shots, excuse me, which I hated because the needles were big and I had to shove it into my leg, but I did it, and yes, I I noticed something, but not like what I noticed with the PT 141.
SPEAKER_01Well, you use you tried what what did you try to steal it?
SPEAKER_00Oh my god, it made me feel horrible.
New Elate Nasal Spray Preview
SPEAKER_01He didn't feel weird at all taking PT 141 and just well, yeah, I did, but a good weird. A good weird, but it like the nausea, I've taken it you know, now several times, and I don't get that at all. And I'm taking the full dose. But I would say, you know, if you're just when you first start the first couple times, maybe or at least the first time, maybe do half the recommended dosing. Um, just to find out how your body's gonna react, male and female, too. So, but yeah, it's oh, I don't know.
SPEAKER_00I love doing the full dose the first time.
SPEAKER_01Well, he was disappointed when he did like a half dose. He was like, Aww.
SPEAKER_02So now that you have gone back and you so I know that you can titrate with this. Some people need to. So now you've done the full dose a handful of times. Do you feel that you do need to stay? Do you need to titrate up? Or no, you've been good at that same I I've been good at that.
SPEAKER_00And even on a couple of occasions when I've done a lower dose, it's not like, oh, nothing's happened. No, it's happening, but it's just a different funny story. Yeah, yeah, I can't tell the funny story as much anymore. But no, it's it's uh I would say that if I'm doing the full dose, we're paying attention to where we're gonna be and what's going on there. For sure.
SPEAKER_02That is wild. I just find this whole thing wild. And then I also find wild, like my husband will say to me, uh, stepping out of the bedroom for a second, like, I don't greet him at the door anymore. You know, like I'm busy, I'm doing something in my office, or I'm making dinner, or whatever. Now, uh we never not kiss each other hello, yeah. But it almost even that is like this is what we're supposed to do versus being really excited. So it sounds like this has completely changed your entire, not just your bedroom relationship, but your entire relationship.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah. It and again, it's not that we had a bad relationship, we had a comfortable relationship, and it comes boredom, you know. And now we're you know, if she had told me three months ago, we're gonna be on a podcast talking about our sex life, I said you're like, possibly, you know, but you gotta have a sex life to talk about a sex life, sure. Right.
SPEAKER_02We were like, we gotta do this thing.
SPEAKER_00So I you know, I yeah, we're aware of of things, but I can tell you, what was it, two days ago? I did a dose, and was it full? I think it was 10.
SPEAKER_01No, no, was it full?
How To Start The Conversation
SPEAKER_00Oh, 15. 15. Okay, so we we split the difference because and I still I'm still feeling that. So it's not like again that was two days ago.
SPEAKER_01Two days ago, yeah, but not like your pants are rubbing against you and you can't go in public. No, but the excitement of it.
SPEAKER_02Well, that's debatable, Angela.
SPEAKER_00Okay, as long as we're throwing it out there. I called her from the store the other day. I was walking through the store and I'm like, I'm walking, and all of a sudden I'm going, why do I feel that way down there?
SPEAKER_02Oh my gosh, I haven't felt like that.
SPEAKER_00I had a shot a couple hours ago. It's like, I gotta get home.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so I have another question then. If you do obviously, you two have great communication. Not every couple does. I mean, I my husband and I have great communication too, so this is a non-issue for us, but I think that there are gonna be people um that don't and are embarrassed to talk to their spouse, what their relationship is or whatever. Me, when I'm talking to people, I encourage people to have just let's start the conversation, let's be open about it. Because I feel like if one person does this and the other one doesn't, you're not you're gonna be on different wavelengths. So the hurt or the whatever that might be already going on, like if if one person has more drive than the other in the relationship, you're already experiencing maybe some relationship hurts because you're not in the same page, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, this isn't a guarantee that this is gonna save your relationship. But it's you know, but you want to not deal with that.
SPEAKER_00It's if this is what it takes to have that conversation that, hey, I just heard about this thing and you may not want to hear about it. But most people, I believe, that aren't interested in sex after they used to be, they're in a relationship, it's because they're not performing the way they used to, and they're they're embarrassed about it. And so it's easier to just shut that down.
Privacy, Telehealth, And Access
SPEAKER_01And sometimes it's the other person who thinks it's their they're not attracted to them, or it's something that's what I mean, the hurt. Yeah, and then because there's not that, but it's actually it could be the male who's worried about performing, and if the time ever did arise, or maybe it did arise and he didn't.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and and and if you're in that mode and you're getting older where you're naturally dropping off in your desires, it's like yeah, and it's you know, kind of back to my point of you know, you want to have sex? I don't know, I'm gonna go to sleep. All right.
SPEAKER_01That we finally had to have a conversation, and he he he's really good about that. I'm a little he's just more open with sex, and I'm not a lot of people think I am, I don't know why. Okay, I get that, okay. You're a little more reserved, but I I am like, I am not like well, give me a couple cocktails, maybe, but on a very sober morning, not so much, and so he started just saying, you know, I'm I'm really concerned. This was this was six, seven years ago you started because we did a whole how he say get your crap together course and all this like stuff that we learned. And I was really worried that I wasn't being the wipe that he deserved. And I knew that this was a big deal for him, but yet I just couldn't get myself to like be super open to what he I felt he really would like. And so when I came back from my um time in that um personal development, we actually started talking about it more, and that kind of we just it wasn't easy, it wasn't easy, but it was necessary for sure.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think even the healthiest relationships sex takes a back seat, and and the longer it's in the backseat, the less you can't.
SPEAKER_01You don't really know who or where it started from, and then you start ruminating about yourself, and then you're like, is it me? Am I too fat? Am I not attractive? Or he's thinking, oh, I maybe not able to perform like I used to, or what if I can't perform? Or you know, it's like because I've had moments where I can't. I'm not thinking about it like I used to.
Comparing PT-141 To Viagra/Cialis
SPEAKER_02Yeah, wow, this is really remarkable. All right, I want to get your opinion then, because obviously this is all around PT141, which is an injectable. So we are talking about an injectable PT141. So um the company that we are all working with re put out a new product that just came out this week, which is really exciting, which is a nasal spray. Um, I'm assuming none of us have got it. I just ordered it. Happy Valentine's Day, ordered it today. I ordered mine to me literally, it dropped on the site, and I was on there in 15 minutes and I ordered it. Um that being said, it has the PT141 in it, but it also has the oxytocin and it has the tadelaphil. So those are different, those last two ingredients are different. You've done okay, you've done the so the same ingredients, just a different delivery. So now that you you have had that experience, what would you say with the PT141 injection versus your experience with the thrill pill?
SPEAKER_01Or an injection is always going to be a little bit more like intense of a delivery, right? Because you're injecting it when you have something like the thrill pill, which dissolves under the tongue. Sorry, I got a tickle in my throat. Um, that is usually like anywhere from say 20 minutes to maybe a couple hours, it could take, but um, the new nasal spray that's a direct hit. And we know this is doing it's it's a brain peptide. This is not a sexual, like hormonal thing. And so um the nasal spray, I'm anxious to try it because different delivery system, I think it could be a little bit more fast acting.
SPEAKER_00That's what they're saying. It may not stay in the body as long.
SPEAKER_01I don't know, but no, and it's easier on this the body, like it won't have as many side effects, I think.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and we haven't done the PT 141 and the thrill pill in conjunction with each other.
SPEAKER_02So you did, didn't you? I have.
SPEAKER_00You did it.
Recap, Free Gift, And Next Steps
SPEAKER_02Oh, I did. If you follow you, if you follow the other day, okay if you follow your wife's socials, you would know that. Man, I couldn't wait to hear how your weekend went early when I took it.
SPEAKER_00Because I know I don't have to follow my wife's social because all three of my brothers call me and go, Did you see what your wife just posted?
SPEAKER_01Same, same in my house. Whatever. No, I did, and and that's when you said, Oh, that doesn't know what I said. That's how you were like, Oh, you're like a little more frisky, okay.
SPEAKER_02Well, and more lubricant like so. That's the difference. That's what I'm getting to, right? So the tidalophil, which as Kylie and I, we were on our call earlier today. We understand that this is a form of it's a generic form of sadalis. That's about vascular um yes, circulation. So this is going to be about blood flow to the genitals for men and women. This is not just the guy thing because women need this too. So this is about like the readiness and the response in that area with that. So was it different for you?
SPEAKER_01Yes. Yeah, definitely a little bit more um sensitivity. Yeah, yeah. And so you they are they do stack well together. Now you wouldn't take you, there would be no reason to take the thrill pill and the nasal with a PT 141, but I would say don't, I mean, don't be a hero and try to be, you know, superwoman or superman and do both coming out of the gate. I would, I would dabble in one or the other. A more gentle approach would be either the nasal spray or the thrill pill. Um, I didn't really know much about these when I first decided to purchase it. So now that I've been diving into it, this is our second webinar talking about this. So we're a little bit more informed. So my recommendation would be, you know, start with like half the dose and maybe try it half, you know, when you're gonna be home for a male, for a woman, it's it's not like you're gonna be like, oh my god, like I mean, if you're with somebody like our first situation, but um, just starting out maybe a little bit lower dosing, see how your body's gonna react. And then after you've done maybe a couple, note is there something like, do I feel like I need a little bit more? And I'll be curious to see how the nasal spray works for him with that. I'm at a point now where I feel very confident because we don't want to increase things too much too fast, right? Um, I mean, this does it it could raise your heart rating.
SPEAKER_00So I'm I'm losing butter. You guys are saying though that the nasal spray, you won't take that in conjunction with the other two because it is the other two.
SPEAKER_01No, well, it's less of a different delivery. You could use you could use the spray with PT 141, or you could use the thrill pill with PT 141.
SPEAKER_02Even though the spray and the thrill pill have PT 141, it's much less. Yes. So it it is gonna be different, and I think every you're right. Like to, I mean, I haven't experienced it, so to your point, it is gonna be very per everybody's gonna be on a very personal journey. Stig, did you do the thrill pill by itself?
SPEAKER_00Yes, and what was that before we had the PT 141? And so your response to that was was yeah, I mean, there was there was activity down there, it's not like story worthy, but it wasn't like okay, yes, I'm getting an erection, I I feel a little something, but not even close to what the PT 141 injection did for me. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I think having that that stack to have that ability to, you know, it's not like order it and then go balls to the wall, so to speak, I guess.
SPEAKER_00Well, no pun intended. A nasal spray at noon, and five o'clock, I take the thrill pill and by 5 30.
SPEAKER_01This is not medical advice. Yeah, men in the ER. Um, no, I I just feel that you know, we just give your body some time to get to learn how this works. It's a peptide, it mimics what our bodies should be doing. We used to do it a lot, you know, when we were younger. And now we're we're turning up that signal to the brain again. We're not pushing anything and we're not suppressing anything. We're not we're not forcing the body to do something that it doesn't already know how to do. And that's what I love about peptides, all peptides. I mean, there's nobody dies from taking peptides, you know. You take too much, you might throw up, or you might have a stomachache or a headache, but nobody dies, nobody get cancers, nobody, nobody has any horrific life-threatening issues with peptides, but despite all the scared tactics that are out there. Oh, and and we're talking compounded versions of these peptides. These are safe, they're tested, they're they're not, you know, research.
SPEAKER_00Right, they're not so you know, we're not they should do something else so that pharma can patent it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and they're you know, they're prescription-based with licensed doctors in every state, even as doctors. We still, you know, it's such a great way to be able to help people across state lines and do all that to be able to offer this. But the pharmacy um is so wonderful and their peptides are really high quality. I'm I'm very impressed with them. So I I recommend people try it. Don't be embarrassed. Talk, you know, if you're embarrassed, take it and then just don't say anything and see how you react. See what happens. Yeah. See what happens.
SPEAKER_02Like, like I said at the beginning, too, when we started, this is a great if you have a hard time having the conversation. It's a lot easier to have that conversation through the screen. And also anybody that's listening that decides to go and do this, whether you're working with Kylie or Angela or myself and you're doing this, we will never see what you get because of HIPAA laws. This will be something that we refer to the telemedicine company that we work with. And when you place an order, we will see that you place an order, but we won't know what you talk about with your provider. We will not see what it is that you were ordered. It will remain private. Nobody knows, and nobody knows what's getting delivered to your house.
SPEAKER_00Unless you're married to Angie and you have to tell everybody on the podcast.
SPEAKER_02I was gonna say something like that too, unless you want to come be our next guest. I was gonna get your phone. My husband, and and and I will tell you, I put some stuff out the other day talking about this, and my husband's response to me is like, Well, I can no longer share your stuff because of the people that I work with. I mean, he as we talked about off the recording that he works for a um pretty conservative company.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So he's like, I can't necessarily have sex too. Well, that's the thing. I'm like, I think that you'd be surprised what the response is, but yes, but I get it. But this I just want to make that point clear to everybody that is thinking it is easier to maybe have a conversation with somebody you don't know in privacy with on a computer screen or on a keyboard on a subject that maybe you're not ready to talk about out loud yet. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00I want to reiterate something I said earlier because I think it's important because I've talked to other friends of mine who've had similar situations. I had tried Viagra and Cialis, and Cialis especially would make me lightheaded and I would feel a little nauseous, and it really didn't do what I was told it was supposed to do.
SPEAKER_01I don't even remember those days.
SPEAKER_00And this again, I said it two or three times. It's a game changer.
SPEAKER_01He's a fan.
SPEAKER_02Brain, not yeah, because that'll follow. Oh man, I really appreciate you guys sharing this and being so brave to hop on here. I'm sitting here the whole time going, I can't wait to blast this podcast out. This is uh I'll talk about anything with anybody. I say that all the time.
SPEAKER_01Um, and we have don't forget we got that free gift through the 14th. It's a rose massager.
SPEAKER_02We can say anything we want on this. This is our podcast, but yes, this is our podcast. TikTok viral rosebud personal massager that works on air pressure. Um, so that's that is an exciting thing. Uh I did go down, I went down, I did, I had to Google it because I didn't know. And um, I learned some new things, which is pretty interesting and really exciting that is coming. So, yes, I don't know if you're listening to this and it is in February of 2026, um, and it is after February 14th, this is going to no longer be available. But if it is prior to that that you get to listen to that, go on there if it's still available. Um, grab yourself one, it'll be a lot of fun.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I just want to recap. PT141 is more libido-oriented. Um, and then you've got your lozenge, which is the thrill pill, and then you have your elate nasal spray, which is the new spray. If you order that before February 14th of 2026, that comes with a gift as long as the 5,000 gifts are still available. So if you're hearing this and you're at all interested, just go order it because you don't know how you're gonna react. And you never know. That might create the spark that helps fuel a better relationship than you're experiencing right now. So any final words?
SPEAKER_01I just would recommend no matter where you're at, if you feel like you are missing an element in this area, try it.
SPEAKER_00Because stop denying yourself. You deserve a healthy sex life no matter how old you are, and you know, put on your big girl panties and have a talk with your partner.
SPEAKER_01That's men and women. There's a lot of women who, because they're men are very shy and set they're just you know, yeah, insecure about this. I mean, they all playing football and wrestling. I mean, how many times do they get kicked in the you know, nuts and like that, all of that makes nuts and then all the head injuries too.
SPEAKER_04You're getting it both ways, where like we mentioned earlier, it's coming from the brain down, not the genitals up, which is a beautiful, beautiful new way to think about it and new approach. And these are safe with other peptides too.
SPEAKER_02Right. Trust me. We love our peptides.
