Hi, this is your host Kasia Speaking. Welcome to another episode of the Daydreamer podcast. No matter if you're listening or you're watching on YouTube, I'm so glad you came here and then you're back. And it's it's really amazing to see how many people around the world listen from so many places. It feels quite crazy that um someone like it from so many places in the world, people are interested. So welcome if you're new, welcome again if you're coming back to another episode. So I like to start with a little chit chat. I don't think the chit chat will be long today, um, but yeah, the energies still feel very uh rough, very tiring, exhausting. How are you feeling? Um, has the spring? I mean, depending where you are in the world on this hemisphere, um, we are in the coming into this. I mean, we are fully in the spring right now, everything is blossoming, the weather is getting much better, which obviously helps. Um, at the same time, there is this underlying tiredness. I don't know why I thought I was kidding myself that the second we finish energies from the last year, it will be much more uh energetic um immediately practically, and it is quite weird to uh think to believe because in reality that what happened last year was so severe, like the energies were so severe that it takes a long time to recover. So if you are still recovering from the energies of last year, if you think unwell, if you are tired, if your body is ill, you're not alone. I this is what I wanted to say today. And let's move on to that subject for today. And the subject for today is how to attract your soulmate. Love, finding love, having um happily in love, finding your happily ever after, is such a um such an important thing to so many of us. All humans need to be loved. It's it's in in us, it's like in our soul, uh this this beautiful purest energy of all. It's so important. Um we you crave it from parents, we crave it from partners. It's just like amazing to know that you are this one special person for someone. It's really is amazing. So I want to do a little bit of a caveat here. Everybody has a different story, right? So these are only examples um of what things you should look at to um to attract your soulmate. It's um it there will be a lot covered here that should be uh resonating with majority of people, but still we are individual beings with our own stories, so obviously it's not a personalized approach, it's a generalized approach, but it should be working for most of you. So I do hope that you will take away something from it. Okay, so something that nobody likes. You go to the therapist and they start from asking you about your childhood and your parents. People are typically rolling their eyes. However, we really cannot undermine the effect on our life of like what's the relationship with our parents or what type of parents uh they were. It's like it's such a massive part of our life. They are with you or they're not in those years where you are such um so have such a high flexibility, plasticity, like they're like you're getting molded, you're learning, you like you are like a sponge. We know that of course you can learn every like every stage of your life, but when you are a kid, children are like sponges, so they learn a lot, and it's not only languages or education, it's also behaviors and patterns, um, emotional patterns, behavioral patterns, it all starts there. So there are different configurations of what type of parents um we had, or like I say, didn't have because maybe you were raised by a single parent, maybe you didn't have parents at all, or maybe you had both parents, but one was absent all the time. It's this classic traditional um, you know, the stereotypical way of the household. A mother is taking care of the children, father is at work all day. Um, God knows when he's come back, he comes back, he's not big, you don't want it like to bother him. I mean, you want to bother him, but he doesn't want to be bothered, and then you are like so you're not that close. It's one of the options. There's many, many options, and a lot of them will create something to work with. I recently, and not even recently, many times in my life, I wondered what kind of um relationship with your parents or what type of parents you have to have to actually not be scarred in any way. I don't know, I don't know what that would be, and that I think it should be a good thing for uh for parents. I mean it sounds quite contradicting that when I say it's a good thing, but when you think about it, if majority of configurations of what type of parents you had create some kind of scarring on a smaller or bigger level, then maybe you don't have to worry to be perfect parent, um, because even a perfect parent will create, may create some issues that the child will have to deal with. Um, the example is if you have parents with amazing relationships, because this is also important, it's not only your relationship with the parents, but also the relationship that your parents had. So, you know, if they have a perfect relationship, you might be going for a perfect relationship yourself, try to mimic um their behaviors, try to like mimic their relationship, try to uh look for someone who's exactly like your dad or like your mom because they were perfect, forgetting that you are a different person, you may need something else, and then you might be comparing yourself to them, and always feels like a failure because it's never as good as what they have. So that's why I think it's uh actually positive from that perspective that if you are a parent and want to become a parent, um know that you can relax a bit more. Try as much as you know, of course, try to be a good parent, but relax that I'm not sure it's possible to act in a way that there is never anything that that will cause some some trouble. Um, it's obviously not everything in ourselves needs fixing, right? That's that's just one to say that if you live your life and you're happy and you know that you have a few things but they don't bother you too much, they don't go in the way of your relationships, fine. Like we typically should focus on things that are detrimental to the quality of our life. So that's that's part. So like I won't give you here um how to fix relationships with your parents. I would like you to start, of course, it you may need a specialist help if there were some bigger problems, but also I would like you to at least try starting from thinking about that relationship, looking at your current life and seeing what kind of patterns maybe you are repeating, or is there something that you're doing or see in your life that maybe cost, but something that you experienced back in the childhood, you know, inside it's a really good place to start because when you uh, for example, start sabotaging your relationship, and you know you're doing it because of something, it's much easier to control it. So, this is where I want you to start, and like I said, you may need more, you may need a specialist help, you may need to go to psychotherapist, hypnotherapist. Um, but yeah, so that's that's uh that's the first area that I want you to think about. Second area, so your past relationships or even your current relationship if you are unhappy. This is something that it can be twofold, so you can be um, like I said, behaving in certain way, choosing certain partners because of your parents, but there is a new thing here. Maybe it's not parents who scarred you, maybe it's the past relationships that did. Maybe you were somehow traumatized, cheated on. Um maybe there was even mental, physical abuse. This is extreme stuff, but this extreme stuff happened, right? Um maybe you kept on being lied to this, it's a very big chance that these things can be all build layers around you, like an arm that will just make you trust less, and while being you know, when you trust less, that you're not open in a relationship, or again, I will be using this word self-sabotaging because um when we are scared, we can do stuff to destroy even happy relationships because we don't want to be hurt, and in our reasoning, internal reasoning, it might be that it's less hurtful to destroy this relationship that allow yourself to be even more open, open-hearted, and then be hurt by the other person. It can be to give examples, it can be um let's say a man really loves a woman, um, and he cheated, even though he really loves her and he doesn't want to live without her, he cheats on her, and he may know why or he may not know why. It might be that actually he's self-sabotaging the relationship because he's afraid she will hurt him. That's a very certificate example, it can be both ways, right? But that's one of the examples. Um, and if we're not aware we're doing it, it's even worse. That's again, think about it, try to analyze your relationship, the situations. Are you repeating something? Are you continuously choosing someone that does something to you? There will be all the there will be reasons behind it, and you may need to go to someone. This is again, I'm saying don't try to be your own therapist because we are really not that objective when it comes to us. Sometimes it's really good to talk to someone who's removed from the situation. Alright, now let's move to energy. So we have different chakras, um, and then you know, energy moves through us. And in previous, um in previous uh podcasts I did some energy healings, uh, guided energy healings. So you you more or less should know, if not, you can listen to other um episodes how I what is my approach more or less. Um I also want to tell you that I'm working on a book actually, it will be a guide how to do a practical um energy healing on yourself top to bottom, plus my cards that I use for energy healing and be able to cut be to cut out from the book so you can use them to guide you a bit where you need most healing, um, or what's the what's the advice, and some uh guided cleansing done by me. So that's that should be available. Um, I do hope in May, somewhere in May, uh on Amazon. I I will once it's there, I will obviously um show it on my social media on Instagram, and I will talk about it in the next um podcast when I already have it and link it, etc. etc. So don't worry, you won't miss it. But just letting you know, um, yeah. So let's start. I always, you know, I like to go up down crown chakra. If that's blocked, you won't be getting clues from above. This is this is our connection to the divine. Then we have you know, third eye chakra. If that one is blocked, then you your intuition is blocked, your choices, your picker might be blocked, right? It's like I see it as um as a like a lighthouse, you know, and it's it's scanning and scanning and sending these uh these messages to your to your soulmate. Um throughout chakra. If that's that's that one is blocked, then then um you might be afraid to say who you really are to show who you really are. Um it's and for someone to love you, you want them to love you for who you are, and of course, I'm not talking about some toxic behaviors that need to be changed, but your core, core as a person, you don't want to be someone else, you don't want someone to love you because they think you're someone else. That would be they wouldn't be in love with you, be in love in a some kind of idealistic version of you, which of course, at the beginning of the relationship, this is what happens, right? Um, we are idealizing the other person and falling in love with that. Then we need to work through like when the pieces are start showing up. Who is this person really? All the bad and good stuff, and can you work with it? That's the important one. Heart chakra. I I cannot like I say it so many times. That is the most important. This is heart chakra. It's this is this is what's sending impulses to your soulmate. So this is like you and your soulmate, you just vibrating, sending impulses from here, and when you match, uh the vibrations match, then you start being attracted to each other, like in a physical plane. You might get signs to go somewhere, or like synchronicity start, and then whoo you meet, and that's beautiful. But why I want you to work through the previous stuff before um from your parents from your previous relationships, because what we don't want, we don't want you sending signals that you want someone who is the same way as the previous people, you fall in love because sometimes we can fall in love with what we know, and what we know might be very bad, but what we know seems for our brain safer than the new thing, or safer, or it's just we just learned it, learned to go that way, and we need to shh unlearn it. So, yes, I want you to take a good look at yourself. So the signals you're sending is actually to your soulmate, like a proper soulmate, not to some um fake toxic relationships that you don't want anymore, hopefully. And um also, you know, remember that when you're closed emotionally, when you're emotionally unavailable, you tend to attract people emotionally unavailable, right? It's um uh it is worth the risk. Real love is worth the risk, but it is risk. The more you open yourself, the more you risk being hurt, and it's scary, but without that, it's difficult to live life fully. It's the same with dreams, right? Following your dreams can also fail. That's a very scary thought, but you have to go in to know and try. Um, solar plexus chakra, um self-confidence, you know, when this one is blocked, then you may not have enough self-confidence to approach the people you like, you may be a bit too shy. Um sacral chakra, uh this sensual sensuality, attraction, also radiating attractiveness. So if this one is blocked, you may not be radiating attractiveness, and it's not only about physical appearance, it's about like this this magnetic energy that we may find people will find attractive. The right people should be the right people, and the root chakra, uh, it helps to be grounded in reality, and like I always say, it's a whole system, everything should be unblocked and flowing. If you want manifestation, should start here, go for everything and be rooted into the earth, into the reality through the through the root chakra. Um, I of course all of the stuff is like muscles, right? So, for example, let me give you examples on the third eye um chakra, for example, intuition. Try trusting your intuition if you're afraid on the big stuff, try trusting your intuition on the small stuff. The more you will try, the more you will see the difference between what you want too much, what you're afraid of, and what actually your intuition is saying. The really difference is there, but you need to practice to know. So, like I said, for all of these, there will be um, there are ways to work. on them so you know quick advice crown chakra meditating is a really good way of unblocking this one third eye like I just said trusting your intuition throat chakra try speaking up your mind try speaking being more assertive heart chakra take these risks take this emotional risks doesn't have to be me to love it can be different relationships right if nobody in your family says I love you try I mean that might be a big one um but you know you you get the gist you get what I'm saying try to do something out of your comfort zone same with this uh self-confidence try to do something you would never do um sakra chakra take care of your own sexuality um take care of your body eat well um exercise be creative maybe something you love maybe read sorry maybe write sing paint I don't know anything that is creative that you enjoy also will be working root chakra try walking barefoot on grass try being here and now try being in nature this is very quick um what you can do to work on it like I said there are ways of also going through the whole guided meditation that is cleansing this energy healing that I also do and in previous podcasts you can find how to do it and you like I said there will be my book with the guided meditation also instructions how to do it yourself also um so yeah so that's that's the ways you can go back and to other episodes you can wait at all end of May somewhere um for for the book to be available but don't like but don't I mean don't wait like start doing at least small things that I started um that I told you and like feel where is your biggest don't don't jump on everything at once but see where where do you think is your biggest problem scan your body that might be a first lesson in the intuition right all right so another one is what do you actually want do you know what kind of partner do you want if you don't then it's like universe may not know what kind of message you're sending what kind of person you actually want what they should start finding for you um you can write it down you can make a list but please I'm begging you don't do like talk dark and handsome with like oh black hair 183 um goes to gym three times a week I don't think that's the that's what you need have some non-negotiables but non-negotiables should be for example kind respectful person that I am attracted to right so that's important it doesn't have to be do they have black hair or blonde hair no because you may actually find yourself that you never thought you'd be attracted to this type of person but you are very much maybe you always wanted dark uh dark head dark complexion um guys or women and then you end up being uh in love and super attracted with someone who has almost white hair and super pale skin right so don't block yourself there may you attraction is important don't get me wrong but don't don't just block yourself on a very like specific the important thing is you are attracted to that person not the what type of colours uh hair color do they have that's that's the thing um yeah and once you write it down think about it like what do you actually want in a person that doesn't mean you get exactly that but that puts your thoughts on something like make like structurizes the wish and then ask the universe to deliver to it put that uh put that uh list somewhere live your life and once you find your soulmate and then take a look how different is that all right um what is also important yeah when I said go live your life have a happy life maybe a tall older but don't just sit at home and just you know soak just go out have fun um if you don't have oh sorry something is my eye hopefully that will be gone soon if you don't have many friends look at the local group sometimes there are some clubs groups when you can go have friends believe me I hate going out also I prefer to be at home with my husband um but sometimes it's like really good to socialize a bit I mean I'm not looking for a soulmate again anymore um I'm more like would like to have slightly more circle friends in the UK because most of my friends are in Poland so that's why I need to go out there is a chance you know that you can sit on them on one of the apps like I met my husband on Tinder and from home you can actually find someone but put this energy into action send at least like this impulse that energy is moving um just live the way you want take care of yourself um go for a run go to the gym I don't know go to Pilates um take some time to cook well for yourself or eat something readily available but a better choice um I don't know give yourself a little scrap or a face mask evening or go to the spa like depending what's your finances at the moment just take care of yourself right you can I guess I'm sure you can figure out a way to take care of yourself so when you meet this person it's actually first of all the weight will not be that horrible and when you meet them you're this radiant beautiful version of yourself that you want to show them um okay I want to now I want to now check with the cards I'm really sorry I'm digging my eye because it's really bothering me um I want to check with my cards the version of these cards prettier I'm um I really promise I'll make them prettier um the my own that I use for energy healing clients it will be available in a book but let's see I want to know what else have I missed what else should I talk about or maybe they will say exactly what I what I said okay all right okay so they are Faraday chakra blocked so to hear these cards are again like showing that you know this trusting your intuition and um I feel like the messages again not trust not only trusting your intuition but learning the difference between is it intuition that I feel butterflies when I met this guy or is it the repeat of the pattern but to know that you need to practice but you also need to work on yourself and know your blockers know your issues okay and another one is healing heal this life first because of course I do also past life healings but here yes I feel like this is the message that confirms what I said go out do whatever you love live a happy life so focus on healing your life and that energy will help you attract um the person your soulmate I want to ask also romance angels I want to ask also romance angels have I missed something what what would you like romance angels to add for people listening watching that would like to find like to attract their soulmate okay first one okay all right so we have two cards first one is express your love and the second one is trust okay so the first one is go ahead and make the romantic gesture um so how I see this card it's actually again telling you to go out and live your life and socialize it might be it might be for someone to take a first step if you have someone an eye on someone there might be a message to you but in general it is it is again like go out right live your life and trust this situation is calling for you to have faith there I'm not sure there's much to add you need to trust in your situation but in this card like I always find this like when he's pointing to the clouds in the back that's past so the first things that I was talking about your story parents past relationships
