Hi everyone, this is your host, Kasia Speaking. Welcome to the Daydreamer podcast. You haven't heard me for a while. I was quite busy, I must say. And the book that I promised, I promise it's still coming out. I was just busy with the clients and I just didn't have enough time and energy. So it's not only about time, it's also about the energy. How much for the healers of their own energy it actually takes to work with people? Um that's why I don't think it's really sustainable for uh healers to energy healers to have Monday to Saturday because often this is how people work, non-stop clients. You probably um can work like five times a week, uh, free for some people work for me, free is marks. So this is maybe more behind the scenes for people that don't are not energy healers, and um people that know what I'm talking about, that that's um you really need to find way how to build your business, that it's not only one-on-one on ones, that it's something more than that. I find energy healing to worst when it comes to energy hypnotherapy less, psychotherapy. I mean, I'm not fully practicing psychotherapy, more like a talking therapy between uh you know, to start hypnotherapy, to finish, and you know, to get to know your client. That's somewhere in between, I would say. Um, but yeah, I'm by the end of this year, I should have a diploma from the psychotherapy school, so I should also add it as a standard offering. Alright, so what I want to talk about today. Actually, not even talk about I wanted to introduce you today hypnosis slash meditation. This recently I've had a meditation I stumbled upon actually. I signed up on some newsletter and it actually went to my other folder and I found it, and it was meditation with choices, and it reminded me how often I use my own interpretation of this type of meditation. I use doors, I find doors is the most I mean I just connect with the doors and everything that is behind the doors, um, to try to make some decisions or explore different decisions, and you know what? It resonated where I like with me where I am at, and I thought that maybe it will resonate with you also because there's a lot going on. Um there's still so many heavy energies. I feel like things are moving, things are really moving, um, like right finally, but there's a lot of heavy energies that are still happening. So I want you to think about area in your life when you are stuck, and we will try to explore it together. Alright, so let's start with gently moving yourself a little bit to the position when you're fully comfortable. Of course, disclaimer: if you are driving a car, this is not the one for you. Um, it's when you come back home and you're safely at home. And if you are sitting or lying, that's all fine, just make sure you're comfortable. And if you're lying, maybe put your head a bit higher so you actually don't fall asleep. I'd rather you be awake for that, and I want you to just relax and start breathing, breathe in and breathe out, and you can feel like your breath is deepening, follow it if it stays the same way as your normal breath, that's also fine. Whatever is comfortable for you, and continue breathing, and now I would like you to imagine that you have all this golden light around you. All this golden light is around you, around your head, it's around your chest, around your belly, around your hips, it's around your legs, it's around your feet. It's like a cocoon of light that makes you feel so safe. But this cocoon of light is doing a bit more than that. Now, with every breath, just imagine that you're breathing in this light, and this light spreads across your whole body, and it's melting all the blockages, all the blockages that could stop you from seeing your available paths. It goes up and it opens your crown chakra, and even more energy is coming through the crown chakra now. It's swirling inside your head and melting everything. Now it's going through your face and neck and chest and arms and hands and belly and hips and legs, knees, your feet, your back, and it's melting, and it's under energy, this light, this beautiful sun energy, it's melting every blockage, every dark, every darker thought you may be having, every worry, and now once it melted everything, you're breathing it out. But what happens when you breathe out everything that's melted? It just transforms into more light, and it just goes back to the cocoon of light, and it's a constant process, you're just breathing in the light, it melts all the blockages, and then you breathe out, it transforms into the light. It's a constant source, it's never-ending. You can always use it when you feel like you need a little bit of cleanse, and let's not forget about the energy that is seeping through the crown chakra. It's going through one chakra after another, just opening. You can see this line between the chakras, this energy is going one by one, energizing, unblocking, melting until you are fully ready. Continue breathing. We're breathing in and we're breathing out, breathe in through your nose. When you feel you need to breathe out through your mouth, do it. But once you breathe out a few times through your mouth, just move fully to your nose. On top of the staircase. But your subconscious mind is becoming more and more active. When your conscious mind activates, your conscious mind rests, and subconscious mind activates. Let's take a step together. One step down, ten. Again, nine. Don't worry, everything is okay. You feel so different right now. Your body's so relaxed. The conscious mind is drifting away. But there is this darkness in your soul. And your soul is connected with your subconscious mind. And you are getting an access to the head. Well, enough to be uh the buttons there's the zero. Once you get the zero, it's like a surge of energy through you. Like boom. It's just like a thunder going through you. There's something happening inside of you, something good, you're getting access. And now we're standing in front of the portal. Golden portal. It has a mirror. You can see yourself and you're looking at yourself. And now it's your time to have a little chat. Because on the other side is your subconscious. And ask your subconscious, is there any area of my life that I should explore today? And listen. Listen to the ansa. Feel the ansa. Once that's done, and if you didn't hear anything or didn't feel anything, that's fine. Stick with what you wanted. That message may come through you either way. Step through the portal. You are protected, you are safe. On the other side of that portal, you see doors. It's like um it's a weird place. You feel safe, but it's a weird place. It's like a room in the middle of nowhere, somewhere in the galaxy. And I can see there is um guardian angel standing in the in the corner, just making sure you feel safe, and you have a guidance if you need, and I see them smiling. I see them smiling and waving at you, and they're just standing there, they don't want to bother you. So every door has like a little bridge towards it. There's three doors. I mean, if you see less, if you see more, then explore it the way you see it. You can pause it, you can speed up. And look at all these doors. Let's focus on three. How did bridges look like to each door? Is there anything special about them? Anything specific? And look at the doors themselves. How do they look like? Are they all closed? Are they inviting? Do they have different colors? Do you see them all in front of you? Are they on different places in different places in the room? That could mean they are leading you towards completely different paths in your mind. Let's stand in front of the first bridge. In front of the door. We're crossing the bridge. You're standing in front of the door. And behind that door, it's the first of the available scenarios for you now. First of the available life choices. This path is available to you. It's one of few paths. Open the door, and what do you see behind that door? Does it invite you with light or darkness or any other specific colours? Walk through. What's on the other side? You can look but also feel. How does this make you feel? And now walk forward. And every step will be a year. And move forward. How are your feelings changing? Was the path happy at the beginning and then changed to unhappy? Is it continue to be happier and happier with time? How are you feeling there? Is it the path for you? Is it the best path for you now? Now once you're ready, go out of the close the door behind you. Move back through the bridge. And now let's go to another door. That's another path available for you now. Open it. What do you see? What is in there? What are your feelings? Are you happy? Are you sad? Are you excited? Are you disappointed? What's going on? And now move forward every step every year. And feel how this path looks long term. But remember that the paths can be changed. The path can be good for you now. But maybe another one will open. Or other ones available now will be better later. Once you've out what's happening there, leave that space. Go back to the main doors. And then the last door. Move through the bridge. Open the door. And what is in that? What do you see? How do you feel? Unlike in previous doors. Just walk forward every step every year. How are your feelings changing or not changing? It's getting worse or is it getting better? Once you explored, just leave this space and come back to the beginning. Now I feel like the guardian angel is standing just next to you holding your hand. And now think which of these paths are the most appropriate for now, are the best for you now. I can see that for some people the guardian angel is pointing around on the doors to help you if you are stuck or lost. Remember it's your decision. Just imagine that you are the energy, that you have the energy. You have the energy of in your hands that you can shoot with, shoot to the front, shoot your energy, your life energy. Don't worry, it doesn't remove your energy. Your energy is infinite. And once you choose and point out to one of the dolls, just imagine all the energy in the room, all the energy in you just goes there to that choice. All the energy goes through, and now you let the universe know what is your choice, and it will support you together with your guardian angels to walk this path. And then turn around for the photo. Just move two steps at the time. Two steps at the time. Jump one. A bit more energy. Again, jump two. You're feeling a bit warmer. You're feeling your feet are moving. You're feeling your Toes are moving. Jump once again. Whew. Now we're feeling a bit of a bigger rush of energy, jumping again and again, and it's you are fully back, you are so energized, and thank you very much.
