Hi there and welcome back at today's episode of One Gospel. I'm your host, Johan Tut. Well, the last few episodes I have been teaching on the importance of the Word of God, and I really want to encourage you to go back to them and just start seeing them from the very first episode until this one. And boy, there's so much I had was sharing, and it's so amazing and mind-blowing, you know, what the Lord has for us, you know, when we start to understand the importance of his words. You know, in the previous uh study I've spoken about you know the power of his word, how everything came into existence by uh the word that he spoke, and uh, you know, um how uh the word had to be first before it could be created, and so God spoke it and then it was there. And I also spoke about uh you know how um when we take the word of God and we give that the very first place in our lives, if we take the word of God and understand its importance, and if we do not listen to influences from outside, you know, if we if we just place the word of God above everything and everybody, you know, then we can live a life in victory. But when we allow other influences to speak to us, which is not aligned with the word of God, we will be deceived and we will be robbed and uh destroyed because of the lies that we decided to believe. Which I believe that unbelief is nothing else than just belief in the opposite of what God says. So, you know, we got to stick with the word of God no matter what we feel, no matter how the situation is, no matter what we are going through, no matter what we are facing, you know, no matter if we see it manifest or not manifest, if God said it is so, then it is so because he is not a man that he should lie. Amen. He is not a man that he should lie. Well, and I want to continue in that. So, you know, um many of us think that the word alone is not enough in us in our lives, you know, because many of us, you know, we also want to feel and we want to experience. People say that, like if I do not experience it and if I do not feel it, then how do I know this is real? Well, very simple. Because God says so. He says so. And if he says so, then it is so. God is not a man that he should lie. God, if he said it, then it is so. If he spoke it, it will come surely to pass. And if he said it, you know, it's done. If you have to get you have to get to a point in your life where you can decide, man, if God has said it, then it's it, then it's done. Like if God is really who God says that he is, then everything he says is true. And if God is who he says he is and everything that he says is true, then if he says that by his tribes I'm healed, then I'm healed, whether I'm feeling it or not. When he says that he became poor so that I may become rich, then I'm rich whether I have money in my account or not. You know, when he says that Jesus became a curse so that I am blessed, then I'm blessed whether I feel blessed or not feel blessed. If he says that he loves me unconditional, then he loves me unconditional, whether I feel it or don't do not feel it. You don't walk by sight, we don't walk by emotions and experiences, we walk by faith and faith alone. It's just that blind faith that walks over water, knowing that if God said it, then it is so. And that's powerful stuff. You know, Thomas also said, you know, if I do not first feel, and if I do not first see, then I surely will not believe. And there are many, many, many believers all over the world, you know, that say the same thing as Thomas. You know, they they rejoice after the Red Sea, but not before the Red Sea. They only rejoice when they have seen it come to pass. They only rejoice when they have their breakthrough. They only rejoice when they had that revelation, they only rejoice, you know, when they can physically touch it, when it's tangible for them. That's not faith. I'm sorry to say, that's not faith. You gotta rejoice before you see it. You know, when I go to the Lord, and when I'm, you know, I have needs, just like everybody else, and I have desires, just like everybody else, you know, and I'm not gonna beg and plead. I'm gonna thank God, you know, for the fact that He already heard me and that it's already been given to me. And I'm gonna rejoice in the fact, like, no, Lord, I need a million dollars to, you know, to do my crusades, uh, you know, in the first six months of the year. I need a million dollars or 1.5 million dollars, you know, please can you give me 1.5 million dollars? No, I'm not gonna pray like that. I'm going to the Lord and say, Father, you know everything I need. You have called me to do your work and you also know what it costs. You built the house, so you will pay the bill. I thank you for it, Father. I may not see it in my bank account, I may not see it already physically manifest in our ministry, but by the name of Jesus, I have received it. It's already done. Thank you, Lord, and I rejoice in it. Thank you that you have paid the bill, thank you that you have provided again for the work that you have called me to do. It's not my responsibility for God to provide for me to do what he called me to do. He called me to do what he called me to do, and I'm just gonna do it, and then he has to pay the bill. Yeah, and surely, of course, he works through people, and that's why we tell people listen, you can become partner with us, you can donate, you know, and we really you know can need your help, you know, because God works through his body, right? And so I have to mention that we have needs, but you are not my source. I'm sorry to say, God is my source, he is the one who called me and he will provide. And whether he's gonna provide to you or he's gonna provide to somebody else, that doesn't matter, but he's gonna provide because he called me to do the work that I'm doing. And so, you know, I just believe God and I rejoice before I see it manifest. Man, that's powerful, and I believe that it's some for somebody that's listening today, you know, just for you to understand, man, I should rejoice before I see it, otherwise it will become like Thomas. You know, don't become like Thomas. Jesus says in John 20, 29, he says, you know, blessed are those who have not seen but yet have believed. Blessed! You want to be blessed? I guess the answer is yes. If you want to be blessed, you know, you should believe without seeing. You should believe because God says so. Because he says in his word that it is so. And if he said it, then that's done. It is done. Hallelujah. It's so simple, man. It's so simple. His word should be enough for us, people. It's so important that you will think start to believe that the word of God is really important. Because if the word of God is not important, then why is it exactly that thing that Satan tries to steal from you? It's exactly that that he is out to steal from you, to take away from you. Exactly that thing. You know, he just comes to you like, did God really say? Yes, ugly snake, he said. I know he said because look, it says here, and look, it says there, and look, it says there. You know, you don't have to, you know, try to deceive me. I know he said it. But you you're not seeing it manifest in your life. I don't need to see it manifest in my life. I know it's true because God says it is true, and God can't lie. You are the father of the lie. My father can't lie. Get away from me, you ugly snake, hallelujah. Toothless lying that you are. Amen. You know, we you have to understand what the word of God says. You have to take the sword of the spirit and just whoop his butt. You know, who does he think he is trying to deceive you? If you know the truth, then the truth will set you free. If you know the truth, you will recognize the lie. If you do not know the truth, then you don't know if a lie is a lie. Man, that's deep stuff. But it's really true. Amen. You know, as we all know, we are in the middle of a war. And the warfare, the war that we are in, you know, it finds place in our minds. He comes to attack you constantly on your identity, on whether God said or said not, have not said, no, whether you're forgiven or not forgiven, whether you're able or not able, whether you're gonna make it or not gonna make it. He's constantly placing those fiery darts on your mind, whispering in your ear, you know, and there's a lot of people that heed to the voice of Satan instead of heeding to the voice of the Holy Spirit. And I don't say that to judge or to condemn, it's just a fact, you know, and uh and when you know the word of God, you will recognize that. You will start to recognize it, you know. Satan is trying to choke the good seeds in your heart, you know, by sowing chaos, by sowing noise, by by sowing doubts, by sowing uh weeds, horns and thistles, you know, and so he tries to choke the good word of God, you know, the good seed in your life. And the only way that you can overcome this is by the renewing of your word, uh sorry, the renewing of your mind. It's the only way to overcome uh these kinds of challenges that Satan tries to place upon you. Let's see what it says in Romans 12, 2. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Don't be like the world is. You already have laid down this van vain thinking, you know, that stinking thinking. You already have laid it down, this thinking that is from this world. You you have pulled it, put it off. You know, that's what it says in Ephesians 4 verse 22 until 24. Let's read that also together. Ephesians 4, 22 until 24. You know, it says that you have put off the old that goes under. Let me just quote that right for you guys. Ephesians 4 in verse 22 it says that you put off concerning your former conduct, that your old man, your old walking, your old uh reasoning, your old thinking, your old ways, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lust, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind that's talking about your thinking, that you'll be renewed in the spirit of your mind, the way that you think, the way that you reason, you know, your thought life, and that you put on, so it's something that you have to do, you have to put on the new man, and you put it on by the renewing of your mind. You put off the old by the renewing of your mind, and you put on the new by the renewing of your mind, and that you put on the new man, this new man which was created according to God in true righteousness and holiness. This new man that you are now in Christ Jesus, this new creation that you are now in Christ Jesus, you will put that on when you renew your mind with the word of God. When you start to actually believe and understand and know what God says about you, and stop and start to reject and push away what Satan and the world says about you. Man, that's deep and that's powerful. You know, it's just like you know, you have to brainwash yourself with the word of God because your whole life there is a lot of trash, you know, that that came in. A lot of trash that came in in your life. And that trash, that those lies, they need to get out. You need to work the garden of your mind and need to take care of the good seeds that are sown into it by the word of God. The word of God are the good seeds, and then you have to pull out, radically pull out those weeds, those thorns, and those thistles. You have to get it out, you know, and and make sure that the word of God, these good seeds are being sown into your heart. You know, look what it says in Mark 14 and then till 19, Mark 14 till 19. Mark 14 till 19. I know that a tablet works a lot faster than look it up in the Bible, but I believe that there is some special anointing on you know the written word on paper. I don't know why, but it just feels way better. So Mark 4 verse 14, it says, Mark verse verse 14, it says that, and these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts. Ooh, that's powerful, man. I can hang around there a little bit. These likewise are the ones sown on stony ground, who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with gladness, and they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a time. Afterwards, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word's sake, immediately they stumble. Now these are the ones sown among thorns. They are the ones who hear the word and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in and choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. Now, before I'm gonna read the next verse, this is so powerful. First of all, the ones along the side of the road and the ones with stony ground, they are likewise, it's the same. Both will have no fruit and will be robbed. But then the third one also, you know, they hear the word, you know, and um but the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things entering in and choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. You can you can you can fill yourself with the word of God and rejoice over it, and then in the same time fill yourself with seeds of lust, desires, covetousness, you know, uh violent things, you know, like trash, the news and films and you know, lies from the enemy and so on and so forth. Everything you know that is that is not from God, everything that is not in line with the word of God. You can fill yourself with that, and what I mean by that is that there are people that read the Bible for 30 minutes and then they're gonna watch YouTube for four hours, you know, just praying for five minutes and then they're gonna listen to the news the whole day. You know, so they have the word, but they have also all the other stuff, and so there's one lag in the kingdom of God and one lag in the world that we are living in, you know, and and what happens is that this becomes thorns and thistles and weed that will choke the word by which the word will become fruitless, bear no fruit in your life, and so it has been wasted, if I could say it like that. And so, you know, um it's important that your focus is on the word of God, because if it's not on the word of God, if you are on rocky ground or you know it's just you hear the word, but it just falls beside the road, you know. That man, I can give you a lot of examples for that for people being sitting in church, you know. Um, and a good example is that in the beginning I always wanted everybody to hear everything that I said the same way, but it's impossible because you know, um I can tell five people the same story, but everybody hears it different, and everybody picks different things out of it, and everybody experiences that different. I have, you know, I I I once was uh, you know, with a friend of mine, you know, um we were um in Panama where we had a crusade and then we had also a church service, and I was very radical in my preaching, but full of love. You know, I was just you know shaking people, get them out of their religious mindset, you know, and get them into the grace of God and his unconditional love. And my motivation was 100% love. Now my friend said to me, you know, um, your message was not brought in love. He says you was you were very radical. And so I had about 50 people telling me that it was the most beautiful message they had ever heard. And it really transformed them and touched them and you know and blessed them. And so, you know, he heard it like that and they heard it like that, you know, and you can't you can't control that, you know, and so everybody will hear it differently. And so I don't know what I wanted to say with that, but the people that hear it differently, maybe their focus was not on the real motivation and the intention of the message of the word of God that you were sharing. Later on, he said he watched it back and he had to agree that it was a message in love, but his heart was not right at that moment. At that moment, his heart was not right because he was dealing with different issues, and then when he was hearing me preach, it didn't enter into him the way it was entering into the other people that received it as a message of love. You see, so it depends on where you stand and what your focus is, and so whether it's bear fruit or it will not bear fruit. But then it says in verse 20, it says, But these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear the word. So they listen to it, they hear it also, they deny their ears, and then accept it. They receive it, it's planted in their hearts, they mixed it with faith, and then they will bear fruit, some 30, some 60, some hundredfold. Man, that's powerful. And so, you know, um we need to understand that you know uh you have to make sure that the soil of your heart is good, and that is by just focusing on the word of God and giving it the weight that it has, you know, honor it for what it is, and then also receive it with faith. Mix it with faith and receive it with faith in your heart. And if there are still some unwanted weeds or thorns and pistols coming into your little garden because that happens by the world that we live in, sometimes you pick up things, hear things, or see something, or you know, and it just enters, you know, like this very silent, you know, um sniper seed that comes into your garden, trying to destroy your whole garden. You know, when that comes and you know the truth, and so you will recognize the lie, what you need to do is you take the sword of the spirit and you counter that. You just chop it up from the root and you make sure it's gone and will not come back again. You just prune it and get it out, you know. And so, but when you know, sometimes we do make mistakes and sometimes things do enter, you know, in our minds, in our hearts, you know, that are not from God, you know it's not from God, and you're struggling with it, or whatever it is, Satan will definitely immediately come to attack you on it. He comes to hold that against you. He comes to try to tell you, see, you were doing all those things, blah de blah de blah, but now you know God came, or or you know, now this came into your life, or you did this and you should have done it, you know, and or you should have done that, but you did this, you know, and and so on and so forth. He will just come to make you feel miserable, useless, you know, like you know, it's all lost, it's got no more use. You know, he wants to make you feel like a loser, but you're not a loser, you are not a victim, you are a victorian, you are more than an overcomer. So, but when he comes to attack you, for example, let's say that you committed a wrong, like a sin. You you you watched something you shouldn't have watched, you said something you shouldn't have said, you did something you shouldn't have done, you know, and and but you did it, and then Satan will come immediately to persecute you, to to judge you, to attack you, to mislead you. He will come immediately because you just opened the door for him, and bam, there he is. Now there's no condemnation with God, but Satan, he wants you to feel condemned, so you run away from God instead of straight into his loving arms. So when that happens, when Satan comes and you said and he says, You see you, sinner, you see what you did, you know you think that God can forgive you, but see, he's not gonna forgive you because you are a sinner, because you made a mistake. And he comes with all his lies and all his fingers. What you do is you take the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. That's why it's so powerful. And then you say, You ugly snake, now you listen. It is written that even though my sins were like scarlet, he washes them white in the snow, he puts them away to the uttermost parts of the earth and he doesn't remember them anymore. The handwriting that was testifying against me has been blotted out at the cross by my My King Jesus and his precious blood. And now there is no more condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, and I can come boldly before his throne in love in the mighty name of Jesus. I'm holy, pure, and blameless, and I'm righteous in his sight, innocent as though I had never sinned. I'm squeaky clean in the eyes of my Father. It has been written that I am free because he with the Son sets free will be free indeed. And then you take that sword and you just chop his head off. You just chop his tail off and send him away screaming to his corner. And he's gone, that ugly snake. You have to know that he is under your feet. He has no power, he has no dominion, he has no right, he cannot condemn you, he cannot judge you when you know that you know that you know who you are in Christ Jesus. Man, that's powerful, man. The word of God is so important. The word of God is life-changing. The word of God is all you need to live a life in victory. You have to take the word, eat it, sew it into your heart, stand by it, live by it, talk it, meditate on it, ponder it, memorize it. You know, just hear it, speak it. You know, it's so powerful, man. You know, my time is up, and uh I will continue about this topic in the next episode and see how far we get, but it's just flowing, and so let it flow, I would say.
