Welcome to One Gospel, bringing you the full truth of God's Word. Clearly explained. Together with our host, Johann Tuit, we'll unpack scripture to understand what's written and grow as a disciple of Christ. Ready to take notes? Let's open the Bible. Hi there, and welcome to today's episode of One Gospel. I'm your host, Johan Tut, and as always, I am excited to share the Word of God with you. And so I've started this series called In Christ, and man, I've covered a lot of beautiful stuff, and I don't, I'm not gonna go all over it again, but I've started to read from Ephesians 1 concerning the fact that we are now saints and holy in Christ Jesus, that we have been that we have the peace of God and the grace of God within our lives, and how we can walk in it, and how we can choose to be in his peace and experience his peace all the time. And then I shared on how we are I have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus, past tense. It's a fact we already have received those blessings. I'm not trying to get it, I'm not trying to achieve it, I'm not trying to deserve it. I have received it in Christ Jesus, and then so I've shared on you know a lot of uh spiritual blessings, what those spiritual blessings are and how we can apply them in our lives. And then, of course, there was way too many spiritual blessings for me to cover, but man, I truly believe it will help you a lot to understand who you now are in Christ Jesus. And so I've been continuing in that same line and I've been reading, you know, from Ephesians 1 until verse 6, you know, how he has predestined us and chose us and made us accept it, and you know, handpicked us before the foundations of the earth. And then I, you know, I ended up in you know how we are now made accepted in the beloved uh in verse 6. And that same word accepted has been used in Luke 1.28 where it says to Mary, the angel says to Mary that she is highly favored of God, and that same word favored is translated into accepted, is translated in this Greek word, means carito, and it's only used two times in the Bible. And so the same favor that Mary received to give birth to Jesus is the same favor that we have found with God now in Christ Jesus. Man, and it really is amazing and really blew my mind. So um, before I'm gonna continue, uh, you know, where I left off in the previous episode, I just want to encourage you to get my book uh called Living in the Fullness, the ABC of the Gospel. And um, you know, it goes well with the studies that I'm giving on the In Christ series. Um, although it's not exactly the same, it's the same uh concept, the same idea. It teaches us how we can get into the fullness, what it means to be in the fullness, and how we can walk that fullness out in our lives and bless other people with that. And then it basically goes about you know how to pray for people and how to cast out demons, heal the sick, and lead people to the Lord and baptize them with the Holy Spirit because you would be surprised, you know, how little of believers know how to do that. And so I'm teaching on that also in this book, but it goes along, especially B, that what it means that we are now in the fullness of God goes along with what I'm sharing. And so I really want to encourage you to get that book, it's free, you know, and um you can also download us a PDF or Hub Hub. So uh Father God, thank you for this teaching. I pray it will be a blessing to those who hear, and I give you all the honor in Jesus' mighty name. Amen. Amen. And so I left off in the previous episode at John 10 10, where it says that the enemy only comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy. But Jesus says, I have come that they may have life and have that more abundantly, or have that in more abundance. And so this life that Jesus talks about is Zoe life, and this Zoe life that we have now received because of the favor of God, because of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, you know, um, this Zoe life is eternal and spiritual life. Now, it says life and abundance. Now, I want to explain to you why that is important, because I have seen a lot of people already, the countries where we go, I travel all over the world, especially South America and other poor countries, you know, like Africa and um you know Asia, and I go to places where there is a lot of poverty, there's a lot of um uh suffering, you know, and I've seen people that mean I mean, you know, they're just laying on the floor, they have no, they have nothing, not even a cardboard, just laying in the middle of the street and lost all the dignity. People step over them, don't even look at them, don't give them any attention. I mean, I've seen real poverty, I've seen spiritual poverty, but I'm talking about you know uh natural poverty. I've really seen natural poverty, and I can tell you one thing, I don't care, you know, who you are and what your opinions are, but you know that that ain't life. That is not life. That is not life. If you have nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, you're not gonna you know where you're gonna eat, or you're gonna go to a toilet, drink some water, wash yourself, you know, just sit in the park and you know eat a sandwich or whatever when you don't know, you know, when you know whatever, you don't have nothing. You just there, you just you gave up. You lost all your dignity, and you're just laying on the floor in the middle of the street and everybody's stepping over you like you're nothing, like you're a bag of trash. That ain't life. That's not the life that God has intended for his people. That's not the life that God intended for mankind, and yet it's there. And so Jesus says, But I have come that they may have life, which is this spiritual and eternal life, but also abundance because a life without abundance is not life, it is just not life, I'm telling you. And so this abundance means exceeding superabundant and beyond measure, life. This is what God has intended for his favorite. Now you receive the favor of God once you become a child of God. So it's not that you can earn your favor. You know, it's that guy that's laying on the floor, you know, and have nothing to show for the moment that he accepts Jesus as his Lord and Savior, he becomes the favored of God induced with grace. He is he is becoming the highly favored of God. You know, because it doesn't matter what the color is of your skin, it doesn't matter what your background is, it doesn't matter where you come from, you know, what you've been through, what you've done and you shouldn't have done, and what you did do, but you should have what you what you didn't do, but you should have done, you know, it doesn't matter what. You know, once you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you got saved by grace through faith as a gift of God, and you will become highly favored of God, endowed with grace, and you become the accepted of God in the beloved. Man, that's beautiful. And so this abundance, this beyond measure, means so that your cup runeth over. Your cup run over. It means that you have enough for yourself and extra to be a blessing to others. Genesis 12, 2. This is what abundance means. You see, our God is a God of ant. He's not just a God of this or a God of that, he is a God of ant. We are favored and due with grace and highly favored by the God of end. We need to understand who our God is. He is the God of end. Can you say that? And not just not only this or only that. No, it's this and that. That and this. No. Man, it's so important to understand by which God we have been blessed and favored. You know, so let us read in Proverbs 3, 1, 2. Proverbs 3, 1, 2. I'm gonna show you some amazing things here. Proverbs 3, 1, 2. You gotta read very meticular how you say that in English. Like, really look good. Okay, Proverbs 3, verse 1 and 2. My son, do not forget my law, but let your heart keep my commands for length of days and long life, and peace they will add to you. Now, length of days and long life. For me, this means, you know, that my days will be full of life and my life will be full of days. There will be life in my days, and there will be days in my life. Length of life and length of days and long life. My life is gonna be full with days that are filled with life. Because if I have length of life, and my life is full of days of life, but I don't have life in my days, then my life is empty. It's not in abundance, it's not, it's not this spiritual Zoe life, it's an empty life. But he promises me length of days and a long life. So, length of days will mean that my days will be full with life, and there will be long, amazing days. Amen. And so it says that it will be life to your soul. It says in um, I believe it's in the amplified, it will be life to your soul and grace to your neck. So uh verse three, let not mercy and truth forsake you, bind them around your neck, write them, write write them on the tablet of your heart, and so find favour and high esteem in the sight of God and man. And so let not my words depart from you, for there are length of days and long life, and peace they will add to you. Mercy and truth will not forsake you, and you will find, and you will find favor and high esteem in the sight of God and of man. So because he's a God of end. Let's read Psalms 91. Psalms 91, and this is a powerful psalm also here. Hope you guys can still bear with me. Psalm 91. It says, He who dwells. Well, can I read it in like you know, the way that I love to read it? Um, I make it always personal, so uh, you know, I will say, he will deliver me. And so I'm gonna make it, I'm gonna make it personal, but you can make it personal as well, you know. So it says that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty God. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God. In him I will trust. Surely he shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. Not only the fowler, but also the perilous pestilence. He will cover me with his feathers, and under his wings I will take my refuge. His truth shall be my shield, and it shall be my buckler. I will not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the day that flies by the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walk in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. And a thousand may fall at my sight, and ten thousand at my right hand, but it shall not come near to me. Only with my eyes I will look, and I will see the reward of the wicked. Because I have made the Lord who is my refuge, even the most high, my dwelling place. No evil shall be for me, and not any plague shall come near me, near my dwelling, for he will give his angels charge over me to keep me in all my ways. In their hands they shall bear bear me up, lest my death shall foot against the stone, and I will tread upon the lion, and I will tread upon the cobra, and the young lion and the serpent shall I tramp underfoot, because he because I have set my love upon him, therefore he will deliver me, and he will set me on high, because I have known his name, and I will call upon him, and he will answer me, and he will be with me in trouble, and he will deliver me and honor me, and with long life and length of days, he will satisfy me, and he will show me his salvation. Man, this is powerful. He is not just the God of this or just the God of that, it's always and and and and and I wrote a verse down in Proverbs 7:8, uh Proverbs 8, 17 until 21. I love those who love me, says God, and those who seek me will diligently will find me. Riches and honor, not just riches, but also honor are with me. Enduring riches and righteousness. Enduring riches means it's not just riches that goes that is here today and gone tomorrow. There are enduring riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, yes, then fine gold, and my revenue than choice silver. He says, I traverse the way of the righteousness in the midst of the paths of justice that I may cause to those who love me to inherit it, to inherit wealth, and that I may fill their treasuries. Man, I'm telling you, the God, the El Shaddai, the God that is more than enough, is a God of and and he give me all of this in grace because of his favor, because of his amazing favor. Look what it says in 2 Peter 1. Man, I'm telling you, this is mind-blowing. 2 Peter 1, and then from verse 1, um, it says, let me just yeah, let me just read it from first one. Simon Peter, bond servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ, grace and peace, not just grace, also peace. Grace and peace may uh be multiplied to you. How can grace and peace, grace and peace be multiplied in my life? By the knowledge, it says, in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, this so the soon as I know what the word of God says about me, as soon as I have renewed my mind with the word of God, you know, and it has been revealed to me by the Holy Spirit, the soon, and as soon as I know what my identity is in Christ and what I have in Christ, his grace and peace will be multiplied to me. It's not that God will multiply it, it will become multiplied in me because I will experience more of his grace, more of his favor, more of his peace, the more I know him and I'm found in him and have the knowledge of him and of our Lord Jesus Christ that I'm found at the feet of Jesus. Man, in Christ Jesus, my grace, the grace of God and the peace of God can be multiplied in my life. Man, that's powerful, man. It says, as his divine power, verse 3, has given to us all things. Say, say to yourself, I've got all things, all things that pertain to life and godliness. To life, which kind of life? That's Zoe life, this spiritual, eternal, everlasting life. It says that he has given me all things that pertain to this Zoe life and godliness, holiness, sanctification, through the knowledge of him, so by the renewing of my mind, to the knowledge of him who called us by glory and virtue, by which, by his glory, by his grace, by his favor, he hath been given to us. I already have it, I already have received it, exceedingly great and precious promises. I have exceedingly great promises and exceedingly precious promises. That through these you may be partakers of the divine nature. Man, because of the favor of God, I have been given precious and great, exceedingly great and precious gifts, promises. I have received everything that pertains to life, Zoe life and godliness, and by that, by his grace, by his favor, I now have become a partaker of the divine nature. In Christ Jesus, I am a partaker of the divine nature. He has given me everything exceedingly and abundantly. Why? Why? Because of the favor. Because of the favor, so that I could be a partaker in the divine nature. Man, this is amazing. I mean, this is like I always love to say, this is mind-blowing. It will just blow your mind if you think about what God has bestowed upon you in Christ Jesus. This favor of God is mind-blowing, man. Look what it says in Romans 8, verse 31. Romans 8, 31, and I can read on there, you know, but I don't, I don't, man, the time is lacking me. What shall we say to these things? If God is for us, if favor is for us, if God is for us, then who can who can be against us? He who did not spare his own son, but deliver him up for us all while we were yet sinners, though, you know, how shall he not with him also freely, freely, I love it when it's freely, freely give us all things because of the favor of God, because of the grace of God, because of the goodness of God, because of the free gift of God, because of the sacrifice of my Lord and my Savior Jesus Christ. God is for me and He will give me freely all things. I don't have to do anything, I don't have to do anything to receive it. He will give it to me freely because he already gave his son, because I am now the favored of God, because I am now endued with grace. This is amazing, man. All things, all things, you know, whether it's blessing, whether it's you know, healing, whether it's rest, whether it's peace, you know, whether it's joy, you know, whatever it is, all things, man. All things, prosperity, abundance, all things, because I am highly favored of God. I'm blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places because the favor of God. All the promises of God are in Christ Jesus, yes and amen, because I am highly favored. Yes and amen. What? What are you talking about? Well, to be a son of God in Christ Jesus, yes and amen, to be accepted, yes and amen, to be chosen and to be predestined and to be hand-picked, you know, before the foundations of the earth in Christ Jesus, yes and amen. To be an heir of the kingdom of God, yes and amen, to be blessed with the blessing of Abraham, yes and amen, to become a temple of the Holy Spirit who dwells within me, yes and amen, to be a child of the living God in whom he is well pleased in Christ Jesus, yes and amen. To be blessed going in and blessed going out, yes and amen, to be healed by his tribes, yes and amen. You know, I can go on and on and on and on. It's all yes and amen. Yes and amen, yes and amen in Christ Jesus, hallelujah. Man, that's powerful. Redemption, forgiveness of sins, eternal life, sonship, you know, whatever it is, yes and amen. It's yes and amen because of his grace. It's yes and amen because of his favor, hallelujah. It's because of his favor. We are born into this favor of God. You cannot deserve it, it's favor, unmerited favor. Man, this is amazing. And because we now are in Christ Jesus, we are surrounded by his favor. We are surrounded by his blessings. We are surrounded by his goodness and his mercies. We are surrounded by it. It hamps us in from before and from behind. I mean, his hand rests upon us. It is his right hand that is the shadow by day, so that I won't be burned in the sun in the shadow by night to protect me against the moon. It is his hand, his right hand that leads me out of the world, out of Egypt, into his kingdom. It is his right hand that protects me and hamps me in and holds me, and nobody can snatch me out of his hand. It's his hand that leads me through signs and wonders. You know, it's his hand that, you know, provides for me, feeds me, you know, and takes care of me and nourishes me. You know, the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want because his hand is upon my life, because his favor is upon my life, because his grace is upon my life. Man, if you truly believe that, if you really, really truly believe that, it will revolutionize your life, it will change your life forever. Look what it says in Psalm 5 12 for you, O Lord, will bless the righteous with favor, you will. Surround him as a shield. I've got the favor of God surrounding me as a shield. Nobody can come against me because of the favor of God. I am the favor of God and he will protect his own. He will protect his own. It's a shield around me. Hallelujah. Man, if that doesn't excite you, you know, if that doesn't, you know, lit your fire, then your wood is wet. Amen. I mean, this is this is amazing. This is amazing. It's just, you know, it's the favor of God that does so much for you in your life, you know. And I will get into that also in my next episode. I will continue this, but you know, to have the favor of God in your life means everything. If you are favored, you know, highly favored in Christ Jesus, then you are highly favored among all the other men and women in this world. Not that you are better than them, no, you are favored of God. And it's unmerited favor. You didn't deserve it, but you do have it. You have the grace of God, you are endued with grace. And because of that, you will see that things will go different in your life than it goes in those who don't have the favor of God, who don't have the blessing of God. Man, I'm gonna share some testimonies on how the favor of God works in my life and what his favor has done for me until now. But man, it's so important for you to first understand that you are the favor of God, that you have been accepted in the beloved. You're not rejected, you are accepted in the beloved, and you are highly favored, you are endued with grace. And you say, Yeah, man, I already heard you say that by about a hundred times. Yes, because it's so important for you to really get a hold of it, so that you don't look in the mirror and think, look at me. You're just a loser, I'm a nobody, I'm a zero without a line around it, you know. I'm just, I am nothing. You know, I shouldn't have been born, you know, I'm not wanted, you know. I can do nothing, I have nothing, I will never achieve anything. You know, and you instead of you saying all those lies that the enemy whispers into your ear when you stand in front of the mirror, you can say, no, no, no, no. I am highly favored of God, I am blessed, I am endued with grace, I'm blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places. Man, I am a child of the living God in whom he is well pleased, and because of that, because of his favor, all of his spiritual blessings and all of his promises, as many as there are, there are, yes, and amen in Christ Jesus in my life. So who can be against me if God is for me? He will give me all things freely, because I am his son in Christ Jesus. He gave his son for me. You will not withhold me anything, you won't give me a stone if I ask for a bread or a snake if I ask for a fish. He will give me all good things. He has given me precious and greatly and exceeding and abundant, you know, gifts and promises in Christ Jesus. I am now a partaker of the divine nature because Christ is my Lord and my Savior. I am in him and I am now highly favored of God. It's because of that. Man, that's powerful. You should come to the point where you know this about yourself and say this about yourself and then walk in it. Just take the attitude and walk in it. Not to boast, but to rejoice in the Lord always, so that his peace that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. I am the favor of God, I am blessed of God, I'm induced with grace, and so are you if you are in Christ Jesus. That's true. And I pray that you are blessed, and I'm going to continue in the next episode, and um hope to see you then. I love you, and God loves you even more. Bye-bye. Thanks for tuning in to One Gospel.
