Good afternoon, and God bless you, and thank you for tuning in to another awesome day and show with special guests. I just thank you so faithfully turning in all the time. I have a special guest that has been on a while back, and we're probably gonna have a legacy show to air about her. But her name is Kinshada Daniels. She is from Florida, she's a home care business consultant and a digital entrepreneur with over five years of experience helping entrepreneurs start and grow profitable home care agencies. She specializes in insurance contracting, credentialing, and marketing strategies that help agency owners secure clients and scale their business. And so we're just going to talk about what that looks like, how God is involved in all of it, and just see how our sister's doing to catch up with her. How are you, sister?

SPEAKER_01

Hey there, Ramona. I am doing great today today and excited for this interview.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, me too. You know, when I saw your post on Facebook, I thought, you know, I know we've talked before, but I really want to get hold of her again because, you know, it's just nice to catch up. God has done so much. I know in my life there's been so many health things and just stuff that's happened, right? But good things too, you know, many books written on my part, and God's just blessed me in so many ways. You have a new baby, that's exciting. I mean, there's a lot that's happened, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes, it has.

SPEAKER_00

And so I want to talk about someone that might want to go into the home care, but maybe like, how did God lead you into that type of you know it just there's so many people as I'm getting older? I worry about that. Not really worry, but what's gonna happen to me, right? How can somebody take care of me? And it's gonna be a burden because I live with my daughter now. It's like, how do you do those types of things? And so I believe that's a gift that you have in order to help people navigate that. Can you talk about that a little bit? Like, how did God lead you into doing this?

SPEAKER_01

Well, I definitely can because this is my passion. A lot of people don't know I've been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, you know. So I started out in the beginning as a psychiatric aide at a mental hospital here in Florida. Oh, wow. So I started there, I mean, I was only like 22 years old and got introduced to the mental health side of things, you know, in the healthcare industry. So that just started something in me. I always, you know, knew I had the gift to help others, especially when it comes to health. You know, that was just some of some of the things that was already inside of me. And once I got that job, it just started me on a journey, you know. And once I got there, I went from there to wanting to be a nurse. So that fueled my passion of caring for others, and then it led me to become a nurse, which I went to nursing school, I got licensed in 2013. So now I've been a nurse 13 years. You see how quick time goes, you know. Also, you know, we always have the base, the foundation is, you know, caring for others, but God can build on our foundation and lead us in different areas, you know, during different seasons of our lives. And that's what He's done for me. So from the nurse, you know, I got my first nurse job, which was a case manager, and that was the thing that ignited the fire of home care. Wow that one job.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, and you know, and that's so true. I never thought about that way because you know, just like we already had that. I I always go back to Psalm 139. My guest could, I mean, guests and listeners know this because I love how he describes how you know the creator wove us in our mother's womb. And I believe that's when all these passions and things like he spoke that into us, you know, and just literally wove that into our being of what we're gonna be when we grow up, right? And how God's gonna do that. And I thought, when you said that, like me to be a teacher, I never would have thought that would have happened. And it happened later in life, but then now I look at it and I think about all the things that happened before that and how they led to that. But that teaching credential job, which I retired, I'm retired now, so I did that for 21 years, how that's the foundation, and everything from that was brought forth, like what you're saying. I love that, I love that, and so your whole caretaking that was woven into you from you know, from the beginning.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes, it was, it was. And like I said, when I landed that case manager job, I saw the need in my own community for more home care agencies so that our the members that I was managing would have more options. You know, I my job was as a case manager to find them, you know, placement with home care or home health agencies that can provide what they needed. So once I saw that, I was like, you know what, let me resign. So I ended up resigning from that job and starting my home care business. Wow. Now I didn't know anything about home care at the time. And I did that, but I just leaked out, you know, and and learn research and you know, things like that. But I didn't know it was going to lead me into what I'm currently doing now, the home care consulting. So that's helping others, you know, start their home care businesses and you know, go from there. So God, He does things, you know, that it may not make sense to us at the time when we're going through it or we couldn't even imagine because I I mean I didn't know anything about home care, and now I'm teaching people about the home care business. You see what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I love that because, you know, there's this generation of me, I'm 66 now, and like I was talking to you about that a little bit, I think before we got on, but it's you know, those are kind of things that I think about like, do I need to get certain kind of insurance? Like, where am I gonna live when I get to be where I need someone to take care of me? And is it gonna be a burden on my family? And how do you trust? You know, you you had to trust these places, and so to me, I think that if you find someone that has this passion that was built into them from the beginning, and you know that they have godly values as they start their business, because here here's the other thing, too, Katrana sister. Like you know when someone has godly character that you do business with. Yes, you just know that, and and that's so important, and it's such a scary thing to put your loved ones someplace if you don't know that that's there.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes, that that is so true. I definitely agree with that. Like I say, when I started my own home care business, I didn't start it, you know, looking to make millions of dollars, just looking at the money aspect. I saw a need and I was like, you know what, let me go and help, you know, fulfill this need, you know, for home care services. Because, hey, by this time I've got the experience in different areas. I'm a nurse. So I can start out and then, you know, also provide jobs to help people in my community who need needed jobs, right? Yeah. So that's how I was looking at it. You know, unfortunately, some people get into certain businesses for the wrong reasons.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

But yes, you definitely have to be able to vet the agencies and you know, make sure what their goals are for, you know, providing these services to people, you know, and a lot of times it's 65 and older who typically get these services.

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_01

So yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, because I know my cousins, I've watched them care for their elderly parents and and trying to find a place to put them where they would be comfortable because not having the space at home. And I'm it's pretty costly. The places that we found that, you know, and then trying to vet like what you said, it was quite a feat, you know, just to try to figure out is am I doing the right thing? And at that time with dementia, then you've got, you know, people saying, I don't want to be here. You're like, why don't they want to be here? You know, are they doing something wrong there? And so it's a much needed profession and a much needed caretaking, you know. I don't want the word that I want to say, it's just there's just so much need for people that we can trust to do something like this, especially when you're gonna be sending a loved one.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes. And so the most common people that we help and benefit from home care is going to be the 65 and older, the disabled, those who maybe got hurt on their job and you know they now they need home care or disabled children because we do have children who have special needs and require home care services. Now, how I transitioned from that to the consultant is very interesting because how I started my home care consultant business wasn't an idea of mine. I went to sleep one night, I had a dream, very specific dream that I believe was from God. I got the name of the business, what I was supposed to do with the business, the different services, and how I can help people. And everything was laid out in the dream. And I woke up, I was like, What? Good, you want me to start teaching people? You know, but I was gonna make for that, and so me, I didn't delay. I registered my business, and you know, it went from there. And I had, you know, I'm not a millionaire, but I was obedient to what God showed me and instructed me to do for my business. And I can say I've helped a lot of people. So with the consultant, it's not just about me. Once I help people with their home care business, guess what? Me helping continues because anybody that comes to those home care agencies for help, guess what? They're better equipped because we helped them and now they're helping people in their community. So I like that.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. And so as I'm hearing your talking, I'm realizing I'm actually leading it to a different thing. I'm I was talking more about when you have an elderly person that is already at that stage where they can't take care of them at home. And so they have to live someplace else, you know, to have their care taken. You're actually talking about a business consultant consulting people that actually would go into a home and help that person with whatever, like you said, like maybe they need help with their meals because of an accident or a stroke or something that happened, you're actually going into the home to care for them. Am I correct? Yes, that's true. Okay, so you're not talking about having a home that is specifically for these people to come and live at.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, no. Home care typically is you're sending someone out to their home. Now, if they want to come into more of a facility type of setting, then we have different options there, which I touch on a little bit in my content videos. So that would be more like a group home, yes, or an adult living home, okay, or assisted living home. So there are some options with those types of facilities where they would go there and get all the services that they need.

SPEAKER_00

Well, that's wonderful that you can offer that kind in your consulting as well. So now, if somebody wants to get licensed to do something, can you talk a little bit about what that looks like? Maybe there's somebody that likes, oh, this would be something I can do. And what do they need as far as a background and things in the education-wise, or what do they need to even get started, sister?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so the good part about home care, right? Because there's a difference, home care, and then you have home health care. So the home care aspect is non-skill, which the home health aspect is skill. So they don't need to be licensed. You know, a lot of people want to know that as far as CNA, a nurse, there they ask the question, do I have to be a nurse? No, you don't have to be a nurse. You have to basically know that this is something that you want to do. Maybe you're being pulled in this direction, you have a passion, or already working in the healthcare field and you want to start. So some of the basics, just like with any business you start, you gotta have a business name and get that all registered. Now, when it comes to the home care licensing, you want to check your state, right, for the licensing requirements. And the reason why I say that is because some states you don't need a license at all to start a home care business.

SPEAKER_00

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes, yes. So you may be in one of those states if you know if you're listening to me. Now, if you want more details or information, you know, I'm on social media, you know, even if you're in the stage of just researching, I have a YouTube channel, tons of videos of information on you know how to get started. What you know, I have a free checklist on my website to, you know, give you some ideas of things that you need to have, but definitely you have to be able to pass a level two background. Okay, that is a must. You have to be able to pass that in order to get license. Okay. And so it depends on um which route you want to go.

SPEAKER_00

Keep going. I love it.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, yes, yeah. So yeah, it just depends on which route you want to go. And for those of you who may have a slight interest in the you know, the group home aspect or something like what Ramona mentioned, then I also have resources on my YouTube channel and website for that as well.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. Now, because of the different states and the requirements, I'm sure in your work, in your consulting, you would help them navigate. Do you have research for all states? Like information?

SPEAKER_01

I do have a link that will direct them to whatever state. So it's just a link, they click on it and they'll list the states. You click on your state, and then it'll give you the information and steps you need to get licensed.

SPEAKER_00

Wonderful. And so then once they do that, once they decide this is something I might want to do, what's the next step?

SPEAKER_01

Well, the next step would be to go ahead and get licensed because a lot of people who come to my business, which is Virtual Home Care Solutions LLC, we take in a lot of consultant clients who already have their licenses in hand. So their room is just to jump, you know, go to the next phase of getting clients. So we also would help in, you know, showing you the different options you have in order to get clients for your business. So the first step would definitely be get license, you know, and if you need help with that, you know, we also can give you some guidance on that as well.

SPEAKER_00

That's wonderful. Is there anything else that goes with that part? Like, okay, I've got this, this sounds like something I could do. And then, you know, they get their business name, they look up the license, they have all that. What happens next? I mean, is there a big component of marketing that has to happen? I mean, what what what's next to make this work for somebody that's never done it before?

SPEAKER_01

Well, there are several components. So, just like, for example, when you start a business, you want to make sure you know how to operate. Okay, you want to make sure you know how to operate the business. You need to learn the business, you need to set up systems. So, I'm gonna give you guys some points, okay? Take notes really quick. Number one is operating. You got to know how to operate. Number two, you need to set up different systems. So there are systems, for example, your hiring system, okay? You need to know how to do that, put that in place. And these are things you definitely want to have in place before you start accepting clients. Okay.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Another system you would need, I'm just throwing this out, number three, like your billing and claims systems. So, yeah, that's just to give you guys an idea on the different things you need to have in place that, you know, before you just jump out there. Of course, marketing is always gonna be a component with any business. You know, who are you targeting and the different options that you have that we can show you and teach you on marketing your business and making those connections.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. Probably learning, having a payroll system, all those types of things too, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, that is included in one of our programs that we teach you from A to Z, all of those things and systems you need to know and have.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, that's amazing. I as you were saying these, like I just felt like God's in this. Like I just heard those those words, like God's in this, and I thought to myself, somebody out there is wanting to do something like this, and you need to talk to our sister here, and because God's in this. If you've got that, yeah, if God, if you felt something as we're talking, and you're like, wow, because you know, like I was saying earlier, even with the the other care, as far as you know, residential group home type, that's needed. We know that's needed. I know because I've been experiencing with uh family members, but not me personally, but having to walk beside someone that has, I'll say. And it's scary, you know, to have to send the loved one to go live at somewhere and you don't know. But now you've got this place where somebody needs help and they want to have somebody that they can trust, you know, and and if you have a desire to bring Christ into a home, if say you even have the gift of healing to lay hands on someone and heal, sister. I just feel like that too. Like somebody wants opportunities to be praying for someone. You could totally start a business, a Christian type of a business, doing these home care, going into individuals' home. They they are looking for a Christian that will come in and pray for their loved one, or maybe themselves that they're in an accident, can't get up. They want someone like you in their home. They don't want someone that's just because they're getting a paycheck and this is just what I do, that is rough around the edges. They want someone that cares for them, and this is a really good opportunity for someone that already has that gift within them. I just feel that right now as you were talking.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, and I want to say something to those that's listening because some people they have the idea and they stop because of money. Now, I want to, you know, backtrack a little bit. When I've started my home care business, I didn't have money saved up. You know, I was living in low-income apartments, you know, single mom with my children. And even throughout the years that I've been a single mom, you know, I've still, you know, been able to maintain with God's grace. But for those of you that think you need all this money, don't think that way because how I was able to manage, I did things in steps, right? That's my motto. Even when I teach people on the consultant side, you don't have to do everything at once. Just start small, even if you have to go in steps. I would work, take some of my paycheck, put it in my business. I would take my income tax money, put it in my business, you know, until I got to a place where I had everything that I needed to go ahead and, you know, launch, take on clients. And I figured things out along the way. You have to look at anything that you're doing as far as business or in life in general, we're always going to. Learning. Okay. This is the earth is a school. You're going to be learning along the way. So just take the wins and the losses, you know, as life lessons to help better you as a person so that you can be also a better business person, right? So that you'll be able to understand the needs of these types of services in your community and never lose the passion and the focus on your why. Why do you want to do this? Why do you want to start this home care business? Or you know what I'm saying? Why do you want to care for others? Don't lose your why.

SPEAKER_00

Amen. That makes so much sense. Because it's the foundation of that gift, right? You had that foundational gift of caring for others, and then God showed you a way how you could teach other people to do this too in a home, and that could be your business. So then someone could start off being the sole person that's going to these places until they start getting more clients and then look at the hiring part to get other people to come join them, correct?

SPEAKER_01

Yes. I mean, if you're already working a job, you know, say you're a CNA and you're doing home health right now or working at a nursing home, it doesn't matter. You know, make those connections now. If you know this is something you want to do, make those connections, you know, with your coworkers or some of the nurses, things like because they're gonna be key, key people when you start this journey and one of the resources to get clients.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. This is a lot of good one. I'm I'm like, my mind is like opening up to so many things right now. I've got names popping in my head of people that I've spoken to that I'm gonna have to refer to you because I'm like, this is it for you. This is it for I love how the Lord works. Wow. Is there anything that we missed on the home care business consulting part? So basically, you would have a course, or how do you how do you do that? Someone contacts you, and then what does that entail?

SPEAKER_01

Typically, most people they either reach out, a lot of people reach out to me from YouTube, they book a call because that's one of the quickest ways to get connected with me is you book a call, and then we discuss, you know, where what do you want to do, what do you want to start with, and how some of our services can help you. So just to give you guys listening an idea, we help show you ways on how to get clients because, right, that's number one. So we have a course that's gonna show you how to operate the business. Then we offer a service on how you can get contracted with a lot of the commercial payers, right? So we do the contracting for you. And if you don't know what that means in layman terms, is insurance contracts. So if you can name top three insurance companies, you know, in your state, then that's what it looks like. We help you get contracted with them because they will ultimately send you referrals for clients. That's one of the services we offer, and then also if you want to get connected with Medicaid and prov become a Medicaid provider, we also do those applications, medic Medicaid provider enrollment applications for your agency. So you have options, right? You have options out there.

SPEAKER_00

That sounds fabulous. I don't know if other people that are listening are getting excited like I am right now because it sounds like an exciting. And so, you know, uh Shadows, so you can see God's hand in this in your life, can't you?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, I can.

SPEAKER_00

Just every time you go out and you speak to someone, you can see God's hand in it.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, I do. I do, especially with the consulting business, because that was not on my radar at all. And to have that come to me in a dream from God, I'm like, okay, this is what I need to be doing, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. And how long have you been doing this now?

SPEAKER_01

So I've been doing the consulting for five years, and I've had my home care business for 10. So of course I've had some up and downs during the pandemic. I had to shut it down and long, you know, do the staff. So I've had some ups and downs with mine. Like I said, I didn't start my business to be this big time millionaire. I started it as just something for the community, my local community, and also for family. So in case anyone in my family needed home care services, I wanted to be able and be in position to help them out in that area.

SPEAKER_00

Well, and if you think about it, they're gonna have to go and pay someone else.

SPEAKER_01

That's correct.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. So why not pay someone that they know or love or trust? Because their insurance is gonna look for someone else to pay for that service because they go home and they're gonna need it, right? And so I I'm thinking about like when I needed to have my eye infusions, they were gonna offer me that to have someone come in and be with me for the hour while I had my infusions at my home. My insurance was gonna pay that person to come in my home and do that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, they will.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So I mean, you might as well let it be someone that you know and love. Yeah, and I know I love having someone come. If I needed someone to care for me and that was coming in, I just want someone to talk to during my time of need. I want someone that this is me personally, I want someone that's gonna pray for me before they leave. I want someone that's gonna say, you know, how are you feeling? Let's talk about it. Because I might be in that place where I feel desperate.

SPEAKER_01

That yep, that is so true. And so you know, even with home care, I've had so many situations where, you know, I had to go out to the home eat whether I was working, you know, as a nurse for a home care company prior to me starting mine or working for mine, and I've had to literally comfort people, you know, they especially the elderly, you know, they would start crying out of nowhere because of memories and emotions, they're scared, you know, and you just have to be able to handle that and have that compassion. Because I mean, I've gone through that with losing my mom years ago. We had to take turns as a family, me and my siblings and my father to provide for her. You know, I had to wash her, you know, do her hair. So when you've gone through an experience like that, you have compassion, you're more understanding of what they're feeling because my mom went through all those different emotions during this process, you know, before she, you know, passed away. And that just I mean, took my perspective and just made me look at things differently. And this is years prior to me becoming a nurse, starting the home care business, and it's like that situation alone became fuel for me.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. I know somebody out there is listening thinking that's it. I found my calling, that's it. I'm so glad that we are catching up. Oh, wow. Okay. Now you also have on your bio digital entrepreneur. What is this?

SPEAKER_01

Well, the digital side of things, I have, of course, I've I mean, from the beginning of me doing consulting, you know, got into the digital side, which is, you know, courses, online courses, online products like documents. So I do offer online documents for those who get into home care. They need, you know, simple things, policy and procedures, things like that. Also with the digital creation, I consider that with my social media content that I put out. So right now I do a lot of it related to that, but I'm going to get more involved with, you know, showing a personal side of me. So I'm gonna start creating more content with that and also digital products to go along with that because, you know, life can throw some curveballs. And I know a lot of people are out there, they know this, they've gone through certain things. And some people look at me as, you know, I'm a mom of six. So my youngest is one, and my oldest is 26. So I need to navigate a lot. I mean, I've been married, divorced, now navigating, you know, being a single mom, but in a, you know, a serious relationship. But, you know, there are some things that come along with that journey. And I want to show people because I get commended a lot. People are like, I don't know how you do it, you know, but I want to show them what it really looks like. And that's where, you know, some of the digital products are gonna be rolling out here soon, you know, once I start up with that with my YouTube channel.

SPEAKER_00

That's good. How can people find your YouTube channel, sister?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, my YouTube channel is under my name, Kinshada Daniels. Just go up there and do a search. I am on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, so you can also find me in those places as well. But YouTube is definitely one of my number one social media outlets where people find me.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, good. Wow. This has been a really insightful conversation, sister, because, like I said, just knowing that God's hand is in this, and I'm so blessed to be able to talk to you about this and and hear what God has been doing in your life. You know, and you're right. We have our ups and downs, and you know, just the whole idea of trusting in the Lord when we're wanting something so badly, or we feel like you, you were able to have a dream. So you knew you had to act out on that, right? And I know some people have talked to me about, you know, I just don't know which way to turn. I see this way and I could have this, or I see this way and I could have that. You know, what could you say to someone that is this sparks an interest, but how do I know it's what God wants me to do? Can you speak into that a little bit?

SPEAKER_01

I would definitely say um give yourself more grace and mercy. And the reason why I say that is because whenever you feel like you're stuck or you don't know what to do next, that can add a level of pressure, you know, undue pressure that you don't have to put yourself under. And a lot of people do that because they're looking to the left, they're looking to the right, seeing what so-and-so's doing, or you know, what so-and-so started. Never compare yourself to someone else's journey. And one of the things that I created to help remind me when I started out on this journey myself is that we don't, you know, which I call women queens, queens don't compete. We collaborate. So just because Susie Homemaker is, you know, doing her thing, maybe she has she's cooking and all of this, doesn't mean that you have to compare yourself to where she is on her journey. So doesn't really give yourself more grace, more mercy. It may be hard in the beginning because it's something that we have to renew our minds to do. Like, I mean, even daily, like I have to renew my mind. Because sometimes, you know, the enemy will trick you as if you're behind, you're you're not where God wants you to be. I do believe that direction comes when you're ready. Okay? Now it doesn't mean that you're not gonna have any highs and lows, but I do believe direction comes when you're ready. Just like I it came to me in a dream, and I act, I acted on it. You know, if I wasn't ready, I would have procrastinated. I would have been questioning, uh, is this really from God? I don't want to do this right now. I'm doing something else. But when you're ready, God knows. And He sends the right people at the right time, the right ideas, the you know, the right setup. He's gonna direct you. And I can say this business has consistently brought me money. Consistently. I mean, it has it. I just know it has to be God because, like I said, it wasn't on my to-do list.

SPEAKER_00

Right, right. Wow. I love what you said earlier. Never compare yourself to someone else's journey, and queens don't compete, they collaborate. That's so important, sister. You know, it's so important because God has a different journey for all of us, you know, and it reminds me, I was just talking to a sister about this. You know, he wants us to network together, and I imagine a net, like a litter fishing net that fishermen use, right? And they throw the net out and they draw it in. But if that net starts to unravel in a certain spot, eventually, of course, that spot, everything's gonna come out, right? It frails. But if we can stay close together, netted close together, all of us holding a different component on what God's work is entailing, the more people that we can draw in towards him, right? And it's so important that we keep that networking part, the collaborating part. That's so important because God has instilled in us each individual, if he knew us all by name before the foundations of the earth. Don't you think he knew what sister is doing right now in the in the consulting and what I'm doing right now with the radio? And you know, like he knew all that and what comp like for a time is this.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, that's right, that's right.

SPEAKER_00

He knew that we were gonna talk today. He knew that someone's gonna be sparked and say, That's it. God just said this, that's it. I heard it, and I'm gonna walk on that. Like, he knows all those things, and I just love that about him. If we can just learn how to just trust that process, right? Like you're saying, just give yourself grace, understand, like he already knows what you're gonna do. He just asks you to just follow the steps of it, right? Don't look to the left, don't look to the right, but follow the steps that are gonna take you to where he wants you to be.

SPEAKER_01

That is so true. That is so true. I I I agree. I mean, I've walked, I've walked, you know, this journey, and I'm still on the journey. I'm still learning. And anytime, you know, we're on a journey, I want to say this also make sure that you are able to pivot. Because there are gonna be times in your life where you have to pivot. And one of my one of my pet peeves that I've always had right was change. Like, I don't if I if I get in the rhythm of doing something a certain way or I'm used to it, or I'm comfortable, and then I have to change, that's like one of my pet pivots. Like, no, I don't want to change. I'm but when you're working with God and you're in alignment, you're gonna have those pivots. You're gonna have those pivots, and you have to be able to, you know, give yourself grace and mercy and ask God to help you. If you're someone like me and you don't like change or you don't want to be uncomfortable, then you know, tell God, you know, just talk to him and say, hey, you know, this feels so uncomfortable. Can you help me with this? And maybe he uh he'll send someone to encourage you or someone to, you know, walk with you through that new phase, but be able to pivot when it's time.

SPEAKER_00

And and we were talking about this at Bible study on Tuesday because we have to be able to pivot because the person that he's sending us to to talk to needs it maybe delivered the message in a different way, a way that we might not be used to, but God's gonna challenge us to say, Yeah, I think you're ready to pivot to this way because I need you to talk to this person this way. And so, or I need you to go to this situation and expand this way because there's someone out there that needs it done this way in order for them to hear what you have to say about me. That's right, and so that's that's a very good word of advice, very good wisdom words there, sister, too. Wow, fantastic stuff. I love it. I'm so glad we got caught up, and I'm so excited what God is doing in your life. And is there anything you'd like to say, like any last-minute words that you'd like to say to our audience before I have you pray us out?

SPEAKER_01

I want to say, um, real quickly, is to also show and give mercy more. You know, life is difficult for a lot of people, you know, and they're trying to make life decisions every day. And I just believe when you give others mercy, like the word says, you obtain mercy. Because your journey, you don't know what you may encounter on your journey, just like you don't know what others are encountering on their journey. But I want to just ask you guys when you're out here, whether business, you know, in the grocery store or work, uh make sure that you're giving grace to others. Okay, because you never know when you'll be in a position where you need it, you need mercy and grace yourself.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, because we never know what someone's going through.

SPEAKER_01

That's true. That's true.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, that's good good advice, sister. Good advice. Well, sister Cashada, thank you so much for your time. I'm hoping somebody out there that's listening says, you know what, I need to talk to this sister. She has a website wwwimdrk.com. Is that correct?

SPEAKER_01

That is correct.

SPEAKER_00

So if you want to go to Sister Daniel's website, you could go there. Like she said, she has her YouTube channel, Kitshara Daniels, TikTok, Instagram, those types of places. I'm hoping somebody out there got a spark, just like I did in our conversation. I just say, you know, God wants to encourage his people. He wants them to walk in the the, you know, maybe you're at this place, like, you know, I'm done with this job. I don't want to do it anymore. I need something more fulfilling. This would be the next place you could go. At least, at least reach out to sister and talk to her. Do that phone call, talk to her, and see if it's something that speaks to your heart. Because maybe, yeah, maybe it is time. Maybe God's making you, you know how when he wants us to change, he makes us uncomfortable in a certain place and it's like, yeah, it's time to go. Okay, I heard you loud and clear. Too much riff-raff in this place, I'm going. But maybe you're in that place and you're just miserable at your job, and you're like, what could I do that would be so fulfilling for this next? This is this is the perfect spot for somebody out there that wants to walk their walk and still be able to serve God and do it in, you know, with godly character, build your business, and this is the person that can help you do that. So I'm so excited, sister. I would love it if you would close us out in prayer and just allow, you know, Holy Spirit to pray with you that, you know, for somebody out there that is searching, somebody out there, you know, and and I just want to say one last thing before I let, you know, if there's somebody out there that doesn't know the Lord, or maybe you stepped away from the Lord, and maybe it's kind of like I'm kind of rocky, but you just happen to tune in because you thought, oh, this subject looks interesting. I I'm miserable at my job, or I need something new. I just want to encourage you that God is calling you back. It's not by accident that you tuned in, it's not by accident that you're listening to me right now, or my sister. And I just want to tell you that yes, he wants you back, you know, or if you don't know him, yes, he's calling you. And it's so simple, yet people make it so hard. And all you need to do is just acknowledge that he is God, he's your Lord and Savior. Ask for forgiveness of the sins that you've done because we're all sinners. I sin every day, and I have to ask him. That's called repenting when you say you're sorry and you try hard not to do it again. We're gonna sin daily. You're not too far gone. I guarantee you. I felt like that for many, many years, and it held me back from what I'm walking in today. And so, just a word of encouragement just ask him to help you to get back to where you need to be, ask him to be a part of your life and walk forward in this beautiful life. Life. I mean, he says that once we come to him, then you're with him. And then we get to walk this journey with him, which is so beautiful. And I'm sure, sister, you can acknowledge that as well. Like, yes, there's ups and downs, but with him we have all things. He says that, right? And so I just encourage you before we close out in prayer. All right, sister, I'd love for you to pray for us.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, no problem. Dear Heavenly Father, Lord, I thank you for this opportunity to be able to talk with Sister Ramona on this radio interview. I thank you for everything that I said and that she said. I pray that these words that were uttered will be a blessing, encouragement, and motivation to those who listen to this broadcast. I pray and ask that those who are searching and looking and trying to find a purpose that's already within them, I pray and ask that you will show them, whether it be dreams through a sign, through another person, what it is that you want them to do. Show them their gifts, their passions, so that they can start there and asking you which direction they should go. For those who have the passion to help others, Lord, even if it's just cooking a meal, I pray and ask that you will give them ideas, open doors, connect them with the right people, that they can fulfill their passion and you know, and just start there. You know, some people, you know, they're at home and they're looking for ways to make money, and they don't know that it can be their gifts that you've given them from birth that can make room for them in today's world. I pray for those that may be struggling financially, that you will meet their needs. Those who need peace, I pray and ask that you will give them peace that surpasses all understanding. I pray that you will lead and guide them and show them the different ways that they can start to change things in their lives, even with their mindset. I ask that you will renew their minds, that they can see beyond, you know, their problems that they think are problems, their situations, their relationships. I just pray that this time spent will be a blessing to others. And you say that anything that we do in your name or say your word shall not return unto you, boy. So I'm leaning and standing on the words that have been said that they will go out and accomplish what you have inspired us to say, and they will also do what you want them to do. So I want to thank you that we had the chance to come together today. And maybe the everyone out there listening will see how easy it is to collaborate, to network, you know, to come together for one common person, and that's to help others and bring glory to you, God. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.

SPEAKER_00

Amen and amen. Thank you, sister.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you for having me. I really appreciate this opportunity.
