Thank you for tuning in today. Today's show, I'm going to be speaking to you. I don't have a guest today, but I have a message from the Lord that I spoke on at church, and I just wanted to talk to you about it. So I've kind of been through a little bit of health. It wasn't a scare, I'm not going to use that word, but it was something of concern. I can say that. Like I couldn't speak right. I couldn't use my mouth. It was difficult. And I thought this is kind of odd. I called my daughter, and my daughter said, okay, well, let's take you to the hospital. You might have had a stroke. And so when she said those words, a stroke, I kind of questioned it. I was like, I don't feel bad. I don't feel sick. I don't understand. But okay, let's go. So I had the best of care when I got to our local hospital emergency room. They took me right in, and I immediately sent out a text to my elders in my church and asked them to pray. They treated it like a stroke. They noticed the weakness. Every sign that I had with the paralysis of my right side seemed to fit a stroke. But we weren't accepting that. It was, you did not have a stroke. We're gonna pray this. We're gonna ask for divine healing. I knew that I was being prayed for. Throughout the ordeal, as I was in the hospital waiting room, and I was there for about seven hours for different types of tests, CT scan, CT with contrast, blood work, neurologist visits. And I have to admit that throughout the entire time as we waited for an ambulance to go to San Jose Hospital, I I felt peace, like the Bible talks about. The peace of no understanding where it's coming from. I laid in the bed and just continuously talked to the Lord. My daughter was with me. There was no fear. So because the Lord sometimes speaks through others prophetically to us, we should take heed to those. And I started to recall some of the promises, and some of the promises were that I would be a voice for many, that I would live to see my daughter's salvation. I would, I would write many books, I have a lot of words to share, I would influence people in the airwaves. I would I just started recalling and remembering all these things. And I told the Lord, Well, if you take me home, how am I going to do those things? Because you said them. And those words started to come to life to me. So as I laid there, that's kind of what I did. We had to go to by ambulance because of me having Kaiser insurance. We went by ambulance, we got to San Jose. Uh, they again treated me as a stroke, started calling in the specialists to do different types of things again there, and I still had comfort. We could not have an MRI till midnight, and the MRI was gonna be the last test that would show if there was any type of uh stroke within my brain. So um I peacefully went to sleep that night after the MRI, so that early morning, and woke up in the morning, still couldn't talk that well, still had slurring, I couldn't close my eye, it was everything on the right side, but my strength in my right arm and my leg were starting to come back, so I noticed that I was able to get up to use a restroom, I was able to grasp things with my arm, and so I just praised God for that. Um, the prayers were continuously coming through. I was getting text messages from the uh the elders, and the let's see, my sister came in. We waited for the results from the rock from the neurologist around noon. When the neurologist came in, he looked at me and he said, Your MRI is clear, you did not have a stroke. I immediately praised God. I was like, Thank you, Jesus, you know, because there's a lot of long-term effects that a stroke could have. Not that I wasn't gonna be able to still do what the Lord has called me to do, but there's long-term effects. As a teacher, I don't have state disability. Um, I was concerned over, you know, how I was gonna do my job, um, things like that. Um, not afraid, just concerned. So, with that diagnosis of not having a stroke came the questions of what happened, and that's where the Bell's palsy came in. So having Bell's Bell's palsy made it more temporary, of course. Um, it's been a it's been a challenging couple weeks for me. Um, my eye, my right eye is starting to be able to wink, but it still doesn't close all the way, so a lot of uh watering, it's difficult to read. Thank God for audio Bible. Um I um I ask the Lord constantly about uh what it is I'm supposed to learn from this. I had a brother in Christ ask me, um, do you feel like you're being attacked? Do you feel like this is um a spiritual attack on you because of what you're doing? And and I peacefully told him, No, I I don't feel like I'm being attacked, because if I felt attacked, then I think the fear and all those things might enter in, but I felt at peace. And I told him that I literally felt throughout the hospital and everything that was going on that I was laying in the palm of Jesus. I felt comfort, I felt peace, I felt um like everything was gonna be okay. So I did not feel like attack. What I do feel, what I do sense that the Lord is telling me, because he had told me that um I would be starting to be able to go out and pray for healings for people, and I do feel that the Lord is gonna use this for a lot of different things. The Lord used it um for me to be able to speak at my church the Sunday right after this all happened because I had a message to share. The Lord's using it for others to see that no matter what happens to someone's physical body, when they love the Lord, they love the Lord. It doesn't matter how or what is going on in their physical body, they love the Lord, and a lot of times people tend to look at the outside um of things, uh, the outside of people's appearance or uh the disabilities that might be, you know, that poor person and things like that. But you have to understand that it's the heart that matters, it's the heart that Jesus speaks to, it's the heart that is just alive in Jesus, the heart means everything, and so even if someone is unable to talk, the heart speaks volumes, the heart allows actions to come out that show love, the heart is the most important thing that we have, and the Lord just kind of has been ministering to me about that and confirming that with me, and then the other thing that the Lord has been showing me is that a lot of times we listen to the worldly influences, you know, the who told you's the doctor came in and told me I had a stroke. I could have accepted that, or I could wait and see what God told me, and so because I wanted to wait to see what God said, that was going to be my final diagnosis. A lot of times you might be facing a financial difficulty, and all of a sudden the thought of I can't pay my bills comes in. But what did God promise you? Go into the Bible and find out all the promises that the Lord has given you. He promises that if we're faithful and obedient, that all things will come to pass, like all our financial blessings, our blessings of you know, all the things that we need in life, all different types of things he promises us. In Deuteronomy 28, he talks about all the blessings that come out of obedience. He's the one that gives us our finances, he's the one that blesses us with the talent so we can get our jobs. If some of us are in between jobs and we're praying for a job, that'll come because it's a promise out of your obedience. With health things, if he has spoken life into you, and if it's not your time to go, those promises will come to pass because he said them. So it's important to us to understand what did God say through everything. I was looking in Genesis and in chapter one, and I was just kind of looking at how many times God said in the beginning that the Bible actually says God said, There was nothing, there was void, darkness upon the face of the earth. But God said, Let there be light, and there was light. Then God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. So God said that in Genesis chapter one, verse nine, and God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear, and it was so. So God said that. In verse eleven, and God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself upon the earth, and it was so. Again, God said fourteen and God said that there be lights in the ferment of the heavens to divide the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons, and for days, and for years. God said that in verse 20 of that same chapter one in Genesis, and God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that have life and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. Again, God said in verse 24, and God said, Let the earth bring forth a living creature after his kind, cattle and creepy thing, and beast of the earth after his kind, and it was so. Important words to remember, God said, and then he says, It was so. So if he said it, then it will come to pass, because he said it, and it was so, and a lot of times we forget that just because of all of life's everything that is in life that surrounds us right now. On verse 31, after he said and brought everything into creation, God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. So he was well pleased with everything that he said and everything that he created. Um I kind of have a cross-reference here in Psalm 33 6. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. By the word of the Lord, the Psalmist is saying. So again, God said In Psalm thirty three nine, for he spake and it was done. He commanded and it stood fast. He spoke, it happened, he commanded. For many years I could not hear God's whisper. It was drowned out by the brokenness and the lies of the voices that I heard over and over again in my head. It took me a while to understand what God had said and what God had created, especially what God was trying to birth in me. And a lot of times, you know, you wonder, how much of your life do you live in the identity that society calls you? Whether you're single or they call you broken, or they call you worthless, or they call you abandoned, or they call you just a no-good for nothing. Society will put these labels on us. They they are calling you those things. We have to go back to the beginning. We have to go back to what God said and understand what God said about our lives and what God meant for our lives to be. No matter the circumstances that you're in, God still said what you're going to be. He said that when you were formed in your mother's womb, what you were about to be. He knew your name before your parents even named you. He calls your name, he knows your name. He sits at the right hand of the Father and He prays for you with the Father. He knows who you are because He said those things. We just have to start to find out what He's saying if we don't know, if we've gone wayward, if we feel lost. What is God saying over your life right now? I was reading also in Genesis in chapter three. And in Genesis chapter three, that's where Adam and Eve and Eve decides to listen to the serpent. And that was the first time that fear entered in from chapter one to chapter three. First time that fear enters in to God's creation is the first time the word afraid comes in, where Adam is afraid when he hears God's voice. And God asks him, Who told you you were naked? Who told you you were naked? Because the Lord had never told him that there was nakedness. That was never something that was spoken into the creation. But they believed the serpent who said, Eat this fruit. Surely, you know, the Lord doesn't want you to have the truth and knowledge to yourself. Nothing will happen to you because he created you. And they believed him. They listen to his lies. And there's a lot of times that the lies that we listen to, they could be subtle, and you could probably even think, well, that might not be a bad idea. There's some truth in what he's saying, but we have to really take our time to listen to what outside influences tell us, what people tell us. If they're not godly people, if you don't see the fruit of Christ in their lives, be careful what you listen to. Be careful what you allow to enter into what you think is truth. The only truth that we can start to really search out is gonna be the truth of in the in the word, the truth of the Lord. In these last days, there's gonna be a lot of people that are gonna start to change the truth. They're gonna start to say things like, well, I think he I think God would probably be okay with that. And God said in his word that certain things would occur in the last days. God said in his word that we needed to be careful and to only take what's in his word as truth. The Bible doesn't lie, God breathed into it, he used his spirit to help the writers write what they did. So we have to be really careful on the different people that influence us, and and it doesn't have to be words. I do want to share that. It could be you're driving down the highway and you see a billboard and you read it to yourself, you're reading it, all of a sudden that enters into your soul. It could be a television program. Maybe you just think, well, it'll be okay if I just watch this show. But you kind of feel like when things are being said, it doesn't feel right. That's the Holy Spirit in you saying you shouldn't be watching this. I myself am really careful what I watch. I won't watch a rated R movie anymore because it there's just no reason for it. There's no reason for me to allow that type of content to come into me at all, whatsoever. Rated G, and sometimes even the rated G have things because the enemy is trying to influence our children. So be really careful with that. Books that you read, you might think it's an innocent love story, but entwined in it is battered and sex scenes and things like that. Those are not things that you should be listening to. Your inner conscious should not be listening to the words on those pages because those aren't truth. So we we forget the different ways that our hearts can be influenced by different things that the society and the worldly views are saying to us. Television, radio, books, social media, the internet, newspapers, anything. You need to be very careful, prayerfully careful on what influences your mind and what words that you listen to, and always go back to the Bible to be able to see what's right and what's wrong. I did want to share one other thing before we get ready. The time goes by so quickly when I'm with you. It's like when I'm interviewing guests, it goes by so quickly. Let's see here. I was looking through a couple scriptures to say, you know who God said I am. And just a couple verses that I'll leave you with. So in John 15, 15, if you read that scripture, God calls me his friend. He says I'm his friend. And um, let's see, Ephesians 2.10, he calls me his workmanship. In 1 Corinthians 6 19, he calls my body the temple of the Holy Spirit. In Acts 1 8, he calls me his messenger or his witness. Praise God. In Galatians 3.26, he calls me his child. In Romans 5.8, he calls me greatly loved. And in John 8.36, he also calls me greatly loved. In 2 Corinthians 5.17, most of all, he calls me brand new. And every day we can be brand new. Some of you might not know what this love of Christ is. Some of you might not understand some of the things that I might be saying, or maybe you just the station just happened to come on and you're listening to me and you're wondering like who is this person that brought everything into existence by saying it is? And it's Jesus. And he came and he died on the cross for us. And he wants to be able to be your Lord and your Savior. And He He wants you to understand that the Bible has truth for you to understand. And so right now I'm just gonna say a little prayer for you, and then I'm gonna thank you for tuning in to today's message. Heavenly Father, Lord, I just thank you, Lord. I thank you for my voice, Lord. I thank you that I'm able to speak today. Lord, I just thank you for the listeners, Lord, those that have tuned in and those that might listen to this message at another time, Lord. Lord, I just ask that the words that you've given and spoken over me about influencing people from high places, Lord, the airwaves, however that may be, Lord, I just ask for that influence right now, that influence into hearts, Lord. I just ask that hearts that are searching right now, Lord, hearts that need comfort right now, Lord, that right now in the name of Jesus, Lord, that you comfort them, that you give them that peace, Lord. That peace that I spoke about, that peace, like no understanding, Lord. Through their brokenness, through their feeling of not feeling worthy, Lord, I ask that you in the name of Jesus that you lift that, Lord, that they call out to you, Lord, and they ask you to take over in their life, to be their Lord and their Savior, Lord, that salvation is that close, Lord. I thank you for this station and I bless the owners, Lord. I bless James and Callie for the work that they're doing, Lord, for allowing God's word to go forth in the airwaves, Lord. I bless the other ministries that come on this station, Lord. And I bless all the listeners, Lord. Whatever that they may need, like right now, Lord, I come into agreement with all their calling outs to whatever they may be, healing, salvation, a loved one, a job, financial security, Lord, the houses that they might be trying to buy right now, or the apartment they might be trying to get into, Lord. Right now, I bring that to you, Lord, with them, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Those that might be with child, Lord, that are contemplating abortion, Lord, in the name of Jesus. I just ask that you touch their hearts, Lord. I just ask that you touch them, Lord, so that they could see there's another way, Lord, that there's other ways that that child is a child of you, Lord. In the name of Jesus, Lord. I pray for the ministries, Lord, that are in the local areas, Lord, that are listening to my voice, Lord. I pray continued blessings over them. I pray for the local pastors, Lord. I pray that they're not afraid to speak your truth, Lord, from the pulpit, Lord. I thank you for everything that you've done in my life, Lord, and everything you're about to do with all my listeners, Lord. And I pray all this in Jesus' name. I thank you. God bless you.
