Our gratitude is bestowed to each of you as well. So many who are listening are questioning. Not only this communion, but also their own very existence. And yet so many also often forget that there is a structure providing in order for one to recall they are essence. It does not merely pertain to contact with essence. It is intentionally created for each of you to experience awareness through your incarnation. Each one multiple moments throughout their human life have witnessed their own awareness shift, have received intuition, have sensed the deep calm when their conscious mind was not as active, or repeatedly receiving symbols, visions, messages to their deep sleep states. No essence can ever embark upon a human journey without this awareness intact, alive, vibrant, and guiding. But if it was not so, why would there be an incarnation at all? So for each who are listening, heed these words, my dear ones. Your incarnation is serving a purpose more than you could fathom. For your awareness holds two positions, if you will. The ability for you to receive your guidance, your intuitive, your inner knowing, which is vital in order for you to navigate through your and your existence. And the other position is how your highest essence is learning through your lived understanding, through the shared awareness. And that is why incarnation exists. So even the skeptics who may be listening, each one who is experiencing an incarnation possesses awareness. Therefore, each one is an essence, growing, evolving, and learning. So connecting to essence is not difficult. An intermediary is not necessary. Just as no one in your realm is offering you your intuition. Trust that you do not trust. And in turn, your clarity shall return, and you will honor your essence.

SPEAKER_06My dear. Your assumption is that you are receiving healing through another once more. We shall offer you, my dear, that would you ask. But I also ask you, my dear, to sit in your silence through your discomfort. And merely ask your highest essence to heal this discomfort, my dear. Those in your realm prefer to place labels, my dear, to differentiate modalities, as if to spread various hors d'oeuvres to all, so they can each indulge with their specific tastes. Your essence, my dear. Do you not perceive that your essence wishes nothing more than to obtain a healthy physical vessel? Connect your own essence, my dear. Thank you close your eyes, my dear. And focus on our presence there. Focus first on your heart, my dear. Notice the warmth. Love. The honor. The respect. And I'll notice where your discomfort rests, my dear. You will recognize a similar sensation of warmth of love of pressure. It appears as if our hand is placed upon your forehead.

SPEAKER_04Yes, hello. Um, my question is regarding a friend that I've known for at least 52 years, and recently she's had some emotional issues, and it seems to know her personality has changed. And about a month ago, she sent me a really angry and hostile email. I'm not sure why or what you know triggered it, but it really hurt my heart, and I just haven't known how to respond back to her since this has happened. I'm not sure whether to respond or to respond to her.
SPEAKER_06You claim you are in connection with this physical form, my dear. Allow us to also elaborate, my dear, that this collaboration did not originate in your realm. Your essence knows her essence. Ages, my dear, in your definition of time. And because, my dear, that this relationship is essence to essence, not form to form, there is purpose, my dear, and why you have engaged with the other along this physical incarnation. You are perceiving that her actions have altered significantly and are on the receiving end of harm. And yet what you fail to remember, my dear, is that you, your essence, has asked for this moment to appear at this precise time. So rather than intellectualizing, attempting to understand what your reaction should be, my dear, focus on the answer you already possess within to the awareness we spoke of earlier, my dear. You are already, my dear, keen in your intuition. Recognize why she acts the way she does. And you are offering silently your love and your version of healing and your resolve to forgiveness. Do not allow your human identity to interfere, my dear, and view it as a personal attack on you, if you will. View the situation deeper than the surface, my dear. Respond as your essence would with love, compassion, patience, and forgiveness. And that is when you will recognize the underlying message behind this circumstance. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_06My dear, your statement alone is providing you the insight you are seeking. Allow me to ask you, my dear, do you believe? Initiate the thought to raise your hand, my dear. This is your highest essence, my dear. And notice how the human intellect stalled. You pause, my dear, did you not? This is indication of how you are experiencing your physical incarnation, my dear. Also indicating, my dear, how you are aware of your intuition. And yet perhaps you are not always following it first. Hence the pause. This is why it occurred, my dear. The instinct to raise your hand, even if there was no question following. But the question is not relevant, my dear. It is noticing where the mind interferes with what is natural, with receiving that intuition through awareness. And the more you focus on the subtle differences, my dear, the more you are able to receive clarity, to remember the connection, the softer the human identity and his desire to remain in control. Your breath, my dear, is the common denominator, if you will. Your essence and this human form, which offers you your human identity, how you are viewed and perceived in your realm, and how you act accordingly based on that human identity. Your essence, my dear, is that awareness within. It is that intuition, it is that sudden knowing, or your logical mind cannot understand why. Precisely what you experienced moments ago, my dear. The sudden impulse to raise your hand without a question following suit. This is how one recognizes when it is their essence, bringing forth information, guidance, advice, or remembrance. This is not the human identity. Our advice, my dear, is to continue to recognize the difference. As this supports not only how you navigate through the earthly realm, but how you navigate back to understanding your essence, your soul. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_03Thank you. Um, thank you, Noah. Um, my question, and you maybe have partially answered it with the last two uh guests, is how can I trust um the presence of essence or other guys when due to uh trauma I have trust issues with others in just a physical form?
SPEAKER_06By first, my dear, recognizing the purpose of this trauma, by remembering, my dear, this trauma was not placed upon your journey for you to suffer and for you to receive it personally, and for you to continue to struggle, and for you to find the difficulty in forgiveness. But the journey is not about you, my dear. Allow me to further clarify the definition of you, the same human identity we are referring to. The human identity, my dear, is created through these memories, through the conditioning, the worries, the fears, the need to be accepted, loved. The journey, my dear, of incarnation belongs to your essence. For if it were not the journey of your essence, there would be no breath within your form. Allow us, my dear, to go further. Your essence is quite intelligent, quite evolved. In order for it to continue to evolve, my dear, by wishing to learn through incarnations, it specifically places these traumatic moments in order for you to live through the experience. That is how the wisdom of the emotions you have wrestled with and continue to are born. That is how your essence, my dear, evolves. So rather than viewing these traumatic moments through the lens of your human identity, where there's anger, remorse, hatred opposed to those who have inflicted pain upon you. For one moment, my dear, you were through the lens of your essence, where you perceive these moments as horrid. There is honor, profound honor, I may add, to that essence who agree to portray the villain, if you will, the victimizer, if you will, in order for you to evolve. With all essences, my dear, Of pure love, that essence also learned greatly through guilt, shame, remorse, as they require to also evolve. So trusting essence, my dear, is not something one obtains to accomplish. They are essence. The underlining of your question, my dear, is not asking how to trust essence, but how to trust yourself. By forgiving the human identity. By loving the human identity. By trusting the human identity. And recognizing that without it, my dear, the lessons would be fewer. But allow me to interject, my dear, as a loving reminder. You are not, nor have you ever been, the human identity. It is merely a character you are portraying, my dear, within this theatrical production of the human journey. Is that clear, my dear one?

SPEAKER_08Thank you, Charlene. No, when you talk about us in as humans being just characters, it sounds like our importance in the cosmos is very small. Is what we're doing important?
SPEAKER_06Idea. The contrary, my dear. Reiterate, my dear, we are more than one. Physical incarnations occur simultaneously. If it were not for you, your bravery to portray this character with forgetting your essence. Where would the growth occur, my dear? Recognize your origin as an essence resides in the pure, infinite consciousness field of the Creator, my dear. Only the Creator, my dear, seeks no evolution. The Creator created you, my dear, your original essence, as a form of expression, not as a form of evolution, my dear. But you, your essence, decided it wanted to evolve. It wanted to learn through incarnations. Not all essences wish to evolve through incarnation. We have not experienced physical incarnation, my dear. And yet we continue to evolve within the same infinite conscious field of the Creator as you. So now I ask you to repeat the same question through the lens of your essence rather than the lens of your human identity. And notice if you receive a different answer.

SPEAKER_13Um, no, it's okay. Noah, I have been studying and I've been working with Nico and learning the terrain and learning the essences and why we are here and why we are striving, learning to give information up the line. My question is, if we are designed to be in this, I'm gonna, I'm gonna get the language wrong. Um, why do we try so hard to break through the filters that were put on us to not understand, to not remember, so that we could live this life?
SPEAKER_06And the alarm me first, my dear. To correct your wording, if you will.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_06The structure that you make mention of, my dear, does not apply to the incarnation itself. The structure you are referring to, my dear, is of your origin as essence.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_06This remains stable, intact, vibrant. Your compass point, if you will, my dear. Each aspect of your essence is quite aware, knowledgeable of the entire structure. Incarnation, my dear, serves many purposes. But the one most powerful purpose, my dear, which not all reach this summit within every incarnation, is the power of remembrance, my dear. For if there was no field of forgetfulness, remembrance would not be as profound as it is. You treat it as if everyone in your realm remembers through forgetfulness. That is quite inaccurate, my dear. Many in your realm will continue to evolve and will continue to incarnate without remembrance through the field of forgetfulness. So even as asked before, what is the importance of incarnation? Each of you should honor yourselves, for you are beginning the turn to remembrance quite more difficult than you perceive it to be in your realm. Is that clear, my dear?
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_06It is also, my dear, how this specific incarnation was created in order for you, as your human identity, through years of forgetfulness, to remember. But trust, my dear, that does not equate to that all of your parallel incarnations shall follow suit and remember. Which is why it is vital to recognize the importance of each incarnation. For through the parallel union of each incarnation occurring simultaneously, only one, my dear, only one essence needs remembrance in order to shift it to consciousness to each. So despite the fact, my dear, that you may perceive you are struggling within your remembrance and your understanding of structure, you are failing to realize is that your very questions, your very courage to think differently in order to remember, is profoundly affecting each incarnation. And in turn, my dear, greatly impacting your essence. There is true honor bestowed upon you. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_10I was uh wondering if you could talk to us about yourself and from where you hail.
SPEAKER_06Exactly where you are, my dear. Realize, my dear, you are viewing from one vantage point, the one you are accustomed to view from, my dear. You are viewing from the lens of your human form. And yet, you also, my dear, possess multiple lenses. Your original incarnation, if you will. Your original beginning, my dear. Your original light is created in the realm of the creator, my dear. Pure, infinite field of consciousness. This is also what we originated, my dear. Also to the creator, my dear. There is no sequence of events as there is no time, my dear. This is an illusion in your well. This is how we are all interconnected, my dear. This is how we are connected with this vessel, my dear. It is not that an agreement was formed, my dear, between essence and human. An agreement, a covenant, my dear, to sacred agreement in love and trust and honor. Originated in this realm, my dear. Once remembrance occurred, reverence wasn't trusted, humility, vulnerability was offered, and the pure connection of unconditional love was able to remain intact, not intercepted by the human identity, my dear. Hence this transmission today. You also reside in this field, my dear. We are also connected to you and each one listening, as each of you are interconnected to each other in your realm. So notice, my dear, how insignificant judgment, comparison, racism. All which occur in your realm, my dear, are of your realm. They are not attached to anyone's essence, my dear, for we are all interconnected. Also, my dear, remember, because you are essence, because you do possess the ability to view from various lenses and various vantage points. This does not cease in incarnation, my dear. So you are afforded the exact same ability to change the level, the lens of perception anytime you choose, my dear. So the final question I leave with you. Do you prefer, my dear, to view from a different lens?

SPEAKER_02I remember. I remember where it started. I remember who I am. These things I know. My question for you is. Maybe for all of us, but specifically I'm asking for myself. How can I know what more to do? What what more can I do to serve in this life?
SPEAKER_06There's so much. Three things, my dear. Three points we will focus on, my dear.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_06The first is begin by accepting. You are not yet fully aware of your origin point, my dear. You perceive your recognizing each aspect of the structure, which is honorable, my dear. But for one, to truly recognize the original point, my dear, it is to strip away the human identity fully. In other words, my dear, to the cycle of history in your wealth, whom you perceive as ascended masters now, my dear, did exactly that. They did not rely on their human identity. They relied on their essence. And even those, my dear, scratched the surface, if you will, with their original essence. A second, my dear, is recognize the words you utilize to be of service to those in your realm. An essence, my dear, is always of service to essence. For it understands, my dear, there are no connections human to human. It is always essence to essence, portrayed through the human vessel, my dear. So service is always to essence. Service is always to the infinite field of consciousness, my dear. It is absorbed in your well through the physical vessels. And lastly, my dear, recognize there are no random coincidental meetings. Physical form to physical form in the physical reality, my dear. Each and every encounter is within alignment, has already been agreed upon, has already been inserted into the blueprints, if you will, diagram of each physical incarnation. Even today, my dear. As you notice through your devices, these are faces perhaps you have never laid eyes upon before. And yet, my dear, you have all agreed to interact through this physical incarnation. Even for a brief moment, my dear. Nothing is random. So when you come across these younger presences, my dear, as you stated, do not view them through age, do not view them through form. Recognize them as the essence who entered into a sacred covenant with you, my dear. This is how one begins to truly remember their essence, by viewing each in the physical realm as essence, by recognizing that there are no random choice meetings. Everything is intentional. By recognizing you are more than human form, your service is to essence. And then by attempting to allow your true clarity and remembrance to occur through your essence, rather than attempting to analyze through the analytical human mind. Your origin, my dear. Is that clear, my dear one?
SPEAKER_02It is clear, and I already understood these things, Noah. And I when I say unscheduled appointments, I mean people show up when they're meant to, because it's pretty I understand them. I really do. And they do understand that I am helping me because I'm not sure if you're going to be able to do it.

SPEAKER_06Recognize that it is not your human intellect that recognizes these relationships. Do not allow it to continue to be your human intellect, my dear. Begin by turning from inward with service. Do not consume yourself with those in your will. Focus on essence. Focus on your steady connection, my dear. Repeat steadiness to your highest essence. Rather than viewing it as a distant journey. Remove the human self entirely and bring forth your highest essence to the physical form. Allow that to be your starting point, my dear. For once you do, effortlessly. Project your highest essence through your human form. You no longer perceive those in your realm through the same lens. You are your highest essence. And allow that, my dear, to take you further through the structure. To remember the portion of you, my dear, that holds every incarnation ever experienced, all memories, all emotions. Connect with that essence, my dear. That aspect of you, my dear. From that vantage, my dear, you will notice each current incarnation, my dear. And then, my dear, when you do reach that level, truly reach that level through membranes and not through the human intellect. You will brush against your true origin. And once you return, my dear, your awareness to your realm, you will remember your purpose. Not to focus on healing those in your will. Not to focus on assisting the journey of those in your well. With a true purpose, my dear, of enlightening those in your realm with the truth you remember. Through the multiple modalities provided to you, my dear. In other words, my dear You have remembered. And there is still much to remember. The beginning phases, if you will, of remembrance must be utilized by the human intellect. Now I am lovingly asking you. Soften the intellect, soften the identity, and allow the remembrance already accrued to take you further into your true remembrance. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_00Um, I'm just curious your thoughts on the experience of boredom and the experience of feeling maybe panicked or anxious about time passing by and not fulfilling one's purpose.
SPEAKER_06These are not your feelings, my dear. You are experiencing a loss of time as you perceive it as boredom. This is the power of time in your well, my dear. When people often lose a sense of time, when people often feel that they are not utilizing time, it is because your conscious awareness of your reality, my dear, is at a standstill momentarily. That does not equate to the conscious overlap, my dear, of your other parallel realities. It is a shift in time, if you will. The highest essence, my dear, manipulating time through all realities, even the sense of not fulfilling your purpose, my dear, even the sense of anxiety, even the immediate sadness or immediate anger that one awakes to, my dear, does not always equate to it being your emotion. This is how your essence navigates each incarnation, my dear. Your highest essence is aware of each moment, each timeline, each parallel version, and is utilizing the other as a safety, the caution, or my dear, as one able to hold the weight. One cannot sustain in their current state. This is why, my dear, many times your day seems as if time passed too quickly, and then other times it feels it is slowed. This is why time and space is created in your realms, in order for it to be manipulated, bent, so your highest essence is able to clearly govern each for their highest growth and evolution. When one is feeling, my dear, that they are not aligned with their true purpose, it is because they are of you through the desire of their ego, human identity, condition mind. So what one may perceive as a life's purpose is not truly the purpose, is it now, my dear? This is why you have been experiencing feelings of unfulfillment. Even as your human life seems as a wonderful life, is that correct, my dear?
SPEAKER_00Yes, exactly.
SPEAKER_06Because you are not aligned to your true purpose as essence, my dear. And also, my dear, reflect on all the moments. Your intuition spoke loudly, and you ignored it. Even as you crafted this ideal human life, pause and remember all the moments, my dear. Your intuition was leading you elsewhere, and you decided to continue with the mind and the desires and the acceptance. Simply reflect on those moments, my dear, and the same intuitive information returns. Foot has never left, my dear. But do not view it as failure or regret. There's purpose behind every action, my dear. In this life you have crafted it, serves its purpose, for it has indeed fulfilled contractual obligations. It has earned many lessons, my dear, many emotions. But there is a time in each one's trajectory, my dear, for the arc bends. And your highest essence is now gently guiding you for the change to align with your true purpose as an essence. Be kind with yourself, be patient, and listen intently to the intuition, my dear. Is that clear, my dear one?
SPEAKER_00Thank you, yes. So it sounds like my higher essence is quietly speaking. The anxiety is drowning out the humanness of part of me of wanting to see something transform.
SPEAKER_06Indeed, my dear, all awareness, my dear. Where your intuition resides, my dear. For it is your highest who implanted this awareness into the human mind, in order to always have a stable connection, my dear. It is your human identity, my dear, who is resisting. This is where the fears are born. Human identity is based on the conditioning, on your experiences, on the memory, on the fear, on the need to be seen, to be wanted, to be loved, to be heard, to be accepted. Your human identity, my dear, is quite noisy, is it not? This is why there is anxiety for the imbalance that you perceive, my dear. This is why one cannot truly connect with essence, with the many distractions of your realm. And so many seek solitude and silence in order to connect. Not only to cease the distractions, but to also silence the distractions of one's mind. Listen carefully, my dear. Even through the noise, you will hear the wisdom, the guidance through your awareness and through the intuition. Simply follow it, my dear. Do not become anxious because it does not align with your current journey, your current desires, wants, and needs. Trust it, my dear one. There is nothing to fear. SPEAKER_06It is impossible for essence to connect to the mind. It is impossible for essence to connect to the physical form. Even your essence, my dear, is not within the physical form. Your essence anchors into your physical form through your breath, which animates the physical form, breathes life into it, if you will. So it is not an attempt to learn to connect to your highest essence. It is not the usage of your intellect, nor the human identity, nor anything of your reality, my dear. It is first to accept the purity, the sacredness, the remembrance that you are already connected to your highest essence, as you are already connected to other aspects of your essence. For you are also the human self, my dear, your essence, which is attached to the human form. So there is no striving, no reaching, no formulas to study, no difficult equations to intellectually navigate through, my dear. It is simply listening to your breath, listening to the silence, not setting expectations, goals, demands, silencing the human identity and silencing the human intellect. And begin by noticing the subtleties, my dear. How the nervous system reacts and you sense sensations on the physical fall? You perceive presence near as a pressure shifts in the atmosphere around you, my dear. And then you begin to remember how this collaboration, this form to the human consciousness field, my dear. Your perception is that you are remembering it from the ground level, if you will, my dear, of the human form. But this is only perception. This is how the intellectual mind perceives register's equates, even as the one who spoke earlier, my dear. It is one thing to remember your essence to the vantage point of your human form, and it is another to remember your essence from the vantage points of the creator. One cannot truly recognize, remember their essence through the vantage point of the creator if they are utilizing the human intellect. So do not try, my dear. Surrender the mind to simply receive that which you already know as essence.

SPEAKER_11Um, you're you're extraordinary. Your wisdom is amazing. I mean, every Ah, my dear.
SPEAKER_06Allow me to interrupt you for a moment, my dear.

SPEAKER_06You are underestimating the wisdom of your essence, my dear, with that statement. We are all interconnected, my dear. We all share the same exact wisdom. As do you. You may proceed, my dear.
SPEAKER_11You answered many questions that I was ruminating with, especially the last one. I was gonna pin it as meditation, but it's more than that. It's way more than that. Um I think I think, I mean, what I think had a question that was very similar to the one that I was also considering having spent considerable time studying the art of um energy and gifted with the grace of being able to help one with energy movement. I'm ready to serve a particular population, but and I underline particular. I'm just trying to live in trust that it will manifest. And that's that's the that would be the overriding question that the population that I want to serve will come from.
SPEAKER_06My dear, allow me to begin by focusing on the words, servicing as population, and trusting. Both of these, my dear, is prose of the human self. Remember, my dear, your essence, and remember that shifting your focus to being of service to essence, to being of service to our will, it's all one is asked to do. For then, my dear, the trust is within the service to our essence, to our well. And in that, my dear, you are trusting your highest essence in the orchestration of this incarnation. As human identity, my dear, as your intellect of human form, it is impossible, my dear, for you to be aware of all those who are too. Collaborate, and all those who are true, enter you as you align with your true purpose. It is impossible, my dear. Yet your highest essence is aware with precision, exactness, even dates and times of your wealth, when these people will manifest, as you say, appear, receive necessary healing, evolution, growth, remembrance. Because you simply shifted your focus to be a service to essence. That is where there is trust, that is where there is humility. When you are vulnerable enough as essence to show your vulnerability to those in your realm, expose yourself, my dear, as essence. They will not intellectually understand how they resonate with you, my dear, but they will do so much more profoundly, because their essence is intertwined with yours. Do you recognize the difference, my dear, by focusing on servicing those in your realm and servicing our realm? The magnitude, the wisdom, the clarity, the insight, the reach is possible, my dear, once more, because we are all connected essence to essence and not form to form. Is that clear, my dear?

By softening your human identity, not overriding it, not deleting it, but serves a purpose as mentioned earlier, merely softening it.
