Your remembrance to your own essence includes the various degrees of love. The familiarity, the identity perceives as the norm, as the journey, perception, which is incomplete. Senses the loss of loved ones, heartbreaking, the desire to experience unconditional love while incarnate. This is not necessarily what is occurring, my dear ones. You are experiencing your own essence in a different expression of emotion. Question is not if it is occurring. The question is why is it occurring? So many perceive that their own remembrance is focused mainly on their journey, their healing, their understanding. But my dear ones, you are still experiencing your incarnation, and therefore there's purpose to what you are experiencing. If you are a loving, compassionate, generous, selfless essence, perhaps that is your true purpose, to speak your truth unwaver, to offer insight, regardless of how you may be perceived, to lovingly, unknowingly guide others to their own remembrance of essence. Perhaps, my dear, the one that smiled. But then another parallel incarnation, my dear, is providing a powerful dynamic of a relationship. Perhaps the stranger who assisted you with retrieving what you dropped, my dear, is also simply more a friend or a stranger in another parallel reality. Nothing is random, my dear. Everything is by design as you stay.

This is all the emotions you have experienced. There is no division. Your attempt to soften the control of the identity, my dear, is what is allowing you to experience our emotions. Well, it actually is occurring, my dear, simultaneously, is that you. Are you consciously attempting to solve for the controlling identity while you are returning to your own essence? This occurs, my dear, intentionally, for you to recognize the true love of your essence. It is not merely to experience the emotion, it's to become the emotion. To express that pure condition of love effortlessly, my dear, without the controlling identity, without the distortion, the interference. First you experience it, my dear, intimately. And then you offer it effortlessly. And that is how you affect the many. That is purpose. Is that clear, my dear?

This is why love, my dear, overrides all, all control, all memories, all pain, all. The incarnation originated of love and continues and ends in love. Once my dear, you truly remember where this love originates in your essence. We'll also notice how you are reacting to it. You are experiencing it now with a multitude of questions. And as you continue, my dear, not to seek the answers. It evolves. You receive it in familiarity within your own knowing. This is also how clarity is restored. Your purpose becomes clear. You do love yourself unconditionally. This is why you are experiencing it. That is, my dear, how you're able to express love unconditionally to all, without judgment, limits, conditions. That belongs to the control of the identity, and that fades. And notice, my dear, it is your willingness, your openness, which you finally allow to occur. That these emotions have become more profound. Notice you experience them, my dear, without initiating them. This is also, my dear, you are able to embrace your vulnerability once more. The same vulnerability, my dear, your identity has sealed for protection. Once more, my dear, this is all a directive of your essence. Exactly, my dear one.

It is not that you are receiving more wisdom compared to the wisdom you possess as your identity. You are receiving, my dear, the wisdom that has not been articulated amongst humanity, which most of humanity also receives to insight and clarity, but they quickly reject it for fear of acceptance. You receive more, my dear, of what you are meant to receive. So you remain aligned with your true purpose of this incarnation. And again, my dear one, each incarnation is specifically designed, my dear. No two are the same. And it is also, my dear, a manner to remember that no essence relies on merely one incarnation. So even the wisdom idea, which is shared as mentioned, is shared across all of your multiple incarnations. When you perceive your intimate thoughts, my dear, which only you are privy to, is not accurate. Your response to your own thoughts, your response to your own emotions, your reaction to others, my dear, is not merely what you perceive to be that which is before you. It reverberates, my dear, to all. It is your essence, my dear. It is much more complex. But there are many tangible components that you are privy of. But your essence, my dear, is quite wise. For it is the orchestrator, the architect of all the incarnations. Is that clear, my dear?

Even, my dear, those seekers who are seeking to connect your essence, they are first seeking the identity of the essences connecting to them. Well what, my dear, does it truly reveal one is comforting the ego, and therefore they boast of the identity of the essence assisting them? Comparison, even my dear recognizing if you have cross paths, if you will, with another parallel version. How does that benefit, my dear? Your incarnation as the incarnate. There is no reason, my dear, to leave your home. You can sense the emotion. The love, the passion your essence holds within other incarnations. And this also occurs, my dear, quite often. Notice right now, my dear. What are you passionate about that you do not possess within this incarnation? Perhaps, my dear. It is a wonderful home. Perhaps it is the ability, my dear. It is travel. Um and I, you know, I will be honest, since meeting you, I have released a lot of anxiety about needing to know maybe almost all of it. I feel like it's just melted away along with some other things that have happened concurrently, but I'm curious about I am all of I I really love the idea of allowing it to just flow and allowing what is meant to happen happen. But how do we balance that with the effort required to exist in this world, which is great?

Yeah. Define effort to exist in your reality. Effort, my dear, as in dressing yourself, as in traveling to your work, as in nourishing the body. Is this the effort, my dear, you are referencing?

This is part of the human experience, my dear. The same as you best, the same as you enjoy nature. This is all part of being carnate, my dear. But notice, my dear, you are not focusing on dressing yourself. It has become habit forming. Your entire day-to-day activity, my dear, has become automatic, if you will. The effort was the first time you learned to dress. The first time you fed yourself. Notice, my dear, all of those firsts, your identity had not yet begun to form. Everything, my dear, you are experiencing has been learned, absorbed, and is occurring on its own through happen. Effort, my dear, is try. When one is applying effort, my dear, it is to something that is not familiar, that is not part of its pattern. And that, my dear, creates distortion. Return to the musical instrument, my dear. This is unfamiliar to your conditioned identity, and therefore applying effort to learn the instrument. And there is difficulty because you are applying effort. As your identity is accustomed to familiarity, it is becoming agitated. It applies even more effort for is expecting results instantaneously to include this instrument of patterning that is familiar. The same applies, my dear, when one is attempting to seek connection to essence, not only their essence, but the essence is assisting them. The identity is agitated once more. It attempts to accomplish that which is seeking and included in its own space of familiarity. And this, my dear, is where effort is increased for it does not belong in that grouping, for it cannot be controlled nor learned. And hence the fear, the doubt, confusion, the skepticism. I think so. I had mentioned um I'm struggling, my incarnation is struggling with doing the right thing and and sticking with teaching until retirement because the reality is that we need certain resources to survive, and we have obligations to the people we love here, but and that you really help me with that in that I mean I've always known that I teach because of my opportunity to love. I have always joked that I pretend to be a computer lab teacher, you know, just so that I can share love. But how but you also have to exist within a framework, especially in today's world. I can't just go there and just show love. There's a lot of effort that has to happen to stay in that world.

If all is intentional, my dear, maybe there's no right or wrong. That is perception. The second, my dear, if you continue with your occupation, my dear, notice your occupation entails a curriculum, of course, lessons. You are not asked, my dear, to reconstruct your curriculum. You are asked, my dear, not to remain as rigid instruction within it. Notice, my dear, even as you teach, you are not always following the outline of the curriculum. But these are other incarnates, my dear. They are not machines. They possess emotions, curiosity. You have always been adapting, my dear, to the moments presented. Simply, my dear. Respond as your essence more than your identity. Do not fear speaking your truth, my dear. Fear being judged. Once more you are unaware on why those moments presented themselves, which detoured you from your structured curriculum and afforded you an opportunity to speak your truth, but they are meant to hear it. They are meant to find their own courage to speak their truth. Do you notice the difference, my dear?

Your presence is expressing the love more than you are aware. They are more in tune with their essence, my dear. They notice yours, they sense yours. They are the same love. It is you who has been conditioned greatly that you have forgotten that. They have not. So once more, you are applying effort to what is already occurring. It is counterintuitive. Humility, my dear, openness, encouragement. Be your essence, my dear. That is all that is required. It is not pertinent for you to understand how you affected them. You are not affecting the physical incarnate, you are affecting their essence. Your essence is affecting their essence. Your essence is communicated to their essence through the expression of the physical form. This they already understand. Allow them, my dear, to be your teacher.

I've been looking at this backwards. I've been feeling a lack that I only feel natural and confident interacting with children, and what's wrong with me that I can't interact with adults in the same way. And you saying that they are closer to their essence makes a lot of sense.

Indeed, my dear. I noticed it is not backward. There's no movement of backward or forward, my dear. One of this is intentional. For you are learning, my dear. They are being true to their identity. You are learning how to be true to yours, to your essence, my dear. And in turn, my dear, you are able to express your essence to those who are so tethered to their identity. Not to persuade them, my dear, not to force them, but to really offer them that moment to reflect to their own essence from your truth. Is that clear?

It is. May I turn it to a different direction then with something that has caused me great consternation and affected my physical health greatly. And that's trying to share my truth online and social media with genocides that are happening and feeling great anger and frustration and almost hatred of like, why does nobody care? And if I could just tell them in just the right way that they would understand. And so it sounds like again, I'm I'm like trying too hard instead of that is the control, my dear.

You are attempting to garner results. You are adamant about it. That is the control. That is the identity. That is the persistency, my dear. Notice, my dear. As essence, you feel the injustice intimately, deeply. You are not narrating it. You really feel it. As essence, my dear, the one who is the truth. You really offer your truth, my dear and walk away. There is no importance, my dear, in how you are judged or received. This is unconditional, my dear. Unconditional truth, unconditional love, unconditional presence, where you offer without seeking anything in return. That, my dear, offers the most impact to those who are ready to receive. Those who are not yet ready, my dear, have also received. And it sits and hibernates until they are ready to attach to it. Irritation. Perception that there is no response. This is control. This is not acquired. This is habit, my dear. There's the reflex of the identity. Is that clear, my dear?

It is. And I guess one last piece is like I've been trying to raise money because the reality, regardless of essence, is that people need to eat. And I have specific people that I have been, I have obligated myself to helping. And still, is this is your answer the same? It's just you I can't force that. I can't control it. Is that my dear noticing once more? You are genuinely focusing on assisting those who require assistance. You are seeking financial assistance, my dear. You are also noticing it is not enough. So you are intelligent enough, my dear, to recognize it is not your frustration. For there are those, my dear, who are willing to assist financially. Use your intellect, my dear. Utilize what is around you and your environment. Perhaps, my dear, it may be wiser to accept the assistance financially from those willing to give as their essence and create, my dear, another source of revenue and to create more finances to assist the many.
