The Noah Frequency
[23] What If None of It Was an Accident?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode of The Noah Frequency, Noah introduces a single idea—and follows it wherever it leads:
What if everything is intentional?
Not just the moments you celebrate.
Not just the moments you understand.
But the losses, delays, disappointments, relationships, doubts, and detours as well.
As the conversation unfolds, Noah challenges listeners to consider a radically different perspective: that life is not happening to you, but for the evolution of your essence.
This episode explores:
- Why the identity resists the idea of intentionality
- How difficult experiences may serve a larger purpose
- The relationship between uncertainty and intuition
- Why seekers often interfere with their own clarity
- The difference between remembering and controlling
- And what changes when you stop asking “Why is this happening?” and begin asking “What is this showing me?”
According to Noah, the more we interfere, the less we remember.
The more we trust, the more we see.
And perhaps the greatest shift comes when we realize that even the experiences we would never have chosen...
may have arrived with purpose.
A live show where a channeled consciousness named all speaks through trans medium Nico Kapuzos. Fielding questions about life's mysteries and about you. What follows is not an interview, but rather a QA with the spirit world. I'm your host, Stephen Berkeley. Greetings, Noah. It's wonderful to have you with us today.
SPEAKER_01Greetings to you, my dear one. As always, my dear. We are humbly grateful for this opportunity once more.
SPEAKER_03Us too.
SPEAKER_01Greetings to all who have joined and all those who are listening. A humble gratitude to each of you for joining. My dear ones. We wish for you to focus on intentionality. Imagine for a moment that you were aware of all that you have experienced was intentional. And furthermore, all which you will continue to experience is intentional. Pause for a moment and ponder that. How would you experience your incarnation differently? How would your experiences change your perception of them? Notice what arises the discomfort of your identity. It questions its very existence, its purpose. This is what humanity has forgotten. Also intentional. But not permanent, my dear ones. Your participation today and its importance. So when your identity accepts that, it will also accept the intentionality of its existence. Recognize the difference, my dear ones. You cannot escape your identity. It is required, it is vital as the form of expression into your reality. But it is not the sole means of that expression. Is that clear, my dear one? Yes it is wonderful. So it is indeed possible, my dear. To embrace your identity as well as embrace your essence, is it not, my dear?
SPEAKER_03It should be.
SPEAKER_01Wonderful. Also notice my dear ones. But you are currently sensing. That struggle, that difficulty is due to the conditioning to your entire experience and the moments which cause discomfort. But notice even the sensations are enhancing, and you are applying no effort. Ask yourselves, how is that possible? It is your essence, my dear ones, that provide your identity, the ability to feel. So as this is appearing effortlessly. And now ask yourselves, how does your identity perceive love? Difficult. With limits, conditions, attachments, perception. Warranted. Notice the effort it places on what is effortless. Is that clear, my dear?
SPEAKER_04It is, thank you. May I share what's not clear with you, Noah?
SPEAKER_01Indeed, my dear.
SPEAKER_04Most explanations when someone asks a question or most responses from you would be something along the lines of, well, you're seeing it through the lens of your identity rather than your essence. I'm sure I've asked this question before, and I'm sure it's just not resonating your answer. But that implies that we always have a choice as to see something through our essence or through our art, the lens of our identity. And it doesn't feel like I have a choice for me.
SPEAKER_01Allow me to continue with what we were just describing as the effort of understanding love through the lens of the identity and the recognition of love as effortless, the lens of your essence. Combine this with the intentionality, my dear, of all which occurs even this moment. And ask yourself, whom is the one greatly benefiting from the identity's perception?
SPEAKER_04Identity.
SPEAKER_01Even this love, my dear, that you are experiencing is effortless. This is natural. But the struggle of the identity to accept it is what allows your essence to experience love within an even deeper degree, my dear. So if all is intentional, my dear, it is not for the choice, the human desires. It is for your essence to learn love even more greatly. For that is the only source of its evolution as it is of love.
SPEAKER_04So we should value the struggle.
SPEAKER_01Indeed, my dear. Value it and embrace it out of it, but simply do not define yourself by your identity. Do you recognize the difference, my dear?
SPEAKER_04I think so.
SPEAKER_01When you continue to define yourself as your identity, are you truly remembering yourself as essence?
SPEAKER_04I guess not.
SPEAKER_01This is what each of you are returning to. Your essence. What truly defines you? You possess both lenses to view from, my dear. That is the choice you are referencing. But how often do you attempt to view through the lens of your essence?
SPEAKER_04Well, since I met you, Noah, more often than I did before.
SPEAKER_01Wonderful, my dear. Also recall, as your incarnation commenced, my dear, as all of humanity, there was only one lens to view from. You only express through your physical form unconditional love. So if this was the original lens, my dear, it has always remained available to you. As you embrace your identity, equally embrace your essence and alternate your view through the lenses, my dear, and notice the difference. Is that clear, my dear one?
SPEAKER_04Yes, I think I got it.
SPEAKER_01Wonderful. You may commence, my dear one, with the involvement of the others.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Who would like to ask ask Noah the very first question? Don't all raise your hands at once. Right now we have mostly we have mostly bystanders, Noah. Wonderful.
SPEAKER_01This is integration, my dear.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01Processing.
SPEAKER_04Yes, we're all we're all processing. We're marinating.
SPEAKER_01And no notice, my dear. Once more is the identity attempting to seek a question to ask. Rather than seeking, my dear ones. Feel the question. When you recognize the difference between thought and feeling, you're opening. You are more receptive to the question. Your essence wishes for you to speak. You're not listening to the intuition accurately.
SPEAKER_04Would my essence even have a question, Noah?
SPEAKER_01Did you not already ask one, my dear?
SPEAKER_04I didn't think I was asking for my essence. I was asking for my identity.
SPEAKER_01But notice, my dear. You also sense a powerful desire to ask the question.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01It was not merely a random thought, my dear. You felt the urge to ask it, my dear.
SPEAKER_04So my essence prompted my identity.
SPEAKER_01Indeed, my dear. Notice my dear, your identity cannot generate the thought, my dear.
SPEAKER_05Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01Until it appears, my dear, with an awareness. Awareness is not defined by any form. It is expansive, unlimited. This is where your essence, my dear, activates the field for the thought to appear. Just as your intuition follows the same process, my dear. So the only means that your essence has continuously been guiding you through the same mechanism. And notice when the thought appears, sensation or emotion, that is directed by your own essence. What you state as confusing. Is it the same directive, my dear? It's often through the same mechanism that your identity manipulates as well. Do you recognize the difference?
SPEAKER_03I think so.
SPEAKER_01How to distinguish, my dear, is that only your essence provides the sensation or the emotion along with that thought.
SPEAKER_04Noah, may I call upon her?
SPEAKER_01Indeed, we have been anticipating.
SPEAKER_07Greetings, Noah. Thank you, Steve.
SPEAKER_01Great to see you, my dear one.
SPEAKER_07Um, so I'm considering since our last conversation with this um that deep sigh once more, my dear.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Notice that you are struggling with yourself. You are seeking perfection, my dear. You are seeking results. But your answers, my dear, that you already possessed are perfect. Notice, my dear. When you are overintellectualizing, you are not sensing. And when you are not attempting, you are sensing powerfully. And why do you perceive that is my dear one? The answers, my dear, belong to your essence. The answers appear within the silence. The intuition, my dear, is within the sensations you experience. They will not arrive, my dear, with clear certainty. They will arrive with that inner knowing. You are attempting to regain the wisdom of your intellect with the intellect of your identity. And this, my dear, is causing the disturbance, distortion, your perceived struggle, your irritation. So rather than attempting to access what you already possess, do not attempt at all, my dear. Trust the intuition, trust the uncertainty. Believe that the clarity will unfold. The less you interfere, the more you remember. The more you interfere, the less you can recognize what is already there for you to remember. Is that clear, my dear?
SPEAKER_06It is. What I just heard as you were speaking was non doing.
SPEAKER_01Wonderful, my dear.
SPEAKER_07There's too much doing. And that's getting I'm just getting in my own way.
SPEAKER_01Notice my dear. It's also intentional, is it not? For your experiencing it, my dear, as your identity, in order to recognize it in others, my dear. Notice, my dear, even those who come before you for your assistance, you will be able to recognize their effort, their frustration. Much more clear for you are living through it now. And it will soften your approach. And by turning your focus onto that, my dear, you will notice the intuition much more clearly. Is that clear, my dear?
SPEAKER_06It is. Thank you.
SPEAKER_01And I you, my dear.
SPEAKER_04Thank you, Randy. So Noah, I understand that if I sit in my silence, that will enable me to perhaps hear or see through my the lens of my essence. Could you give me some other examples of how to not do notice?
SPEAKER_01Articulating sitting in your silence as is as if it is the most natural thing for you to do. The present moment, my dear, the stillness is the most difficult for your identity, my dear. The identity is continuously offering movement, my dear. Even as you sit in your silence, you're reflecting on the past, contemplating the future. The mind is active. The identity is created, my dear, to resist that silence once more intentionally. When you sit in the silence, my dear, and you focus on what you are sensing rather than what you are thinking. You'll first notice the identity coming increasingly unsettled. This is the purpose of remaining in the silence, my dear. It is not to activate communication with essence. It is to first notice the unsettling and the increased interference of the identity. One is able to not follow it, not listen to the mind, the Tao. Does not continue to apply effort. That is coming from the same interference. And the more one is able to stabilize that unsettling identity, then the more is able to notice what has always been appearing continuously. That is essence. That is when clarity is restored. This is how you access the wisdom of your essence without attempting to.
SPEAKER_04I I think you have answered it, thank you.
SPEAKER_01You are effortlessly breathing. If you attempt to disrupt the natural flow of your breath, does the body not react?
SPEAKER_04It certainly does.
SPEAKER_01The same applies, my dear, for what you are seeking. The effort disrupts the flow, the natural movement of essence. View your breath, my dear, as a reflector of your essence, for it is indeed one of the same. Do not disrupt the flow. Rather disrupt the interfering identity.
SPEAKER_03Yes, it is. One wonderful.
SPEAKER_01In this true form what has been perceived across humanity over centuries. And notice all those seekers consciousness throughout history of humanity have never aligned with one truth. To understand consciousness, my dear, it is the first. Reverse the perception of death. To create this incarnation is occurring simultaneously as your essence remains in consciousness. So in actuality, my dear, the human is both dead and alive simultaneously. The human is still essence. Is that clear? It is if all is occurring simultaneously. Why is there even any F this also applies to my dear ones questioned previously? Is that clear?
SPEAKER_04I think so. You said earlier that throughout the ages, humankind has misunderstood what consciousness is.
SPEAKER_01Indeed.
SPEAKER_04Well well, could you articulate for me what the misunderstanding has been?
SPEAKER_01I mean to ask you a simple question, my dear. What is your perception of it?
SPEAKER_04We think we have to do more in order to find consciousness, but the secret is doing less, doing nothing, and just feeling.
SPEAKER_01Certain cultures, my dear, who did possess the insight, lacked the vocabulary. Those who were listening or observing mistranslated what occurred. This has been continuously evolving through humanity. Even if specific cultures understood that their essence was continuous. They were unable to properly articulate it. Now that humanity possesses vocabulary, the ability to articulate properly. They are lacking the truth. They have inherited mistranslations over centuries, my dear. Hence why many still fear death. Why many still believe in separation? Why many do not believe that they are able to communicate with the essence of one they have lost in the physical reality? Why mostly all of humanity believes they are separate from their essence and they continue to define through their identity. So as each of you are beginning to remember your truth, honor the fact that you are able to articulate correctly and continue to do so. This is your purpose. This is why you are seekers. But it must begin with yourselves. Is that clear, my dear?
SPEAKER_04Yes, I understand. Nancy, I thought you were gonna ask something. I just got that feeling. Okay, Nancy, go ahead.
SPEAKER_00Hi Stephen. Hi greetings and all. Thank you.
SPEAKER_01The timing is impeccable, is it not, my dear?
SPEAKER_00I don't know. Um hope so. I was uh listening and um heard the statement um why do we even continue to make effort? It seems like oftentimes I'm making effort too much striving, whatever, just because of being in emotional pain and not knowing what else to do. But I I completely understand about not making effort and what you've been talking about, but I was just wondering why I'm still doing that mostly in times of pain.
SPEAKER_01Notice my dear. And then you came forth. Notice, my dear, the struggle, the confusion was with understanding depth, death. This is your experience, my dear, which allowed you to turn to the unseen for an explanation. Through your consistent softening, my dear, you're able to remember that death is not separation. It is continuation, it is continuation of origin, it is consciousness. So if that is true, my dear, then the expression of your life is the expression of your essence. You are still perceiving pain, difficulty, the lens of only your identity. But you are not viewing, my dear, the very same pain you perceive your experiencing and how your essence, my dear, is experiencing it as well, all pain, my dear, derives from love. Even your longing, my dear, is because you loved. Pain is because you loved. Your irritation with those whom you are unable to reach is because you love. Each experience, each new emotion, if you will, is because of love. So just as you were seeking deeper understanding of death, my dear, allow yourself to seek the deeper definition of pain. And you'll realize, my dear, they possess the same answer. Continuous love, essence to essence, expanded consciousness. You are not separate from that state, my dear. You are experiencing both. This incarnation, your identity is allowing your essence, who is consciousness, to experience, my dear, multitude of emotions, different perspectives and struggle, as it is still love. Is that clear, my dear?
SPEAKER_00I think so, yes.
SPEAKER_01Did that answer your question, my dear?
SPEAKER_00I think so, because I think I think my perception of the pain is what leads to the effort.
SPEAKER_01So notice, my dear, you are referencing the children once more. And notice, my dear, you are viewing them as the identity of the children. Have you viewed them as essence? Have you allowed your essence to view their essence? Here it is the difference, my dear. You are not viewing them as essence. And therefore, you are not accepting, my dear, the sacred covenants created between essences. Or you are experiencing what you perceive as pain, my dear. But notice, my dear, you are recognizing the struggle, the dynamics, the uncomfortableness between the adults, but you are also sensing love and acceptance from the children. Ask yourself why, my dear. Their identity has not yet. Been conditioned. So you're offered a powerful opportunity, my dear, to remember your essence through the exchange of the conditioned identities and the pure essences of the children simultaneous.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_01And you are overlooking this opportunity for you to continue to view all as identity, including yourself. Utilize your other lens, my dear. That is how you all recognize that the pure love of the children is intentional for you to notice that pain is truly the illusion. Is that clear, my dear?
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes, yes, I got that. Thank you, Noah.
SPEAKER_01And I you, my dear.
SPEAKER_00Thank you.
SPEAKER_04Thank you, Nancy. I'm sure it feels good, Nancy, uh, to hear that that life is more than just us as humans, right? And it's we're essence first and we continue. Right. But in all in a in a practical way, I don't know, when I hear that, I feel like it's not enough. Like I want I want something tangible to show me that life goes on. I want to see apparitions, perhaps. That's not really tangible, but I I want I want more. Do you want more too?
SPEAKER_00Um I I I just want to say, Stephen, that um I have been receiving more from Steve both in my dreams in the daytime. My challenge, I think, is what Noah is saying. And and um and my challenge is more with the living. Um I'm and I'm completely grateful to you because all the connection I have with Steve is from you, this whole process. Um and and I um I think I get, you know, my essence to essence with the children. And and you know, that the adults are all essence. I just was like, and I and now I understand when Noah says like this pain is is is is a helpful thing. Um I'm just feeling it's hard, and I was just sort of responding to what we were all contemplating, why are we striving so hard? I I think I'm striving to get out of the pain. I think just being, even though I understand everything that Noah's saying, it to my best of ability. I think sometimes I'm just looking for a way to have a little less pain.
SPEAKER_01I'm just notice my dear one. Your identity is perceiving pain as pain, but as mentioned earlier, my dear, your essence is still learning another degree of love through your perception of that pain. It is not a matter, my dear, to rid the pain, it is to recognize it for what it is offering, your essence. It is not, my dear, that you are experiencing pain with the children. That is the reminder.
SPEAKER_05Right.
SPEAKER_01You are experiencing the pain, my dear, but you are attempting to persuade the adults. This equates to the same interference, my dear. One continues to experience as they are attempting to believe they are essence rather than accepting their essence. When one accepts when one accepts they are essence first and foremost, there is no effort. As you articulated, my dear visions within the dream state, conversations through thought, sensing, feeling the presence of a loved one near. Notice you began to accept that you are essence and you did not seek any longer, and you began to receive. When one does not truly accept that they are essence first, they remain tethered to the identity and they seek proof. This is the difference, my dear ones. This is why each journey is intentional, and each journey is specific. Furthermore, it does not rely on merely one incarnation nor one timeline. Is that clear?
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes, thank you so much, Noah. Thank you.
SPEAKER_04Thank you, Nancy. No, I'm I'm sure that if my wife transitioned to the next realm, I'm sure I'd find great comfort in thinking that I'm essence and she is essence, and she really has not left me. Yet if I may quote a line from a movie, it's hard to put your colt feet on some somebody's essence, somebody's spirit. I would miss I would miss my wife terribly if she transitioned. And I appreciate the wisdom that we are essence first. But I'm not sure if that does enough to help me get through the grief.
SPEAKER_01My dear note is you have also experienced this form of communication. Dialogue with the essence you recall as your mother.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01Dialogue with the essence you recall as your father.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01Dialogue with the essence you recall as your dear friend.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01While you are experiencing that, you also sense that presence near.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01Sense the expansiveness in your heart. And notice, my dear, this did not occur to offer you the proof you seek. This occurred, my dear, in order for you to begin to remember your essence, which is interconnected with theirs. You can continue your journey, my dear, and continue to experience essence articulating through others. Continue to feel their presence there and continue to still seek proof. This is, my dear, the intentionality of your journey of this timeline. It is not failure, my dear, nor is it struggle. It is really one timeline, one trajectory. You are unaware, my dear, if there is a similar parallel timeline occurring simultaneously, where you are more receptive, where you are speaking your truth, where you platform. This is why the incarnation does not rely on the identity's choices. This is why the identity is crafted by the essence. For the essence possesses the capability, my dead, to divide timelines that your identity shall never comprehend.
SPEAKER_04But knowing that there are multiple iterations of me in other realities, are you saying that affords me license to put my feet up on my desk and just wait or just or do nothing when I know things have to get done?
SPEAKER_01My dear notice, that is your perception. Just that it is your resistance that's your essence first. Just it is your desire to seek more proof. Each incarnation, my dear, is purposeful. We merely offer guidance. Even if we are privy, my dear, to the purpose, we merely offer guidance to assist with your remembrance to your essence. Is that clear?
SPEAKER_04It is fair enough, Noah. Thank you. And we've reached the end of the hour. Thank you so much, Noah.
SPEAKER_01We are truly grateful to you and all who have joy.
SPEAKER_04I'm gonna let everyone unmute themselves so they can say so long to you.
SPEAKER_00Thank you.
