In this episode of The Noah Frequency, Noah explores one of his most profound teachings yet:

The truth doesn't change—but your perspective does.

What appears to be a single life, a single path, and a single sequence of events is, according to Noah, only one way of perceiving a much larger reality. From the perspective of the human identity, life unfolds along one continuous trajectory. From the perspective of essence, that same trajectory contains countless possibilities existing simultaneously.

Throughout the conversation, Noah explains:

  •  Why your life feels linear—even if reality isn't
  •  The difference between the truth of identity and the truth of essence
  •  How perception shapes every experience
  •  Why uncertainty isn't a flaw in the journey, but part of its design
  •  And how trusting your intuition allows a deeper truth to emerge

At the heart of this episode is a powerful reminder:

Your perspective determines what you believe is possible.

And sometimes, the greatest shift doesn't come from changing your life...

It comes from changing where you're looking.

SPEAKER_01

Speaks through trans medium Nico Kapuzos. Fielding questions about life's mysteries and about you. What follows is not an interview, but rather a QA with the spirit world. I'm your host, Stephen Berkeley. Greetings, Noah. It's wonderful to have you with us today.

SPEAKER_02

It truly is not my dear. And greetings to all who have joined us this evening. Notice, my dear ones, the importance of perception, singularity as is that you perceive your journeys. It is not failure. It is not incorrect. It is quite purposeful. The continuity of your trajectory is possible. It allows all to unfold as it is intended. It offers you that singular perspective to not only remain deeply rooted within your human incarnation, to continue to honor covenants as you do through your engagements of relationships. Your time of past, present, future is truly affected, relied upon for decisions, perceived outcomes and stability. This is why incarnation exists at all. But from the viewpoint of your essence, my dear once, even that consistent singular trajectory which you recognize as your truth possesses multiple fractals, multiple divisions within the same trajectory that you are unaware of. As stated, that is intentional, for if you were aware, you would not remain consistently aligned with your truth of your trajectory. This is why so many struggle with truth. For no identity is ever capable of honestly articulating truth, since they only view it through their perspective of their trajectory. This is why it is impossible for any identity to truly recognize its essence through the lens of the identity, through the beliefs inherited of that identity, through the concerns, their fears, their doubts. Throughout humanity's existence, there has never been a moment where one has not recognized the familiarity of a new destination they have traveled upon. Humanity has experienced multiple moments as these. Remove your words, remove your fears by recognizing which you have created through your consistent effort to seek answers which you already possess and which are meant to remain aligned throughout your trajectory for its own purpose. I thank you, my dear. Thank you, Noah. Notice, my dear, even as a question is formulating. You are dissecting it. You are uncertain of it.

SPEAKER_01

No, that's not true, Noah.

SPEAKER_02

You are noticing that you are finding the answer within the question.

SPEAKER_01

I'm merely marshalling my thoughts and trying to formulate the question articulately.

SPEAKER_02

But notice you are also recognizing the answers within the question.

SPEAKER_01

I still would like to hear your answer.

SPEAKER_02

This is where trusting your intuition. Intuition, my dear, is not always received loudly, dramatic.

SPEAKER_01

I have an intuitive answer to my question, but I need confirmation.

SPEAKER_02

That, my dear, is where many struggle. For that answer is the confirmation you are seeking. I find the identity continues to seek certainty.

SPEAKER_01

I find it comforting when I have a second, and you're my second.

SPEAKER_02

You proceed, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so I guess it's a two-part question here. The first part is you've said that, and I now I believe completely that we are we have we have an identity that we are responding to more than our own essence. And you've also said that we cannot divorce ourselves from our identity. That's part of it, that's born from the essence. And yet you're expecting us to tap into our essence and speak through our essence frequently and not worry so much about the difficulties of this earthly existence. But how can we put aside our worries completely while we're living in the physical world when we have rent to do, or we have a mortgage payment to make, or we have a divorce that's ensuing? We have things that we have to deal with on this planet.

SPEAKER_02

Notice my dear. You are articulating your own intimate relationship with your identity. Where your identity, my dear, was crafted through your essence. And this is where many overlook this truth, my dear, for the mere fact that there is an intimate relationship with your identity is due to you being your essence. Your essence, my dear, through his love, its compassion, its wisdom, its insight of this trajectory which you are experiencing, through all the sacred covenants, through the relationships you have engaged, as carefully curated the construction, the forming of your identity. It is as if the parent is guiding the toddler to walk, my dear. Therefore, continues to marvel at the progress the child makes, then notices that same child beginning to find its independence and its form of expression, reasoning, accepting. And just as you have no recollection of the parent instrumental with assisting you to walk as you continue to navigate through steps within each passing day. So too does the identity possess no recollection of its essence guiding the journey. The difference, my dear, is that your parent has ceased assisting you to navigate your journey, and your essence never has. So when your questions are focused primarily on the identity, then naturally they will include the struggles one encounters as that identity through the relationships, through this incarnation they have created, and the worry of the daily focuses, finances, attachments, travel, occupation. All that directly points to the continuation of the identity. Now you are indicating essence. There is a difference to maintaining one's financial responsibilities in order to sustain their home or their vehicle. This is the identity. It aligns with your role. It aligns with your responsibilities, your ability to support, support, and sustain this life your identity has grown accustomed to. But all relationships, my dear, are essence. All which applies to financial gain or loss align merely to your identity, not the essence. You are confusing the two. You are combining all stressful moments that you perceive your experience. Each are intertwined, my dear, for if it were not for the confidence of the essences that these relationships unfolded, there would be no role of father, of provider, and hence there would be no worries of financial struggles or financial freedom. So as mentioned, my dear, which allows you to remain deeply rooted within your trajectory, you continue to view the journey merely as your identity with its responsibilities, which will you perceive others are expecting of you. And in doing so, one that's not noticing that your essence is still walking alongside you, if you will, as it is illuminating the step before you. Provided with enough resources to continue to the next day. Notice also that is not sufficient. That is how the identity perceives its responsibility. Offers love, support, and a harmonious existence to those family members. It not only holds dear to its heart, but perceives it is responsible for their journey as well. Is this clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_01

It is, thank you.

SPEAKER_02

And are you notice my dear? There are so many seekers, and yet many are seeking spiritual enlightenment, if you will. That appears to be a simple phrase. Your essence is spirit, and you are enlightened to the truth of your essence. It is hardly perceived in that manner, my dear. There are so many more seekers who continue to seek as their identity, who continue to perform as their identity, who continue to view themselves different. Those who possess more abilities than another. Gifted, special, or perceptions of one's identity. There are many, my dear, who bring forth the presence of one, another has lost the physical incarnation, and proceed to narrate for that essence. Humanity consistently believes that essence is engaging with the physical form as two. Humans engage with the other through physical form. Humanity continues to believe that communication is between the human and the human rather than essence, two essence expressed with the human form. And notice, my dear, so many are seeking this enlightenment to the narrow perception of their identity. So let us all continue to seek within this manner as teachings through mentors who are being passed through generations articulating the exact same syllabus. The knowledge they have remembered, they are appeared as different as radical when one silences what they have remembered. They are also perceived the same way. Remembrance is the journey of your essence. It does not equate to the journey of the identity. So rather than asking, how do I remember? How do I continue to remain the seeker? How do I seek my spiritual enlightenment? Rather it is more courageous to ask a simpler question. Whose journey is this? Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_01

It's very clear, thank you, Noah.

SPEAKER_02

And are you?

SPEAKER_01

Shall we take some questions? Indeed, my dear. Okay. I had a caller a few minutes ago, but they hung up. If they call again, I'll just put them through. Right now, I'm just gonna wait for anyone in the room to raise their mechanical hand if they have a question or comment for Noah. And if you don't, I will continue getting to know Noah better.

SPEAKER_02

Mechanical hand, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

Pause for a moment and notice the transformation of humanity. Notice the Backyable. The advancements of technology. And notice how technology is becoming humanity.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know what you mean by that.

SPEAKER_02

Notice it is humanity who has vans, its intellect, its technology, its reach, its vocabulary. And notice how said technology is replacing humanity. For no human perceives or can experience a day without technology. They articulate as their technology. Their thoughts have been altered based on their technology. The more advancement humanity has experienced, the more fear has also increased. Should this not be reversed, my dear? Notice even fear as subtle as how will one continue their day without the use of their technology. So even as advancement has propelled humanity, it has also simultaneously distanced them from their very essence. And even through this modern technology, humanity has been begun to recognize other intelligent life forces. Notice the fear once more increases. Questioning what is to unfold, questioning if they are prepared. So final question, my dear. If the history of humanity continues to illuminate the pattern of change, specific time periods where each period produced powerful thinkers, powerful innovators, powerful change. Why is there distance between these time periods? And there has not been continuous change through the history of humanity. As each human is essence, my dear. Recognize the true power, the collective of essences who share incarnations within a specific time period. It is not that those thinkers or those innovators possessed a greater essence than the others. Simultaneously experienced incarnation, which allowed the changes to occur. So now your present moment of incarnation, is it the time where once more the accumulation of all these essences within these incarnations have experienced enough remembrance, humility, love that are once more offering a great shift in human perspective, where perhaps the innovators, the great thinkers, the great leaders, the great mentors will now focus on more expansiveness, technology, with the expansiveness of essence. Perhaps this is a question to ponder, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

I think so. Nancy has a question for you, Noah. Nancy, let me unmute you. Okay, you're unmuted.

SPEAKER_05

Greetings, Noah.

SPEAKER_01

Greetings to you, my dear.

SPEAKER_05

Thank you for being here. Thank you, Steven. Um, the comments that you just said were hopeful to me. It's hopeful that we may move toward more humanity in essence. Um, thank you for that. Um, I feel like I might be learning to trust my intuition a little bit. I'm just wondering what you think.

SPEAKER_02

Notice, my dear. And ask yourself, my dear. How would you reword that sentence? You stated you are trusting your intuition. What is it, my dear? You perceive you are truly trusting. Oh is it, my dear?

SPEAKER_05

Um, I think I'm trusting trusting that I'm getting a message, and then I'm trusting that I'm um having some discernment about the message.

SPEAKER_02

My dear, your intuition is direct guidance by your essence. So when one is expressing, my dear, that they, as the identity, are trusting the intuition. They are still implying the separation, my dear. Hence your uncertainty if you are truly trusting or not.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

You began articulating what is accurately occurring, my dear, is that you are noticing the intuitive thoughts much more frequently.

SPEAKER_05

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

The question is, my dear, are you noticing them honestly? In other words, my dear, are you remembering, my dear, that it is you as your essence, offering the inside? So your identity will remember it is essence. Or are you perceiving, my dear, that the intuitive thoughts you are noticing is your essence, simply offering you the next assignment. Piece of the puzzle, a portion of your map that you are to navigate alone. This is the honesty, my dear. When you perceive your identity, remain separate from your essence, you will still continue to notice the intuitive thoughts, but you will also continue to experience difficulty trusting them. That is the identity. Perceiving it is navigating alone. Your identity perceived, it is the captain of the ship. It does not require assistance, it possesses all the tools in order to navigate through the storms. But your essence, my dear, is lovingly attempting to remind you that you are not only the captain, my dear, you are also the ship. You are also the ocean. You are also the weather. There is no difference, my dear. The difference rests within your relationship to each element of this energy. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I think that's clear.

SPEAKER_02

Wonderful. Thank you very much about you, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, Nancy.

SPEAKER_02

So, my dear. When you do recognize the difference, and you do notice the intuitive thought, also begin to notice, my dear, what you are feeling. Not merely the sensations occurring on the physical flesh, nor the memories, nor the images. But notice the change within your environment, my dear. Notice the unique energetic signature of your essence. And in that you will notice its expansiveness, its steadiness, its continuity, its love. By noticing that, my dear, that naturally unfolds your own remembrance of essence. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_05

Yes, yes, that's very clear.

SPEAKER_02

Wonderful.

SPEAKER_05

Thank you, dear. Thank you.

SPEAKER_01

And I hear anyone else like ask a question of Noah. Okay, Noah, it's just me and you right now. Wonderful idea. So I feel like I'm become more friendly with my essence since I met the host of this conversation, Nico.

SPEAKER_02

I feel like I could have been more accepting of your essence, my dear, rather than friendly.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, I'm I'm I feel like I'm recognizing that I have an essence, and that my essence is really calling the shots, not me so much. I I'm recognizing that.

SPEAKER_02

It is not necessarily accurate, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

No. Say more, please.

SPEAKER_02

Your essence, my dear, is the one who is allowing the continuity to remain. It is not directing your every decision, my dear. It is experiencing your every decision with you, the identity. It is pointless, my dear, for your essence to diligently direct one trajectory if there are multiple divisions within the same trajectory. It merely assists with allowing and directing your identity to remain in alignment with that specific trajectory.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. So it's kind of like a silent partner.

SPEAKER_02

You are your essence, my dear. Imagine for a moment, my dear. You are the tree. Your essence. You are the roots, you are the body. And you are the branches, my dear. Which part of the tree defines you? Viewing it from a different vantage. You are noticing the fullness of the tree with each of its parts. You are asking your question as one of the many branches, my dear. You are asking if you are the tree. You are asking if you are the totality of the tree. Perhaps even as one of the leaves, my dear. The roots allowed the branches to be formed, the trees to experience their seasons. The roots brought life to the entire body of the tree. It is quite difficult, my dear. For the leaves, the branches, and the body of the tree to notice the roots. But the roots are aware they are the creator. View your essence, my dear as the roots, as the body, as the branches which give birth to your identity who represents the leaves. Notice, my dear. Even through different seasons, the leaves fall to the side. Just as incon incarnations cease. The tree merely produces new leaves from different seasons. Just as parallel incarnations occur. So no one is directing or are in alignment. Each incarnation, my dear, is experienced as your essence. But it will be complete, incomplete without your identity. Isn't that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_01

It is. Thank you. I really appreciate the tree metaphor. It resonates.

SPEAKER_02

Wonderful, my dear. Just as, my dear, that resonated with you. When you eyes, notice another tree. Pause for a moment, my dear, and truly morph at it. Allow the multiple leaves on the one branch to represent the multiple divisions within your trajectory. Allow the multiple branches to represent the multiple parallel realities occurring simultaneously with your reality. Allow the body of the tree, my dear, to represent your highest essence, governing each parallel expression, as it is governing the branches and the trees. Allow the roots to represent other components of your essence, my dear, which allows incarnation to become possible. And as you marvel at the beauty of nature, notice you will never once identify with any part as more relevant, more special, more impactful than the other. View your own essence and your own incarnation in the same manner, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

I think that's a call to humil for humility. Indeed, my dear. And if everyone recognizes that their essence has many parallel, but it has many branches, if everyone recognizes that, that in of itself, that assists our essence in some way. Can you speak to that? I mean it's kind of a I'm asking for a very specific answer here. How is our essence assisted by us acknowledging our tree?

SPEAKER_02

Your essence continues to evolve through expression, my dear. Multiple facets. It is not merely your intellect remembering truth. It is not merely how your perception is altered through wisdom, through experience, through loss, through love. Due to the confidence of relationships, which one is gaped within, my dear, that you experience pain, sorrow, loss, heartbreak, which enables your essence to experience another facet of love. There are many wonderful moments, my dear, that the incarnation, the incarning, offering your essence, growth, wisdom, learning. It is your roots, my dear, of that very same tree that allows continuation to exist. So I ask you a question as well, my dear. You already imagine yourself appearing before the tree. You already view each component of it as one. You already asked the simple question, which makes more important than the other. And you even, my dear, received an epiphany which prompted your next question to us. So view another component of your essence, my dear, as the witness, the one also viewing the tree, the one viewing its own essence, through the many wonderful expressions, through the components that created the incarnations. And imagine for a moment, my dear, the epiphany it experiences through its own expression. That my dear is the evolution of essence. That's the growth. The witness observing the creation. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_01

That is, and it's heavy. Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

And I you, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

We've reached pretty close to the end of the hour. Does anybody want to squeeze in a question before we go? Oh, Catherine, you have a question? Let me unmute you. Okay, you're unmuted.

SPEAKER_00

Hello, and hi everybody. Hi Nola. Hi Steve. So I'm curious. Um I became overwhelmed emotionally in a good way when you were describing that metaphor. Like I just started crying and crying, and could it stop? Like, where do you think that comes from? It's very beautiful.

SPEAKER_02

That is your remembrance, my dear. Notice, my dear. To the incarnation. Many associate tears with pain and sorrow. But even to humanity, my dear, the term happy tears has been born. You have, my dears, your happy tears, tears of remembrance. If it is not, my dear, solely you remembering. It is your witness witnessing your remembrance. Your essence as that witness we mentioned, my dear. Noticing the leaf. Who in turn has noticed the branch. Expression, my dear, is perceived as output. But expression is not merely output, my dear. It is what is gained through the experience of expression from the one expressing. That is your essence. So when you sense those tears, my dear, notice you also felt compassion near you. Love. As if a guiding hand was gently placed on your shoulder, often encouragement, compassion, and a remembrance that you are not alone. Remain curious, my dear. Embrace those tears and truly honor your purpose as the leaf. That is indeed being witnessed and honored and cherished. That's what allows it to remain whole as essence. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, it is. I'm gonna go lay under the trees this afternoon.

SPEAKER_02

Wonderful, my dear. But being curious as the witness, my dear. And by you, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

So no, just to close up and just so I completely understand what you're saying, are you saying that if I understand this correctly, if each leaf on the tree becomes enlightened, then the tree as a whole, the roots grow deeper, the tree gets taller, it blossoms.

SPEAKER_02

It is not a matter, my dear, of your remembrance to enhance the tree. Your remembrance is your leaf. Your enlightenment is your leaf. The multiple leaves on the same branch you are experiencing are the multiple diversions within your own trajectory. Each one, my dear, experiencing its own truth, its own expression, its own growth, just as each branch, just as each body of tree, just as each root within the system of the roots, each expressing individual, my dear. As stated earlier, individuality is perceived incorrectly, but it is quite fundamental and purposeful. View the artist, my dear, creating a masterpiece on the canvas. Each stroke, each hue, each purpose is an individual expression, my dear. Notice there is also a witness behind the artist, who is watching the artist cream, who is watching each spoken land, who is watching the image begin to slowly appear, who is witnessing the transformation. Without individuality, my dear, there will be nothing to witness. There will be no need for expression, as your essence is already a whole. Remember, my dear, you are not merely a leaf. Your existence will not alter the outcome of the tree. You are and always shall remain the witness, my dear, above all. It is your witness, your true origin of essence, my dear, that created the roots in order for the leaf to one day live. And those roots created the body in order to give birth to the branches in order for the leaves to exist. The leaf, my dear, does not have to impress the witness.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you very much, Noah.

SPEAKER_02

And I you, my dear.

SPEAKER_01

Randy, you've made yourself visible. Do you want to say anything? I'm not going to pressure you. I'm just going to wait a few moments to see if you have a question or a comment. I see you're making the thinking faces. But I'm not going to again. You do have a comment? You can say something? Okay. You are unmuted.

SPEAKER_06

Well, thank you for that, Stephen. And greetings, Noah. I actually, the only reason why I agreed is because I can I was just all that was so beautiful and so beautifully articulated. And I I guess that's really my only comment. Of course, it was beautifully articulated, but um I really appreciate that.

SPEAKER_02

Greetings to you, my dear. Articulation, my dear, is also a form of expression. Notice, my dear. The expression that you are receiving is shared language with this vessel. So ask yourself, my dear one. Do you perceive you truly received the wisdom of what was articulated through the vessel?

SPEAKER_06

It was the resonance.

SPEAKER_02

Did you already possess this wisdom, my dear? And really the expression through this vessel assisted you to your own deeper remembrance.

SPEAKER_06

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

And notice, my dear, even as you articulate to those who come before you, notice where your focus is placed on how to articulate and what impact it will provide the recipient. Do not focus on the vocabulary, focus on the expression. You also represent, my dear, yet another vessel that the one before you is viewing as the one articulating. And when you remember, my dear, who your true expression originates from, you accept the vessel as a form of expression. Belief. Does not require worry, perfection, acceptance, judgment. Simply, honesty. Is that clear, my dear?

SPEAKER_06

It is. It is. Thank you.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, Randy. We are at the end of the hour. Noah, thank you so much for today. That was um that was really special. I really very much appreciate that. I think everyone else does it.
