Boundaries Are Care  is not about losing yourself.
It is about returning to what was always yours.

This episode brings together ambient sound and spoken word to explore boundaries—not as something others define, but as something you reclaim, hold, and move with on your own terms.

There is no instruction here.
 No expectation.
No demand to open, soften, or forgive.

Only sound.
 Only presence.
Only the space to listen in the way that feels safe enough for you.

Within this journey, the following pieces unfold:

Access Is Not Assumed — a clear line where entitlement ends and choice begins.
You Don’t Get to Decide — a reclamation of authority over your own body, space, and voice.
I Leave Without Explaining — the permission to exit without justification.
Distance Is Care — a reframing of space as protection, not punishment.

Each track stands on its own, while also forming a larger arc—one that does not push you toward resolution, but instead honors where you already are.

You may feel something.
 You may feel nothing.
You may step away at any time.

All of that is listening.

This is not therapy.
 This is not performance.

This is a consent-based listening experience.

And before anything else, you get to choose what that means. Boundaries disappearing. It can feel unsafe. Like something has been crossed. For others. It can feel like a solving a dissolving of edges that no longer need to be held so tightly. This is not here to decide that for you. It does not ask you to open. It does not ask you to let go. It does not ask you to trust. It simply exists. And you get to meet it from wherever you are. You might listen from a place of strong boundaries. Nothing you need to do. The moment you get to the fine for yourself, maybe the foundries are not gone. Maybe they're hurting. Maybe they're becoming more honest. Maybe they are finally yours. Or maybe they remain exactly where you need them to be. Let the sound meet you there. Nothing is required of you.

You ate my life in moments you never had to survive. But I don't need your conclusion to know I'm still alive. You don't get my nervous distance. You don't get my healing taste. You don't get thirty. Try to soften every night. I don't stay in conversation. You cost me my nervous system. I leave without explaining a bit of not a shame. Walking away. Don't have to stay. Was a form of heart. The given every detail still left me on guard. So I chose relations and quiet good. I chose to trust my body when it's tid. I don't know, she gave my no. I don't need a fun word. I without the city.

Nothing is being taken from you. Nothing has been removed that you did not choose. Whatever you are noticing now, whether it is calm or tension or nothing at all, it belongs to you. You do not need to make meaning out of this moment. You do not need to carry anything forward that does not feel like yours. If something's happened, you get to decide if it stays that way. If something's happening, there is no right ending here. You might feel more open. You might feel more guarded. You might feel exactly the same. Boundaries are still yours. They were never taken. They were never decided for you. They remain where you place them or where you don't. Thank you for listening in your own way. Nothing was required of you.
