My day is normal. I did work. I I I don't know, propose something, whatever. So I will go in there and then come back, eat, and then pick you up. Thank you, Mom. You eat at least like I pick you up before you seven cursor. I didn't want to I normally before seven to like.

Yeah, yeah. No, I was thinking like it'd be really early if you ate right after, but you could just eat and start eating anytime in the train so it was like. Oh no, I didn't think I didn't get the right thing. I'm gonna play music, okay. Oh my god. Today, the most random thing happened. Right. So me and my friends, like we go into the Menzo, which is where we eat. Yeah. Right. And normally we put like our bottles and stuff on seats. Yeah. So when we come back, we have what we want to sit in. Yeah, exactly. Then we went to get food. Yeah. Um, me and Hannah went back first because we got our food first. Yeah, I got it. Yeah. Right, we sat on our seat, then I wanted to fill my water bottle up with Ivy because she came back with Hanchica and I didn't want to leave Hannah alone. But anyway, these four guys sit next to us, next to us, and then they complained to Ivy and Hannah and Machica were still sitting there while we decided to sit next to them, even though the entire table is free. So how uh how did you respond? I wasn't there, but they moved. It's so weird though, like we were sitting there first. Imagine. These four guys from where? 10th grade. Well, 10th grade. Yeah. No, they're really weird. Earlier in the year they randomly came up to us and started talking, and we ignored them. Yeah, great relationship, I know.

No, I just find it weird that people start talking to others for like it's not weird. Don't get me wrong, it's not weird, but they're weird. Like, if you if you get it, you get it. But how embarrassing is it to think that somebody sat somewhere just because you're sitting there? I would never think like that. Like if someone sat beside me, I think they're sitting there because they they need a seat.

Is relationship something common in your school?

I wouldn't say so. Huh? No, I really wouldn't say so. It's not that I know everyone who's in a relationship, but I know that not a lot of people are in a relationship with each other in our school.

There's Ruth and Jacob, they've been together for like two years now. Which is pretty crazy for their age, but I mean guys, they fit together real well. And then there's like always people who have on and off with others. Like Karina had like a talking stage with someone, but he wasn't in our school. And then she broke it off. And then Ivy had one once. Leah, the girl beside me, but she doesn't like him anymore. I don't know what's happening. But yeah, not a lot. Dion's friend with someone in his class, but um they broke up.

And also, sometimes are you like this kind of relationship, but in the like same grade or it's like a different grade?

So Roops and Jacobs, the ones that are in Jacob, yeah. The ones that have been together for a long time. Yeah. Jacob's in the 10th, Roops in R grade. But she's in the B plus, so she'll be in the same grade as him and we'll show you the next day. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. And the rest is like normally the same. Oh, Mia, a girl in my class, has a boyfriend that's one year younger than her in a different school. Not to say anything, but he seems really weird. Like, I I'm glad it works for her. But um yeah, he just seems really weird. Nobody really likes him not at him.

I don't know, relationship is very political. Sometimes it's hard to judge if it's real for you or for others.

Exactly, exactly. Um if she's happy. We're like friends, but not really. It's like weird. Like we're nice to each other sometimes, and sometimes she's just kind of like uh mean.

There's the one uh episode very popular in China. Was uh uh made by two uh one actor and one actress, and they're very good at acting. Like they're they're not like idle type. Yeah, this uh episode is talking about uh in a relationship how you uh how you say that how you uh manipulating or try to find control of the other party and in a not very obvious way. Like a like a you probably won't notice that at the beginning, but then it's getting slowly into that uh situation mode when you realize that it's already too late. Yeah. Sometimes I saw in the news it's like a highly educated uh uh lady, it's like a past uh PhD, but their emotional intelligence are so low. They're like they're very intelligent. Yeah, but not emotional intelligence, then they get auto-manipulated, and it's very strange.

I agree with you. Well, mental health is very important.

Yeah, I think emotional intelligence itself is very overlaid. Because smart people get praised more for it, but also being able to read a person is very strong quality to have. Yeah. Do you think you're emotionally intelligent? I think uh I think fair enough.

SPEAKER_01 6:40

I think it depends on which angle you talk about emotional intelligence. For example, the relation between me and I'm not good at that. So from that perspective, uh my emotional intelligence is not so well. Other people maybe they can manage it much better. But from a relationship point of view, it's not very easy for other people to manipulate me. Because I'm pretty selfish and pretty you know self-centered.

You don't have to be able to control your emotions well to be emotionally. Like just because you know how someone should be reacting doesn't mean you won't react that way.

Well obviously being smart is important to me. But like uh I'm very stubborn, but you are not. When you're not stubborn Oh, okay, not very stubborn, and sometimes some things uh it will not happen to me.

But it will happen to me, so it's not uh uh one of my friends, Ivy, yeah, she's like very if somebody says something weird or dumb, she will approach them about it. Like she will she'll like I don't know how to describe this, but like someone says something stupid, like, oh my god, look at her red hair. She'll be like, bro, shut the fuck up. Well, I would just ignore them. And I feel like that's a really big difference between us. But not in a like a bad way, like she's worse or I'm worse because I don't stand up for myself, or she's worse because she like searching for trouble or something. I don't know. Yeah. But it's more like different reactions that get different reactions, and that's how people tr treat you based off of your reactions. Because if I ignore them, they stop talking to me, but they all keep talking to Ivy because they know she would be reaction.

Yes, yes, yes. This is also happens. Sometimes people just try to see who is uh mostly either going person, and then then they target her because you, for example, in this case.
