✨ Beyond Belief ✨
Faith isn’t a finish line.
It’s not a trophy you polish and place on a shelf.
It’s not a box you tick on a Sunday morning and forget by Monday.
Faith is movement.
It’s the road under your feet.
The wrestle in your chest.
The questions that wake you up at 2 a.m. and refuse to be silenced.
It’s the doubt that sharpens you.
The wonder that pulls you deeper.
The holy tension between what you’ve been told… and what you’re discovering for yourself.
Here, we wander the wild corners of Christianity.
We tear into the ancient stories — not to tame them, but to let them speak.
We wrestle with mystery.
We confront comfortable clichés.
We look again at a God who refuses to stay small.
Because maybe faith was never meant to be safe.
Maybe it was meant to be alive.
This is not about arriving.
It’s about becoming.
Welcome to Beyond Belief.

It begins again tomorrow morning.
Welcome to Beyond Belief, where ordinary lives intersect with the extraordinary presence of God. Over the past several episodes, we've explored something remarkable. How God still speaks today. Through scripture, through circumstances, through the quiet prompting of his spirit. But today we arrive at the most important question of all. Not simply how God speaks, but how we live with him every single day. This is episode 10. Experiencing God daily. The journey continues. The question isn't just can I experience God? The deeper question is this: will I build a life where his presence becomes normal? Will I live a life where his presence is just as real at 9 a.m. on a Tuesday morning as it is at midnight on Sunday after a powerful worship service? Experiencing God isn't a concept, it's a journey, a conscious, consistent pursuit of awareness, obedience, and alignment. Every morning the sun rises. At first, the sky barely changes, just the hint of light touching the horizon. Then slowly, the darkness begins to give away. Color appears, shadows retreat, light fills the sky. Experiencing God daily works the same way. Sometimes subtle, sometimes radiant, but always present for those who learn to notice. Daily experience with God is the result of daily awareness, obedience, and faithfulness. There were times in my life when I felt I only experienced God during intense moments. Big decisions, major breakthroughs, moments of crisis. Those were the moments where I could suddenly stop everything and become very aware of God. But the rest of life, it felt ordinary, almost disconnected. Then something slowly began to change. I started noticing God in moments I had previously overlooked: breakfast prayers, traffic moments, quiet reflections before meetings, unexpected conversations with co-workers. Those daily moments began to feel sacred, transformational. But for a long time I believed something that wasn't entirely true. I believed experiencing God required something dramatic, a miracle, a breakthrough, a powerful emotional moment. But God gently showed me something I had completely missed. He wasn't waiting for me in the dramatic moments. He had been waiting for me in the ordinary moments all along. I remember one morning driving to work. My mind was racing. Deadlines, responsibilities, decisions that needed answers. And I remember quietly praying, God, where are you in all of this? And nothing dramatic happened. No voice from heaven, no lightning bolt of revelation, just something quiet, something subtle. Sunlight streaming through the windshield, the steady rhythm of the road, and the sudden realization God had been there the entire time. He wasn't absent. I was just distracted. And in that moment, something shifted in my heart. I realized that experiencing God isn't about chasing emotional highs, it's about learning to notice his presence in everyday life. Psalm 16, verse 11, says, In your presence there is fullness of joy, not just in mountaintop moments, but in daily life. Imagine a path you walk every morning. At first, it seems ordinary. But if you walk that path with attention, noticing the birds, the trees, the quiet wind, the changing light, suddenly the ordinary path becomes extraordinary. That's what daily experience with God looks like: learning to walk through life aware of his presence. Many of us experience God in bursts, a powerful sermon, a worship night, an answered prayer. But sustaining that connection requires something deeper. Daily practice, awareness, obedience, alignment. Think about it this way: friendship doesn't grow through one conversation, it grows through daily interaction, shared moments, consistency, time together. Our relationship with God grows in the same way. A gardener doesn't plant a seed and demand fruit tomorrow. He waters, he prunes, he tends the soil day after day. Quietly, faithfully, and slowly, life begins to emerge. Our relationship with God grows in the same way. God doesn't just want encounters, he wants a lifelong relationship. Psalm 16, verse 11, promises something powerful. In your presence there is fullness of joy. Think about that. Fullness of joy. Not partial joy, not temporary joy, fullness. Experiencing God daily requires intentionally aligning our lives with Him. Romans 12, verse 2 reminds us. Transformation happens when our lives begin to align with God's will. But Jesus takes this idea even deeper. In John 15, verse 4, he says, Abide in me and I in you. That word abide is powerful. It means to remain, to stay, to dwell, to live in continual relationship. Jesus isn't inviting us into occasional moments with him. He's inviting us into a daily abiding relationship. Not chasing spiritual highs, but remaining connected to him, just as a branch remains connected to the vine. Daily obedience unlocks joy, peace, clarity. God's presence isn't seasonal, it's constant when we choose to remain aligned with him. A light tower shines every night, steady, unwavering. Ships rely on that light for direction. God's presence is like that: constant, guiding, faithful. But sailors must keep their eyes on the light. And in the same way, we must learn to keep our hearts aligned with God's presence. Consistency in following God cultivates intimacy with Him. Imagine a young woman, overwhelmed by work, family responsibilities, and the chaos of life. One day she decides to pause every morning for just ten minutes with God. Nothing elaborate, just quiet, just awareness. She begins her day with prayer. She starts paying attention to small nudges. She reflects on where she senses God guiding her. Slowly, something begins to change. The chaos of life begins to harmonize. Opportunities appear. Relationships begin to heal. Decisions become clearer. She notices small things. Unexpected peace before a difficult meeting. The right words in a tense conversation. Unexpected favor at work. Strength in moments she once feared. Small intentional steps towards God each day creates ripple effects beyond imagination. Experiencing God daily isn't complicated. It simply requires intentional attention. Consider these four steps. First, begin each day with intentional prayer and awareness. Secondly, look for God's movement in ordinary moments. Thirdly, respond in obedience to his nudges, even the small ones. And lastly, reflect at the end of the day on where you saw him at work. One small daily habit: noticing God, responding in obedience, aligning your life with him can create a change reaction of transformation. James 4, verse 8 reminds us, Come near to God, and he will come near to you. God's presence becomes reality when you live intentionally in his daily movement. Imagine waking up every day, aware of God's presence, aligning your decisions with his wisdom, responding to his voice, and discovering that joy, peace, clarity, and provision are no longer rare moments. They become the rhythm of your life. Living daily in God's presence transforms ordinary life into extraordinary adventure. Over the past ten episodes, we've explored how to recognize God's voice, how he speaks through scripture, through circumstances, through his spirit, through obedience. But all of it leads here a life lived daily with him. Three questions for you for this final episode. How am I currently noticing God in my daily life? Where am I misaligned with his guidance? And what small daily practice can help me experience him more fully? Maybe the greatest discovery you'll ever make is not that God speaks, not that he performs miracles, not even that he guides your life. The greatest discovery you will ever make is that he has been with you the entire time. Before prayer, before breakthrough, before the moment you finally noticed him, he was already there, walking beside you in the quiet, waiting patiently in the ordinary, speaking gently in moments you almost missed. The sunrise you rushed past, the unexpected peace in a difficult moment, the quiet thought that nudged you in the right direction. Those were not accidents, they were invitations, invitations to walk with him, to notice him, to trust him, to experience his presence. Not once in a while, but every single day. Because the truth is, God was never meant to be an occasional encounter in your life. He was meant to be your constant companion, not just in church, not just in crisis, not just in moments of desperation, but in the ordinary rhythm of your life. Morning decisions, afternoon conversations, evening reflections. Every step. And when you begin to notice him, really notice him, something beautiful begins to happen. Your life stops feeling random. Peace replaces anxiety. Clarity replaces confusion. And the quiet presence of God begins to shape your days. What once felt ordinary becomes sacred. What once felt chaotic begins to align. What once felt empty becomes full with purpose. And suddenly you realize you are not just living life, you are walking with God every day, every decision, every step. This is the adventure of experiencing God. And the beautiful truth is the journey doesn't end here. It begins again tomorrow morning when you wake up, when you pause, when you choose once again to notice Him. Because the God who created the universe is still walking beside you, still guiding you, still inviting you into his presence. And the greatest adventure of your life is learning to walk with him one day at a time. May you notice God in the smallest moments. May you hear his voice in the quiet of your heart. May your choices align with his will, and may your life overflow with the joy, peace, and quiet miracles of his presence every single day. Pray this prayer today. Lord, help me notice you in every moment. Align my actions with your will and experience your presence daily. Thank you for listening to Beyond Belief.
