This episode quite literally broke the internet.

What started as a live conversation between Cassie Howard and myself dropped so deep, so fast, that Instagram cut us off mid-sentence. So we did what embodied women do. We came back and finished the conversation anyway.

In this Rebirth Queen Roundtable, we go there.
The truth behind curated feeds.
The identity shifts no one talks about.
The reckoning happening inside the coaching and online business industry.
And what it actually means to lead without performance, persona, or polish.

This isn’t a scripted interview.
It’s a real-time transmission.

We talk about:
• Identity fragmentation and integration
• Why being “all of you” is the real leadership flex
• The cost of performance in business
• What happens when truth interrupts the algorithm
• Why the industry is breaking — and what’s being born instead

This conversation is raw, honest, disruptive, and deeply activating.

If you’ve felt the call to stop performing,
to lead from embodiment,
and to speak what others are afraid to say —
this episode is for you.

✨ Rebirth doesn’t ask for permission. It just arrives.

Welcome to the Rebirth Queen Podcast, the place where icons are reborn. I'm Sabrina the Rebirth Queen, and I'm here to slap you awake with raw truth, human design, and Jean key's wisdom, and of course, luck strategy that makes scaling feel like play. This isn't another how to podcast. This is a transmission, a remembering, a reclamation. So if you are ready to burn the old story and rise into your own icon era, you are in the right place, babe. Let's dive in. You would not know this, but this is take two. I'll come back to that in a minute. First of all, welcome, welcome, welcome. The Rebirth Queen has decided to not just show her face, but to go live with something very, very special and dear to my heart. I am excited and I'm grounded, and I'm curious about the conversation that we are going to have, and this is not just any life. This is the life that's been due, and it is here now. So welcome, welcome, welcome. If you are here for the very first time, whether that's today, tomorrow, next week, next month, or any time in the future, welcome. I'm so glad the universe has guided you here, and if you are already. One of my tribes. Hey babes. I'm so glad that you get to watch this and witness this moment because today is the day that my podcast officially is live. This is it. This is the moment the Rebirth Queen Podcast. Now. I was saying before that my bestie has been nudging me to do this for years. Um, and I know like podcast is like totally in my wheelhouse. I love to talk. I have a lot to say. I know a lot of things and so I've decided this podcast will be. Just transmissions, riffs, activations, some teachings. It is designed to be exactly like me, fully expressed, and being a permission for women like you who want to scale your business in a way that feels simple, that is embodied. Energy. Identity is a big one in this field here, and of course with a hint of sacred rebellion, and that just means that you get to be exactly who you are. Okay? No more masks, no more following other people's cookie cutter strategy. No more. Blending in, no more holding back. Like if you are the type of person who loves to sweat and drop the bombs, then you do that. If you feel like you're actually, you know, playing and pretending to be much bolder and bigger because you think, you know, the bigger, the bolder, the better. But really that's not who you naturally are. You've gotta own who you are. Alright, so with that in mind, it's gonna be very. Organic, it's gonna be very real. It's gonna be very raw. And so then once a month we are gonna have to rebirth queen a round table, which is exactly what's happening today, right now, where I'm inviting other badass trailblazers to come and have real honest conversations. And so I'm gonna, uh, get someone here today to be one of the mentors that I've been following. Since 2019. I wanna say she's a trailblazer. Yes. And she is no other than Cassie Howard. And she decided that she wanted to go on a brutally honest tour. And so I've decided, you know, would she do me the honor and come into the space and let me give you the platform and together have like an amazing conversation. So let's see. If I can invite, we're gonna have some eye-opening conversations, so let's see. You waived, I sent you the invitation and there she is. It works. Yay. Hi. That works so easily and effort. That was way easier than I thought it would be. I know, right? I was like, please, internet gods make that as easy as possible. But yes, please, first of all, hi. Hi, how are you? I am so great and I'm gonna tell you a really quick story. I was live an hour ago. Yeah. And I'm like talking yapping, super excited. I'm like. Is Cassie gonna come? She gotta join. Did she miss it? Oh no. And then I was like, hang on a minute. I think I got the time wrong. Yeah. And I was like, this is awkward. I was like, all right, delete the video. Go have a coffee, come back. Here we are. Oh my gosh, that's, I've done that so many times. It's so embarrassing. Oh my gosh. I hate it. I know, I know. Alright, I, you go with the flow. So here we go. I wanna introduce you. First of all, thank you for doing this. Thank you for being here. Um. I don't know if you know this, but I've literally been following you, buying from you, I believe, since 2018. Oh, you're an og. I'm an og. Like I love that. I was in your world, you know, when you did like the 10 K challenge for the very first time, like 10 K in 10 days for the very first time. Um, I remember. Being in awe. I mean, I'm very open and honest, but like when you shared, you know, your story with, um, the porn industry or you know, whatever the, the sex adult industry, whatever. I was like, damn, this girl got balls. Like, she will really own her power and own her identity. Um, to, to then what, you know, go from like. I think 50 K months to then blowing the fuck up and having that what is a 2.8 billion year and then just seeing you grow and grow. And I get goosebumps actually saying it, but what's really stood out to me is when you decided to create the the TBR. Backroom. Yes. Then I was like, okay, something is changing. Your marketing is changing. You are like all of a sudden like the epitome of a trailblazer where people either gonna love you or be like, who the fuck is this woman? Yeah. And so I was like, this is great and I know that you have a lot to say, so I think I would love you to obviously introduce yourself. You know, take the stage, but really tell me about the tour that you are on, the no bullshit tour, and then let's have a real fucking honest conversation. And I'm so keen to hear what you have to say today. Oh my gosh. Well, I'm excited. I can't wait to dive into this. I think it's gonna be good and I also think it's very much needed more of these types of conversations, so I'm happy that we're doing this. Uh, as far as an intro, I'm so bad at these because I don't even know who I am half the time. So I teach people how to basically monetize themselves, how to monetize their personality, their gifts, who they are, and you know, the rest is something that is to be discovered. Yes, I love that. I love that. Yeah. And, and as far as this tour, so. This, this I feel like, has been building inside of me for a very long time, but there was something about like March-ish of this year that I really started to feel like I, I, I can't shut up anymore. Like there's certain things that I've, I've learned certain things that I know to be true that are, they're just being presented in a way that I, I don't think is right, I don't think is ethical. I was like, I don't think I can keep quiet anymore. I don't think I can. Like kind of, not that I was ever somebody who would sugarcoat the truth, but I would leave things out like I didn't wanna tell people. If you wanna be successful in business, you're gonna get your ass handed to you pretty much every day for years. You know, like I saying, something like that is going to have somebody in my head, I'm thinking it's gonna have them be like, well, I don't wanna be around that. I don't wanna be around a person who's gonna make me think about bad things all the time. Yes. And so those were the types of things that I wouldn't say, 'cause I didn't want people to feel that way about me. And then I just got to the point and that this is. Probably something I should work on, on myself, but I have an issue where if something is like inside my head, it, I cannot shut it off until I do something about it. Like if it keeps coming back, keeps coming back, and that, that includes things that maybe aren't a good idea. Mm-hmm. And so I, I did that one post. I can't even remember exactly what it I said, but there was a post where I said. I'm sick, like I'm sick of hiding the truth, or I'm sick of keeping quiet. Something along those lines. And then I just wrote the words, the back room. Or all will be revealed in the back room, something like that. I didn't even have an offer. Case bumps again called, I didn't even have an offer called that, and I was like, what is this? And then I just, that's when I really opened up to myself and was like, okay, just what do you wanna say? How about we just say, talking to myself? How about we just say whatever comes out and not try to understand what it means first. Like just trust that if it's coming through you, it's meant to come through you. Yes, and I did. And, well, I haven't looked back here. We're here we are. Alright, let me actually turn my phone on. This is like before I tried to turn my aircon on and didn't work the whole time. So I was like, I'm gonna sit here with like my mate because obviously I'm on the Gold Coast in Australia and it's like humidity is through the roof and finally, ah, the Internet's kicked in. I live in a brand new house and shit doesn't work, but okay, nevermind. So yes, so. I'm so curious and like obviously I am part of the, you know, the TVR and I've seen what goes on and then I like, and it's actually funny 'cause then you know, you make people sign an NDA, right? Yeah. Like first rule is what happens there? Stays there. Stays there, yeah. And fight club. Yeah. But then I'm also sure that some people didn't. Some people kept talking about that and I was like, okay. But then that's also good because that's what you kind of want, you want like, you know what I mean? Like you want to spread the truth. And, and it's funny 'cause I always feel like I can see trends and I'm the same, like, I'm like, this is not right. Like we're selling. Bullshit to especially new coaches or you know, like coaches who wanna grow. I mean, it's such a beautiful industry. Like we are gonna, you know, we are gonna keep growing. There's gonna be more people coming in who wanna monetize their gifts. We wanna make money, we wanna have freedom and do it on their own terms. But I feel like they're still being sold. Bullshit. A lot of it is. Yeah, a lot of it. And then you've seen lately some sort of culty things happening. I don't know if you've seen all of that sort of stuff happening. I'd like, I'm like, ah. Sometimes I'm like, should I say something? Should I just stay in my lane? And I was like, you know what? Fuck it. No, I feel like we need to create more space. Yeah. So with that in mind, tell me like what are some of the things that you. See, I mean, because you've been around for a long time, same as I, and obviously the industry has changed. Yeah. Like you cannot sell like you used to, like back, I think if you think of 2020, like through COVID, you, if you, if you knew how to sell. You could have the shittiest product people would buy, right? Like you didn't even have to be good. You just had to be good at marketing and showing up. And if you had a little bit of confidence and can sell it easy, people would buy anything and everything. Now, people being sold, things that have been. Shitty product and have not gotten results. And so we've now got this, you know, this industry full of discernment. Like how do I know that you are the right coach? And it creates just even more confusion. And then some people talk, oh, you can't sell high ticket anymore. Don't, people don't do that. Then people like pivoting from selling high ticket to low ticket, but then like burning out. And now we're moving into another, we're moving into a new year and I know next year it is all gonna be about if you are not real, if you are not owning who you are. Yeah. People are gonna sniff through like it's like a bad perfume. Yeah. Like you can smell it. Yeah. It's gonna be really apparent, especially towards the end of next year, I think like the final quarter. Like right now, people are getting kind of annoyed that everything is just sounding the same. They're getting annoyed where they see people are writing all their content with ai. Mm-hmm. And they're getting bored because of those things, so. Mm-hmm. I think they, they'll probably suck it up for a little while and be like, it'll get better. I, I think it'll get better and when it doesn't, towards the end of the year, they're gonna be like, okay, I can't, like, I need to actually be around real messy human beings. Yes. Even on the internet. Yeah, absolutely. And I think next year, I think this year we've already seen that some coaches, mentors, consultants, what have you, not they not just struggled, but I think if they don't change and see the truth, there's gonna be a lot of coaches, a lot of names over the next few years that are just not gonna be around anymore. A hundred percent. And I, I hate to say this. No, I don't. Good. I'm like, don't hate it. Just good. Like, I'm glad, I'm sorry, but I'm glad that these coaches are gonna be, their, their business is gonna do well for a little while. And then, because people are gonna get more and more tired with the whole like, perfect, everybody sounds like a robot kind of content. Then they go to the real people. Those businesses that were built on AI and copying other coaches and, and really hiding your personality. Those businesses are gonna start to make less and less money until eventually they're gone. Yeah. And that's a sad reality. But if you choose to build your business on a lie, essentially Yeah. Or a even a a half truth, you can't expect that to, to go very far. Exactly. So enlighten me, Cassie. 'cause I, it's so, how do I put this in my own words? To me, it seems so obvious. Okay. Yeah. To me, I know how to build scaled businesses. I understand. You have to have the aligned strategy. You gotta have the systems. You gotta have the backend. You gotta sell, you gotta show up, you gotta be you. You gotta pivot. Like I know you gotta do the, you gotta be in alignment, you know, like, 'cause energy doesn't fucking lie. Like people can smile it. So to me it's so obvious, but. Maybe I'm blind. Like, does not everybody know this by now? Like, yeah, I, I honestly think most people do. And they're also trying to pretend that that's not the truth, because it's benefiting them in some way. So they don't want that to be the truth. So you tell me. You tell me, like what are some of the things that you see that is still happening and we don't need to bash anybody. I don't wanna, that's not a bashing session. I just want you to know what is something that the industry needs to know? Like, what are some of the things that you are still seeing? 'cause you've got so many clients, right? Like you have so much impact, you have such a great community. Um, I wanna know what are the things that you see? Your clients are coming to you and you're like, oh, okay, well I can see why you are struggling. I can see why your impact has, you know, and your income has gone down, or why you not growing? Like what do you see? Tell us. I don't even know where to begin, honestly. Like I could, we could be here for hours, but the biggest thing, just off the top of my head, boredom is probably the biggest one I hear is like I fell outta love with my business. I dread like going to work every day, showing up to my big. Doing the things. Um, there's also like resentment in there as that's built into it as well. Like, I'm putting in this time, this effort and I'm not getting the outcome or the result that I want. And so there's mm-hmm. Frustration and you know that that's there. And so people are really looking for. Like making sure that your business is built in a way where all you have to do this sounds so obvious, but all you have to do is be you consistently. Yeah. And let people see you. Yeah. And I think one of the, the biggest trends, I hate to call it a trend 'cause it shouldn't be, but the biggest thing going into this next year I know is going to be, uh, what we'll call it. Painfully beautiful content. Yes. Which, which is more like that. Not just being real and like showing more of yourself, but revealing more about yourself that maybe feels uncomfortable. Telling stories that built you into the person, the leader, the person that you are, and. That the stories that got you to that point, but that were really painful stories where you learned really big lessons, like more, just more vulnerability and even the word vulnerability. I hate to use 'cause it's, I don't think people really understand what that word means, but just more letting people see you make it. That's what it is. And as many ways as you would like to type that, like it's just letting people really see you. I think there's gonna be a really big shift from like a. The like teacher content, like I wanna show up and be an expert and teach you the things that I know and it's gonna be more, I'm just a cool person who's got a great personality and a nice, a nice ass and also knows some things, like she's got some wisdom, you know? Like I think it's honestly gonna be more of a shift to that is like we just, 'cause you learn, you can learn through proximity and so just being around people that are. Just different and, and different, but themselves at the same time. It transforms you like massively. I love that. I love that. And I completely agree. And I, for me, can see that too, is like, I wanna share more stories. Like I navigate so much. I've got three stepchildren, they're all teenagers. I've got my mother-in-law here. Relationships, you know, they're hard. Like you go through stuff and you still show up for yourself, but you. Probably don't show that pound, you know, like, you just wanna be like, Hey, I'm still showing up. I'm navigating life, so blah, blah, blah. But what if I took a moment back and be like, do you know what, I've had to have a really fucking hard conversation and this is really messy. And this is though the, you know, YI did X, Y, ZI think you're right. And I think also we don't want to just have this beautiful, beautiful curated, um, yeah. You know. What you call it, like the facade, like you don't wanna open It's the aesthetic. Yeah. Yeah. The aesthetics. And even though like, uh, I know, and I'm, I'm the same, like my aesthetics are very beautiful. I'm very proud of my branding and also. I'm also, in my head, I'm like, I also wanna go and have, you know, the real stories, like, I don't know, go to TikTok where there's no makeup, no nothing. It's just me. Yeah. You know, after the gym with my crazy messy hair showing a little bit more about what's going on. I think that's what people wanna see. You are definitely, you're definitely right. A hundred percent. Yeah. I'm. I'm so confident in that, and I'm so happy about that because, oh my God, do we need it? Like, I just wanna see somebody on the internet be real for once. Yeah. It's, I can't believe how hard it is. Like if, if I, and I'll challenge myself because this helps me with my content. I'll challenge myself. Well, let's see how long it takes me to scroll through a reel. To find a reel, pun intended. Um, to find a person who's being genuinely themselves. Mm. And it, it's on average, is gonna take me a good four or five minutes straight. Until I can find one person who I can tell is being just themselves. It's mostly, I don't even wanna say it's fake. Like, I don't think people are necessarily being fake. It's just they're, it's like they're being half of themselves. Mm. And I, the, the, the future, at least the near future of the coaching industry, I really believe is going to be more on, uh, like, how do I describe this in words? Oh my god. It's kind of like you are their best friend. They see you as a best friend. Mm. And it's gotta be that kind of content because if that person feels like they know you and they understand you the way that a best friend would, and they get your quirks and they your jokes and they know the name of your dog and your kids, and like, that's really what people are, are leaning into more right now, is that connection with their mentor or teacher or whoever it is. Uh, we don't just wanna hire somebody or, or learn from somebody who's like a teacher who's got the chalkboard behind them. Okay, class, listen up. Oh God, nobody's like, uh, nobody wants that shit anymore. Nobody. We want, we wanna learn from somebody where we could be like across the table from each other and be like, okay, tell me everything. How do I like, let's go. And you can have a real conversation if you're somebody that swears all the time. We'll continue to do that and not be like, oh, I'm in a professional setting. I can't say a bad word. You know what I mean? Like, you really have to be yourself. And this is why I think faceless accounts are gonna be gone soon because there's no personality there. Um, I think the coaches who are too perfect, we'll say, um, with their feed, they appear too perfect. They're gonna have to adapt or die off because nobody is gonna want that anymore. Nobody wants that. We want connection with real people. I love that and I love that I, because that is also very me. I love that. And I, and I see that you've been doing that a lot more too. Like you, you know, like even like you in your stories, like you're just so real. I love it. Yeah. You are provocative. Um, you show people behind the scenes, you show your family more, you know, like your dog running around like. That's real. That's what you want. And I know, for example, I knew that if you and I were in a room together, like we'd have the best conversations, we'd have the best fun. And that's why I, I, I generally love you for that. Um, it's interesting 'cause what is, what you're describing to me sounds like we've been conditioned. To show up a certain way. 'cause that would make us look professional. That would people think, oh yeah, she, she has her shit together, so I'm gonna go and learn from her. This is where we've come in. Yeah. And now we're gonna flip that. And those who are very polished and professional and look at me and my life is so amazing and I've got all the, the Gucci bags and the fancy cars. Like I don't even give a fuck about the bags and the cars. I'm like, honey, like, tell me how you show up for yourself and your clients when your kids having a fucking meltdown. You had the biggest argument with your husband and, and you know what I mean, and your daughter's boyfriend broke up with her like. Tell me like how you're still showing up for yourself. Decline. That's cool. And so it's, it's gonna be completely opposite. So the polish, they will be like, they, they will become vanilla. God forbid. We don't want more vanilla by that, but that's what I mean. We don't, but they are gonna be the ones that are gonna be vanilla. I know and it's good. That's, and I am so excited for when we get to pop champagne on that day to celebrate when people finally wake the fuck up and are like, oh wait, not that I wish anyone to fail, but it's like if you don't get with the picture, yeah, maybe. Maybe you should, you know? Yeah. Just saying like, you have to actually be real. Nobody gives a shit that you have 18 Chanel bags or Hermes bags, or. Fancy jewelry or fancy whatever, nobody gives a shit anymore. Like in fact, it's also, or, or it's instead kind of annoying. This is what I'm hearing from people anyway. It's like, it's, yeah, I can imagine. Yeah. It used to be inspiring and now it's just annoying to me because it's like, I, I don't, I don't need six Porsches in my backyard. Like, I, I need food in the fridge, I need this, I wanna have, you know what I mean? Like there it's more even the results that people are. Looking to get Now, when they invest in, in programs and mentors, it's not, I wanna fly private, it's, I wanna be able to pay my kids braces off in full. Like I wanna, like, I wanna be able to buy my first house, even if it's a humble little house. Like it's more than the, I don't wanna call them like real desires. Yeah. But yeah. The more that are just closer to you, they're not like, I want this just because Yeah. Like, I get that people are craving more of the, the simple things that they want. Yeah. I get that. And you know what, and, and also there is no shame. Like if you are that type of person who loves their luxury, you know, I know. You know, that's real. That is real. Like for someone that I know you've worked with personally, like for her that is real and she embodies that and I love her for that. Exactly. 100%. But when you, and you can tell the, the feeling and like the energy behind it, it's not like, oh, I bought another thing, whatever. It's like there's love and, and gratitude for it. Yes. Yes. And, and that's what's missing for so many people is they'll, they'll start to earn a lot of money. They'll buy the thing that they always wanted, which is great. Nothing wrong with that, whatever it is. But then it's like, okay, I bought it. Now what else can I buy? It's like there wasn't true gratitude and appreciation and awe and you know, from that thing that you just got. So it's not, it's not gonna feel right. It's not, and it makes me think that. I think that it is, there is still a lot of proving energy. Oh yeah, for sure. You know, there is a lot like, but I also think some people still need that, though. Some people still do need to prove themselves in their content, but there's also a. You know, strategic way to do that where it doesn't look like you're trying hard to prove yourself. You just naturally are proving yourself. Exactly. And you'll know because you're chasing, you're chasing an outcome, um, to prove to yourself you can do it. But then you get there and you buy the bag and then you actually like empty. Exactly. Unless you attach the gratitude to it beforehand and there's a reason for it and there's, again, story for it. And then you buy the thing and then you tell the story in your content. You tell the story. Yes. And it's like the, the whole thing with content is gonna be less of that, like how to type educational content. Mm-hmm. Way more behind the scenes. Mm-hmm. Way more behind the scenes content. And I've been preaching behind the scenes content and how important it's. I know for the last, like, for years, and now it's catching on, and I'm like, oh, thank you. Yes, thank you. Because I just wanna see like, okay, great. You bought a another Louis Vuitton purse. Perfect. What's in your fridge though? Mm. Like what do you got? Like, that's what people want. They want the real, like, yes, we wanna see the pretty things too, but like. What? What else? Yeah, show us a behind the scenes of where you're working right now. Just a picture. A little video? Yeah. Not something you bought off a stock website, but you like your actual workspace or your view right now? Or what are you drinking right now? Like. We're just craving way more of that in our content. Yes, I love that. It's funny, I've got a thousand pictures like that and I'm like, and I haven't even been posted, but that's all good. I've been bus busy building the backend and that's Now you've got a stockpile you can use. Yeah, I do. And that's it Like, and like it's all planned. Like I'm looking at my whiteboard that like it's all planned. Like I've been very strategic this year and I knew this year's, the shedding year, this year was. For me coming back building, I'm so proud of myself. You'd be so proud and thank you to you and your support. 'cause I'm part of your circle. I've built systems. I've got hundreds of like landing pages, thank you pages, opt-in pages, booking page. Like I'm, I'm like, who am I even being like, I love that so much. So that's thanks to you. And I think the biggest shift for me was. Yeah. Going from a coach to actually thinking, acting, leading yourself like a CEO, like to me, I'm like this. I think that's the biggest shift that I've learned from you is like, I could, I made six figures or like, but surviving of life launches. Yeah. And then you're tied to my desk. But then my life changed. I became a stepmother. I have three kids. I don't want to be living like that. Yep. So then we shifted into CEO. Get your backend sorted, have your system sorted, and then all you gotta do is show up as yourself. And by you showing up as yourself, you are automatically selling without having to sell. Because people naturally are curious and you just click an invite. If you know, by the way, I've got this, and by the way, I've got that and you do this, you know, beautifully. So thank you for teaching me that. So I'm happy. I'm so happy to hear all of that. That makes me thrilled. I'm so happy. And I will say there was a point where I was triggered by you as well. 'cause I was like, I'm gonna say, I'm gonna say this bitch. But I mean that as an endearment. I was like, this bitch sells so much. Like, like I know you have like 52 ways of selling and you got, you know, what goes to what email here and this and that. Like, like I was like, I was really triggered and then I was like. Is she doing that because she wants to? Is she doing that because she thinks she has to? And then I was just like, nah, this bitch is just really smart. She just knows what's up. Like she's the sales queen. So naturally then I'm like, okay, now I'm leaning in. I'm like, okay, teach me how to do it. What do I buy? Yep. Yes. True. That's how. Yeah. Yeah. It starts, usually it does start with a little bit of hatred or like annoyance of a person. Like even with, with Melanie, like, I did not like her at all. She's so annoying. And now I'm like, I'm obsessed with her. She's my favorite person in the world. Like it's, it's because it's authentic. See, yeah, actually who, who you are. And if you can be that person and people can feel that from you, they naturally wanna lean in and they wanna say, what are you doing? Yeah. What's up? Where you going today? What you doing? Like, you know what I mean? And then it's. You. They ask questions and you answer in your content, and now you're the. The expert that you're positioning yourself as that expert. And now they're like, well, well, you know, all these things. Do you program on these things? Can you teach me these things? And it just, it, it naturally leads to them buying or at least recommending somebody to you, like ultimately every follower you have. Cut it in half because half of them are haters and the other half It's true. Can, yeah. But the other half are the people who have, who are obsessed with you, and if they don't wanna work with you, or don't need to work with you or whatever, they'll recommend you to somebody else. So that's, that's who you're speaking. Well, you're speaking to both groups. Because honestly, we want the haters because we want them to talk about us because more people who love us. Yeah. So it's just the more you you can be, the more haters you'll have. Yay. Yeah. And the more people who love you, that will start following you and wanting to read and watch and listen to everything that you do. Yeah. I love that. I love that. I always say like, look, people are gonna judge you anyway, right? Yes. Like whether you are broke or whether you've got money, people are gonna have an opinion about you. So you might as well be cashed up, live your best fucking life, and let them hate on you and say thank you, like, yep. It is what it, it's the show and say, thank you for helping me to make lots of money, because Love do help. I love that. Okay. Love it. What, I guess I wanna like, I wanna ask like two questions. I would say. I think one thing I would love to know, is there anything else in terms of what the industry needs to know? That's what I would love to know. And I don't wanna keep like all of your time 'cause we could probably sit here for hours and talk for sure. Um, and then I also maybe want to let you share people like, I wanna know like how do you manage to run an eight figure company? But you don't, I don't think you've got a massive team. You know, you, you don't do ads. Like I, you know what I mean? Like, and this is what I mean, this is the real stuff because yes, we have people out there who do make seven, eight figures, but they've got a lot of overheads because they've got big teams and making sales calls. I couldn't think of anything worse than having a sales team and, ugh, I don't do, no, no, no, no. Thanks. No thanks. So let's gimme one more thing that the industry needs to know. Like what, what are you seeing that is no longer gonna work that people just need to fucking get apart from the content side of things, what do you think? Again, where do I start? But I, I guess the other one that I, the main one that's really been coming up a lot lately is around high ticket versus low ticket. Mm-hmm. I mean, there's always, there's always the two groups of people who are pro this, pro that. Yeah. But with the low ticket. It's going to be coming back quite heavily. There's gonna be a lot more, like I'm talking low, low ticket, like even entry level. I was talking about this, I think it was millionaire music. I was talking about this. They had, um. They had, I was talking about the low ticket memberships. I was like, there are going to be memberships that right now they're around like a hundred bucks a month. That's what you'll typically see for a low ticket membership. We're go, we're gonna start seeing them around 10 bucks or less. Wow. Okay. I think we're gonna start seeing really, really low ticket, because that's, sometimes that's all it takes for people to decide. Yes, I like this person. I wanna learn more to then come into another offer. And it's gonna be easier to get people to say yes to, obviously to a $10 offer versus a hundred dollars offer, of course, to try you out. So I think we're gonna see an increase in that. And I think a lot of the high, high ticket type packages, like. 30, 40, 50 K, a hundred k plus they're, it's not that they're not gonna be successful anymore. They will, but you're not gonna see people like selling them very often or talking about them very often because there's gonna be a lot more buyers for the low ticket and even into mid-tier. Nice. And that's great in a way. Because at the end of the day, what we want to focus on is client retention anyway. Right? Exactly. Like client retention is far more important. And I think that that's also something that people underestimate. Like I would rather create an offer suite where I know my client can come in for $10 and then she can buy. Whatever, whatever. And she's gonna keep loving and keep loving it. There's gonna be a new problem to solve. There's gonna be another solution to that. And so they can just throw, and eventually she will probably be the one who will then fork out 30, 40, 50, a hundred thousand dollars. 'cause she's been with you from the start and you've overdelivered. Not only that, because I do believe in over-delivering with boundaries, but most importantly, she's been getting results. So she can afford to give you a hundred thousand dollars now. Exactly. Yep. That sucks. That's what I think it's gonna, it's gonna lean more into that because people don't, they're not just trusting anymore. If they find you for the first time, they're like, well, I've hired a coach before. I've done a program before. Correct. And they stole my money, or it was this, or whatever. It's a really bad scenario for them. Yeah. And so now every next person they choose to work with, they're like, Hmm, I don't know. Should I trust you? Should I not trust you? So when you have an offer that's 10 books a month, or 20 bucks, whatever, like. Okay, fine. Worst case scenario amount, $20. It's better than 20 K, right? Yeah. And so they're, you're gonna have a lot more people that like, you're sorry. You're gonna be able to build that trust. A lot more people, way easier when you have something that's low ticket like that, because they're not just buying that. Let's be real, they're gonna buy the $10 thing. Love it. Come into your now $25 thing. Now your $80 thing, they're, they're naturally gonna do that because you're able to give them something small. Mm-hmm. Because it's a very low ticket price. Mm-hmm. Which means they can go and implement it, get results from it quickly and be like, okay, she knows her shit. I'll buy something else and they'll continue to buy it. They continue to have that outcome. Yeah, and it could be as simple as like some audio training that you did that will give her like one tangible move to make. Right? Like it doesn't have to be Yeah, for sure. Interesting. Do you feel though, like, 'cause my, my thinking instantly, I'm like, yeah, but you need to have a lot of people then in order to make money. I do. This is true. Yes. This is why you don't get rid of their high ticket. You still have the high ticket. You still sell the high ticket, but you want to be doing that as like simultaneously as you are growing your audience. 'cause you should be growing your audience all the time anyway. Not only should you have a sales strategy, you should have a visibility strategy where, where people are seeing you every single day, there's gotta be some kind of action you take to be in front of a new audience. Otherwise you're just selling to the same people over and over. Yeah. And, and you're never gonna grow unless they're an all in some kind of membership that they never cancel. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. If you need, you need something like that. Yeah. You're good. And you're so good at that. Like, I really take my hat off to you. You, no, honestly, like, it's not, it's, it's a humble brag. I always say like, people need to also humble, brag themselves, but you are very, very good at that. Like, I get so many emails, I come like, you know, and, and I, and I watch and I'm like. You know, I am a, like a one three human design, like a one three generator, so I wanna learn more. So when you're sending all these emails, I'm like, oh, I'm, see, I'm seeing the pattern. I'm like, oh, oh smart. I'm not there yet, but thank you for being that example to that I can learn from. Right. So this is great. And it also builds the trust too. Yeah. Like I'm not even trying to build trust and I'm naturally building trust by doing something. You're watching and paying attention and learning a strategy based on what I was just doing right in front of you, but not saying it. Yeah. So now you automatically trust me without ever talking to me. Yeah. Crazy. Crazy. Yeah. And so simple like it's, it's not, it's really, you know, like I feel like it's not actually hard once you know what you have to do, but then it's actually sitting down like, you know what, like I two, three months of sitting down behind the computer doing that. Like, it is a lot of work to set that up. But once it's set up. Then it's maintain maintaining it and that's easier. Yeah. I think that a lot of people underestimate the, the foundation, like having a solid of foundation and they're just flying off their pants. Like it is what It's, people are lazy. People are lazy. They don't wanna sit down and do the work. They're like, oh, this is gonna take me hours to do. Like, I'll just go post an Instagram story. Okay. Yeah. But then why are you, but then you shouldn't be then you shouldn't be in business. Like I always sure, I always say like, I'm always upfront, like business is a beast. I, I can see why only, I don't know, 10% of the coaches even make like six figures because Yeah, it's a beast. You need to like, you need to actually have something that people want to buy, first of all. Like you need to know that you have. Something you need. Yeah, exactly. You need to know how to sell those things. You need to know how to get in front of new people. You also, let's not forget, you need to grow yourself. Mm-hmm. Yes. You need to keep investing in like learning and for yourself too. Like there's so much to it. I always say it's the hardest job in the world. And then. Parents get mad at me when I say that, but honestly, raising kids was easier. I I would do that again over business if I so badly. Yeah. And it's, it's ha it's hard. Yeah. It's, it's so hard. And I, I will always tell people that like, well, is it easy? Could I make seven figures easy? I'm like, no, you're gonna hate your life for a while. You're gonna hate me for a while. You're like, you're gonna have shit. You're gonna question yourself. You're, you're gonna wanna quit many, many, many, many, many times. Yes. Yes. That will never quit. Yes. That'll never stop happening. Yeah, I, I would ra if it were me, I'd rather know that shit up front. Yeah. Like, just tell me what I'm in for. Then I can decide if the potential outcome of that is worth it or not. But people don't, they'll just, they wanna make it seem like if you just pay me to do this program or my mentorship, but then you'll have your dream life forever and you'll be happy every day. No fucking bullshit. No, no, actually that is so good. And it kind of leans into like how you build an eight figure company and how you're doing that. Because I read a post, um, you posted an alpha femme group about exactly that. Like people think they can hire someone. And then it's like, okay, let's go. Show me how to do. And I've had that too. And I was like, oh wow. Um, do you think you can come in here and decide that you want to be an expert because you have something worth selling? And then you just go in and set it up. It's like opening the shop. I'm here like, let's come people. Yep. It doesn't work like that. No. Yeah. You said something about six years, right? I think something about it took you six years. Yeah. I don't know. Yeah. Do you wanna share that story just so that other people who are watching it really get it, that it's not an overnight quick thing? Yeah, I, I mean, the thing that people tend to see, and this is our fault because this is what we show, is they see the good things. Mm-hmm. They see the celebrations, they see the wins, they see the great lifestyle, the great relationship, the great money, whatever it may be. They see that because that's what we show. We show that highlight reel. We don't talk about the hard parts. We don't talk about the things that, you know, broke our heart along the way. We don't talk about the things that make us uncomfortable. Even now when we're successful. Like we don't talk about that in our content. Mm-hmm. And if you can't share these things and people don't know who you are and they don't know your journey, and I don't know about you, but I don't wanna learn from somebody who's never been through shit. Yeah. Like I don't wanna learn from somebody who's had a perfect life, like, thank you. I don't want that. So I wanna hear those stories and Yeah. And so for me, I just, I have always told those stories. I just have left certain things out thinking, well, this will make me look bad or this will make people not like me. Of course. But now. Now I'm obviously sharing them all 'cause I don't care. Yeah. Now I'm just gonna do it. Yeah. But it, it, it took me yeah, six years to really have that confidence of this is who I am. I don't care if you like me or not. Like to get to that point. And. Not a coincidence, but that's also when I had that first million crossed, that first million was year six of my business. Yeah. Wow. And so it frustrates me when people come into the industry and they're like, I just started my business this year. It's January. Um, I can't wait to have my first seven figure year. That's my goal for 2026. I'm like, fuck you. Like, I mean, could you, could you do that in your first year? Yes. Actually you could. You could, but you probably won't. No, you probably won't because you've gotta fuck up first. Like that's just the path. Okay. Everybody has to fuck up. Learn some lessons, fuck up again. Learn some lessons. Okay. Here's your reward for sticking it up. Like that's, that's really what it takes. And again, people don't wanna hear that. They wanna hear that it's easy, but for me it's like I just, and that's why I made that post. I'm like, it, it might take you six years, like it took me to make your first million. It might take you one year, you might be better than me. But it also might take you a decade. And also it might never happen. That's also possible. So you've gotta enjoy what you're doing and you've gotta make sure that you're living your life in a way where. You're not just glued to a screen all day trying to hit a goal, but you're maybe like doing that in a sense, like you're doing it a little bit, but you're also living your life and you're loving the shit out of your life as you're also striving towards something big. Yes. I love that. There is so much in that, that you said, and I, I, I recognized myself. Like I think we, we say we wanna have that seven figure year or the a hundred K months because it's been so. Hyped like you think if you reach that status, then you've made it. You are one of them. Yeah. But let you both know. It's not even about the fucking money. It's about what the money will allow us to do. And if we focused more around, that's what we wanted. We're actually working to towards freedom. Being able to have more time with the kids to allow, you know, to buy them more things or go on more holidays, then the money's kind of like a byproduct. We testing the number instead of what the number doing it backwards means? Yeah, we do. Mm-hmm. We do. Yeah. And I, and I think it's to be truthful, like I think for most people it's 'cause they don't get it. It doesn't, because it doesn't make sense on paper. So I get why they don't get it, but it's like, how can I just. Enjoy my life and be like, okay, please money show up as I'm enjoying my life. Like, I can't do that like I have to. Most of the time our brain is gonna be like, okay, and how, yeah, what's the plan? What's the strategy? What are we doing Step by step by step. Like that's where our brain will naturally go. So it's, it's really difficult to be like, I trust that it will happen. I believe that it will happen. Just in case I'm still gonna show up and do some things. Like I, that's more, that's my approach. It's like, of course I trust I'm not gonna try to force this big goal. I'm gonna try a couple things just in case. Just to play it safe just so that I don't fall off. 'cause I also don't wanna sit there and be like, I'm gonna just manifest my first million dollars. Like, I'm not gonna do that either. And also that's silly. That's like uh, yeah, no energy. I mean energy is kind of everything, but energy is not everything when it comes to making money. Like you also need to sell. Yeah. You also need to have a product. You also need to show up. So I get that. And I think, I think the. I think what more women need to understand is the fact that you can come, you can have a comeback and make a million dollars in the year. I feel that that's very true for me 'cause I'm in my own rebirth and I've been doing this for a long time, but I took time out to raise children, so now I'm in that phase. But I've got like 15 years of experience under my belt. So when you have enough comebacks. Then you can all of a sudden be that one comeback where you're like, I've had a million dollar year. And people go, wow, I want that too. And I'm like, yeah, honey. But please understand there's been 15 years in the making of, I don't know how many times I've failed, how many launches I've had, how many times I've had. One person sign up and then decided I'm just gonna cancel that program 'cause it didn't feel good enough. It's not good enough. That's just one person. Now I'm like one person. The power of one. Right? Like all these lessons, they are important. And at the same time, I think that's where so many people struggle because they are not willing to get that uncomfortable. And, and those are the people who are, who, I'll just say it bluntly, are not gonna make it. No. Like, they're just not like you. You have to be able to ride the wave. Like, there's going to be times where it's really difficult and there's gonna be times where you're like, I can't believe I get paid for this. This is the easiest thing in the world. Like if you're got, you have that duality and you have to be okay with that. And it's hard for a lot of people because it's not comfortable, it's really uncomfortable. It's to be living in the good and the bad at the same time. It is, it is really uncomfortable. It really is. It's, it's like I, I learned somewhere. That your success in terms of whatever money, whatever you wanna measure it by, is measured on like, how happy can you allow yourself to be? I feel like people have, like, this is my limit of how this is happy for me, but how, like how high? Like what other in like emotion can you. Actually feel 'cause there's not just happy, they're is excited, there is grateful, there is like over the fucking moon. There is like great, you know, like how high can you allow yourself? Like can you actually feel, and how low are you willing to go to sit in your. Shame to sit in your guilt, to sit in your fear, in the anxiety, in the overwhelm. And so I've learned that the higher you allow yourself to feel and the lower you allow yourself to go, that's the universe and gonna match in. Okay, here you go. You can hold it. Right, exactly. Do you? Exactly. Do you agree? Yeah, a hundred percent agree. And this is, I've been talking about this a lot more lately because. I don't think people realize how important it is to be uncomfortable. Yeah. To allow yourself to feel angry, to feel sad, to feel shameful, to feel embarrassed. Why are we running from these feelings? Yeah. I know they're uncomfortable and we don't wanna feel physically feel uncomfortable, but that's where change lies. It's in actually being able to sit in those feelings and, and not even trying to change. Like you're not trying to change the feeling. You're just feeling the feeling and going, oh. I, I didn't die. I'm okay. I I got this. I can get up again. I can keep going. Yeah. Like we need to sit with that and, and so many people run from it. It's, it's not healthy. I learned that the hard way. Yeah. I was gonna say you would, if we are being very honest, I think you are one of these women. I think that you've, you know, you've come a long way and I think you've done a lot of, you've had a lot of success. Based on working hard and knowing what you're doing. Yeah. And I think that you also were hiding from your emotions. I think a hundred percent were, you were hiding from, honestly, until this year. Yeah, it was until this year. Yeah. Wow. Like I even, I had mentorship around it and I, I would resist it. And I was like, I'm willing to get uncomfortable. I preach about being uncomfortable all the time. Yeah, yeah. But just not this, I just don't wanna do this one. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then once I was like, okay, this is like so hypocritical of me. Yeah. I need to do it. And I, I healed like a really, well still kind of going through it, but like a family thing that was happening and I was like, okay, I didn't die. I'm okay. In fact, I feel better. It was uncomfortable and I hated doing it. Yeah. But now I feel better. It's like seeing what's on the other side of, of the discomfort and Yeah. Realizing that's what you want. And so who cares if it's a little uncomfortable for, for a little bit. You get to have this incredible thing on the other side of that, that you want Well done, well done. And I, I feel like that's the real flex. I think that's the real flex I think in, in terms of like, yes, there's, you know, showing up in the, the products and all the strategy and the, the mindset. I think the real flex is the, the un the real uncomfortable part. Like, like I remember I've had one experience where I did some healing again, family stuff. 'cause we all have it. Like we've all, everybody does grew up in dysfunction of families. Like we've all got mess. Like we, no one grew up in a function of family. We've all got shit like. Everyone's got shit, but everyone's shit smells different. Right. But we all have it. Right? Yeah. And I remember I had one experience and I was like, I can't go there. I literally was like, I can't. I guess round two. Part two. Okay. So something just happened with the internet and I'm not surprised because the conversation was, uh, very intense. We were talking about exactly that when things feel really uncomfortable, and so somehow the internet got really uncomfortable. Um, so I'm gonna get Cassie back. So just that we can complete this. Beautiful. You know, full circle moment and not just be like, yep, got cut off and bbs. So there she is, but you're back easily. Yay. That was easy. Thank you so much. I don't know what happened. I swear I didn't touch anything. It just disappeared as if it was ended. I was like, maybe there was a time limit or something. Is there a time limit for Instagram? No. Oh, I don't know. But I was laughing. I was like, it's funny how we just spoke about the most intense thing, you know, like getting uncomfortable. And the internet decided that's too much for me. I'm not surprised by that at all. I'm not surprised at all. 'cause I was talking and I was like, I remember doing like the most painful thing and thinking I would drown and I was like, but I survived. And then. And then the internet. I was like, Cassie, I survived. And you're like this. I was like, oh, I think we just broke the internet. Yeah. Oh my gosh. We broke the, I should call this the broke the internet. This conversation, we broke the internet. Yes, we will. I love that. Well look, yes, getting uncomfortable. I think that's really the, the, that's the real flex. Allowing yourself to get really uncomfortable. That's the real flex. So, you know, just to wrap this conversation up and make it complete. 'cause like I said, I do realize this year, evening time, um, we could, you know, do this for hours and maybe we'll do it again. We'll come back to like, can we have another. Chat that breaks the internet. We'll make it a theme. That could be our thing. Yes. That could be our thing. Yeah, that could be our thing. Let's make it happen. Um, to wrap up, share with us like how you do run a 10 figure company. Uh. I don't wanna say effortlessly 'cause you do work hard, but you don't even work hard. Like you say, like you work maybe like four hours a day. Like, like Explain that to me. Make it, let it make nobody. Yeah. No, nobody gets it. They're just like, how is this possible? So yeah, help me make sense of it. Let me tell you. Okay. So most of my days are between like two to four hours that I'm. Sitting in front of a screen doing work, or I'm on a phone call or something like that. But there's other things that will, I will still do during the day that I, I don't really. Call them work. I don't consider them work, and it would be like I'm going back and forth with a client in Voxer. I don't take on really many private clients at all. I have really, really strong connections with them. It, it is not something that feels like work to me. Yeah. To go back and forth for like 20 minutes or something, you know? Yeah. That's. That fuels me just as much as it hopefully fuels them. And so that's like, there's little things like that. I'm also coming up with ideas. I'm brainstorming. I'm brain dumping. I'm, I'm thinking about like, I'm always working, always. I am working pretty much 24 7. I even work in my dreams. I've started to have dreams of like business ideas and conversations to have and post to do like, like I'm always working. And that's the thing, when you have a personal brand and what you're essentially selling is. You mm-hmm. Who you are. Mm-hmm. Then how can you expect to be like, okay, I want a clock out at, you know, five o'clock. Like, you, you don't, like, you're just, you're on all the time, but you learn how to do it in a way that works with the kinda lifestyle that you want. Yeah. And for me, my biggest thing is nothing, like, nothing to do. I don't want to be like, okay, at two o'clock you have to be there. I hate that. Yeah. I hate that. So I limit that. I don't do that very often because that's not the lifestyle that I wanna have. I want that freedom. Yeah. And flexibility to do what I want. Yeah. So I've set my business up in a way that'll, that allows for that. But it, it required a shit ton of hard work. I had, you know, 13, 14, 15 hour days for a very fucking long time, like years to get myself to a point where I could create that lifestyle for me. I had days where I was doing, you know, seven, eight hours of like face to face video calls, which is mm-hmm. Just so draining for me energetically. It's like, mm-hmm. Now I can, I know you're protector. I know. You know, you know, so it's like, it's, it's crazy to me, but it. You have to allow yourself to create your business in a way that works for you. Mm-hmm. And for me, I don't want to have to work all the time. Mm-hmm. There's days that I want to work a lot, and so I'll work another 15 plus hour day sometimes, and I love it. Mm-hmm. But I don't have do that. But there was a period of time where I did have to, and I think we all kind of have to go through that Yeah. To, to get to the level that we wanna be at in terms of freedom in our business. But it, it takes time. Yeah. And that's the truth that people don't like to hear, but it's true. That is the truth. That is the truth. And, and so what I'm hearing is, is like you work your fucking ass off and, and, and you will. I need to. Yeah. Yeah, you will. And you will keep doing. And you'll keep making the changes. Make the changes. Like I always say, messy action brings some magic, like brings the clarity like do the work. Do the work, do the work. Fix what's not, like tweak it. Tweak it. Like feedback data, tweak you. Yeah. Tweak it. Data like, you know, improve until, until it is an engine that works and that requires time, energy. Skill. Lots of tears. Lots tears. Yeah. Skill. Yeah. Lots of tears. Frustration, lots of venting. Um, it, it, it, it, it is a bit, it is a sacrifice because you are not gonna be as present with the rest of your family. You're not gonna be, and I always say like, take one year where you say no to everyone, like. Don't go to the fucking barbecue. Don't go like, just say no and use that time on you, because next year there's gonna be another birthday party, there's gonna be another fucking barbecue, there's gonna be another movie coming out. But people don't do that. They, it is like, they want, they want to have their, they instant gratification. Yeah. That's, that's all. Yeah. They wanna do something now, get a result now, then do something again and get a result. And that does work. You can do that. But you're gonna crash at some point. I can guarantee that. Like, you're, you're not gonna be able to sustain that. It's, it's not healthy. Yeah, I love that. And it, it's almost like what you're saying is like you are giving me, and it's, it's so true. Again, it's a duality. Now you have a business that works, makes a track a lot of money, makes a big impact. You know, clients I like, your clients are amazing. Okay. Myself, too funny. Um, and also you don't have to work, but because. It's something that's, is your mission, is your purpose. You still are on, yeah. You still work a lot, but it's, it doesn't feel like work. It feels like being of service. It feels like being creative. It's also just being me. That's the other thing too, is like it, it feels a lot easier for me if I wanted to work a 10 hour, 12 hour, 15 hour day. It can feel easy for me because what I'm doing is being me. Being you. And yes, there's like that action of like, okay, I have to write a sales email, or I have to do a thing, but it's on me. Yeah. I'm writing a sales email about me and my stuff, the things I know, like it's just, it's basically me living my life. Yeah. So it's not like I'm gonna be like, okay, I only wanna work two hours today. Yeah. I only wanna live my life for two hours. Like, it's just me living my life. That's, and then there's times when you're living your life where you're like, I want to be away from everyone. Nobody talk to me. Nobody will look at me. And, and those are the days that maybe you don't post as much or you do, you know what I mean? Like it all bleeds into the business because the business is you. Yes. I love that and I love that. I think, um, one of the advice that I took from you is you've heard that say from, I think it was Gary, Gary V. Think of content as just your life. Your life is your content. Yeah. Your life content like Doc, I think it was something like Document your life or something. Yeah. Document your life. That's right. Yeah. Yes. And ever since that I was like, click, click, click. Like pictures of everything. I have post-it notes. I have an embarrassing amount of Post-it notes, like everywhere, all over the place of just thoughts, things that pop into my head. It's like I'm gonna post that. I wanna say that I'm this, I have a funny joke that pops into my head. There's nobody around to tell the joke to. I'll write it down and I'll post it like it's love it. It's just me. And it's it, it's the easiest thing in the world, but it's also really difficult because with you being you, you also have to open yourself up to being seen being you. Yeah. Which requires you to physically do things like post on the internet. Yeah. Have one-on-one conversation. Getting communities, you know what I mean? Like it requires work. Yes. But to people on the outside, they're like, oh, all you do is work. Yeah, all I do is be me. Yes. Yeah. Love that. That's correct. All I do is work. This is great. You like, yeah, this, this actually really inspired me. I'm like, yeah, bitch, stop. Like I, we, I know, but we are also human. I'm like, I now really wanna go. I have so much to say and sometimes I'm like. Uh, you kind of, you know, create your own excuses. So let that be a reminder. Do the post because it is easy. Like, I just came home from the gym. I was like, right, I'm, I'm gonna do some little activation. Get myself grounded. I was like, right, I'm gonna just, you don't think about it. 'cause it's just me. It just picked up the phone. It's like, Hey guys, just let you know we're going live today. La la la. If you stop giving it so it's such a meaning and you just see it and frame it as, I'm just sharing me with what I'm doing, I think you would get a lot more women showing up for themselves. But it is the mindset that gets in the head. Like they, they put a meaning like, am I gonna say the right thing? And how am I gonna do this? And what would people think if I show up with my gym clothes? You'll see me with messy hair, gym clothes all the time. 'cause that is me. I live, you know, that's, it's me. Yeah. So, yeah. That's great. And I feel what you're describing to me when you say you're being you, I feel that you are then just channeling different parts of you. So you know what I mean? Like I feel like you're letting Yeah, I'm, this is the creative coming through. She's got some ideas. I wrote a post about this today and I gave to post it tonight on the different identities that are inside of me. That is so fucking creepy. I am also incredibly intuitive. That's what I've been, that's what I've been getting. As you've been talking about me, I'm like, oh yeah. So she's got different identities. I can see this is like the, you know the, I get goosebumps. Oh, this is good. This is great. Well now, now I'm gonna be like hosting and like. This is a dedication post. Thank you. And I'll do the same. I'm like, Cassie said, we've gotta show more messy, more vulnerable. So let me share a couple things that I've been keeping from you and thank you Casie for inspiring me. Like yes. Okay. I love that. I love that. Okay. I think this feels good. Now we are complete. Yes, because I know we could talk more, but this feels really complete. I, uh, freaked you out a little bit. You activated me, motivated me, so this is perfect. Yes. And I reckon we should put that out to the universe. What if we have a thing in the making that can we have a conversa, another conversation that will break the internet and then we'll theme it? I like that the, the chats that break the internet. I like that. I'm so good. I love it. It's like your micro podcast to your podcast. Yeah, like a little mini one that we have. I'll write it. I'll, I'll give myself a little post-it note and I'm gonna write this down right now. Do it. Awesome. Alright, Cassie, thank you so much for taking the time. It's been an amazing conversation as I knew it would be. Um, you go bu. Be you. Right, be you. I'll enjoy. I'll be the enjoy the rest of the evening. I wanna thank you also for your vulnerability 'cause I have witnessed and I have seen you grow, so I do wanna also acknowledge that, that I have seen you grow and it's been amazing. Um, thank you. I'm go and enjoy the rest of your evening and I will chat to you soon and we'll continue that. Yay. Okay. Amazing. Well, thank you for having me. This has been so fun. Until next time.
