Yeah, yeah, yeah. You already know what it is, man. It's your boy Freddie Hoy Blakes, you feel me? Young Coreyak, young Koreak. My dog. Frody back with another episode. Okay. Yo, yo, yo, it's your boy Freddie Hoy Blanks. It's young Corey. And we back with another episode of the Sixth Sense Podcast. Yeah. We back, y'all. My dog. Brody, how you feeling today, man? Man, I'm blessed and highly favored, man. I can't complain, bro. How you feeling? I'm feeling pretty good, bro. The week went good. Um, I wish it was hotter towards the weekend. We had the what 390 degree days. Crazy. It was hotter than a it was hotter than fish grease outside, bro. Bro, I was like, like, but I was happy to have it back. Like, I was happy to have the weather back. Like, it was too hot, bro. But it was too hot. You can't say it's too hot already. Like, I I'm I'm one of them people, yo. You can't say it's too hot the first couple hot days. I bought we got the second. I gotta have a fresh fruit for my daughter. Bro, I brought a pack of bananas, bro. Gang, when I tell you the heat destroyed the fucking. Oh, they was in the wheel? No, nigga, they was in the crib. Oh nigga, they was in the crib. Nigga, them bananas got destroyed. Yo, bro, you gotta watch the life. Yeah, you gotta watch the little hacks. They be having hacks on how to keep fruit fresh. For real, but when it's 99 degrees, yeah, it got you saying they got cooked. That was the hack, nigga. Fry bananas. That shit is crazy. I'm gonna look like fried plantains, bro. Yo, real rare, bro. Um, shout out to my lady, man. I love you so much. Uh, it actually was my anniversary um on Tuesday. So, you know. Happy anniversary, my boy. It was good. Appreciate you. It was a good drawing. We did like a little, we pulled out like the whole um like the bouncy house water set, and then you know, we did like a little. Oh, y'all did a family anniversary. Just like a little quick drawing, you feel me? And it wasn't nothing crazy, just me, my daughter, my girl, her um, her sister, and then her uh my nieces, two of my nieces, you feel me? And then my dog, of course, yeah, bro. Y'all, y'all cooking us. Those that matter were there, and it was a good vibe. Yeah, quick drawing, just something real, real light. But um, yeah, man, and I we couldn't have been able to do it without the weather. So I guess that was a good thing. You feel me? That's why I brought that up. The weather, the weather came right through. And and and anniversaries for me, like, I don't know, like some some some years you definitely want to do something big, but sometimes it's just like, all right, baby we got another, we got another chapter and we're gonna keep on going. Right, right, right. Because next year is gonna be the real, real big joint. That's why this year we ain't do nothing too crazy. Milestone type be 15 years. Wow, yeah. Next year is gonna be up, bro. Damn. We've been locked in for a minute, son. That's amazing, bro. Yeah, man. I love that, bro. For real. So we got a show to get into, man. Oh, that's a fact, bro. That's a fact. Let's get into it. Speaking of calls, though, yo, son. Somebody hit me up last night. And they was mad at us, Corey. They was mad about, bro. Shout out to Yanni. That's my big sis. She called me last night, bro. She like, Fred, I just saw the segment that you did on Iceman.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_03Fred, what the hell do you mean you give it five? I mean, four out of five. Like, are you crazy, Fred? I'm not even a Drake fan, and even I know that that's a five out of five album. I'm like, ho, ho, ho, yeah, yeah, yeah. Y'all, you gotta give me, you call me some break. Yes. When we recorded that show, Corey, Iceman had just been out for six. To be honest, to be honest. A little context for the clips, y'all. You feel me? We family, friends, supporters, we appreciate everybody, but we we we let it be known that we just the day we were recording was the day Iceman dropped. Thank you. I actually put emphasis on the fact that off of first listen, I gave it a three and a half out of five. You feel me? And that was off the first car ride from home to the studio to come see y'all. And it was super impossible really to talk even about all three albums because we barely could really, really sit and digest Iceman itself because Corey was sending me the songs that I'm waking up in the morning, like, hold up, what like what's going on? He like, bro, nigga, get to it, nigga. We recording. Like, I'm like, wait, what the is going on? He like, bro, it's three. I'm looking at it. All I did the whole day. I'm like, oh, he didn't he didn't surprise us with three projects. Bro, I done fell down the steps and I ain't even get out the bed yet, bro. Like, I was just bombarded, like, feel me? Like, so right. We gonna have to get into it today. Let's talk about it. Let's talk about it. Aubrey dropped. Yo, I ain't gonna lie to you, bro. Iceman. Mm-hmm. We already know that it's gonna be number one. It's already number one. I believe it is. We know that it's gonna stay number one throughout the year. I don't think nobody's gonna be able to do anything to kind of tilt that. Right. You feel me? Right. As far as um, I mean, bro, the production is great on the album. Yeah. Um selection is great on the album. Yeah, the premiere, like we, I mean, starting with the premiere, like, and how he did his whole theatrical, you know, he shot different visuals for each track, right? Um, bringing you into his world, the whole ICO. Six world videos, six videos, um, um, six videos and three albums. Yep, and three albums. You know what I mean? And and and it was all sequenced together. So, you know, for people saying, like, he ain't dropped since he dropped, what did I miss? That was a whole year ago. Yeah, because bro was working and bro was still on tour. You know, so like you, you know, I don't feel as though Drake is late or still responding to anything that, you know, had happened with the beef. He just was giving his take on things, being as though that Kendrick went on his run. You know, he dropped, uh, then he dropped GNX and then he went on the tour, and then he did the Super Bowl, and he had the number one record in the world, and all these different things. Drake was just back in the in the lab cooking up, getting ready to Kendrick's take. Kendrick had the number one record for about two months. Two months.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_03Go ahead though. Yeah. So, I mean, it was some standout tracks on there from Iceman, like some things that I really felt like talk about it. Like, bro, I really, I really felt like like like I was I was wanting when he dropped the project. So we can get straight to it with the with the intro, bro. Make him cry. Okay. He talked, he finally got into his beef that him and 40 was having. For people who don't know, 40 is the the lifelong producer and friend of Drake. They've been friends since they was Jits. Yes. And they came into the music game together and they created greatness and all the stuff that we hear from him you know, since he since he entered. But you know, him and 40 had a real beef, I think, going on. And I think it was based behind the fact of how Drake handled the initial replies and the way he went about going at Kendrick to begin with. Because in there, Drake talked about how he was loading up rebuttals, and 40 is telling him, like, bro, you need to stand down. Let's come up with a plan and then execute that plan. And I think for the first time, Drake was felt some type of way when Kendrick, first of all, denied the the song with him and J. Cole. He didn't want to do it. He he told him they did not want to be on that song with him. Well, I heard that he just never responded. Or or never responded. He ghosted him. However, ghosted him. Even worse. Even worse. Because now it looked like you was asking, which it was Cole. No respect. Full time it was Cole who was asking to bring them three together. Right. But look like y'all was asking. Right. And I just didn't. There's no respect to that. Yeah. I feel like telling me no and versus you just ignoring me altogether, bro, that's two different. You feel me? I feel like if if I ask you for something, like if I call you right now, Corey, and I'm like, damn, bro, woo, woo, whatever the case is, and you like, damn, Shreddy, I can't really do that right now. That's not really gonna work on my schedule. Whatever the case is, I can respect that. Right. But being as though we have the tenure and we have the relationship that we have, if I was to call you and ask for something and you just yeah, yeah, that's gonna make me feel like, damn, I'm not even worth a response. Exactly, exactly. And me being number one in music, it's like, damn, like even more. You know what I'm saying? Because we trying to, we trying to all come together and eat together, but Kendrick didn't see it that way. So I think that 40 just felt like, yo, we should come together as OVO and figure this out, the best way to go about it. And Drake was emotional and decided to go into uh a battle with him, you know what I mean? Going track for track. Well, Kendrick, you know what I'm saying? Which Kendrick dropped a bond. Yeah, and then clear it then cleared it. But you know, yeah, he he like that was the initial starter point to that. And even with like that, right? I don't like future on this album. I don't like future album. I don't like future being on his album. Okay, I'm glad that you said that. I don't like it. And I'm a future fan. Quick sidebar, right? Yeah. Has anyone realized that future is on Kendrick's like that? I mean Kendrick is on Like That with Future. Future is on J. Cole's album and future is now on Drake's album, bro. What does that mean? I picked up on a pattern. I mean, for me, like, I just feel like I feel like that means future just playing the playing the industry game, right? Like, he ain't, he, he, he, there's nothing, there's nothing clear that he's not picking those sides. Right, he's not picking those sides, but at the same time, it's a lot of personal jabs going back and forth. This is music. This is is this is our art, this is how we express ourselves. Right. So, like, have a backbone at some point, bro. But at the same time, I can say this, right? I can say this. Future was beefing with Drake now that we think about it, right? When like that came out. I don't never see like future and Kendrick like having like a great solid relationship or nothing like that. I just feel like they just did a track together, whatever the case is, right? But only reason why I could kind of cut Future some slack is because 21 Savage intervened and got them to make up. And it has been what two years? So it kind of, but it still just looks weird. Yeah, for me, like I just feel like I would have whatever we made up with as men, obviously, because that conversation happened behind closed doors. Right. That link up happened behind closed doors, whereas though we ain't talking on wax, we ain't talking in the studio, we ain't talking, we talking as men. Like, this is how I feel, this is how you feel, and this is where we went, I feel like we went left at. Right. I feel like future should have stood down and stayed off of this project. You know what I'm saying? Just off the strength of all the things that you just named. And then on top of that, what's the messaging coming from Iceman? The messaging is is is Drake is shooting at everybody. I'm right at all these niggas. And you posting pictures on the gram with the with the Michael Jackson glove on and all these different things. It's just like, to me, that was just a bit much. But you know, like I would from that intro, definitely make them cry was the one that stood out for me. Um, with with Drake just dissing and just your favorite. Yeah, just addressing all these different things. My favorite song on an album. Do you have one? It's probably it's it's definitely Rand Atlanta with future in him. I do love that record because I love the sound and the energy on that drawing for sure. Me and my son was kicking it to that drawing. Definitely, definitely love the sound and energy. But for me, for me, it's close. I like whispering my name because he sent some shots at Hove. Yes, you know, and if people want to acknowledge it or not, I don't know. But you know, when he said I take the 500k for dinner, he said, I can't learn shit from none of y'all. I can't learn nothing from none of y'all. Because you know that's the whole meme floating around, everybody 500k or dinner with Jay-Z. He came out and said, Yo, y'all niggas need to take the money. Take the money. I'm taking the money. I done told y'all everything that I could possibly tell y'all in the music, anyways. Yeah, and everyone said himself. In every, and like I keep telling people about Jay, every verse, every interview he does is gonna be a sermon of jewels. So you don't really need you don't really need to go sit down at no table with that man for real, for real. Okay, unless y'all got some business. Your favorite joint is Rang to Atlanta. That's my favorite, that's my favorite slap. Okay. My favorite, my favorite, one of my favorites on it. I got a few. I like National Treasure. I like I like Whisper My Name. I like Burning Bridges. Burning Bridges. That's one of my drawings. I mean, your baby mom ain't even post a single. Damn. Where she at? Yeah, where's she at? Now we know why your baby mom ain't singing. Now we know. Now we know single. ASAP. Tighten up. Garbage. Tighten up, man. Garbage. Somebody, yeah. I seen a clip too. I seen a comment and uh uh they said uh this the same dude that made Peso. Like, think about that's that felt like ages ago when he dropped. He was like one of them ones. I would do the dance move that he was doing, but I'm uncomfortable. That's a little insider. I would do the dance move that the nigga was doing, but I'm uncomfortable. Yeah, yeah. Bro, the nigga was talking about what do you call that? That's the oh, what's that joint called? It got a name to it. I forget, but like the running man or something, the Pee-wee Herman. I don't know. I don't know what this nigga. He watched he was out there, you was a jerk, I know, with a suit on with a suit and the yeah, you had the Chanel, it was a Chanel joint, right? I'm not sure where he was. Oh, okay, like a fashion show, too. It was like a fashion show, it was like a Chanel uh launch party or something. Yeah, we know him for clothes at the time, but it's like, bro, what the hell? Yeah, yeah, ASAP aura is definitely he tipping. Damn, that nigga made me uncomfortable. And speaking of Bernie Bridges, I think Drake was sending shots at him and Rihanna in that joint too. Oh, for sure. I mean saying how I can't, he said, I just can't relocate. He basically was saying, like, you want me, he said, you want me to start a family? He said, move to LA. You know what I'm saying? He said, but I can't relocate. He just was basically saying, I'm staying in Canada with my homies. When you wanted me, you was trying to build a family. But you found your nigga to do that. But I can't see that based off of um history and how everything was going. I can't really see that. Regardless, we don't know if it's true or not. But the way that Drizzy kind of was moving and Rihanna was moving, it seemed like he was on her head. And she apparently on his head. It could be, bro. I mean, they dropped a couple records together. They looked like they had a good connection. They had a great connection. She appeared on his albums. Yeah. You feel me? He told her he loved that the awards. Drake, wrong, wrong move, bro. You gotta stop with that impulsive shit with that type thing. But uh, contrary to how everything's been going lately, if I'm not mistaken, Rihanna gave Drake his first number one. With what, what's my name? Yes. She already had went number one seven times. Maybe. Great song. Great song. Rihanna's a phenomenal artist. Phenomenal. And even uh more phenomenal businesswoman because with um Savage, Fenty, with the lingerie and the and the and the makeup, her pumadil, all the different things. Which I heard she's a sneaker free agent. I heard that she's uh a free agent now. Her pumadil is over. Well, just so I can respond to Yanni, okay. Right now I'm giving the album five mics out of five mics. You feel me? Just like the source used to do it, bro. I definitely gotta give it a five out of five. I gotta give it a five out of five because of what he's talking about in the way that he's rapping. Drake is really, really rapping. There's a lot of people online that's trying to hate, bro. It's no reason to hate, bro. Yeah. There's no reason to hate, bro, because I'm not a big Kendrick fan, but what Kendrick did what he had to do, yeah, I gave him his, I gave him his flowers, you feel me? Yeah. Because he did what he was supposed to do. Great moment. And then he like he lined that joint prayer. He lined Drizzy up, like it's just a fact, you feel me? Yeah. But um another thing is I have to speak to the validity of what the things that Drake is saying. The fact that um 500 million of Kendrick's streams just got taken down. The fact that um Kendrick was saying a lot of the stuff that he was saying, and now when you look in hindsight, okay, so Kendrick, you mean to tell me you got your man on your album and you paid them $10,000 a feature? And Drizzy got people that is not as close to him as your people are close to you on his album, and he gave them $500,000 for the feature. And then who's using the like who's really trying to get over on people? Because that was your whole thing, you feel me? Then you even try to hit the nigga with the pet, the pedal allegations and all that weird stuff, and we're just like, damn, bro, like which was yeah, which was a low, that was a low blow. Super low blow, you feel me? That's beyond violation to try to put that on a man's name. You know what I mean? You see what that does to people, you see how um the industry tried to railroad Mike with that. Yes. And we know that it's not true because Mike took the feds to court twice and beat them. Twice. When the feds don't lose.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. If there's something to be had, if there's if there's anything behind the um like like the lawsuit for real for real, and they can stand on something, bro. The feds gonna find it. I agree. There's no way you beat the feds twice. A conviction rate is high. It's 90, it's 98.9%. 98.9%, right? Pretty much every time they knock, you book. That's it. Yeah, that's it. It's done. It's only a few niggas in history that's beat the freaking feds, let alone nobody's beat them twice. Yeah, only Mike. So you see what that can do to somebody, and you see how even after he beat the allegations, Corey, what it did to Mike. Right. And for you to put that on another man's name, even if you is beefing with him, I'm not feeling that, bro. You feel me? So I have to give this um album a five out of five because of the sheer um the numbers that it's doing, the the hype that's behind Drake. It's kind of like a LeBron thing, like we always talk about. Yeah, you put a nigga in a position where he could, he can't fail because there's so much expectancy behind it. Yeah, for you to live up to that, bro, it's not easy. Yes. But he surpassed what I thought that he was gonna do. And the fact that he did that in two other albums that are good albums, also. Yes. Yeah, I mean, for me, I would give I would give it a five out of five as well. Um, more leaning towards four and a half out of five. Um, just for Iceman itself, mainly because um the album, the album, the album gave me what I like, I got what I needed out of um what I wanted was what he delivered with this project. What you expected. Yes, right, because he addressed everything, but not so much in a in a in a in a I'm just attacking everybody. He was he was reflecting. Intelligent. He was reflecting on his decisions, right? And how he was moving, and some of the choices he made during the battle, and then post-battle, and all these other things. You know what I'm saying? So I was excited that he he he he was shooting like that. And then I was I was excited that he addressed certain people. He addressed Ross, you know what I'm saying? He addressed, he addressed, he addressed Kendrick, he addressed Jay, he addressed Khaled, he addressed Cole. He said the beef was heating up. You went halal and got on your dean. He was looking at Kyle like that's what he told Drake. You mean straight like that? He said, and there and your people asking for a free Palestine, and I guess everything ain't black and white or red and green. Like I mean, he was just popping it, like, and I love that. And I love that 40 came back. 40. We the the the fans of the culture of hip hop and who took Drake in when he first came into the game. You that sound, we know that sound. Yeah, yeah. And I'm glad he got back to that. And I'm glad that he's he he he reflected it and wasn't and wasn't just like I said, shooting. He was actually talking about himself, talking about the things he's been going through. Right. Him and his dad have, you know, they always had a unique relationship. He said, My dad battling stages, right? My dad got cancer, he battling stages. So he was real open and honest, very vulnerable with this album. So I definitely give it a four and a half, five. Okay. I really, really love because you mentioned a couple songs. I gotta mention Janice. Shut the F up. Janice. Tough Shabang is growing on east on that beat. Shebang all of my ops, they did. I can never find it. Why do they gas me up? Too hard for the radio is my number one favorite song on the album. What? Too hard for the radio. Too hard for the radio. And I say that. Definitely a West Coast sound. The fact that he went back to his his ties in the Bay. And the Bay loves Drake. Yeah, they do. I had to do some research. They do. The Bay loves Drake, bro. He got some cities where he really because he's been putting on for them. Yeah, Memphis. He's been locked in with him. Houston. He's been paying homage to the forever. So they didn't even turn on him during the beef. Yeah. And that's just goes to show that Kendrick, you had a lot of shock value. It was a huge shock factor. He had a lot of bars too, though. Oh no. He had a lot of bars too. No, he did what he did, bro. Yeah, we can't say a shock factor to the things that you said, but they weren't true. And that's the thing that's like coming more to light now. Sure. You feel me? Sure. It wasn't true, bro. You wasn't being honest with everything that you were saying. Yeah. Some of the more important things, some of the more like Big points that you was making, you feel me? It just not like us would you say is top five this is of all time? Top five. If I say it's in the top five, it just made it. I would like five. Wow. When you got songs like um Ether. Ether no Vaseline. I was about to say Drake draw that um versus me. Back to back. Back to back. I think that they could make it. The takeover? No? This is New Yorker. The takeover's hot though. It was a good draw. The breaks over. But after Ether? No. Yeah. Nowhere close to that. He got covered. It's like. I mean, LL got a good diss track versus uh cannabis. Was it cannabis? Who is he beefing with? Oh, yeah. I remember that draw. Um, damn. I think cannabis. My pop played that for me. I think it was cannabis. Okay. So yeah, it's in the top five. So yeah. And it hit. That's the it took over the world. It took over the world. You know what I mean? It took over the world. So I can say if it is in the top five, yeah, it's five. Yeah. Say it's five. It just made it. Because Drake said that he he said he know how Meek felt. Right. He also said that on the album. He said, when I look in the mirror, I know how Meek felt. Right. Being as though Drake dropped three albums, right? It seems like he's done with uh UMG. His UMG contract, yeah. How do you feel about that? Because I'm hearing that they still own, if he is done with them, they still own um the rights to those projects. A part like a part of his catalog or like the um I'm sure. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I'm sure. What do you think?
SPEAKER_03I think that's a good idea. You think that was kind of he? Artists like Drake, they end up obtaining their masters usually at a later time anyway. Right. Now they don't already like what? Like is it is it still because I'll be hearing stuff like 20, 30 years, but then I hear stuff like six, seven years. I mean T. I T. I say he's recently trying to buy his in in I guess he's been in the game, what, like 25 years or so. You know what I mean? It depends on the contract. Right. So it depends on uh this the logistics of that. But um uh I think that um wait, where was we? Hold on one second. The um the fact that he's he he's he's independent. Oh, independent, okay, yeah. Um, two, three. All right, yeah. So I think that the independent route for Drake is gonna change the game, bro. I think it's gonna change the game. It's gonna change the outlook of all the people who look up to him in the game. Like these artists that that that praise him in the game and watch his every move in the game is gonna start learning their words. Like, you know what I mean? If Drake goes independent with the records that he moved in in the faces and the in the in the fan base he has, I mean he's gonna become a multi-billionaire. So I'm hearing, I'm hearing things like they talking about offering him four or five billion to stay with UMG. You know what I'm saying? But at this point, the water four or five billion, bro. That's what so if they offer you four by four or five billion, if you Drake, you gotta say, well, how much is my making then? Right. If they telling you they're gonna give you something like that, or if those are in the negotiations, anything over a B for a music, music contract, a recording artist, is that's unheard of. That's unheard of. So I think that Drake is gonna either market a deal through umg so he can continue to stay the most marketed and branded artist in the world, you know what I mean? Or he's gonna go independent. But if he goes independent, it's gonna probably crash the music market. For sure. I really feel that way. Drop these three albums. I heard that um Apple Music was crashing. I heard Spotify. Spotify crashed for sure. Yeah, you feel me? So, like that just goes to show. Like, we said it um on the last show. Yeah, I told you, I said, bro, damn. Um, and you said, damn, Fred, I ain't even peeped this, bro. All of his songs was was in the millions before 12 hours hit. Yeah, before the album was out, 12 hours. Yeah, beauty. That's the beauty of it. Over a million already. Yeah, and that's the beauty of the future that we in now. That the the the times we in. We able to watch it in real time, literally watching the ticker going up, like it's a stopwatch. Yes, you know what I mean. So I think that it is gonna tear the music industry apart, right? And people gonna start getting smarter about these stuff. That's a fact. You know what I mean? That's a fact. Speaking of albums, bro, my man A Z just dropped a new album. Yes, A Z, I just played a song for your uniqueness. How'd you feel about the song? Like, if we could speak about that real quick. I mean, the bars and the lyrics was there for sure. And I felt like he was storytelling, but the visual to go with it. Yeah, you said that. That coolie, that look, that that aura, that sound, that it it make you want to go count some money up. Bro, that's like back, it got a certain aspect of the biggest. Yeah, like it it that's me in the back seat of my pop. Right. You know what I mean? That's what I get from A Z when I hear him spit. And um get seeing him open up more. Like I've been watching the interviews and different things that he's been doing, you know, the market and promote his new project. And I feel OJ. Like I rock with him for sure. Right, right, right, right. I really, really um, A Z is one of my one of my favorite artists, bro. I can't lie to you, bro. Um, I feel like he doesn't get the respect that he deserves, bro, because he's a very, very critically acclaimed uh uh lyricist, bro. He's the definition of an MC. Yes, you know what I mean? And we could just go back in history, bro. For him to be on what's what a lot of people claim is the best hip album. Yeah, best hip-hop album, the best hip hop album ever. Ever. Yes. And he's the only feature on it. Yeah, yeah. That says a lot, bro. Yeah, that says a lot. And we was talking about the story, how he didn't even know that he was gonna be on the album. He's gonna be on the album. When I seen that here just to support, just to, you feel me? And then they pulled up Life's a Bitch, and then he's over there, like, you know, ooh, like you feel me? He just said, one too, yeah. And now it's like, yo, man, come on, bro, spit that joint. You're like, bro, get out of here, bro. Like, nigga, you nazz. You about to bl you about to you about to go to the to the moon. You ain't trip, you ain't worried about it. Because it's just so like, come on, bro. Like, I can't keep up with you, bro. You Nas. Like, yes, and then for it to make the album, yeah, and for it to become what it became. One of the best verses ever written, bro. Ever written, bro. Shout out to A Z, bro. Shout out to A Z. Shout out to the project Do a Die 3. If you, you know, if you haven't um seen it or listened to it, it's a if you love hip hop, bro, you'll love that album, bro. You'll appreciate that album. You feel me? And yes, being as though um you say it all the time, bro, like iron sharpens iron. And when I'm in the booth with you, I can remember the way that he was communicating about that. The story's not exactly the same, but I remember when I sent you that first song, bro, and then you sent me back your verse, bro. Yes, it woke up a full. That moment, bro, that moment. I that, you know, that is that was a crazy moment, bro. And I think that was a huge moment for us two as brothers and as creatives. Like, because you sent me a record, we we polityched about doing it, but like as soon as I got the record, I sent it right back because I was that inspired, like by hearing it. Like, I'm like, damn, I gotta get straight to it. Mind you, all we had was the beat, yeah, and just I just I just sent you a little part of the hook, and I'm like, Corey, put your put your part of the hook, create your part of the hook. So it wasn't even that much to work with. Yeah, yeah, bro. For real. I was inspired though, bro. And I was it it did something to that creative side of me, and I said, I gotta get this right back to him. And I wanted to be, I wanted to be punctual with it, you know what I'm saying? So I remember you hit me back like, no, this draw is crazy. I'm like, yo, let's go. Or he went crazy on the show. Yeah, bro. That's one of my. I just had to say, bro, I appreciate you for that, bro, because that did something for me, bro. You feel me? That brought me back into the because I had a verse already, and I tell you this all the time, bro. Like, I had a verse that I had started, but once you sent back your draw, I scrapped that immediately. He told y'all. I'm serious, bro. Yes, my boy. And started a verse, bro. I probably had like exactly what you said in the bars in the message. You said, bro, uh-uh, and I'm back at it again. Like, this is crazy. Bro, I ain't even on all that flexing and flashing, or I can outdrip any one of you dudes. Be in a hurry if you can predict any one of your moves from the thud I ain't stutter, uh-uh. Like any other. Remember, sis turned down the scholarship. So it was be a baby mother. Oh my god. Come on, bro. Oh my god, bro. Yes, yes, bro. You this shout out my nephew, Kyrie. Love you to death, bro. But we just talking facts. Damn, and tell bro, I'm waiting for him, bro. You say he was gonna pull up on it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He's getting right, he's gonna be here short. He's gonna be here short. We would love, we would love for you to pull up, bro. Yeah, bro. You yeah, bro. Value member of the show. You be a value member, Reber. Facts, facts, facts, facts. Bro, I had heard something, bro, that I did not know at all. Okay, you know who Drake Yo the ruler is? Yes, yes. How for some weird reason they had tied Snoop Dogg into all that. Yeah, I I seen that in the news, like, but they tied, they they've been tying different rappers to it, like almost like like I seen YG name was in the mix. Yeah, that's who I thought the beef was with. Right. That was YG's people that rapped, right? Who, yeah, so then they was known to be beefing and all that, yeah. And I think Snoop is long past any beefs, sir. Or Snoop to have to petition to be removed from the wrongful death lawsuit of Drake, you're the ruler, it just sounded so weird to me, bro. And I was like, wait, what? Uncle Snoop at this point, that doesn't make any sense to me, bro. Like what that just kind of just threw me off. You feel me? Snoop Snoop hosting the Olympics and stuff like that, y'all. Like, he ain't what we what is he doing, even being in the mix of this? So I respect him just probably telling his lawyers, like, yo, get my name. Yeah, maybe even on it. Why would my name even be? Because if we're gonna be honest, bro, Snoop Dogg is the most famous rapper alive. Yes, yes, yes, and Snoop Dogg reinvented himself time and time and time again to be here, to be one of our staples. Now, you remember Snoop Lion? Yes, he did the reggae album. Snoop was wildin'. Snoop got the dress, did the reggae album, probably, probably toured and made millions of dollars overseas performing it. Then he went the DJ route, then him and Wiz Khalifa did they thing. Snoop is a legend, bro. Like, y'all not gonna play with me, and don't forget all the hits. Do a versus with Snoop. I dare one of y'all to step up do a versus with Snoop. He did one with DMX. When DMX didn't do one with X? Yeah, him and DMX did a versus. Oh, wow. Yeah, and that joint was crazy. But X is a legend. That drone was crazy. Yeah, actually, I do remember. Snoop, yeah, they did that drone live. Snoop had the uh Snoop was Snoopy. Snoop through the Dicky on, too. Yeah, he ain't I think Snoop. No, no, he had on No he had on a terrible phone. Oh, he had on Terra. He had on the um what's that design that's on the flags? What, like a bedazzle type joint? No, no, no, like like when you get like a flag, like the flags, like like if you got like a red flag or a blue flag, what's that design that's called the ball? Oh yeah, he had the all blue Paisley joint. Yeah, he did it. Yes, the Paisley sweatsuit. Yeah, yeah. And then the Chucks is dumb long and skinny Snoop. Snoop, you gotta, you mean when you got the dictionary? No, he old, he earned it, bro. Snoop from Baby Boy, that's how you're supposed to dress Snoop. He did. He passed that point. Okay, I feel it. He old man now. Snoop probably like 50 plus. That's what I'm saying. Niggas no reason for you to have no Paisley sweatsuit. He a big crit, bro. You know Snoop, man. Yo. Hey, bro. All right, yo. First of all, before we even get into this conversation, I just want to apologize, yo. I gotta apologize because niggas in New York be wilding. Nah, don't laugh, bro. That's a fact, though, bro. Niggas in New York be wildin', bro. The nigga from Harlem, he not from Brooklyn. You feel me? I'm from Brooklyn, you know what I mean? But these niggas be wildin', bro. Max B is online right now, fake beefing with Big Daddy Kane. That's crazy, bro. Bro. That's crazy. You see, these it's these pods, they good, this these interviews and all this stuff. Oh, so it's Gillian Wallow fault. It's wallowing them for, man. Provoke these dudes from doing these things. Provocative. And you could see Wallow just licking his lips, like. Yeah, go ahead. Go ahead and tell these niggas. Go ahead and say this stupid. Gilly definitely gas this shit up. Gilly, I mean, but is is if Max, go ahead, what did Max say? Let just go ahead. You can get into it. Max said Wallow was naming, Wallow was naming his top 20 um artists from New York. New York. It was supposed to be top 10, but Wallow just started going. No, they went 20, right? Yeah, he went to like 20 dude. So then after he got done, he was like, uh Max B said something to the effects of, well, you know, some of these people, they had one-year runs, they had two-year runs, etc., etc. Yeah, which could be true. You feel me? And then um, that's what Max B cut in and was like, I mean, um, Waller was like, but nah, bro, like, nick, like, think about niggas like Big Daddy Kane. Big Daddy Kane's still on the run right now. He's still snapping, and then Max B just start going crazy.
unknownWhat?
SPEAKER_03What? Do the fucking Kane?
SPEAKER_02Kane, Relevance C. Relevance C, you rather, you keep people. There's no way in the future that with a Kodak. You're saying all we see and Big Daddy Kane. You see Big Daddy Kane outside. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I'm like, wait. I had to, bro, I literally had to go clean my ears out, bro. Because I said, I can't be hearing this correct. Because Max, you've been outside four months. Like, you ain't, like, I'm confused. I can't be hearing this correct, bro. Max B is down playing Big Daddy Kane. Number one, y'all two different eras. Yes. Number one. Yes. But the reason why this sounds so off, right, bro, is because y'all talking about the top 20 artists of the city. Yes. Big Daddy's name being on that list is very, very valid. Yes. It's not an if, and, or a but about that. Yes, yes. He's definitely top 10. I mean, and Kane can really rap. Like, Kane, Kane had a whole run, a whole era that long before I was even born. Gang, let's just be real, Corey. Right. Max, you not top 20 in the city, B. He's Max is not, Max, Max is, like I said, he he is properly named himself the wave guy. Because Max had a wave. You had a little wave. You had a wave, you was making some music, you was you was doing your thing. Feel me. And that's not that I'm not taking nothing away from Max and his impact. Because it's some it's some bird gang shit that I really, you know what I'm saying? Like I really rock with when he was on them time. You had a vibe. He had vibes. I'm from Brooklyn. I'm gonna be real with you, bro. I don't know no Max B songs, bro. I'm gonna keep it real with you. Like, I'm just being honest. You feel me? It wasn't my time, and that's a what a and he got a number one record. You know, he had he obtained a number one when he came home, you know, ever since you left. You know me and him and French Montana. You feel me? And French did what he was supposed to do, because that's his man. You feel me? You wrote balling. French ain't getting enough credit for that either. Now that we know. Holding down. Max B wrote balling. Yeah? You wrote, yeah. Max B wrote balling. Wow. Max B penned a lot of the hooks. It makes a lot of sense. A lot of the hooks and a lot of the, you feel me? That makes a lot of sense. You get what I'm saying? But Max, I'm sorry, bro. Like, I don't even want to say that the legend should be off limits. Because if a nigga like Rakim, even though they too thorough to do that type of stuff, they don't, they you never gonna hear them going back and forth at each other like that. Yeah. But if a nigga like Rakim, if a nigga like Cool G, if a nigga like um, um, who am I forgetting? There's one more that I'm forgetting. Um KRS, right, they can talk about each other respectfully in this way. Like, you feel me? You would put Buster Rhymes in it? No, that's a little bit before Buster time. Because when Buster was with the group, I'm just saying it wasn't on that level. From New York. Top 20, Buster gotta be in the top 20. He in the top 20, right? Top 20, for sure. I think Buster. Okay. I think Buster will make the top 20 level. He just randomly popped into my brain. Yeah. I mean, because just the just the rhyme patterns that Buster means. Yeah, like I mean, come on now. There's a video that's going viral right now. Um where they can. Oh my god. Like, what? That was we gonna tell that brother? That was one of the greatest videos of all time, Corey. Oh, that video was stupid, bro. Crazy. Pharrell? Crazy. Was it Monique in that draw? She might have been. Yeah, because they tried to redid Harlem Knights in that draw. Ah, they did. Yes. And then Monique was um big. Very true. The girl who um got her pinky toe shot off. Remember when It's a great. Yeah, right, right, right. That who Monique was playing. But yeah. Great draw. I think Buster would make it though, definitely. But like I said, bro, Max, I don't think that you make that top 20, bro. Right. If we're being honest. Right. I don't care what the the the the the um the the the what you're using to the metrics, he's you feel me? It doesn't matter, Max. You don't make the top 20, bro. Max, like, you not over French rapper, bro. Max not over French. No, hell no. Yeah, like so you, you know what I mean? And French barely gonna make it. Yeah, French, French, because French not a real lyricist. This is what I'm saying. At all. When you talk about they both make melodic music, bro. When you talk about New York rap, right, bro? You like niggas like that don't make it. Because when you talk about New York, I'm sorry to cut you off, but when you talk about New York, New York is different. Me being grown up in Philly all my life, being here all my life, it's different.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_03They compare the same, though. They compare MCs though, right? You know what I'm saying? And Philly, that well, Philly is trying to evolve at this point. But yes, that's where that's the like it's certain cities. You can't, all that other things are. Yeah, bro. It's not that. Yeah, it's not that, bro. Yes, we not, this is not um LA, bro. Right, this is not Miami, Chicago, this is not Chicago, like you feel me, where they just gotta fill niggas that's like, and then most of it is this the sauce. You feel me? What you put, yes, bro. No, bro, you're talking about the mecca of hip hop, bro. You have to be, um, the standards have to be the same across the board. So you can't try to take out the fact that, oh no, if he said this is the thing they said. I mean, not lyrically. Nigga, that's the that's the most important thing though, nigga. Yeah. That's the most important thing. Yeah, but he thinks he thinks that he thinks that music is evolved. But regardless, nigga, when you had your run. But that's the origin. Compare Max B's run to Big Daddy Kane's run. It's not comparable. At all. Let's be honest, bro. Max, you was not, um, you weren't even on a national level when you was at the top of your top, bro. Let's just be real, bro. That's a fact, bro. That's a fact. Being honest. Because I'm from New York and I did it. I I it went over my head. Yeah. I missed the wave, so to speak. I'm just being real with you, bro. I gotta be honest.
SPEAKER_02You're not even relevant. You not relevant. He just studied the C part of the dictionary, bro.
SPEAKER_03Just picked all them endings. I've been rocking with you, bro. You caught me way off guard. You went way left. If you doing this for the clout, yeah, I get it. But it's nutty and it's corny a little bit. I think he just popping it and he learning that he learning that you can go viral for all the wrong reasons, bro. But you lost that one, bro. Yeah, you lost that one. Straight up. You're nowhere near better than uh better than uh Kane. Not on his worst day. You feel like social media disrespects the legends too much? Social media like to play with the legends because they out of touch with that, with with with that tool. You know what I'm saying? So they'll get on there trolling and doing all these different things. And what people don't understand about trolling, especially you young po you young punks, you know what I'm saying? Because young whippersnappers. Yeah, you young whippersnappers need to understand that. Bro, you might be trolling somebody and they bro, they ain't really, they really not playing. You know what I'm saying? Like they really not playing when they see you, or they catch you at CVS, or they catch you at the ass. Yeah, all these different things. Exactly. So, you know what I mean? I think that that's really what it be. The internet plays with the OGs a lot of times because they know that they not from this world. So it's like, I got the, I got the lit, I got the one up on you. Right. You know what I mean? So I I don't really, if I'm an OG, I ain't really paying too much attention to this. That's another thing too. The OGs don't, they got the um, they got the clip of that old freestyle that Big Daddy King put up and then it's resurfacing now as if it's a response. Like a response, right? You get what I'm saying? Where all in all, Big Daddy King probably like, man, this nigga not even get out of here. You feel me? So would you agree that the younger artists are too comfortable online right now? I would agree that the younger artist is definitely being reckless with certain people's names. Certain people's names, like certain people put in work, bro. They work off limits. The work that they put in is the reason why you here, right? You know what I mean? So it's it everything and everything don't have to be impost-based where you just respond for your emotional state or how you really might feel at that moment, right? Because if you stand in front of Big Daddy B, you know, Big Daddy Kane and and and and and go line for line, like you might not have a career. You know what I mean? It might be over as fast as it got started again. All in all, no big daddy cane slander will be tolerated. None of the greats, Max, you wildin', bro. Yes, you wildin', bro. Yes, you lost. There's a big L, my nigga. Coming from the Sixth Sense Podcast boys, bro. Come on, son. But come on the show, Max. You're more than welcome. Come on, son. You gotta come explain yourself, B. Come on on. You wildin', bro. You feel me? We love you. We happy that you're home. We happy that French held it down and did the right thing and We can see what being a real nigga means. You feel me? And that's becoming popular again. Loyalty. You feel me? Loyalty, bro. But come on, bro. Don't go. Frenchman screaming free to wave your whole, your whole bid, bro. Your whole run. Fact. Yep. And then came home and helped you get a number one record. And, you know, made sure you were screed. So I rock with that. Ever since you left me. More money, more cars, more ho, more shows. Ever since you left me. Hold up. Hold up. Yeah, that's definitely a good thing. You feel me? Shout out Max B. Shout out French. But slow your role, Jabroni. Wow. You feel me? Another nigga that gotta slow his role. Rick Ross. Bro, went on to Jada. Who you think you talking to? I'm the boss. Bose. Right on white shell toes. I'll be hating on. He just a hater. Ross, Ross, Ross a hater.
SPEAKER_01Bose.
SPEAKER_03He a hater, bro. And I love Ross music, but some of his music.
SPEAKER_01When I'm when I'm leaning back in the in the in the six.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_01Hopping off the jet in Miami. Yeah. You know I get some lemon pepper wings. Just start talking shit about 50 Cent.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I seen him everywhere, bro. I seen him on every because I guess he's promoting a book and an album. He got a book out. Well, his album I dropped next month. Oh, his album dropping too? Yeah, he got the album dropping next month as well. Which makes sense why he's outside. Yeah, but he um, you know, he starts going at Drake and he starts going at G Unit. And bro, I heard that um he went at Rory and Maul. Yeah. And you know, Maul is Biggs little little brother. Yeah. And I heard he got the call. Yeah, and Ross retracked him statements about six hours after he made him. I heard he got the call. Yeah. I heard Jay told somebody to hit him up, like, hey, bro. Like what? Yeah, bro. You and if you the if you the if you the boss, if you a boss, you can't get checked. Can't nobody uh even if it's another boss, can't they? They shouldn't be calling you and checking you and telling you what you can and cannot say. Well, they shouldn't have to. That's the most important thing, bro. And then you was wildin'. You invited this man to your to your pipe. You feel me? You disrespecting him all crazy, talking about his mother, all time, all type of stuff. Like, that's not how a boss is supposed to be walking around and in and conducting himself, bro. You feel me? Like, not over no internet stuff, not over nothing that you seen on the internet or you might have felt, you know, you might feel. Like, come on, bro. Like, these dudes is get it twisted. Ross is crazy. Ross is Ross is the definition of hustle.
SPEAKER_01Hustle, hustle, hard.
SPEAKER_03I agree. Like, Ross get to a bag. I agree. Ross has he he's coined the phrase in the statement don't leave nothing on the table. Yeah. He gets to it, you feel me? And we can respect that. But Ross, like, because you you you put yourself on that level of a boss, and you know, you're a part of the upper echelon, bro. Yeah, yeah. Should you be using drama to back your rollout? I mean, bro. Is that a little beneath you, Ross? It's not because he's done it before. He did it, he did it to Birdman. Wayne and him was Wayne and Birdman's beefing. All of a sudden, Ross wanna drop the daddy. Where have you been? Ross was on there talking about how Birdman did him wrong and he ain't like how all this happened. Only for Wayne and Birdman and Jay-Z to all figure it out. And now you on the outside looking in. Well, not really, because Wayne still don't rock with Bird like that for real. For real. No, I get it, but this this big brother vibes with grown men is in business, is just kind of like weird. You gotta stay in your place, bro. Stay in your lane. Worry about yourself. You talking about Drake said your name, bro. You put yourself in that beef and wanted your name in that commotion, dropped the diss track toward him and all of this. Right. BBL, Drizzy, all this nonsense. While this man going up with another another giant at the time, you trying to infiltrate, just you know, insert yourself into somebody else's beef. For sure. We just watch verses. That's the part that's weird. Just watch verses. You said you you trying to get the crowd to sing Drake part. That's the part that's weird about it. That's the part that that devalues um um my respect for people.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Cause it's like, if anything, bro, you should be coming at Kendrick. Yeah. You should never be, you you in the songs you got with Kendrick, nigga? And he spoke on Drake and his relationship in the past. They had a good relationship. He went through something with somebody, and you all of a sudden you in the middle of it. Like, why would you you saying you speaking up for French and French and him is cool? Like, so how you think them niggas looking at it? You you spoke up for Wayne, him and Wayne. You mean you speaking up for French? French, like, bro, I don't got no problems with that man. But let me ask you this do you think that social media has changed rap beef? Like the way that rap beef is right now, do you think that social media has like taken its toll on it, or maybe it's um it is boosted it, or like what you feel me? Like, I just think it's a new tool, right? And I say that to say this. People used to go to the Source magazine to see what editor wrote what. You know what I'm saying? About a certain rap. You used to have to wait to get to school. You had to wait to get to school or see what the see what the lunchroom says, or however it goes. I just think social media is now, it's just that it's instant. So a lot of people is trying to use that microwave uh uh uh uh thing behind that, basically saying like you could just heat it up real quick, right? And then instantly you got you got a reaction or you got this. Right. But it's just the new way of us communicating, us music people, us hip-hop people, whatever it is, it's the new way that we all communicate. And so I do think that social media can heavily influence crowds. Yes. For sure. And you might be losing to your timeline, but in real life, you're not winning. You're winning, you're capitalizing off of everything. So it can confuse people, right? It can, it can, it can make meek go go be Twitter fingers rather than put it in a song. So it's like a it's a tool, but it's it it can be it can be a weapon as well. Yup, it can be weaponized very easily. What about his shots at G Unit, bro? And the fact that, well, I feel like his beef and 50 Cent beef is gonna be a forever beef at this point. For sure. They never gonna squash that beef. Never, but even the fact that Because 50 made his peace with with with his you know other people, Jadakiss. Even yeah, uh, you know, uh uh uh uh Fat Joe, even Drake, right? Yeah, Drake to a certain level, you know, he he he's he's moved on and moved past a lot of that stuff. So but he went out of his way when you watch the yeah, when you watch the um the um what is it the the the the the Joe and Jay the interview the podcast right bro he went out his way to disrespect Drake to disrespect 50 oh 50 said he was gonna slap him right that wasn't even he asked him about what happened between like Joe asked him what happened you feel me as far as like him and Drake yeah but nobody was talking about 50 Cent right Joe made a comment about you know rappers and whack rappers be doing whatever and then he like oh yeah like I feel you talking about 50 yeah yeah Ross yeah And that was that was on purpose because right you know he knows 50 and them is cool they done squashed all A beef he trying to stew it back up whatever the case may be but I mean my thing with my thing with 50 and Ross is they had they they had their time and that beef got treacherous like a lot of things happen between both sides but at the end of the day like Ross you you evolved past all that we thought we thought you know I mean but now you circling the wagon back to to pop to continue to pop it about him I just don't like that Ross be like bro you a hustler yeah we don't know your track record as far as the drugs right we know you says that that's a fallacy we do know you was a CEO you was a CEO for sure we don't know if you got that job so that you could do you you feel me maybe so who knows we don't know but bro as far as all this tough guy stuff Ross like stop it we just seen you get beat up in Canada bro slapped and then you ran you ain't swing back or nothing that says a lot bro if a nigga put his hands on me Corey my innate reaction is to start swinging first it's natural is not to turn around and run away instinctive like somebody punch you you like what immediately yeah like so Ross you kind of losing me a little bit brother yeah and you too old too old to be on all the days you too fat yeah bro you don't look athletic you don't look like you prepared for any type of combat any type of physical thing Ross if a nigga your life will be gonna pose any type of threat in that way bro gang you going it's downhill from there bro all nigga do is kick you bro because your legs is already kind of like yeah and transition to just being a businessman at this point Ross because unless you're gonna put it in the music I'm not really trying to see you sit on your story and you know pop it and disrespect people at all at all so yeah so Ross I think that you another one you and Max B bro y'all definitely got the L. Yes um y'all definitely got the L's of the week bro you feel me y'all L's of the week y'all gotta chill y'all gotta fall back a little bit you feel me stick to the business stick to the business that pays you you feel me please don't go out your way if niggas is it is if niggas is coming at you bro it makes sense bro but even the fact that you just did it with the Drake beef and now you're doing it again bro that's showing me a side of you bro that I really don't want to see bro and I can't respect too much. I agree bro I agree all right y'all now it's officially time for my favorite segment Shreddy favorite segment show for show sneaker time with I what time is it you feel me sneaker time with I'm gonna presented to you by the Sixth Sense podcast oh straight like that y'all so we're gonna jump straight into it man with an old classic um I used to love this sneak maybe not this colorway but definitely the sneak the Nike air foam positive one triple white all white for the white parties for whatever it is you want to get into um listed at 240 they dropping June 26th is these a cop or a drop for you shreddy bro even though I'm from New York bro I never liked foams never got with them no you ain't like the way the jeans laid on them or how they laced up I don't feel like they look too bad it just wasn't me and I remember when I had moved to Miami shout out to my cousin Chris Heavy Flex dog I moved to Miami I had moved to Miami for a year Miami yeah you feel me but um my bad bro you good that was um my cousin Chris shout out my cousin Chris um we wore the same size okay and then he had a pair of foams I'm like you know what let me just see see what it's hitting for yeah yeah and they actually look really really nice and I think they look really really good with shorts but yeah it's just not Freddy yes you know I'm from New York and you know niggas in New York love foams and some people gotta know what's for them and what's not for them. Yeah you know what I mean you know they were super popular and they were super lit because they had a wave they had a wave the wave is the wave is gone um I don't expect these to sell out or anything like that they're gonna be on the shelves so if you really want to go get the triple white foams they should be in your nearest foot locker or any of your sneaker stores that you go to and you can get yourself some triple white foams so for you they not you're not coping. Okay for me I'm not gonna cop either I'm gonna leave these whiteouts uh for the uh youngins to go ahead and grab and feel the nostalgia with facts so we're gonna move forward right over to the next draw this is a classic to meeting you know I remember this run I remember this wave when they first dropped this was years ago um we got the all red air retro air jordan 4 Toro Bravos Toro Bravo if you know you know these dropping on May 30th listed at 220 nice little price point um what you thinking Freddie all red shoes how you feel about all red shoes 2000 kill zap kill zap i'm definitely copping these smell these smell like my dog man these smell like my dog gonna go get something trim and just throw these on on a humbug I like put frames with them I love four he know how you about to cook I love fours bro yeah like fours because you got you grabbed all pink ones oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah you grabbed those as well shreddy copping more shreddy making more cops than me on on sneaker time with ock y'all uh for me the Toro Bravos is definitely a classic shoe I don't need these for the closet though I'm gonna be honest um I got too many bread colorways bread for those that don't know black and red I got too many of those colors um in the closet already and I feel like the influx of fours is a bit much it's been a lot of fours releasing yeah they dropping and I don't want them to ruin the silhouette but I keep on dropping fours fours fours fours fours okay but I'm gonna leave these for the youngins and let in my dog Shreddy to let y'all go and grab them 220 they listed at um so we're gonna jump over to a basketball shoe um the LeBron 23's dreams and nightmares yes these are affiliated with Meek Mills Dreams and Nightmares song the intro if you know you know from what I've read these are inspired in a dedication to uh that song that moment so shout out to Meek shout out to Brian for uh doing that um these are listed at 235 they drop on the 26th shreddy just for basketball purposes even you copping or dropping these I would cop these bro drawings look so tough to me bro and bro it's you know unless it's on like unless it's like that that that roley I don't never really think silver and gold look nice together yes it's hard for me personally like you feel me like anytime it's you to blend yeah silver and gold together it just don't be hitting like but you know like when you get that um that Jubilee bracelet on that Roley that joint looks so nice you feel me yes one of my favorite bracelets yes my dad my dad has a two-tone role ex yeah uh that was his first one okay yeah you feel me but bro for some reason bro these jaws is so tough to me bro yeah for me bro I like the gold I like the I like the colors um for basketball purposes I heard that LeBrons aren't as heavy anymore from my cousin who he ball all the time yeah he said they not as heavy as they used to be okay um and they made with good materials uh I would cop these for ball I think I would honestly I'll throw these joins on I do like the gold and the in the in the gray and the silver I like that how that's all hitting so I definitely cop these I think 235 is high to be honest with you but for a basketball shoe I mean yeah but you know it's that but they tough though they look nice though with some sweats you probably could get off of a layer and for the nostalgic purposes shout out the Dreams and Nightmares one of the best intros ever we were just talking about that yes off cam. So I'm gonna move over to the next shoe right quick and up next we got um actually two time MVP I was gonna say one time MVP but we just found out he's the two time MVP MVP the Shea 001 premium steel just got a win last night just got a win the Shay 001 premium steel edition dropping June 11th these are listed at 150 or 150 dollars which is a very low price point for a good shoe um and obviously with Shay being one of the number one players in basketball one of the most popular players in basketball with that price point I think that's very dope for the kids that's gonna be out there and want to grab these but with that being said Shay the Shay 001 premium still shreddy you copping or dropping these how you feel about these bro because last night when he played he wasn't snapping too much in the first quarter then he took off I think he had he ended the game right under 30 points 26 he had four right he had four in the in the in the in the in he had four in the first quarter and then he had 22 in the next three quarters and they got the win on the road I'm copping he shout out to my dog MVP heavy cop yeah for me bro I like the color I love the silver I like the design even though people don't like the brand that is Converse for me I feel like Shay came and made a shoe that you can wear off the court as well as on the court yeah and I think that Shay pulls it off with how he matches them up and how he rock them with the jeans or he might do a short or sweatpant um and I like the design of these uh they drop the brown colorway they drop the black they dropped the pink I never they wasn't really yeah the sandy color they wasn't really for me but these I think I'll throw these on on a humbug and just go out on my Shea tip nice nice brunch vibe nice breakfast vibe go get a bacon egg and cheese something like that you feel me so yeah uh but that wraps up y'all favorite segment my favorite segment Shreddy favorite segment everybody's favorite segment the world's favorite segment amen sneaker time with our sneaker time with ock man appreciate you brother you already know man another beautiful um collection of sneakers is dropping soon make sure y'all go hit y'all local stores and y'all get with it man you feel me real quick bro A B and Dean they been going crazy online lately yeah they've been streaming all over the place you feel me they got the internet in a frenzy yes it seems like it's a a a pretty good dynamic duo bro just real quick before we even get into it how do you feel about the the the the the um the connection or like the duo in in general um I feel like I feel like A B and Dean are like the new hotness of the streaming world you know what I mean because we've seen other collabs like I like when Kai Sinette Drewski and uh uh Kevin Hart all collab they're funny together yes um for the for for for whatever moment they're gonna be in when they're streaming they you can have a good time and laugh at them um but for me like I'm I'm conflicted with the with the collab with them too because they Kai Drewski and Kevin all seem like they laughing with each other even if they pointing and laughing at each other it seems like it's all a good vibe and good connection. The Dean and uh A B collab just seem like a little just like weird in a way. A little cheesy. Two men dressed alike like y'all brothers like y'all knew each other forever. Doing too much y'all walking around drunk basically everywhere y'all go and just kind of like acting like kids acting like children. I mean it might be okay for Dean but like I'm feeling like A B is just doing way way way too much um from who he was and how he was viewed. You know what I mean? He's dumbing down his product he if anything um for a bag but I mean I don't know what he's going through in his personal life or what he really is like. Well you know his coach passed away. Yeah I know his coach passed away and he I I did see him saying some real stuff in clips like he was saying like it's hurt it hurt for him to go to the gym. It hurt for him to train to even think about boxing after he lost his coach you know and all those things but for the bag I get it right um but for the aesthetic of it all and seeing how they moving and and thirsty over chicks that uh pop any any dude that they see with some with a nice watch or a nice car is like it just seemed like it's a lot like a bit much for me. No I feel you on that a lot of the and I hate seeing AB going out the way he be going out sometimes. Right right we're just like oh Dean trying to get him to chill and then it's like he crash out and trying to say all right bro don't drink too much and I can respect Dean for those moments. Yes. When he's trying to keep things like all right bro like we here we streaming let's get this money like you've been going through some things right but I'm trying to get you back on a to a point where you can uh provide for yourself and provide for your family because A B really was like going through it. Really messed up yeah yeah yeah because he had the incident on Cam show when he was drunk he was down bad Cam paid him for his time but then came toward him like bro you gotta go. You feel me? So so you feel me but I always used to think that Dean was real real corny bro you seen him never watched him until now and I still don't I just see him on the clip yeah that's where I initially that's where I initially found out about him. Slapped he got elbowed by the bull for talking crazy about his chick or something no that boy slapped him oh slapped him okay I seen this I seen somebody elbow him and knock him out okay so yeah mean something like that so after he got slapped he was with Larry Wills and he was drunk and he's in front of Larry Wills and his wife and he just saying stuff and Larry like bro like you tripping bro this my wife and he was like and whatever and Larry slapped the hell out of him yeah I seen that sick so a few uh like a week or two later because it was a white boy a bald white boy who he's out who hit him yeah he's out and then the boy just asked him like hey bro are you so and so and he like yeah nigga but I'll knock you the f out though like he just started getting mad tough and that nigga not putting putting to sleep yeah I seen that so it's like he was kind of corny to me and even when I be watching like little clips and stuff I'd be like damn like this nigga like it just something that's just off to me about him like you feel me yeah he just weird like and he got a crazy Napoleon syndrome too because like he don't like niggas as tall. Yeah like it's obvious like he don't like people because obviously he's like five five or something and the thing is it's not playing out behind closed doors it's playing out on stream so people gonna get to see real T like bro you are a lame like everything that's why I say like I'm not gonna sit there and back that like I look at it like yeah get your bag A B do what you gotta do. You feel me and nobody else came to save you. You know what I mean the young boy thought of something and was like yo this probably could work. I could really respect it. So I I get it but do I so do I find it entertaining not really like okay not really seen that they fell out about the little money the little payment or whatever it's like they made up yeah but yeah since then they um I guess A B had took a took a walkthrough payment behind his back or something like that. Yeah like which I mean split it but A B been in the game so he he you know I mean he's still know the ins and outs of how to how to maneuver and and and finesse you know what i mean so i think that's all it was but that just shows the that shows the mindset and the state of mind like where he is at this moment like bro bro you know i mean bro gave you an opportunity right that's anymore he said it was a thousand dollars 750 dollars bro what are we talking about it was a $1500 payment bro you gonna spend that on liquor come on bro i mean not now because he the nigga he's in get back mode so i hope he's not spending all that on liquor you feel me like if that's your if that's your back end don't do that but you feel me like do you feel like a b can return to former glory like do you feel like he could get back into it and A B could get back into it crazy but he gotta get back in shape forget getting back into it right bro gotta get back in shape bro look crazy after that my donor fight a B was never the same after he and he and he said he was gonna knock my Donna out that was the problem like he was just talking super crazy like and then Mike Donna knocked him out knocked him out the ring yeah um that doesn't mean that he ain't gonna get the motivation from maybe this clip or maybe this part of the show where he climbed back in that gym and fight them demons and get back to his glory. You feel me? But would I love to see it? Yes right he said that's his plan though his plan is to get back to it and he said he wants to win at least one more world title I seen that before he retired. And that's a good goal because A B, I don't even know if A B is 30 yet. No AB 30 he is for sure oh yeah matter of fact no yeah because he was out like before tank yeah A B like 35 ish 35 37ish something like that mean father time bro you you gonna be up against him gotta do it now bro telling you bro and you ain't playing basketball right you feel me um speaking of boxing real quick right bro we all saw Claritia Shields put hands on Alicia Baumgartner yeah slap that girl open hand slapped her that was a bad draw yeah because it's probably gonna lead to some legal issues or something like that from what I seen. Talking about she was talking about suing her now but it's like Alicia you've been talking crazy to this lady for years. Yeah you've been calling her out which is okay because y'all both box okay cool y'all used to be cool but you've been calling her out for a minute but from what I can see it always turns disrespectful. Right right like you feel me? Yeah and it's like when you doing that you gotta be prepared for that yeah but Clarissa got to understand a lot of people gonna throw stones at her she the best in boxing. Right and that's understandable people gonna go throw stones but you always have to conduct yourself in that world the proper way. Now I will say this it's gonna sell the fight you know I mean it's gonna sell the it's gonna sell it's gonna boost her up because boxing is a combat sport. Yeah and sometimes you you you know I mean you play you play games you you you you you win a prize you for right so she slapped the she slapped the the piss out of her like on a on a on a quick little joint right and then explained it to her afterwards and then told everybody in the city she said I hate when you talk crazy. I hate when you get beside yourself and it's like and Clarissa could rumble right like for real and I'm Alicia could rumble too I ain't gonna lie but Clarissa is just so much bigger than her so they're trying to figure out what's a good weight for them to meet at but my thing is like I said Alicia. Now Clarissa at a weight clause might might really change the dynamics of the fight like if she had to come down in weight. No she's gonna have to come down yeah I think they're talking about me in that like 147 she's always the bigger seemed like stronger like fighter in most of her yeah like her last two drawings she fought girls that was bigger than her bigger but they wasn't stronger than her bro they wasn't in the same sheet as her either that was the last fight especially yeah yeah but I think it was justified to me be honest with you bro because like but then Clarissa wanted that Layla Ali work like she asked her. Right. I mean Layla's older but I'm just saying she did she that's why I wasn't too thing about that yeah but she been just the same way Alicia been calling out Clarissa Clarissa been calling out Layla Ali and then she got Layla Ali said all right I'll do it for 20 million she went when she got that bag up I said damn she had everybody there behind her all right we got the bag so now it's like all right Layla you feel me but Layla's mad old so I'm not like too pressed on that joint you feel me but I do feel like she was justified even though it's the wrong thing to do to go slap put your hands on somebody but I feel like it was justified because for so long you've been poking the bear poking the bear poking the bear yeah like you said you play dumb games you're gonna win dumb prizes you should have been on your guard you a boxer I agree you dip games most people dip it when that happens though like even at the weigh in or whatever you know what I'm saying but no you ain't think she was gonna slipping exactly she slapped you you was slipping you was slipping you feel me bro you know we gotta get into it bro before we go bro Spurs OKC who you picked again to win the whole thing I think you picked Wimby and then Spurs I think you picked Spurs oh no no no no no KC you picked OKC yeah yeah OKC so the Spurs won the first game where they was on the road yes OKC won the second game and now last night the OKC went to Texas San Antonio and they won. So now it's the 2-1 with OKC why do you feel about that series bro I could easily see the series going seven games what I will say is injuries are starting to to play a role in the series a bit Ron Harper Jr you know getting getting injured uh Ron Dylan Harper Dylan uh getting injured um he played yesterday but he didn't have that same spark right um that he that he was providing through those first two games um and then I also think that um the Aaron Fox is really injured I was about to say I think he really is seen him trying to do it. He was trying to get back into the swing of things I think he had 16 points even 15 to 16 points but you could tell he don't got that burst he don't get he's like one of the fastest players in the NBA in this it's it's ailing him like definitely and then um I feel like they're being super physical in the paint with Wimby. Yes and I mean he's the alien right like so for everybody to be all upset and act like he ain't supposed to get filed like Shaq and like like like all these other dominant centers that came through our league got filed you know what I mean that's gonna happen it's just that he's slender and he he's he's he's seven feet so it looks different. Slender man but like bro come on now like people going hack him people going you got a seven four y'all you're gonna earn it bro and then when he shoots a jump shot he eight feet so it's I mean it's like impossible you gotta do something like but I I love the physical nature of that series like I said that to myself I said that this is honestly I wish this was the finals I mean that's not to take nothing away from the Knicks and the East but this level of competition is crazy right now. This game's beautiful they going back and forth they they pushing each other fight they like they about to rumble after every possession they was about to fight last night yeah they was about to rumble yesterday so um I can see it going seven but I will say I I I'll say this I think San Antonio gonna have to go through similar to what OKC went through they're gonna have to learn how to win so they might not come out this series as winners but this this that this moment is going to teach them a lot moving forward because they got a great great great team great team great team great team a young team a great nucleus um they surrounded him very very well and one thing that I can say that I'm afraid of even though I did choose OKC to win everything bro the Spurs defense is so dangerous Corey is dangerous bro like it's a bad matchup for OKC in a way because horrible because their guards can defend y'all guards so now it's like who are who we scared of no y'all scared of us. But that just goes to show exactly how like you said bro this how tough OKC team is bro they did not play that well last year won them the game they had the bench had 76 points that bench won them the game bro if like for me Shay is not Shay is getting quite 26 points yes a lot of like he had 12 free throws yesterday you feel me it's not like before like when 12 of his 26 came from the free throw line they blocking these niggas one thing that I can say OKC is fighting with their life for them boards. Yes you feel me that's why they say that the path to the finals whoever go the Spurs or OKC it's gonna be tough for you know the Eastern team you whether it's the Knicks or the Cavs because these dudes is fighting and they they they just fighting to get to the chip. I'll play devil's advocate for you right sure go ahead I feel like that's gonna make it easier for whoever's on the east because this series is going to take so much this series is going to take so much out of the West you feel me by the time they get to the chip even though they is going to have that break bro that wear and tear after the whole but it's so many dope storylines because yo what y'all won y'all won y'all last 10 New York Knicks then they win they like their last 10 games or 12 games or something y'all had won like 12 in a row or something like that. Like y'all been undefeated basically no I think it's like the last seven did y'all lose on the on the it's the last seven yeah yeah seven because remember they had lost that game and then um y'all swept us yeah they won the last three games so right now it's is is is y'all swept okay it's nine yeah nine yeah it's nine straight nine straight oh nine straight wins like and that's and and Brunson is at the top of his game right now right seven yeah because they won the last three games then they swept Philly seven yep and now two because they up two zero exactly so so it's it is the contrast to the playoffs is really dope right now like and I think it's gonna lead to a like a a crazy ending um I ain't gonna spoil it and say what you think gonna happen bro but it it is likely in the air like because it's like like like you just said bro which is a great point bro this could literally be a finals this Spurs versus OKC bro this seems like a finals. It do yeah this seems like a final that don't take nothing away from the east because at the same time we're gonna talk about it in a few but that was a great game that first game was crazy great game yeah that joint was crazy yeah the garden is crazy but for them to come back like well we're gonna get into that but bro I see I got OKC and six okay and I'm gonna say the same thing I got OKC and six I don't think it's gonna go to game seven yeah I feel like the Spurs have a great team yeah you feel me but OKC already knows how to win yes and that makes a big difference and you can see it in these games because bro I don't feel like OKC is playing that OKC brand basketball yet nobody no nobody nobody nobody thinks that you feel me that's the crazy part the Spurs defense is phenomenal yes yes and everybody's afraid to go to the rack when Wemby's in the game period these niggas don't get no drive to the lane and then come back make a U-turn yeah one thing that I do have to say though bro before we switch it over right OKC stop shooting so many threes stop bro stop shooting so much threes take your time bro go for the midi bro yeah they be having threes bro and sometimes they be rushing it yeah there was a scene where McCain was screaming for the ball and Shay was shooting the midi and Shay had made it you know he yo hell yo Shay had made the midi and then looked at him was like yo shut up calm down bro yeah I seen that draw last game like damn bro I'm the damn relax you done shot 30 of these drawings like let me do what I do and let me concentrate hit this bucket and then we're gonna get back on defense and you'll get your chance don't forget who team it is exactly every now and again you gotta you gotta remind it every now and then you gotta let niggas know you feel me nigga I am yeah two time MVP cuz slow your road jabroni so shreddy y'all Knicks is up 2-0 you're Nick's your Knicks how you feeling I mean let me ask you how you feeling bro we ain't been to a chip since we talked about this we ain't been to a chip since 1999. Yes yes I was five years old that's a long time we need this so you you need to do you need to get there or do you need to win it because last year we already made it to the Eastern Conference finals getting there is a win in itself because now we officially got further than we did last year which is a good thing you feel me got you but we need to win it bro we need a chip New York City deserves a chip bro um bro anytime you go to the garden Corey like it's always full of stars it's always full of people like the city backing y'all this you feel me the team through through we never left y'all hanging through all everything bro like we make sure that we back the team so come on it's time for y'all to deliver and we have the team that can do it. Yeah that's what be cooking me too though seeing people mad about how the fans celebrating in New York bro they do that about us as Eagles fans bro we really just love our team bro you cannot be mad at my passion as a fan about my team my fan and me and our fan base I appreciate let us let us bring it out I love the New York Knicks fans celebrate every win everyone yes because at the end of the day when people step back and step out of sports when you really look at it bro it's just times it just brings people together it's memories it's memories bro if you didn't celebrate them and you treated it like you was on the field or you was on the court what is that that's not fan that's not fandom right that's just perspective that's just observing yeah you're not here to observe I'm here to I'm here to indulge let me get a couple drinks keep them coming and I'm about to pop pop champagne like we just won a championship game. I'm here to indulge I love it bro being straight like that I don't see the Cavs coming back I don't see the Cavs winning the series bro do you see the Cavs winning the series I don't see the Cavs winning the series uh I'll give them a game they got two players like Donovan well Donovan Mitchell and James Hart and they just always fall short so I don't see them winning the series and Jalen Brunson is playing out of his mind. Out of his mind and then um it seems like the Knicks honed in on Donovan Mitchell's move. You know Donovan Mitchell keep doing that over the head Euro and that drone was like bro he did that shit like 30 times in one game bro and then it seemed like they finally started slowing down a little bit on defense and you know being able to poke the ball out being able to get that still being able to get him to just switch it up you feel me but the fact that um you know the Knicks are just playing so well right now bro I don't even think like that you know we got a game tonight. I don't think that even when they go to Cleveland bro I think we're gonna still win in Cleveland that's why I said I'll give it five games okay maybe Cleveland will win one game out but bro I feel like we're gonna get them niggas out of here bro to be honest bro and then we're gonna be on our way to the chip bro and then we're gonna see what happens but who do you have in the chip? I'm gonna say it's gonna be the Knicks versus the OKC Thunder. Okay I got the same thing bro I see OKC versing the Knicks and the chip but to be real with you though I feel like if we get the Thunder it's gonna be harder for us to win the chip. I feel like even though the Spurs is a great team I feel like we got the Spurs ticket we'll see we'll feel like if we versus the Spurs and the chip I feel like it could be a foregone conclusion that New York is come home with the chip that's me personally. They come home with the chip we're going to New York you know it's a fact we definitely going to New York yeah bro I see OKC versus the Knicks and then Knicks and six straight like that Nixon six man that wraps up shit I'm young Koreak Big Six you feel me this is the SixtSense Podcast Six Sense Podcast I'm with my boy you feel me it's your boy Freddie Hoy blanks sir and we appreciate y'all man's podcast we appreciate everybody like comment subscribe share the pod share the platforms engage with us can't wait to see y'all can't wait to talk to y'all and until another episode my boy yes and real quick we appreciate everybody that's following the page keep on following the page we just reached 150 followers on Instagram and we want y'all to keep on showing love we do um our best to make sure that we communicate with everybody you feel me everybody especially now that it's like more of the homegrown followers it's more of the people that we got our community we reach out and we make sure that we tapped in with y'all me and Corey always just commenting and you know communicating with y'all but I just wanted to say that we appreciate y'all for all the support all the love that y'all been showing you feel me make sure you lock in with us man it's your boy Freddie Hoy Blanks and Corey out this is the Sixth Podcast we out of the
