In this episode of AWAKEN with Ryan DeJonghe, Ryan sits down with Jason Gobeli, a high-energy author and expert who refers to himself not just as a hypnotist, but as a "neurocommunications expert". Drawing from a lifelong background in sales, Jason views all communication as an advanced form of suggestion and sales pitch, starting from the moment a newborn baby cries for milk.

The core of the conversation revolves around Jason’s proprietary FFL Modality (Faith, Forgiveness, and Love), a framework designed to release individuals from self-sabotage and the "past muck" that holds them back. Jason breaks down his unique philosophy on prosperity, redefining money as a fluid energy that functions simply as an expression of gratitude. He challenges traditional therapeutic ideas around "boundaries"—which he argues often turn into isolating walls—and instead advocates for radical authenticity, aligned identity, and vulnerability. The episode concludes with a live demonstration as Jason guides Ryan through a powerful, rapid "holy water" shower visualization designed to wash away limiting beliefs and install a protective shield of positive energy.

Key Takeaways & Meaningful Quotes

  • "All communication is sales. We sell ourselves to everybody, whether it's a job interview, going on a date, or expressing our ideas back and forth to another person. Just communicate better, everything's gonna be okay."
  • "Money is nothing but an expression of gratitude. It's not solid. Money is like water—it's fluid, it flows. When you look at it as an expression of gratitude, it's a mindset. It's energy."
  • "You are not a victim of your past. Your past does not have to define you. Yesterday is a canceled check, tomorrow is a promissory note, but today is cash in hand. Today you can be whoever you want to be."

Ready to explore your own transformation through hypnosis?

SPEAKER_01

Hello everybody, friends, family, new listeners. I am so glad you're here. And as a special gift to you, I have on with us today Jason Gobelli. Welcome, Jason.

SPEAKER_00

Thanks, Ryan. It's great to be called again. Yeah, you are, man.

SPEAKER_01

You are. You just have that high vibe about you. So that's cool. Thanks. So how did you get started in this crazy world of hypnosis? That's interesting.

SPEAKER_00

I feel like I think we all do hypnosis without even realizing it before we even study it. I mean, I think it's just part of life.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

The way I frame it is that when a baby comes out of the womb and cries for milk, it's a sales pitch.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And it's just getting our ideas across to the other person. And all communication is sales. So I've been in sales my whole life. So we learn things, you know, Norman Vincent Peel and all this stuff. Oh, yeah. And then later on, after I learned sales, when COVID happens, I start to study hypnosis, and I'm thinking, well, shoot, well, I've been doing this my whole life. It's communication. It's just an advanced form of communication. Right. Where communication on a subconscious level and more aware of it. That's all.

SPEAKER_01

I love what you're saying about the sales. It's like that book by Dan Pink where it says to sell is human.

SPEAKER_00

We all do. All we're doing is expressing our ideas back and forth to another person. Because I can't get in you. You can't get in me. So all we have is that communication. And we're selling our ideas to each other. Yeah. If people say they hate salesmen, well, that's just because you haven't learned how to communicate better. Just communicate better. Everything's going to be okay.

SPEAKER_01

I think it was Rickhart, uh, his name's first name's Ryan. I forget his last name, but he's a big real estate guy in in New York, Seatheart, whatever. But he said that, yeah, people hate being sold to, but people love shopping with a friend. So if you're there and you're like, I'm here as a friend with you, and we're going to do this together. I think that's a pretty cool model.

SPEAKER_00

You know, I kind of think people hate getting taken advantage of.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And it's not necessarily that they don't want to buy something because everybody wants something new and nice and shiny, but we kind of like to have it the way we want it. And we don't want something pushed on us that we don't want. And so often salespeople get a bad out of uh uh rep because of what's happening and people pushing things, you know, that they really don't want.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

I I believe it all comes down to motives. So if those motives are right and it's all done in the right way for the right reasons, then it ain't nothing but good.

SPEAKER_01

And and what are you selling today, brother?

SPEAKER_00

Dude, I'm just I'm just talking about me, man. Like I think that's all what we ever sell, right? Is ourselves. We sell ourselves to everybody, whether it's whether it's a job interview or going on a date, or want the kids to to to do something.

SPEAKER_01

It's all oh man, you just my I say current fiance, she would kill me if I said my current fiance. I've been married a couple times. I showed up on our first date barefooted. We went to the taco festival, there's gravel, and I show up barefooted, I'm burning incense in my car. I'm just a true hippie, you know, like so. I don't know. I think I'm a little bit broken when it comes to selling people.

SPEAKER_00

Well, maybe that was the image you were selling at the time.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I guess so. So in hypnosis, like I know you do some stage stuff, you got a lot of books under your belt. Like, what's your passion these days?

SPEAKER_00

My passion is to help others actually not just to help others, but to guide others and teach others exactly the way to communicate better. I call myself, I don't even call myself a hypnotist. I call myself a neurocommunications expert. Okay. Because it's more than just hypnosis. Right. It's way more than just hypnosis. And as a matter of fact, a lot of people in the industry, like you're a hypnotist, and a lot of hypnotists, they'll call themselves, they'll say they're doing hypnotherapy. And I hate that word therapy. You know, especially therapist. That's the rapist. I mean, therapy, yeah, is I I and no offense to therapists out there or anything like that, but a lot of times we think we're talking it out, but in essence, we're talking it in and in great and embred in it. The more that we focus on something, the bigger it grows. So when we focus on these things that happen, the bigger it grows. And and you know, I'm here to tell you that you are not a victim of your past, and your past does not have to define you, you're more than that, and and each day is a new day, so we can be whoever we want to be right now in this moment, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And who do you want to be, right, in this moment?

SPEAKER_00

Me, me, I want to be me because there's no one else I could be any better than me. Yeah, I can't pretend to be anybody else like you. Can't pretend to be anybody else. And if I'm me, I just want to be the best version of me that I can. Right, right. So I want to do the right things for the right reasons and act in an appropriate manner. When I act right and I do the right things, and I practice certain principles, everything's perfect, everything works out great by practicing. And I there's there's laws, you know, like there's laws of gravity. Yeah, there's spiritual laws. And and uh for you know, there's there's laws to deal with the past, laws to deal with the future, and laws to deal with the present. I've I've written it all in my first book, and and it's in all of my literature. I call it the FFL modality, it's the modality that created. Um, if if you don't mind, I'll share a little bit about it with you.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so what is it called? What modality? The FL. FFL modality.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's based off a laws, and they're spiritual laws, and and they just are solid. Yeah, so many people get stuck with worries, fears, and anxieties, and all the stuff that's gonna happen. What might happen, what might happen, what might not happen, what if they do this, what if they don't do that, all that stuff, all that future stuff, and and that ruins us because we're actually the only place we can live is now. And then others get stuck in this is what happened to me or this is what I've done, and all this past muck is what I like to call it. The junk. And you know, what happened to me in 1972 does not matter what's how I live today, it doesn't have to affect the way I live today. Yeah, whatever those residuals carry. And then the other thing is we can screw up today, too. We can screw up the now when we lived in selfish nature: anger, fear, jealousy, greed, you know, all those selfish nature things we screw up today. So my FFL modality stands for three things, three spiritual laws that open the door to everything. It's for the future, it's faith. Because if you have faith in yourself, in that inner strength, in your God, whatever you want to call it, but when you have faith, you don't have to worry about what's happened because you know it's gonna be okay. You have faith. And for the past, it's forgiveness. Because when we could when we can forgive ourselves and forgive our others, the past no longer needs to own us. We the forgiveness is the key that leads to freedom and acceptance. And then for the present, it's simple, it's the most powerful force in the world, it's the only force that we can live in. It's love, faith, forgiveness, and love. When we live in love and we're doing the right things for the right reasons and trying to help people, then everything's perfect, you know. So um if you were talking about you were an insurance salesman with me earlier today, yeah, I got going back to that. Yeah. If you're in sales insurance because you love a person and you want them to feel safe and secure and their family to feel safe and secure, then it's right. And there's and there's no there's no harm. That's great. However, if you're looking for quick commissions and residual income, then that selfish nature kind of creeps in. Yeah. So motives are important. Motives are extremely important. I mean, follow me. Doing the right thing for the right reasons is the absolute best. Now, doing the right thing for the wrong reasons is better than doing the wrong thing. But it doesn't, it's there's no comparison to doing the right thing for the right reasons. So when we act in love, we just do the right thing for the right reasons. It opens up the door to gratitude. I mean, you could go grateful for everything when you act in love.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's right. I and I love it too because in the past I've sold insurance as a little more unscrupulously, and then now that I feel more aligned with who I am in love, like you say. You know, I forgive in the past, I have faith in the future, and I have love for the present moment. I feel like the past, like that bites you. It's like a poison. If you're not doing it for the right motives, if you're not doing it out of love, you're poisoning yourself and your future. And when you're acting in the present moment with love, it's like you're protecting your future. It's like you're watering the garden with beautiful fertilizer.

SPEAKER_00

You're loving yourself.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It's the only thing that I know of that the more you give away, the more you get. It expands when you give it away.

SPEAKER_01

So it's like Yeah, that's a fun exercise. Have you ever done anything like that? Like where you just tested it like a scientist. Like, I'm going to try and out give the universe, you know, with this love.

SPEAKER_00

I live it. You gotta live it. Yeah because that's the thing. If you live it, then you're not testing it. You are it. It's all about identity. It's like the person gets up in the morning and he says, you know, let's talk about the millionaire thinking in the millionaire mindset. The person gets up and thinks, I need to become a millionaire, I need to become a millionaire, I need to become a millionaire. And they're so stressing about what they want to become that they're focused on what this is. But if you wake up in the morning and think, dude, I'm a millionaire, I just haven't got my money yet and deposited in my account.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

You start acting like that, then it's going to attract it. See, money, that's it, that's an interesting thing now that we've now that I brought that up. Because I think you're gonna love this.

SPEAKER_01

I will, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I love money. Money is nothing but an expression of gratitude.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Oh, that's uh oh, that's going on the quote for when I post this episode. Money is nothing but an expression of gratitude.

SPEAKER_00

It's it's real simple, it's it's not solid. Look, I'll explain it to you, and I'll explain it to your viewers. If I take a hundred dollar bill, oh, I don't have a hundred on me right now, but if I took a hundred and and I took it and I threw it in my drawer, and I come back a year from now, that $100 bill is still in my drawer. But it's not the same hundred anymore. It changed, it won't buy the things that it bought last year. Right because money is like water, it's fluid, it flows. So you don't want to throw it in your drawer, you want to understand how it moves, you want to understand the flow so that way it flows towards you. And when you look at it as an expression of gratitude, that it's it's a mindset, it's energy. And if I think, oh my god, I got a car payment, man, I got a high car payment. And it's like, well, that's putting negative energy around that that source, right? Dude, I got a nice car that I'm grateful to have. So I'm more than willing to throw money at that.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I I love my kids, sure, I'm gonna give them money. Yeah, I I I you know, I can I I I take care of myself. I'm gonna get good food. I love to take care of myself. See even with insurance, I I love having the knowing the fact that I'm safe, yeah, and I'm secure. I'm not gonna have to worry if you know somebody hits me in the car and I'm gonna go carless because my insurance is gonna cover it. I'm cool. I like having that peace of mind. So spending the money is a positive thing. I mean, there was a day where I didn't have a car that I could make a payment on.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, dude.

SPEAKER_00

Uh it's gratitude. Matter of fact, I noticed that things that people will complain about the most sometimes are the biggest blessings in disguise.

SPEAKER_01

Say more, say more.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, you know, complain about the kids. And it's like, dude, it's the biggest blessing. Sure, they might not be who I want them to be or doing what I want them to do, but it's not my job to guide who they are. I just need to allow them to be their own person and hopefully be an example of how to get through what you're going through.

SPEAKER_01

Now, how do you teach that? So, for instance, I'll just say this person I know, uh, we'll call her Sally. She has a job that she complains about. And then in my mind, I'm like, you have a job. A lot of people don't have a job. And it's a job helping people, and then so, like, how can I tell Sally change, you know, how can I change Sally's perspective? I can't do it for her. You know, I can talk to her, I can be an example, but how do I show her that there's a blessing if you just hold it in gratitude instead of complaining?

SPEAKER_00

Well, there's two things there. One, maybe it's the way she frames the job, which actually we could help rewrite and reprogram through hypnosis and throwing out different ideas in order to to re-look at the way we look at things. But two, it's possible that maybe that job's not where she's supposed to be. Maybe that's not really what's in touch with who she is.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Maybe she's not happy because she's not aligned and that's not part of who she is and part of her identity.

SPEAKER_01

Right. And the trick is to help, like, unless they're coming to me for help. Like most of the time, it's just as I'll call myself a healer, teacher, therapist, the word you don't like, um, hypnotist, whatever it is, change worker. I look at her like, I know I can, you know, I can talk to your subconscious and see what's going on. Yet they're like, nah, you know, I just want to live in my misery. You know, so it's like for me, it's like, how do I it hurts almost? Like I want to help this person find the joy and gratitude, yet they're not looking for it.

SPEAKER_00

Maybe they don't know where to find it.

SPEAKER_01

Right. Like, and it's like, hey, it's over here. But meanwhile, you know, they got their phone, they're on Instagram and TikTok, and they're thinking it's there, and I'm like, hey, you know, I can help you over here.

SPEAKER_00

And then the other thing is, is, and I'm a big believer in God, and and maybe another thing is is that their path is different than mine.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And I don't understand the ways of the things that they're gonna do and what they need to go through. So maybe she's on her journey, yeah, where she needs to be.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So when the pain's great enough, she might want to make that switch, and you can guide her, and you can take her into trance. And you don't and and and when you're there, I mean, you can make changes in the subconscious mind without even knowing what you're changing. Like uh, you know, uh the the house or or the art gallery or or a journey or something like this, you know, uh Mindscape.

SPEAKER_01

There's different things, but yeah, it's so fun. It's just a joy. I love being with that and uh with a person and just seeing the the it's like I think I used this on your podcast of a snake shedding its skin and then like this joyous being coming forth. It's like and it's just you know, a word, a story, and it changes. So powerful.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

So okay, back to you. You mentioned God, and now I want to kind of go down that rabbit hole. Do you have a and speaking of stories, do you have a story that kind of like sticks with you that it's like it's almost like a northern light for you?

SPEAKER_00

So there's all kinds. I don't I don't have a God of my understanding, because if I understood God, it would be a pretty small God to fit in this little thing. But I I can't go there. But I do I I do believe that God controls everything. And and it's just a word that I use for the ultimate supreme everything. Yeah, you know, um, so I was in the shower, I was taking a shower, and it was the day after I got out of the hospital, and I went to the hospital because I had something going on with my heart. And it was the weekend that my grandson was supposed to visit me. And and all I wanted to do was get out of the hospital to see my grandson because he's from another state and we don't see him that much.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

So I got out of the hospital, I'm in the shower, I'm sitting in the hospital, uh, sitting in the shower, and I'm thinking, I want to give my grandson a gift. So I wrote a book for my grandson. Uh, you mentioned the shake snake, and this kind of fits. The book I wrote for my grandson is called How Rocky the Lobster Outgrew His Shell. Oh, there you go, yeah. So in this book, I talk about my FFL modality, and I introduce the concepts of God, and just like the shade snake sheds its skin so that it can grow, a lobster sheds its shell so that it can grow. And so Rocky's a young kid who's having a hard time getting along with the other kids, and it just shows him growing through through the process and getting in touch with God as he sees God and believing himself, having faith in himself.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's beautiful. Yeah, that's and I want to go back to this neuro neurocommunicating, yeah, neurocommunications.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

It seems like the more I read, the less I'm able to pronounce.

SPEAKER_00

I get it. Well, that's a little bit of a tongue twister. But the way I look at it is hypnosis is one thing, and neurologistic programming is kind of a variation of hypnosis. And when you really look at it, I think I talked about this earlier, maybe here on the podcast, maybe in our other when I when you've talked to me in the past, but sales is kind of a form of a trance, storytelling is a form of the trance. I mean, uh a preacher giving a sermon is probably one of the best at putting everybody on getting it.

SPEAKER_01

Dude, dude, it's a perfect model for hypnosis. I'm sorry to interrupt, but like, because you do stage, I do stage, and then like the church, especially mega churches, are perfect because they come in and they do the praise music and the lights and the drum cage, and it puts you in that gamma state, perfect, right? And then the preacher starts talking, and then your mind slips into that beta state. Like, where are we going after church to eat? You know, like you know, your mind's all over. And then what do they do? Close your eyes and bow your head, and it puts you into that alpha state of suggestibility when they're like, now's the time.

SPEAKER_00

Even the storytelling does it, yeah. So it's all over, it's on TV, it's in the commercials, it's everywhere. And it's not just the verbal, it's the nonverbal. It's our non-verbal things where you can feel the power inside non-verbally, what what you could pour on. I mean, you know where that power is coming from just by all the stuff, not just the verbal, but the non-verbal as well, right? So you know it, you just feel it, you can feel that good energy, and you know where that's at. You know what I mean? So when we communicate in those levels, at that type of movement where it's not just hypnosis, it's not neurologistic programming, it's not sales, it's everything. It's neurocommunications when we're communicating with the mind, whether a person's in trance or not. Well, the truth is we're probably all in trance anyway.

SPEAKER_02

Right, right.

SPEAKER_00

Well, we're all stuck in here. So why not communicate and take that communication to the next level?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So that's why I call it neurocommunications.

SPEAKER_01

And what's what's the most interesting thing that you've discovered in the last, you know, what's the last big aha moment you've had?

SPEAKER_00

I think the FFL modality is huge.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it is huge.

SPEAKER_00

Because neurocommunication is what I do, but the FFL modality is the method that I use behind it. And so it's in all of my books. My first book, and you might appreciate this being from where you were from. I'm gonna show you, I'll show you my path kind of.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, cool.

SPEAKER_00

My first book was called Infused Hypnosis, Unlocking the Transformative Power of the FFL modality. And since I'm in the United States, I based it on the teachings of Jesus Christ. So I used examples from the from the Bible and things like that. And it's not a religious book by any means, but it does talk about spiritual laws that transcend religion. And and those things are the most powerful things in the world. There's not a force more powerful than love. You say, Well, what about darkness? Well, uh, or or or you know, the can light is more powerful than darkness? It's real simple. You turn on the light and the darkness flees.

SPEAKER_02

Right. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It's just simple. It's the it's the absence of. So the absence of love is the problem. It's not love, is the force, love is the energy, the absence of it's the issue. So I wrote that book, and then uh, based off of everything that I know and everything I've done, I I give I wrote a free book that I give away for free. That was my next book. My third book was actually my book for my grandson. That's called Do you sabotage yourself without knowing it? I give that away for free on my website. Do you sabotage yourself without knowing it? But then my next book, I took it to the next level because ever since I was 15 years old, I've been in sales. We've talked about this. I mean, I sold newspapers, I was good, I sold cars, I've sold insurance, I've sold furniture, I've sold houses. Dude, we sell everything. I mean, you know, yeah. I sell my kids on thinking that you know the trip to the coast is going to be better than Disneyland. Who knows? But that book, this is the this is one of my bigger books here. This is called Beyond Sales, the Neuroscience of Advanced Communication. And it puts it down there that, you know, if we're going to sell, then whether it's negotiation, talking to a spouse, or selling a product like insurance, why not use everything that we have available? Now, of course, ethics are important. We got to do the right thing for the right reasons, and we got to do it out of love. We can't lose that. Because if you use these things unethical and use these spiritual laws unethical, you'll tear people apart. But why not use hypnosis in the sales? They teach you that. I mean, you got the yes set, you got the compliance set pretty soon for God, and then boom, boom, boom, boom, you get the tacit agreement and you get the contract signed. But if we do it out of love and we're really doing the right things for the right reasons, because it'll help that person, there's nothing wrong with that. We solve problems, and if we express it and frame it in an idea that if you come meet with you, if you come looking for something and you come to me to contact that thing that you're looking for, if I have what looks like what will solve your solution that you want, you're gonna want it happy. As a matter of fact, not only are you gonna want to get it from me, you're gonna think it's your idea to buy it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. That's that's interesting because that was my next question for you. Is in a similar path. I sold a lot of different things and I'm really good at it and I enjoy it. Yet I sometimes struggle to sell what I'll call a hypnosis package because I can't guarantee the results. Like with these other thank insurance, I can look at okay, they're a company, you know, I know they're good. I can I can sell that with confidence that these are the posted results. With hypnosis, like if they're in for you know, I'll call it a miracle, like I don't know what's gonna happen.

SPEAKER_00

Ryan, where this this goes back to my faith, forgiveness, and love.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Because what you're talking about is a future event of what's gonna happen, and you can't guarantee results. But let me ask you a question. Where does all the source of healing come from, anyway?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's a great question. I'm gonna say at first I was about to say it comes from God, and when I the answer that actually pops up is it's from within.

SPEAKER_00

Right. And so let's say that that's the same thing. It comes from the God within.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

So if it's coming from that power source from inside, that source that's within, then it's really not a question of whether it's gonna happen or not. Because you know that source is there, and you have faith that source is there.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

So it's not a question of whether it's gonna happen or not, it's a question of how it's gonna happen and whether it's gonna happen the way that we expect it to happen.

SPEAKER_01

Then it's the question of why am I charging for it? Like I could say, okay, uh, CarMax, you know, or I could sell New York Life. Like, I feel kind of like a fraud if I'm selling God, you know?

SPEAKER_00

But let me ask you a question. If you do something for another person, don't you deserve to be rewarded for it?

SPEAKER_01

I feel I'm rewarded in doing it. That's why I'm blessed with like my day job and then selling insurance. I I support a great lifestyle through that. And this hypnosis healing stuff, like I feel like that's giving me something. Anytime I sit with a person and I see that their lives have been changed and transformed in some way, either physically, mentally, emotionally, that to me lights me up. That is a gift in itself.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely. So let's go back to what we talked about earlier.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I love how this is kind of like a session here for everyone to watch. So it's great.

SPEAKER_00

What is money? It's an express an expression of gratitude. So if you're charging someone to do something, that's their gratitude for what they got. Yeah, I'll give you an example. If someone's not willing to pay you 500 bucks to quit smoking, they might not really want to quit smoking.

SPEAKER_02

Right, right.

SPEAKER_00

You follow me? You see where I'm going with this?

SPEAKER_01

I guess smoking is one thing. Like pain relief, smoking, anxiety, those are things we you know, we can set.

SPEAKER_00

I'm talking about like why is no no no no. Why is that different? Why is pain different? It's self-sabotage, it's the same thing as smoking.

SPEAKER_01

I'm saying that is the same. I'm saying those things are the same. What I'm saying is different is what I'll call miracles. Like someone comes to me that says they have cancer, right? And then I don't know. I know God heals cancer. I don't know if it'll happen this time, although I have been witness to these miracles. I just hold that space, and if something happens, praise God, you know? Like that's amazing. Smoking, cessation, pain, yes, I'll charge for those. It's these miracles. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

A guy who comes here in the United States and he goes to a church and he prays over this person so that they can walk. Or let's make it even more personal. He plays out prays over this blind person that they can see. Yeah. And it doesn't really happen. Same guy goes to a third world country. Yeah, yeah, exactly. Where where they see that this is these people believe and have faith that this is a that this is a man of God. And he says the same prayer. Yes, yes. And he says the same thing. But that person in that third world country changes.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Why does the guy in the third world country change and not the guy in the United States? It's because by your faith that you're healed.

SPEAKER_01

Right, right. And I get that. And that's why I don't, you know, I'll say, like, I'll take a donation. You know, I won't set a set price for that type of thing. Anyhow, but I love what you're saying. Money is is that energy, it's an expression of gratitude. That is that is enlightening. I love, and I want to read that book, the Beyond Sales. That sounds really good.

SPEAKER_00

Like this is my newest one. I had a couple weeks ago.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And then we'll have links to that on the description.

SPEAKER_00

Real estate neuroscience.

SPEAKER_01

Real estate neuroscience.

SPEAKER_00

Real estate, real estate neuroscience, the missing piece, the gurus don't teach. So I teach the math part, but the real neuroscience part is the identity part. See, you got these people that buy this real estate course and that real estate course and this real estate course, so they can learn more. And then you got these other people who manifest.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_00

I'm going to think my way into wealth. I'm going to think my way into wealth. And they're both good people. And then you got the guy that works. You know, I'm going to work harder. I'm going to do better because I'm going to work hard. And they're working and working and working. And each of the people, the guy working hard is spinning a wheel, and he's not really getting what he wants. And the person who's trying to manifest, well, they're they can't put their hands in their head like the old super tramp song.

SPEAKER_02

So they're not getting right.

SPEAKER_00

And then the person who has the knowledge, but sitting there learning and going to school and taking course after course after course, they don't get what they want. It's a magic formula. It's it's a three, it's a it's a part of three. If you put the magic together, you got to put the knowledge and you got to put the the the work, the effort, the action, the knowledge, and the action and the attitude. When those three are aligned, miracles happen.

SPEAKER_01

What was the, I want to make an acronym out of that. I got action, attitude, and what's the other one?

SPEAKER_00

The action, that the the the uh the attitude and the knowledge. And the knowledge.

SPEAKER_01

And I always wonder how the bad and you see that in our industry too, not just in real estate, but really every industry. Every industry is you have people that'll go to conference and they'll buy this course and that course, and they'll just a full year of courses, and yet they don't go out and like try to talk to people for clients because they're not.

SPEAKER_00

So what is so what is the real issue?

SPEAKER_01

I don't know, that was a follow-up for you. Like I see it, I see the pattern. I see that you either have this person doing that, or that person just manifesting clients, or that person over there just door knocking, and that yet none of it seems to work. So it has to be that balance of those three.

SPEAKER_00

And the real issue is identity. Because when the identity is lined, everything else comes into play. I talked about the millionaire earlier. Yeah, let's talk about someone who wants to be a healer, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I know someone like that.

SPEAKER_00

So so it's a matter of identifying as a healer and believing inside that they're already a healer. Because once you believe that you already are, then you are because you are what you believe you are. It all comes back to faith. And everything that happened in the past led you right to be where you're supposed to be, and right where you are now. So it all kind of meshes together. So the lines aren't separate, it's not like separate things. Like I have in my business, I have three stages: I have internal, external, and financial. But they're not mixed. Because the same thing that has that has self-sabotage in my life and has me beaten up myself for the things that I've done, the same methods of healing that works for that is the same methods that uh of uh of feelings that works for miscommunication in a business deal. Losing it, losing it in the family, yep. Uh, you know, uh having that that confrontation at work. I mean, they're all the same things, it's all that energy is off, yeah. Not aligned.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I love that it having that aligned identity. That's beautiful. And I want to touch because that you talk about love, love, love. And then before you mentioned fear and anger are selfish emotions. Let's let's talk about that. Like I feel there's a lot of fear in our society right now.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's it's ridiculous.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So how is that selfish to be afraid?

SPEAKER_00

Well, let me let me put it in a hypnotic way.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And a biblical way at the same time.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

So when Peter was walking on the water and walking towards Jesus, he had his eyes focused. And he didn't have fear, because he was focused. However, when he lost the focus and looked down, what happened?

SPEAKER_01

He fell in the water.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

His feet got a little more wet.

SPEAKER_00

So it was aligned on the vision. It was aligned on that higher source of strength. It was within him and without him.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

But as soon as he lost contact with that, he sunk. So that's a lack of faith. That's a loss of identity.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And how is that selfish?

SPEAKER_00

What the fear?

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Because it's all about self. What if something's gonna happen here? What what if this? What if that? What if that? It's lack of it's a lack of faith. Selfish is actually present. Where fear is actually future. So they're not the same. You see what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_01

I'm trying to.

SPEAKER_00

Resentment, regret, remorse, those things are past issues.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Those things need forgiveness and acceptance.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Fear is a future thing, yeah. That's future. That's what might happen or might not happen.

SPEAKER_01

And then selfish is a present issue. Present.

SPEAKER_00

That's a present issue.

SPEAKER_01

So because they're either fear or regretful, they're selfish in the present. And if they're in love, if you act in love, you're not really selfish. Yeah, because then there's no fear or or regret and love, pure love.

SPEAKER_00

And there's a difference between being selfish and and let me give you another example.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

A hot dog example.

SPEAKER_01

I had this discussion with Oh, I love hot dogs, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So you're on a deserted island and you're there with someone you love, and there's one hot dog. Many people say, oh, if you love the person, you give them a hot dog. But the truth is, if you love the person, you split the hot dog. Right. That way you both survive. That way you can be there for the person to help them later. If you're in an airplane, the first thing the person says in the airplane is put your lifesaver on first. Yeah. So you can save the person. Actually, put your oxygen on first. So you can be there to save the person next to you. Yeah. You try to put theirs on and don't do it, you're both gonna die. So that's an act of love. We gotta love ourselves. We don't sacrifice ourselves to love others, we just act in love. You know, so we gotta act that way. So um often, especially in therapy circles or with coaches and stuff like that, they use that word boundaries and healthy boundaries. However, I believe that that word's overused because what we actually do is we create walls.

SPEAKER_01

I was about to say, it's the first thing that pops in my head is this neuropsychologist at work, and she's never going to watch my stuff because she thinks I'm weird. And yet, like the lacquer rapport builds walls there. Yes, that I need to have a boundary. You need to call me doctor. I can ask you questions about your life, but you can't ask me questions about mine. This is a wall, and then it just shuts down, the healing stops.

SPEAKER_00

And it happens at family levels, right? We think we're building healthy boundaries with our spouse and we're building walls, yeah. And it's like, dude, no, as a matter of fact, how am I gonna be able to let you know who I am unless I really open up to you and let you know who I really am? Yeah, then we can bond. I mean, like, really bond on a deeper level, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, John, I love how you brought up families, love how you love. Um, but like John Gottman, he's a big one on that, where he studies. He could meet a couple and know if they're going to divorce within 15 minutes of meeting them. Because he could tell if they have the wall built. And like if the wall is built, you don't stand a chance. If you have that defensiveness, if you have that stonewalling, it's not gonna work, dude. And then you just gotta put it down, be vulnerable, and allow that an exchange of love. That you we talk about boundaries, but sometimes we need to be vulnerable in order to truly connect.

SPEAKER_00

100%, 100%. Now, if someone's abusing you, then you need to love yourself and move.

SPEAKER_01

Right, right.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, totally move away from the whole situation.

SPEAKER_01

Right. That's that's hard, but that's exactly what needs to happen.

SPEAKER_00

We need to get to a point where okay, I can forgive you. You are who you are. I also need to forgive myself for being in this situation, and I need to have faith that it's gonna be okay if I'm outside of it.

SPEAKER_02

Right, right.

SPEAKER_00

You know, but you know, as if if you're afraid of getting hurt, well, dude, we all get hurt. That's how we learn is by getting hurt. Yeah, I mean, uh, you know, I I learned, you know, not to touch the stove when I first touched the stove.

SPEAKER_01

Right. Right. Hopefully, you know, I I think I touched the stove like three or four times, but eventually I learned.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, some are slower than others, but we did it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. It's like it's so bright and red, you know, those old stoves that would heat up. It's like, oh, this is so pretty looking. Ouch. I don't know why I just did that again. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

But but see, it's it's the the examples that I'm laying are are simple. And and the path from internal to external, whether I'm working with inside myself, trying to get my own self from self-sabotaging myself, or where whether I'm self-sabotaging our relationship, or whether I'm self-sabotaging a business deal, it's all the same thing.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

It's all the same thing. It's all that self-sabotage because of my behavior and my actions.

SPEAKER_01

Amen to that. I'm wondering, sir. Uh, in a moment, we'll get to a sir.

SPEAKER_00

That's another one. Sir, yeah, because that was my dad's name.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, that's funny. You know, I was a U.S. Marine and they just pounded that. I am from the southern part of Ohio, kind of on the border Kentucky area, and sometimes that bubbles up, but the Marines really drilled it into I get it.

SPEAKER_00

I get it. I'm from Western Maryland, but that in a way is kind of a wall.

SPEAKER_01

It is. It is, yeah. And some cultures even have more of that wall too, especially like Asian cultures, and you see like these plane crashes because of that communication when they're coming to the JFK, and they're, you know, the New Yorkers are telling them turn around, you know, whatever they're like commanding, and the Asian culture's like, Yes, sir, you know, like you know, they're like ignoring their own problems because of that wall, that like bowing down, and I'm not worthy, you're more worthy than I am type of attitude.

SPEAKER_00

We're all the same.

SPEAKER_01

We're all the same, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

We are all the same. Yeah, yeah. The only time we need to look down at another human being is we're helping them up.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

That's Martin Luther King. But there's another one that I absolutely love. I heard this guy say once, he said that all wisdom is plagiarized, only ignorance is original. Dude, that is so cool.

SPEAKER_01

That is that's fun.

SPEAKER_00

So I looked it up and it was an anonymous saying that he stole from somebody else.

SPEAKER_01

That's good. That's good. But it's true, you know, some things just yep, an absolute truth. All right. So in a moment, Jason, for all of you listening and watching, we'll give you a little hypnotic gift here. I'm I'm excited for that. Uh, before we get to that, Jason, uh, what is one thing that bubbles up right now when I ask you, do you have a message you would like to share with the world at this time?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, my message is you are who you think you are. And if you want to be somebody different, then think different. See, you don't have to you can be whoever you want to be, and it can change today. Like right now is the only time we have. Yesterday is a cancel check, it's gone. Tomorrow is a promissory note, it's not here yet. But today is cash in hand. Today's money in the bank. So today, you can be whoever you want to be, you can do whatever you want to do. It's never too late to start your day, and it's never too late to follow your dreams and go after what you want to. So if you're sitting there and you're thinking, man, maybe I should call this person, then call them. If you're thinking, you know what, I keep putting this off, I really need to do this, then do it. Right? And if you're thinking, well, I shouldn't be doing this, the thing that's going on in your mind, then don't do it. It's it's it's real, it's it's real simple. We're not responsible for our thoughts, but we're responsible for our actions. However, our actions can control our thoughts, and our actions can help control our emotions. I mean if you see a person and they're walking down the street and you your eyes meet, smile and watch. That smile is contagious, and you'll see the impact that it makes. So we can make impacts on anybody that we touch. And it's like ripples in the water. If we throw that positive energy out there, it just grows and expands. So it needs to start here where we take care of ourselves first. We treat ourselves with that love. And then once we do that, and we love ourselves, love expands. And we can share that with others. And the more we give it away, the more we get. And I think it's just awesome how that just seems to work. So, yeah, my mission is to help change lives, and that sounds so corny and so. Stupid. But it's true because it works when we throw that energy out there and teach others a new way to live. So we're not stuck in those same things that we were stuck in in the past.

SPEAKER_01

That's so gorgeous. Yeah. Thing of beauty. And it you radiate it. You radiate your message. For those that are listening, it's like, I don't know, I can see it. It's like a glow. You know, it's like you found your purpose, you're aligned with your purpose, and you're living in love and gratitude. And what more can a person ask for?

SPEAKER_00

And and by the way, I love myself and I love the people around me, but we all deceive to we all deserve to be rewarded for the for our gifts that we have.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And so many people struggle with what they want.

SPEAKER_02

Right? Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So for those guys out there, if you're struggling for what you want, it's real simple. It's really simple. You find something that you enjoy doing, that you're good at, that helps others. And what that's it. If you if you enjoy doing it, you're good at it, and it helps others, then that's what you should be doing. Because then it's no longer work. It's fun. Yeah. And then it's it's a gift. And you deserve to be rewarded well for helping others. Yeah. Period. You deserve to be rewarded for that. Absolutely. Because you that's that's spreading the love, right? Spreading the love. That's right. I mean, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you're absolutely right. A hundred percent. And you're right. You can't outgive it too. Like you get all that back and then some.

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_01

It's just like going back to the Bible, planting the seed, and then it grows into a large oak. You know, like your work is you planted a little tiny seed in the ground, and all of a sudden you're getting all this fruit, and they'll feed you for the rest of your life from just doing the simple thing of putting a seed in the soil.

SPEAKER_00

Well, but you gotta continue to water it too.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and love it.

SPEAKER_00

You gotta continue and love it. You gotta be there for it. I'm not sure, but I think there was uh uh an experiment that was done with plants.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_00

They said the good stuff to the plants and they grew and they talked me to the plants and they and they shriveled up, just like the water. Uh Usermo, the the the guy with the water.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and then you they replicate that experiment too. They just did it here in Connecticut, of all places at the local public schools. They put the little plant in the Dixie Cup and another one and another Dixie cup, and the students send the love to the one plant, and it grows more than the plant that doesn't get the love. It's weird. I don't know the science behind it, but it works.

SPEAKER_00

I think it's very scientific, but I think people like to don't like to do it because it's based off of spiritual laws.

SPEAKER_01

Right. And it's scientific because it's a a replicable test. You could do it yourself at home.

SPEAKER_00

And and those spiritual laws that I talk about practicing, they also help us to be healthier.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Because when we get into that negative mindset and start thinking of the problems and the issues, or what might happen, or what might not happen, or what happened in the past, or what I even just did to the person when they cut me off on the freeway. Yeah. We get into those type of things, it creates things like upset stomachs, headaches, that negative I think it creates an acidic state in the body myself.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. And then uh I know like Joseph Spencer, and then they talk about the epigenetics where you're down regulating your DNA. And it's that thought that causes that cascade of hormones and the cortisol and all that stuff, and your your cells just doing it, the Milo of whatever, the little solution of all these hormones and the cells are just bathing in it, you know, like and it it affects you, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. If if if you uh if you set your glass in the toilet, it's gonna smell like toilet water, right?

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. All right, so let's get to the technotic gift. I am excited for it. It could be whatever you want. Those people that are listening, watching, just I encourage you to find a safe, comfortable place where you may not be disturbed for just a little while. Just again, be comfortable and safe. Look out for your own ecology, as Jason does.

SPEAKER_00

And don't, and don't, and don't close your eyes if you're driving. Don't listen to me if you're driving. So so that said, Ryan, I'm gonna do something with you. Okay, okay, and I'm gonna do some I'm gonna do some something with you, and I'm gonna do an exercise with you that's gonna help with some of that past stuff.

SPEAKER_02

Cool.

SPEAKER_00

And some of that past pain that you might want to get rid of. Now, if I do this, then you want to cooperate, right? Yeah, do this, and you want everything I got coming for you, right? Yes. So there you you could fight it, but why would you? Because that's not why you're here, right? So what I'm gonna do is is uh set back, scoot back, make sure you're comfortable. You're in a chair, right? Yeah, you're not gonna fall off your chair, you're gonna be safe. Yeah, but in a moment I'm gonna tell you to sleep.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

When I tell you to sleep, you're just gonna close your eyes and your head's gonna drop forward. Now, you're not gonna go slow. I'm not gonna do some long progressive relaxation because we've all done that before and we don't have time. It's gonna feel like I took a wet rag and I let go of it and it dropped splat into the sink. You're gonna feel an instant relaxation from the top of the head to your bottom of your toes. Your eyes will close, your head will fall forward, not backwards, and you'll have an instant relaxation. It'll just feel great. Do you like that? Love it. You want to do that?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, then sleep down, down, that's right. Just drop. Let it drop. Just like that dishcloth in the rag. Just let it drop, and all that energy is all that wetness from that dishcloth going down the drain, is all that stress going out of your body. Deeper and deeper down the drain. The deeper they go, the better you feel. The better you feel, the deeper you go. So just feel that relaxation. Feel that peace. Feel that warmth and just let it go deeper and deeper to a spot of healing. Now let's imagine that it's in the morning. And you can imagine that this is every morning and you get up and you go to take your shower. It's different now. It's not like the normal shower you take. Because the water is a holy water. That's right. It's not just cleaning the outside of your body. It's cleaning the inside of your body too. You can imagine feeling that water going right through you. Washing away those limiting beliefs. Those things that have been holding you back. All that muck and that stuff that's been carrying around inside. You can just imagine that coming through you. And you can see it go down the drain. That's right. All the pain. All the regret. All that remorse. Washing away down the drain. Forever gone. Just cleaning you inside and out. That's right. And as you just let go of all that muck and let it just go down the drain, it's forever gone. You can just turn that shower off when you're ready. And step out of that shower and pick up a towel. A special towel. Because not only is it drying you, it's applying a shield of protection around you. So that if any negative energy comes your way, it'll simply bounce off of you and back to its source. Because now that you're clean inside as well as outside, there's nothing left but the love. There's nothing left but forgiveness and that powerful strong energy. There's nothing left but the belief and faith that you are gonna have everything that you want because you deserve it. That's right. You're strong today. You can do this exercise every morning when you take that shower and carry this with you. Every day you get cleaner and cleaner. Every day you get stronger and stronger. Every day you have more faith. And every day your love shines brighter and brighter. Now, Ryan, when and only when you're ready to install all of this, all of this programming is true. Then and only then do you start to come back to the room and open up your eyes. One, two, three. Wide away.

SPEAKER_01

Alright. Thank you, Jason. Yeah, that was I don't know where I went, but that was a fun little trip. You like that exercise? Yeah, I love that exercise. I love the the mental imagery. You know, like I didn't really see it, but I could feel it. Like I felt like I was just all that muck was walked washing off. So that was cool. I really like that. I like the idea of the wrapping around that towel. Yeah, that was that was cool.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So, Jason, thank you so much for being here. And again, we'll put the links to get your books or whatever training you're doing on the other. You're gonna be at Hypnothots and do something there, plus you have your other teachings that you do. So a busy man, giving and getting.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, I think the hypnothots will be a lot of fun.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, I'm looking forward to it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Nice. Well, it's a pleasure, Ryan. Thank you.

SPEAKER_01

Take care, Jason.

SPEAKER_00

You take care too.
