In this episode of AWAKEN, Ryan sits down with Lori Hammond — hypnotist, group work pioneer, and the woman behind trancypants.com — for one of the most joyful, honest, and surprisingly deep conversations the show has produced. Lori came to hypnosis the way a lot of people do: skeptical, a little scared, and quietly desperate for something to actually work. What she didn't expect was that learning hypnosis to lose weight would quietly eradicate decades of clinical depression along the way.

Since 2018, Lori has run Trancy Tuesdays — a weekly group hypnosis session that's become something of a sacred container for hypnosis professionals. She's done approximately 500 of them. In this conversation she and Ryan dig into why group hypnosis often works better than one-on-one, why the witnessing field created by a group has more in common with prayer than most people are comfortable admitting, and why getting a person out of their story and into their body is the move that changes everything.

They also get into marketing (it's just hypnosis with a different name), niching (your ideal client is usually a mirror of yourself), the surprising overlap between Abraham Hicks and somatic hypnosis, what Bingo and brain surgery have in common, and why the word "try" already has failure baked into it. Lori closes the episode by walking Ryan — and everyone listening — through a live somatic intention setting demo that is worth the price of admission alone.

This one goes places. Come ready.

Three quotes from Lori worth writing down:

"Marketing and hypnosis are pretty much the same thing. When you're good at one, you're a lot better at the other."

"What you resist persists. When we stop trying to fix grief and just witness it — from a place of neutrality — things start to shift within 90 seconds without a single suggestion."

"It is all about the is-ness of this present moment. That is all. Right here."

SPEAKER_04

Hello, friends, and I know none of my family watch this, but hello friends, and now you're my family. Thank you so much for being here. I just am humbled by your presence for giving me a little moment of your time, and I hope you're blessed to be here. And we have a rock star in the world of hypnosis. She's been around for a long time. Welcome, Lori Hammond.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you so much, Ryan. I'm honored to be here. I've been looking forward to this, and I can already tell if we're gonna have a blast.

SPEAKER_04

Oh yeah. Your smile is like so contagious. Like I ran into you through Mike Mandel, and and like I know all his fans love you, and just people can't stop talking about you. You know that's a good sign about a hypnotist when people behind your back are just singing your praises.

SPEAKER_01

That is I am very honored by that. I'm very honored.

SPEAKER_04

So how did you get into this whole thing called hypnosis?

SPEAKER_01

Yes. So I actually um I started listening to podcasts like it was 20, end of 2015, early 2016, and I heard of this guy named Tim Ferris, and nobody really knew who Tim Ferris was, but he was gonna try this experiment on this new thing called podcasts. So I'm listening to Tim Ferris's podcast, and pretty soon I got tired. I like that was the only thing I was listening to. So I'm like, what else is out there? And I find this crazy podcast called Brain Software with Mike Mandel and Chris Thompson. Yeah, and I started listening to it, and I was a little nervous because I had grown up thinking that hypnosis was of the devil, and I thought, okay, I I hope I don't go to hell for listening to this. Not really, but um, and it was so intriguing, and and I just I listened and they they drew me in. And I started, they would say certain things about lives that have been transformed and and how these things work. And I'm thinking, no, no way can it work this well. And after I bet you I listened to their podcast for a good six months before I thought, okay, I'm gonna go see a hypnotist to see if she can help me with weight issues.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And I I searched, and okay, so here's here's a free one.

SPEAKER_04

A free I'm sorry for everyone listening. A spoiler alert, she is not overweight at all right now. So spoiler alert, I think it works. Go ahead, Lori.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you. Um, so I went and um looked for a hypnotist, and it's I was still a little bit in that space of like, is hypnosis scary? I was mostly thinking it was okay, but kind of nervous. And when I went to look for a hypnotist, I couldn't find anyone with their picture on their website. So that's what the first thing I tell people is always put like the biggest piece of hypnosis is no like and trust. And if a person can't see your face on your website, you're you're on a an uphill battle. So I finally found a woman that I kind of trusted, and I went to see her, and it was it was a really not great hypnosis session. And I saw another guy, and when he was walking, I went to see a different person, and when he was walking out of the um hallway and into the room, I heard him go, like a sigh of relief, like, oh my gosh, do I have to hypnotize another person?

SPEAKER_04

The dude did?

SPEAKER_01

No, the other guy, the guy who was coming out to hypnotize me, like let out this sigh, like, oh my god.

SPEAKER_02

Here we go. Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So I thought, you know what? I'm just gonna learn this for myself. That Mike and Chris had talked about their training. And so I bought their um, I took I signed up for their online training and went through like binge listened to all their trainings, binge watched, because they were videos. Learned so much, and then I actually went and trained with them in Toronto, which I highly recommend. It was an incredibly valuable experience. And the rest is history, it changed my life so radically. And I'll tell you, Ryan, um, you mentioned my smile at the beginning. Yeah. So the weight thing kind of was a struggle for me off and on, and you know, I finally got to a place where I figured that out. But what surprised me is that hypnosis eradicated decades-long deep depression. And I have had people sit, I had a close family friend once sit down and say, Lori, you are the most negative person I have ever known. All you do is complain. All you're always down, you bring everyone down. No, right.

SPEAKER_04

That used to be you.

unknown

Yeah, I know.

SPEAKER_04

It was a couple years ago.

SPEAKER_01

People kept saying, You're such a smiley, happy person. And I'm like, Where's depressed Lori? And so that's to me, that's interesting. That's what hypnosis, the gift that hypno one of the many gifts hypnosis has given.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's such a cool story. And you're right about that Toronto experience. I love how Mike will take a week off beforehand and just restudy all his books, and then he'll come in and just be the wizard.

SPEAKER_01

He truly is.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Now, what was that aha moment in your in your training where you're just like, oh, I get it now?

SPEAKER_01

Like, what was that's you know, it's kind of a a hindsight moment where I I look back and I realize where it was. And there I'm sure there were many of them, but the one that stands out to me the most was after I trained with Mike, I actually went and trained with Michael Watson to learn Connie Ray Andreaus's um core transformation. And I was at that class, it was a very small class, I want to say there were about six people in it, and he would teach us a technique and then we would go and practice it together. And I was brand new, I kind of got it, but I kind of didn't. And the per the person that I ended up partnering up with was also, I think, even more new to hypnosis than me. And and we're practicing together, and I'm like, this isn't gonna work. But I I sat there and I didn't want to disappoint him, so I I just played along and like answered his questions, and they're all very like somatic based, like, where in the body are you experiencing this? I'm like, I don't know. So I just kind of made I just went with it, and I'm telling you, Ryan, I had the most beautiful trance, it was a core transformation for me, just sitting there playing along and pretending like I knew the answer to his questions, and I experienced what I think is probably like a state of nirvana. Talk about a resource state that can give you so much, and and that was one of the life most life-changing moments for me.

SPEAKER_04

That is that is so cool. What what do you think is down in there? Like, do you think there's a subconscious that's like listening and like finally Lori's finally listening to me? Like, what do you think is going on there?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, I do have a theory about this, it's a little strange, and it is.

SPEAKER_04

I love strange. I'm down for the woo. That's uh that's why I'm going to Hypno Thoughts Live, just because not for the presentations, but the after. The presentations are great, wonderful, bravo, right? The after where the hypnotists just get together and do weird stuff with each other. Like that's what I'm that. So okay, what's your weird? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Okay, so this is based I love I love like science and woo. So this is based on me geeking out about the science behind all of this and the like who knows part of this. So what I believe is particularly in core transformation when a person gets quiet and goes inside and almost like thingifies the problem. So they're not trying to analyze a problem. This is talk therapy, right? This is hypnotists, like we do it different for a reason. If talk therapy it works for some people, if it hasn't worked for you, this is a better way. So you're like just looking at the the thing as an object. And I can explain this more later if you if you would like. It puts us into this like neutral space where we're not judging what's going on with us, we're not trying to figure out why it's there, we're not trying to figure out how to fix it, we're not even trying to make it go away, we're just witnessing.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And I believe that we tap into I think a lot of times what we refer to the subconscious mind, or as Mike Mandel calls it, the unconscious mind. I think it's also the same thing that woo people refer to when they say tapping into source, yeah, tapping into our highest self, tapping into the yeah, it's like the part of us that knows the things we don't know we know, but it's also the part of something bigger than us that knows how to get us from where we are to where we want to be. And so I think when we're in that hypnotic brainwave state, we're accessing resources that we can't comprehend of consciously.

SPEAKER_04

I think you're absolutely right. You I think you're talking about before you're describing that nirvana experience, or how did you phrase it? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, so like an enlightening, an awakening of sort.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. I read a book a couple years before, it was kind of at the same time. I was going through this big, like just kind of like a shift in identity and beliefs when I started learning hypnosis. And part of that was I read a book called Um Dying to Be Me by Anita Morjani. And she talks about a near-death experience that she had that completely healed her body of terminal, I believe it was cancer or lymphoma. But when she talks about that after that near-death experience and the bliss of that experience, I felt like that was what I experienced in that core transformation moment and and many times since. But um, it's just like I don't know.

SPEAKER_04

I'm just over here enjoying the goosebumps, you know. Like yeah, and then I'm glad that she didn't take the title of my book. Like I'm I'm working on something right now, and that's not the title. So that's oh, I'm so intrigued.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it'll be it's called the Dow of the Laundry, is the title of the book. And the subtitle is What Dying Taught Me About Living.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, that is so cool. Have you had a near-death experience?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So that's like what you're describing, is it, you know? Like it's like you're nowhere and everywhere all at once. It's like you're attached to this source code, and it's like now I have goosebumps. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's fun. And then like Melissa Tears says she'll be at Hitman Thoughts Live and she'll like she does this like psycho, like, like almost like you're tripping, but you're not tripping. And so she'll demonstrate on me for whoever's there.

SPEAKER_01

So Oh, that is so cool. Have you have you trained with Melissa live before?

SPEAKER_04

No, she just was on the podcast. Yeah. And then we messed up.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my gosh, you're gonna love it.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

She's one of the best.

SPEAKER_04

She's a treasure. But let's talk about you. Um, well, first I'm curious. You said you read Tim Fairs. Have you got down to a four-hour work week yet? I'm still trying to get there.

SPEAKER_01

You know, honestly, I I'm not there, but the I love what I do so much. Yeah, I would it would break my heart to spend four hours on what I do.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, amen. I love that. I love how you say like the other dude, like he's like, oh, here we go again. Me, I get lit up. Like when a client changes, it's like I'm healing in the process. Like they're healing me. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. And I never feel like, oh, I have to wake up and work. It's like I I get up early a lot of times because I can't stay asleep because I'm so excited. So there I do have um, I probably work a whole lot less than most hypnotists, which we can talk about later, but I'm not down to a four-hour work week.

SPEAKER_04

And and you talk about this thing called work, and I think a lot of hypnotists, there's an aspect of work that they don't like, and that's the advertising and marketing. So, what how did you transition into that? I remember you speaking one time to a group and you're talking about how you were you just read books on marketing. So, what where are the insights that people can take away from you?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so when I first so, like I said, I started my hypnosis training in 2016. In 2017, I quit my job as a hairstylist to become a hypnotist.

SPEAKER_03

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

And I just like did a cold turkey because I knew I had been kind of trying to start a business on the back burner for a while, and I knew if I didn't like mama bird myself out of the nest and like force myself to do it, I wouldn't do it. It's I'm not recommending this to anyone.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, but there's something about not having a plan B. You're like, that's it. That's it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And I got to a point, you know, I I had been trained by the best hypnotists. I I don't think anyone really feels equipped until they actually start doing it. I used to have a podcast called Silence the Imposter Monster about that exact topic. But like I was well trained and I realized that's not enough. Like knowing how to change someone's life isn't going to actually get butts in seats.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And so I did I made a decision pretty early on. It's like I'm either gonna become homeless because I don't have any money, go back to doing hair, or figure out marketing. And so I made a commitment to learning marketing, spending as much time understanding marketing as hypnosis, and I was fascinated to discover they're pretty much the same thing. Yes, you understand one, you're a lot better at the other. And um when you do it ethically, you're serving people and changing their lives and helping them understand what you can do. So I don't know if that did I answer your question.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah. Do you have any favorite marketing books that that really like was like, ah, this is it?

SPEAKER_01

Gosh, I'm trying to think. Um, as weird as it sounds, the the marketing books that come to mind aren't necessarily marketing books, but the compound effect was a really profound book because it helped me know how to spend my time properly.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

The one thing, which I believe is by Gary Keller. I love that. That has been a life-changing book. Um a life-changing TED Talk is Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg. He also has a book, but I think the TED Talk is just as transformational.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And so most of the marketing stuff has really been me engaging in like different online trainings and just um really geeking out listening to tons of podcasts. I can't think of a specific, I'm sure there has been, but I can't think of a specific marketing book offhand.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, there's a lot of like cross-pollination. Like someone will quote Tim Fairs and then another person will quote Alex Ramosi, and then they'll go back and forth. And of course, you got Dale Carnegie and Halloween Friends and Influence People.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And then what's that one? Influence. Um, I never could say his name right now. Oh, Chaldini. I don't know about your name correctly. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that's cool. I I love that marketing. I like how you say that it's very similar to hypnosis and it's or sales as well. It really is. Like it's just understanding people.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, when you understand, so in hypnosis, in a nutshell, they talk about the meta pattern or what Mike Mandel teaches us ADAC, which is first you really associate someone into the pain. Like you you want to really understand why they're there, and so you talk to them about like what's hurting. And we create as we narrate, so as a person starts talking about the problem, they they associate into it. And then you dissociate them and then put them in the resource state. And so this is what marketing is it's like understanding how to really talk to a person about what sucks right now and how it's gonna transform their life once they've come through hypnosis. A lot of people, myself included, think that telling someone I'm gonna hypnotize you and I'm gonna use the blah blah blah protocol, it's gonna be amazing. Or I'm gonna teach you how to like do this thing, and people are like, but I just want to know how I'm gonna sleep at night. And so when you start to say, Okay, you know how you toss and turn at 3 a.m. and think, how am I gonna get up at seven? Yeah, I have a pro I have like come see me, and when we're done, you don't even have to tell them you're hypnotizing them, don't tell them what it is. It's like imagine what it's gonna be like to sleep like a baby all night long, or sleep better than a baby who doesn't necessarily sleep well.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I never got that either. Like, sleep like a baby, that's not a good metaphor. Anyone that's had a baby knows.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Now, for those that are listening, Lori was like casting a magic spell as she's talking about sleep like a baby. She's like waving her hands back and forth to her screen, and it's very cool to watch. You know, it's just it's something that we as hypnotists I think do. We get into that role, and then like my daughter's telling me, I was doing some street work, and I was like, You will forget your name.

SPEAKER_01

You're like grabbing it from her.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I love that marketing. Now, speaking of marketing, I see your ads, I see a lot of different hypnosis-based ads on Facebook. I wonder why, you know. Yeah, one of them is this guy, he's like dumping money on the table, and he's like, You've probably maybe seen this. I'm the best hypnotist in the world, you know. It's like, okay, this guy's an asshole. Next. And then you got other people, it's like they say the same thing. Like AI wrote their script. They're like, Do you want a nervous system reset? I can help you, you know, like all this. And then I see your ads, and you're like, you're like one of them. I think you're jumping out of a closet or something, you're like, hello. Yeah, the big smile is like, now this is a person I want to do business with.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, thank you.

SPEAKER_04

And and speaking of business, what do you got going on now? You got you're focused in on this new thing. Let's talk about that.

SPEAKER_01

So it's it's a new thing, but it's not a new thing. So yeah, when I first started training, when I when I I knew I didn't want to be a hairstylist anymore. And I loved being a hairstylist. I loved that hairstyling and connecting with people part of it, but I did not like having to be behind the chair to make money. So I the only way for me to make more money is to bring in more clients. And so I had already, this was actually in Tim Ferris's book, started asking myself, um, how can I make an excellent living without training time for money? And so that's that was in my mind as I started learning hypnosis. And as I'm learning hypnosis, I'm like, could this work in a group? And no, this is pre-COVID, several years pre-COVID, and I'm like, could like I started searching Skype. I don't know if you remember Skype.

SPEAKER_02

Oh man, Skype, yeah. Oh man.

SPEAKER_01

So people are like Skype, and I'm like, what else is there? And there's this new thing called Zoom. And so I started testing really early on. Can hypnosis work in a group? And I was afraid to charge people until I knew it would work. Yeah. So I ran a test with I believe there were about 40 people in the test. I didn't make them pay money, but I made them fill out an extensive intake form. I made them give me a handwriting sample. Thank you, Mike Mandel. Yeah, and take the Myers-Briggs personality test, mostly because I wanted them to be invested.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And I'm telling you, Ryan, it was an eight-week experiment. We did one group session a week, and at the end of eight weeks, the transformations that people had experienced were out of this world. It it like I I was sitting there, you know, in my little imposter syndrome self thinking, are you kidding me? Um, and so really since the beginning, I have I've done very few one-on-one sessions. I've I've done enough to feel pretty confident with it. But my I mostly do group hypnosis. I do, I've been doing a group hypnosis session every week since 2018. Did a a handful of that handful before that. But when I do the math, I've done about 500 group hypnosis sessions. And wow, I that's awesome. Yeah, it's I love it so much.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you can see the joy on your face and just the laughter, it just lights you up. And that's that's a pleasure to see when someone loves their job, what they do. So bravo.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you.

SPEAKER_04

And you mentioned a a book, I think, before about group sessions, like The Magic Eight or something.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yes, The Power of Eight, and that's by a woman named Lynn McTaggart. And I think I read it, I bet it's been three or four years ago. And when I someone told me about the book, and as I read through it, I was still kind of doing one-on-one sessions on the side. I didn't like I I enjoy them once I'm in them, but I don't like people telling me what to do with my time.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I don't like seeing things on the books. So um, as I read that book, she gives so much research-based evidence about what happens in that like that witnessing field that's created. And this is in person or online. And she's it's called the power of eight because they did the test with eight people, but it works with anything like anything more than two, or it may be probably even two or more. Um, and yeah, it's it was so compelling that I thought I'm never doing group, I'm never doing one-on-one sessions again. And I still do once in a while, but I yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Well, you the reason I laughed at two or more because before you were talking about in hypnosis, you thought, Am I going to go to hell? Like, were you raised Christian?

SPEAKER_01

That's why that's why I was nervous about saying two or more. I was raised very Christian.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, so you know about like where Jesus says where two or more gather together, there's something there. There's something Something there about the group. I don't know what it is. Like the story, real quick about my NDE. So while I was out, I was gone. It was like instant boom. I was in this place. And I felt this healing energy coming from India. I don't know. I just felt it coming from India, right? It felt like love and healing coming in. And then when they were shocked me back, you know, I was like, oh. And then later I found out my dad had started a prayer chain that was going around the world. And then there was this group in India that was congregated together to focus their intent towards me. And I felt that while I was out. Isn't that crazy?

SPEAKER_01

That I am like covered in goosebumps. Yeah, me too.

SPEAKER_04

So there's something about that group. And you mentioned with that book something about like a field. What did you call that? A field like where you witnessed.

SPEAKER_01

A witnessing field. Just a witnessing field.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And you mentioned before, no, like, trust. And I feel that that that group creates a container of safety almost. Like you can start trusting one another.

SPEAKER_03

Mm-hmm. Very much. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And then your group things, you're teaching hypnotists, right? How to do this type of group thing? Yeah. What's your phrase there? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Well, so every Tuesday, um, I I have a group session called Trancy Tuesdays. And um, it's been like I said, it started in 2018 and it's kind of morphed into this, but it's every single week, and everyone, there's there are two people who are not certified hypnotists. Yeah. And I they love to be there and I love to have them, but for the most part, it's it's hypnosis for hypnotists, and it's really just um fine-tuning how this all works. And it's so transformational that I now have a program called It's a Mouthful. Are you ready?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, we're ready.

SPEAKER_01

Complete group hypnosis success system, and it teaches Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I'm looking in my eyes, I'm trying to figure out okay, where's an acronym in there? Okay. There's not one.

SPEAKER_01

I call it the system for short. The system, okay. It's a little yeah. Um, but it teaches hypnotists how to generate transformation in a group setting. And it it's there's a lot of limiting beliefs around it because we think that we have to get the conscious mind involved and really understand the problem, and they need to talk about the problem and we need to give them specific suggestions. And my experience shows that when we get them into that nirvana state, we get them into that neutral place, yeah, and we run run them through the meta pattern or ADAC, as Mike Mandel teaches it. Transformation happens without without us having to get our conscious mind involved and without them having to get their conscious mind involved.

SPEAKER_04

So, how do you handle the group? I don't want to like spill your secret sauce because you need training.

SPEAKER_01

I'm an open book.

SPEAKER_04

How do you do you like tell the people that come into these groups like we're going to work on this, the ADX? So, like, are they going like depression or do they all have their own thing that they're working on and you work on as a group?

SPEAKER_01

That's a great question. So in Transy Tuesdays, we I have I do like a topical, like I ask the members what they want to talk about. So sometimes they might want to talk about procrastination or um it could be like seas, like when it's we're going into winter, it could be seasonal depression or different things like that. So we'll do a topical one, but I often do a protocol-based session where I say, okay, bring in like your thing. And I'll often have them write what the thing is in the chat just so they're getting clear about what they where they're looking for transformation. And then I'll guide them through a process that associates them in to that difficulty. And every single person on the call can be associated into a different experience. But there's words that you can use to guide them into deeper into that experience, whatever it is for them. Um, and then in my group, Hypnosis Success System Training, I teach people the importance. This is another freebie that's a doozy that a lot of people resist and will change your life when you accept it, is to get really clear about one specific person you want to serve and the transformation you want to guide them through. So um helping stay-home moms that are overwhelmed with their little kids, or helping helping smokers, or that one specific thing, and then they do group sessions on that specific um topic of transformation.

SPEAKER_04

I love that. And your specific thing is you're equipping hypnotists with tools. That's your specific person that you're aiming to help.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes. And this is you asked about marketing. It pretty much any marketer that's that's worth their salt is they all say the same thing. You need to get really clear about exactly who you serve, they call it a niche or niche and the your ideal client. And so it's hard for us as hypnotists to do this because we know we can help so many people. And I think a lot of hypnotists in my experience tend to be a pretty empathic, and we really want to help everyone. Right. And when people start to realize that by you can help everyone, but if you let the world know that you can help this one specific person, you will make such a bigger difference in the world because it's like you put this beacon up and now they know how to find you and where to find you, and they send all their friends because they recognize their friends when they that their friends are your client. And then you get a reputation and you can help all the other people as well. But trying to help everyone is a recipe for staying invisible.

SPEAKER_04

And what do you tell your hypnotists? Or like, I need to find how do I find my niche? How what do you tell them?

SPEAKER_01

So I actually have um trying to think if I should share this with you now that I'm saying it out loud, that because you you asked if I had anything to share. Um, I have this is a controversial, another controversial thing along with it.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, nice, nice.

SPEAKER_01

I have an um an AI cut custom chat GPT that called the Clarity Blueprint that helps a person get really clear about the one person, you know, like if you could only help one person, who would it be? And it walks them through a process. And I'll give you the link to share with your audience if you'd like.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, we'll put that in the description. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, yeah. That's that's where we start. That's like the very first baby step in my program.

SPEAKER_04

Cool. I I like that a lot. Yeah. Do you find that hypnotists usually when they find their niche, it looks almost like a mirror of themselves?

SPEAKER_01

Very often, very often. And that's actually a good a good thing because it when we have walked through it ourselves, we can be so much more congruent in helping others. And even if we haven't completely arrived, the the marketing advice is that you should always just like be a few steps ahead. Yeah. And I have learned so much more, Ryan, by like when I started Trancy Tuesdays, and it wasn't called that back then, but um I I had made friends with people at Hypnothoughts. I'm like, these are my people, these people are amazing. Yeah, and so that was all my friends on Facebook. They were all hypnotists. So when I started marketing Trancy Tuesdays and all hypnotists joined, I'm like, I'm screwed. All of these people, like all of them know more about hypnosis than Yeah, I could see where that'd be a little intimidating.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

But there is so much magic in beginning to guide people just to the very next step, the very next thing, just one little thing at a time. And it, I think the best way to internalize new learnings is to teach them to someone else.

SPEAKER_04

And what's the next step for you right now? What's your new learning? What's got you excited these days?

SPEAKER_01

Oh my gosh. So right now, I am actually eat, sleep, and breathing a John Overdurf training. Oh yeah, I'm gonna go see him. And Melissa Tears, I I think of her as a mentor, and she talks about John Overdurf training her. And so um, I am gonna go see him end of April for an eight-day training, and he sent us some advanced material, and I have just been binge listening. Like every time I'm doing anything where I can listen and do something at the same time. So that's my thing. And it's been a full circle moment because I was when I first started um group hypnosis, I was listening to a lot of Melissa Tears' trainings, and there were so many things that she taught that I thought, can't can this work in a group? I don't, I don't know if it can. Let's see. Like, what have I got to lose? Yeah. So I'm kind of back in that same place where I'm learning, relearning, and deepening the learning on a lot of those techniques. So it's it's a really exciting topic.

SPEAKER_04

I'm excited to see what you learn from John Overdorf and bring it to your Trancy Tuesdays. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

And I've I've already started bringing some of it. It's it's beautiful, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Now, can anyone join Trancy Tuesdays? Or how do they get in the secret club here?

SPEAKER_01

The timing of this is so interesting because I actually just closed Trancy Tuesdays to new people. And so I feel bad that I'm talking about on the podcast.

SPEAKER_04

Oh well.

SPEAKER_01

Um, we'll see where this goes because um the members have shared that the the most precious part of the session between all the learning, the hypnosis, and everything is the connection with one another.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And so I wanted to make sure that we keep that same level of connection inside the group. And I um I did a last call. It ended literally two days ago. Um, and so I will still bring people in, but they'll probably need to be referred by a current level, um a current member or reach out to me and and we can have a conversation, but it's not just open to anyone.

SPEAKER_04

And I've I'm hoping there's like a secret handshake or something, like a little like code words.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, like the sneaky z you open the little window. Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that'd be really cool. I like that idea.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, like I kind of like that idea too.

SPEAKER_04

Can we rewind a little bit? And are you comfortable talking about the church? You said like for any Christians, I because I used to be a pastor. Okay, yeah. And then so I get a lot of people that come to this podcast that identify as Christian.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

And then I'm wondering how can we tell them that hypnosis is of the devil? And the way I do it is kind of blasphemous. As you ponder that question, the way I do it is a little blasphemous. Because I say church is hypnosis. You go in, and especially the mega churches, which I love, I'm getting goosebumps thinking about it because it's so badass. The guy in the drum cage, doo doo, doo doo, doo, and the lights and the fog machine, and you got that gamma way state. You're talking about blending woo and science. So you got that gamma state going on, and then the preacher starts talking, and you're thinking, okay, where am I going to eat afterwards? Uh, what bills do I gotta pay? What's got what you know, and then so you're in that beta state, and then what do they do? Bow your heads and close your eyes. You go into the alpha state, and they lower their voice, and they're saying, Jesus is calling you, and it's a highly suggestible state, you know. So that's how I say. And then I say, Well, Jesus was the greatest hypnotist in the world, and then that's usually why I chase away some people.

SPEAKER_01

I love this. This is actually something I thought about a great deal. Um so I um I'm trying to think how deep to go here. So I have a lot of trauma.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I'm I have a lot of trauma around church stuff. Yeah. Um, when I was pre-critical faculty before the age of seven, my mom screamed in my face with her hand on my head saying, Satan, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus. And I thought, okay, God is omnipresent. This is what I was taught. God is on everywhere, but there's only one Satan, and he chose me to be inside of. And I'm like, like, I just felt like such an awful human. And that was kind of like the and so this will come full circle. But I I walked away actually learning hypnosis was my like hard closing the door on religion. I'm like, I am done.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And it's so interesting, Ryan, because as I have learned hypnosis, I'm like, oh my gosh, this is all the same thing. And learning like the things that I've learned with hypnosis have tapped me into what I used to try to accomplish. And I went to those charismatic churches where people were dancing in the aisles and all that. The thing that I was trying so desperately to tap into, the the God that I wanted to change, like all the things that I wanted to change so bad, I so bad wanted to do better. And with hypnosis, it's like I I feel like this connection with source.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And I don't think it's different than what the Christian church talks about. I think it's a lot more, it's different, but it's the same thing. And so when I talk about the power of eight, um, after I read that book, I thought, this is prayer. Like this is what true prayer is. And so I don't call it that, but I I'll tell you just between you and me.

SPEAKER_02

And whoever's listening and watching, yeah. Yeah. The millions of years. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

There are so many times I'll guide people at the beginning of Trancy Tuesdays through a protocol where we just connect with ourselves, with our breath, with light, and then we'll read names in the chat of everyone that like the first name of anyone who needs an like something extra. And there are so many times when I'm finishing that that experience where I I catch myself about to say, in Jesus' name, amen.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Because it feels like prayer, but it's just effective. Right.

SPEAKER_04

It's effective. Yeah, effective prayer. That was what's missing. You're right, from the church. That's why I left the church because it was like they boxed in God. I left the little church to get the big church.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And it's been a full circle moment for me because I'm not resentful or angry at religion anymore. Because of what I now understand through hypnosis. First of all, it has completely set my mind at ease that hypnosis is not of the devil. And second of all, it's helped me real helped me be more compassionate to the things that I was judgmental of and the people that judge me. And yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I I think you nailed it with that gratitude and the forgiveness, you have a sense of joy now. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And you talk about so you're sending light to these people on Trancy Tuesdays and you're sending like this healing energy. So what have you seen? Like, I w like have you seen stuff that looks like a miracle?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, a lot of it, you know, there are people who have who have been in deep depression. I think of one particular person who had lost a spouse and they just couldn't like week after week trying to trying to be okay. And I guided them through a I don't mean that to sound arrogant because I didn't guide them, I didn't fix them. I just want to I want to present myself as the facilitator.

SPEAKER_04

You're a conduit.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, there you go. Um to a place of no longer resisting that grief, no longer resisting like judging themselves for grieving or figuring out why they're grieving or um and just sitting with that. And I have a pro protocol called somatic intention setting that's like somatics and hypnosis blended together in the in a really super effective way.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And watching them in the space of just a few minutes move into a resource that they didn't realize they had. And then this is where the collapse that Mike Mandel teaches at the end of or the end of the meta pattern where it's like you help them then install that resources, resource into all the places where they've been experiencing grief so that they can move forward without without that. And so there have been lots of situations like that, but the one that is that is so quick to see is that grief.

SPEAKER_04

That's I love that you brought up grief because I remember in December, I think I did a little ad saying if you have anxiety or you're overwhelmed by the stress or anxiety, and then people will start sharing with me about grief. And I was like, that's interesting. I didn't I wasn't advertising it, but that's what's coming. And so how how does hypnosis I love how you bring in the the body, embody some of this stuff too? How does hypnosis help with grief? You kind of already touched on it.

SPEAKER_01

I just wondering so I have recently someone recently said a lot of times when people think about hypnosis, they think of it as like placing a band-aid over something. Like I'm gonna cover that grief up, or I'm gonna hypnotically suggest you out of it. And that it's it's like almost like toxic positivity type thing. And so what's so different about uh somatic hypnosis and probably any kind of hypnosis depending on who's facilitating, is that rather than turning away and resisting, like we've all heard the saying, what you resist persists.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And when we're trying so freaking hard to fix ourselves, we know that the word try has failure built into it. Yeah, it's like we actually stop trying to put a band-aid over it, we stop trying to make it go away, we stop trying, even if I'm bold enough to say, even stop trying to heal it and just witness it. And someone recently said to me that with that witnessing field is a withnessing field.

SPEAKER_03

Like I love it.

SPEAKER_01

Like just be with it and acknowledge it. Jill Bolte Taylor is a neuro neuroanatomist, neuro neuro something scientist who has who talks about something called the 90 second rule. And she has proven through science that it takes 90 seconds for an emotion to move through the body. And if a person has ever experienced grief for days, weeks, months, years, decades, what's happening is it's actually being recycled partly by our story, by our by our focus, and even by our resistance, like trying to keep it away, keeps it recycled, going over and over and over. And so what's amazing is when when I when people experience that stillness and that neutrality, that's what I mentioned earlier, that feels like nirvana, and just witness grief, witness addictive tendencies, witness anxiety, witness whatever it is, that part of them, that struggling from a place of neutrality. Literally, in that within 90 seconds, things start to shift without me giving them a suggestion. If I give them a suggestion, it actually makes it not work as well. Something metaphorical happens inside. They often can't find words, which is a really big indicator that it's an unconscious process rather than their conscious mind getting in the way. And it's just, yeah, there's something really valuable specifically for grief about just being with the grief and just telling yourself, Yeah, okay, this is where I am.

SPEAKER_04

I took so many notes just now. What the the 90 seconds, who's who what scientists like prove that scientifically?

SPEAKER_01

Jill Bolte Taylor, and I believe it's B-O-L-T-E-T-A-Y-L-O-R.

SPEAKER_04

See, like you're a dangerous friend because I already have so many more books on my to read pile now.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, that's what you get.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah. It's like you and James Tripp. Like you guys are like dangerous to hang around.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, James Tripp is amazing. He's another one I think that's done a lot of training with John Overdorf.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah, yeah. He quotes them a lot.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And it's that's cool. And then another little side thing, when you're talking about like just noticing it, like in a neutral thing, like grief. We'll say grief, no noticing it. I like, are you into like Ram Das at all?

SPEAKER_01

A little bit. I'm I'm slightly I haven't spent a ton of time.

SPEAKER_04

So he's talking about like the some this emotion, like just noticing it, like, oh, there's grief, you know? And then then I was talking to my fiance who lived in Turkey for a while, and they have it's weird their language. There's the word var in their language, they don't have a word that means to have. It doesn't exist. Var means to exist. So if you have a wife, you ask, you say, My wife exists.

SPEAKER_00

Whoa.

SPEAKER_04

Or or if you're asking someone, do your kids exist? And yes, my kids exist. Oh I I get in chills again. Cause then I'm thinking, well, you could play with that with emotions. Like, oh, grief exists. Grief bar.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Oh, I love that.

SPEAKER_04

And then it and then I'm rewinding even more. You're talking about wounds, like grief is a wound, and you band-aid that whole metaphor. And then I'm thinking about the hypnosis, how it works on actual physical wounds too. You see the studies of like wounds heal faster through it. I don't know what's going on there. Do you? Like, how's that work?

SPEAKER_01

You know, I think so much of what we experience physically is a metaphor for something that's that our unconscious or subconscious doesn't understand that it's okay to work out. And the same mechanism that controls addictions or grief or those things, a lot of times controls. The different bodily functions. You know, this is why hypnosis is so effective for pain. I've heard of people like burning themselves and the burns disappearing. Yeah. I've never seen something like that myself, but yeah, just incredible physical stuff. And I suspect, I don't have any science to back this up, but I suspect it's kind of just all the same thing.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

The things that we see as hypnotists that look like miracles to anyone on the outside and truly are, those are all available inside physical, physical, the physical realm as well.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Like, do you believe in manifestation?

SPEAKER_01

Like, do you think it's a great timing with these questions? So that word manifestation kind of um sticks in my mouth. Like the the word has a lot of connotations that um are like law of attraction, those kinds of things. Those words don't super resonate meat with me, but I just this last weekend went and visited, um went to a workshop with Abraham Hicks.

SPEAKER_02

Oh.

SPEAKER_01

And I actually was on a cruise with them um a few back in July. Yeah. Because I, in the same way I used to geek out and listen to Mike Mandel's um Brain Software podcast, I listened to for probably about a year and a half when I was going through something really difficult was binge listening to Abraham Hicks talks. And at first I'm like, anyone who doesn't know Abraham Hicks is not gonna know what I'm about to say, but this this lady is crazy.

SPEAKER_04

Doesn't she like channel someone or something?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so it's a woman named Esther Hicks who channels an entity called Abraham, yeah. And so what I think, and she actually will say the same thing. I might refer to Abraham as she, and I might refer as they, they refer to themselves as they. What in my observation, because I'm always trying to look for that woo-meat science, she goes into a trance, and she even talked about this at the most recent thing. She's like, someone hugged me, hugged Esther the other day, and she popped her right out of trance. And I'm and I'm like, She isn't a trance. So you get in that alpha brainwave state. Yeah. And you're connected to whatever it is that's bigger than you. And some people might like to think of that as their unconscious mind or their highest self. Some people might think of that as God, as spirit, as source. But she has said many times, like, anyone can do this. This is just me going in and connecting with what's available to all of us. So it's weird, but I, you know, even in this last one, she talked so much about feeling fine. She's like, all you need to do is just feel fine. And that's exactly what like my somatic intention setting. It brings people into a neutral space. To me, that probably I'm I mean, I can't possibly know, but I'm expect suspect that what you experienced in your near-death experience, what it's like just this this is-ness.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. This yeah, yeah, this isness, yeah. The I am, you know, like yes, yes. So okay. So what have you manifested then? So you went on this cruise with Abraham, like I'm sure you've manifested like something more than like a Mai Thai cut, right?

SPEAKER_01

Like Yeah. You know, it's interesting. I have a card, um a box of three by five cards where when I first was starting this career, I would like jot down little interesting things, like things that Brian Tracy says or Dale Carnegie says, or different people. Um and it's like gosh, I I don't even know how to answer this question. It's so much. Um, I've I've found that um card deck the other day, and I've just been pulling them out and looking at them, and I'm like, that's not a thing anymore. That's not like I have this. I have this. I've internalized this. This is just who I am now.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And so, above things, like I I definitely am not in a place where I am a struggling um hypnotist who's gonna be homeless at any moment. I I do okay for myself financially, yeah, um, which I'm very grateful for. And but but aside from all of that, it's really so much deeper. It's it's this idea that I can experience peace. Is it okay if I get a little bit deep for a minute?

SPEAKER_04

Please, yeah. And for those listening, she's holding her hands over her heart. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

This is an anchor for me since the beginning, since I first started doing groups. I have people bring their hand to their heart. So this is such an anchor to peace for me. I have had three brain surgeries. I have um pretty some pretty intense neurological issues that can be very, very scary. And there are times when I when I think, am I losing my mind? Am I gonna be okay? Am I gonna be a burden on my kids someday? And like talk about a good reason to be depressed.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You know, depressed Lori would have just You could get fixated on that. Yeah, or it's one reason I love my business so much because this gives me it's like, yeah, maybe, maybe it's all gonna go away, but I have this moment. And you guys, this moment is all that matters. And so when I look at what hypnosis, what I've manifested or what I've learned through hypnosis, um, it's this idea that I can always come back to right now. Like there is so much peace in this present moment. And I have this idea. I've I've heard it said that when a person wins the lottery or when a person becomes a paraplegic where they're paralyzed, I think it's from the neck down. I don't know which one is para quadro. Yeah, I mean paralyzed from the neck down, the same phenomenon happens where within about a year, however they were before as a person is how they're gonna be again. So if a person was depressed and they win the lottery, they're probably gonna be depressed again. When a person, I know a woman who was in a car accident and um paralyzed from the neck down, and she when she came into the salon, she was a a client at the beauty at the hair salon, when she came into the salon, the whole energy shifted. She was one of the most positive people, and she said, I believe that I felt this urge to trade places with my boyfriend before we got in the car, and I believe it happened because he wouldn't have been okay afterwards, but I am, and so even though she moves through the salon by doing something with her mouth to make her wheelchair move, and she's completely paralyzed from the neck down, and so the reason here's what I believe that I have an M. This is my biggest mana mission to manifest is okayness, neutrality, like just to get it in my bones that like no matter what happens, because I I imagine that even if I do cancel that suggestion, even if I do lose my mental faculties, that I will that I'm training my body, I'm training my nervous system, I'm training my neurology, I'm training my spirit for stillness.

SPEAKER_04

That is perfect. Yeah. Yeah. So how are you doing that? What's what's your what's your course right now? How are you practicing stillness?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So I I do this through a technique that I call somatic intention setting. And it might be useful if I maybe just do a quick demo.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so usually this is about a 10-minute thing, but the the money piece of it is 90 seconds. It takes 90 seconds to get into that place. So will you will you play along with me, Ryan? Absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

This is fun. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So, and anyone who's listening, you can do this with us. So, Ryan, what I what I'd like you to do is start by just like holding your hand up in front of your face at about eye level. That's perfect. And then just focus intently and intensely on one spot on that hand, perhaps one line. And just notice that spot on that hand. And as you notice that spot, I invite you just to begin to notice the exhale and relax down into the space. So you're just focusing on that spot. You're exhaling down into the space of this moment. Notice the way you're being supported by the surface beneath you. Notice the way you're being supported by this moment. For those of you playing along, notice the way you're being supported by everyone who has ever listened to or ever will listen to this podcast. And now I invite you, as you focus on that spot, to just begin to become aware of all the space around that hand. And to begin to notice the inhale and just inhale space. Space. Noticing the space to either side of the room. The space above that hand. The space below. And now I'm going to invite you just to lower that hand really comfortably down into your lap. But continue to focus as if you were focusing on that hand. And just once more exhale. And notice how it feels to relax your jaw so that your teeth are slightly separated. Relax your tongue and your mouth. And just think to yourself I am. And as you notice the support of this present moment, I'm gonna ask you to do something a little weird, and that is to think about that problem that's been bothering you. Just whatever one comes to mind, you can do this anytime, so just go with the first one. And I invite you to let yourself really feel it for a moment while you're here in the support of this moment. And then I'm gonna invite you to scan from the top of your head down to the soles of your feet. And if you're faking it or making it up, it works just as well as I explained earlier. And just notice where in your body you feel that problem the most. Again, it's okay to guess. And as you notice that one spot in the body, just pretend it was a color. If it was a color, what color might it be? First thing that comes to mind, if it was a shape, notice just notice what shape it is, how much space it's taking up. Does it have defined edges or kind of fuzzy and foggy? I wonder if it's moving in any way. It doesn't have to be, but just notice its movement. With all your focus, you're focusing on this spot in the same way you were focusing on that hand earlier. And notice if it's making any kind of a sound. And now I'm going to invite you to breathe in space. And actually invite this thing to get as big as it wants to be. You're like, this is you are here. Welcome. You might even imagine that you could shrink down to the same size and reach out and put your hand on it and say, Oh, there you are. I see you. And I want you just to notice the color, size, shape, movement, sound if there is one. Because this gets you out of story and gets you into the resourceful unconscious. So you're just breathing into space. Exhaling into support. Breathing into space. Exhaling into support. And I just invite you to just notice what's happening with that space in the body now. Notice the color. Notice the size, the shape. How is it moving now? Is it making any kind of a sound? My friend, you have just experienced a tapping into of resources for that problem you were having. That is more profound than anything your conscious mind could give you. And so I'm just going to invite your unconscious to embed this wisdom, this insight, this beyond words feeling that you are experiencing right now into all the places where you need it the most, where it makes the most difference, where it brings the most transformation. That's right. And I invite you to consciously think of one place where you're going to experience this stillness. Perhaps in the coming day. Just one time. I want you to imagine yourself doing that and add in these words. I am. And I give you permission to use those words as an anchor to this moment. So that anytime you say I am, and just exhale into support, inhale space. I am. And I am going to count from one to five. And when I say the number five, you can open your eyes to the new reality, to this reality of I am, that this resource is always here with you. Because one can always come back to this moment, feeling three kabillion times more resource than before, with eyes open on five. Thanks for playing along with me.

SPEAKER_04

That is such a joy. I love that so much. I love your like your fun. You like have fun with it. And what stood out a lot to me too is well, love, you put a lot of love into it. Like when you're talking cooking, I don't know if you cook, like if you love to cook, but that's like a secret ingredient. And I feel like you figured out that secret ingredient to make hypnosis work. That love word, you know? And I really appreciate how you're describing, you know, you see that shape and that color, and you're saying how that removes the story of whatever created that, the story's now gone, and now you're redoing the story. So that's so cool.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, thank you. I really think that's the key. Um, and it feels so counterintuitive. Like we really want to figure this out. Um, but when we just go into that neutral space, there are times when I might be stressing out about a family situation or stressing out about something in my life. And it's often at when I'm going to bed at nine because I'm like quiet. Yeah. And I used to think, okay, how am I going to solve this? And I'd worry about stress. And when I yeah, now that I started just like exhaling into the bed, yeah, inhaling space, and loose the the jaw thing is a big thing. This is something John Overdurf teaches. When you when you relax the jaw down, it turns off internal chatter.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, interesting.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So it's a it's, you know, you you stop trying to solve it consciously because if that worked, we would have done it by now. And you go into the resourceful part of you that knows how to solve it.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I'm going to be a mouse breather now. I'm going to walk around like a caveman with my mouth just wide open. Uh I'm glad you said that.

SPEAKER_01

So I actually I just also just reread the book Breath by James Nestor. Oh, that's a great book.

SPEAKER_04

Nose breathing. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And he talks about the importance of nose breathing. So when you relax the jaw, I'm glad you said this, because when you relax the jaw, you can actually keep your lips together, but unhinge the jaw just so that your teeth aren't touching and kind of just relax a tongue in the mouth, and you can still keep the mouth closed, which I recommend unless you're speaking.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah. And I think you you're talking about the I am. I think you figured it out. Another before we were talking about someone that channels someone, I've been watching this guy who channels an alien, and the alien's name is Bashar.

SPEAKER_01

I've heard this guy mentioned many times lately. Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, it's so wild. It's so wild. You're like, huh, you know, like weird. And he's like, this is your mantra. Just I am, and that's okay. Or whatever, something like that.

SPEAKER_01

I'm gonna have to look him up and up for whatever reason.

SPEAKER_04

So weird and trippy. He says like the aliens went over to like Nevada and scrambled the nuclear code, so it's impossible for us to have nuclear war.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, that that would make me really happy if that's true.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's I think that's why people love him.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you so much for that little like hypnotic gift. I hope it I know it will bless a lot of people listening and watching.

SPEAKER_03

Thank you.

SPEAKER_04

And thank you so much for being here. It's been an absolute honor and a pleasure. I've had a lot of joy in talking with you.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you for for having me and thank you for creating this space because as soon as I got on this call with you, I could feel the the there's a great deal of joy with you as well, and just playfulness and is-ness. So thank you for creating this space and thank you for having me. This has been an absolute blast.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And before we let you go, is there anything in this moment that bubbles up that you want to let the whole world know?

SPEAKER_01

It is all about neutrality, it is all about the is-ness of this present moment. That is that is all right here.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Thank you again. And we'll include all your links and everything in the description so that people can get in touch with you and be blessed by learning from you.

SPEAKER_01

Wonderful. Thank you, Ryan.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you.
