Deborah’s Arising: Breaking the Muzzle of Religion

In this special episode of The Morning Charge, Joshua is joined by his wife Brandy for a powerful conversation that started with one question:

Can women be used by God from the pulpit?

What followed was not a debate, but a passionate exploration of scripture, testimony, and the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Brandy shares her journey from addiction and trauma to freedom through Jesus Christ and explains how God began calling her into a deeper walk with Him. Together, Joshua and Brandy discuss biblical examples of women used by God including Deborah, Priscilla, Phoebe, and Junia, and challenge the religious mindset that has often silenced women in the church.

But the conversation goes even deeper.

They talk about deliverance, prayer and fasting, spiritual warfare, forgiveness, breaking religious mindsets, and why believers must return to intimacy with God instead of relying on traditions or secondhand theology.

Welcome to a very special episode of The Morning Charge. Every once in a while, a conversation comes up that deserves a little more time, a little more honesty, and a deeper look into the Word of God. Recently, during a live discussion, someone raised a question that has been debated in churches for generations. Can women be used by God from the pulpit? Well, instead of brushing it aside, we decided to lean into that conversation. In this episode, my wife Brandy joins me as we open up the scriptures. We talk through this topic together and explore what the Bible actually says. Not from a place of argument, but from a place of seeking the truth. Our goal here isn't to win a debate, it's to pursue understanding, honor the word of God, and have a real conversation about how God uses people. Now, I don't want to say anything that uh I don't have the Bible and scripture in front of me right now, but I just have to say God is calling women to arise in this season, that you need to take the muzzle off of your mouth and stop letting the spirit of religion take you out right now in the mighty name of Jesus. I call every woman in this room right now to rise up in the name of Jesus. God is calling the women to the forefront. You need to stop listening to the devil say you're not worthy enough, you're not wise enough, you can't do that because a man said you can't sit and you can't do this. Let me tell you something. There were many prophets, there were many pastors. God said, I give gifts, I diverse gifts to each person. He didn't say I diverse these gifts to men, I diverse these gifts to so and so. No, he said, I give each person a gift. So he never said I can't give a woman the gift of a pastor. If, and I'm just gonna say this and I'm gonna try to be as nice as I can about it. There's gonna be many people not agree with us, and I don't care because let me tell you, when I first got saved, I got saved under the power of God. I wasn't in religion, I didn't know religion, I didn't know the Baptist and the Pentecostal and the and all this. I didn't know that. God set me free and delivered me from drugs, okay? When I got saved, it was just by the power of the Holy Spirit. And many people came to me and they said, Women can't preach, women can't be in a pulpit, women can't do this. And I said, Lord, I got on my face for weeks and I said, Lord, I need you to speak to me. I need you to tell me because I am not listening to the voices in my ear right now. I'm listening to the Holy Spirit. So if you think women cannot minister the gospel to people, I want to tell you right now to get on your face before the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and seek his spirit and tell him to give you every scripture, to tell him, tell him to show you what it means. I am on fire right now, y'all. I'm telling you, because I'm telling you the enemy has tried to take these women out, and God is done with it. He is done with the women being muzzled in the church. He's done with the the apostles and the prophets and the preachers and the teachers being muzzled, y'all.

The fire of God is on my on me right now. We've got to rise up in this season. No Jew nor Gentile. We're not separated anymore. We are we are one in Christ. I see these comments on uh, you know, all on Facebook about women pastors and women this. God gave gifts. It's all in the book of Corinthians about the gifts that he gave. He never said, No, a women, I'm taking that the pastor gift, and you can't have that one. No, pastors, teachers, evangelists, prophets, apostles, and all even intercessory gifts, and and even talented gifts that you're talented in. All those gifts. But he never said a woman couldn't be in the office of a prophet or an office of a pastor.

If you go through and you look at and study all the women in the Bible, and I'm doing Deborah right now, how how how Barack would not go without her. He said, No, I need you to come with me. I need you to speak. She was the she was the judge, a major judge in the city. I just want I I like I said, I don't have a bunch of scripture in front of me right now, but what I did was I said, Holy Spirit, remove every lying spirit in my ear right now in the name of Jesus. Remove every lying spirit that says women cannot speak, cannot prophesy, cannot preach in the church.

Well, we're going through Deborah. If if if God can use Deborah to govern an entire nation, He can use women to preach a sermon.

And you're y'all get the people get their whole mindset caught up on church. My goodness, the church was in the houses back in the day. And you're reading that through the book of Acts.

But I just want to encourage you, get before the Lord. Stop listening to the lying ears, seek the Holy Spirit, stop searching this stuff out on Facebook and on you know on Google. Get before the Spirit of God. He's getting his people back into this place of seeking his face. Because when people told me, no, God don't speak like that. God only speaks to the word. No, God speaks to the Bible, prayers, circumstances, the church through people, through signs, miracles, wonders. God speaks in so many ways, but yet we've got our minds so narrow-minded because people have spoken into our spirit and we've believed these lies from the enemy.

So maybe you don't agree with what we're saying in this chat. Maybe you don't agree that women are to preach the gospel or stand in a pulpit. But I tell you right now, if you get before the Holy Spirit and you take a week or two like I did, and say, Holy Spirit, show me. I need you to show me. Remove, erase every lie that's been put into my mind and show me God, because I need you to show me, because I know God has called me to a higher place. I know God has called me to speak and to prophesy. And if I believe the lies of the enemy, how am I going to do that? I'm going to allow people to muzzle me. God wants the women to arise in this season and stop being muzzled by the spirit of religion. And I'm telling you, the Lord has showed me in this season that I am to come up against the religious system. And I will come up against the religious system. And if you think you don't got it, please get before the Lord and say, Lord, rid me of this, because I'm telling you, we all, if you've been in any type of church setting, you've got it. And you need to ask the Lord in this season to rid you of that religious spirit.

And I know, I know when I get I get loud and I'm telling you the spirit's on me. I'm shaking so much right now because I am pleading, God, for the women to arise in this season, for the women to come forth in this season, to speak the truth of God, to seek his face, to not worry about what other people say, but get in his spirit and seek what the Holy Spirit says. He said, I am your teacher. I've sent the Holy Spirit to teach you. Not the world, not the people on Facebook, not the people on Google, but the Holy Spirit to teach us.

That's right. Yeah, Amanda said we use the word for every prophetic word to filter. You filter everything through this word. That's how you know who's false. It didn't filter so well. Means it wasn't filtered through here. Male or female? A hundred percent. Deborah, Brandon asked who Deborah was. Deborah was she was a prophetess. All right, she served as a judge over Israel. All right. She even gave military instructions. Like she instructed the military on where to go and what to do over in Barack. And Israel followed her leadership. Israel followed her spiritual leadership. Judges 4, 4 through 5. She held court and Israel came to her for judgment. She was, I mean, she was the top-tier person. That is having spiritual authority in the nation. Amen. She's fired up, y'all. She's ready to go. I mean, and but you have women all throughout the I had to pull up my notes because I know I've talked about this before. I mean, look, we haven't even got there yet. What about Priscilla? On on 18. I mean, we're getting close to getting there. You know what I'm saying? We're getting close. I mean, uh I mean, Priscilla and Aquila explained what? They were talking to Apollos, right? They corrected him. They explained to him the way of God more accurately. So they uh oh. Oh, these are women sat a man down and explained to explained to him, and Apollos was a powerful teacher. Or a powerful preacher, rather. Anyway, there's a lot. There's Phoebe. Alright, Phoebe was a deacon in the church, by the way. Junia. Talk about Junia. Junia says in in Romans 16 and 7, Paul says that Junior was outstanding among the apostles.

You know, I don't, I, I, I, I barely get up on these lives, but I'm telling you, when something stirs in my spirit, I just gotta say it. And like I don't mean to shout and be loud, but that's the way God created me. And I am done with the religious system telling me not to operate the way that the Lord created me. I try to say it in love and all this sweet, sweet, you know, oh no, women can do this, women can. No, that's not who I am. God created me to have a shout in my voice, to have a praise in my dance. And I'm telling you guys, the religious system is coming down in this season. God is tearing the walls of the religious system, and he's raising up people that will come against it and say, no, not in my city, not in my town. And I'm telling you, yes, being at the feet of Jesus is where we've been since God called us out of some places. And I'm telling you, we've been seeking his face and at his will. And every single day we get off, when he gets off this live, we're at the feet of Jesus. Lord, speak to me. Lord, tear down every wall inside of me. Tear down the spirit of religion, tear down everything that's not in alignment with your will, God. We're praying for cities everywhere God calls us to. God said, these things only come out by fasting and praying. We're fasting and we're praying for every city to for the religious system to be torn down. The last few weeks, God has taken us to places and it's a different, it's the spirit of religion, but it's operating differently in every city. And we're coming against it. God is bringing it down in this season, and this is why you're going through the book of Acts. The old mindsets cannot go where God has taken us. We have to be filled with the new wine of the Spirit. And the only way you're going to be filled with the new wine of God is to rid yourself of the old wine. It cannot be f you cannot fill your body with the new wine if you're not rid of the old.

And Cindy Lynn, I will agree with that. There has there has been a time. She said women are speaking too because men are they're not acting like the head of their households anymore. I mean, that the men have not a arise and that's a different time over here in the house. You know what I'm saying? There's a lot of men that have fallen asleep. Praise God for the women that stood up. Just saying. Praise God for the women who stood up in that in that place. But I want to point something else out to Priscilla and Aquila, right? Or Priscilla, as you'll see it in some of the scriptures. Romans 16. Paul says this give my love to Priscah or Priscilla and Aquila, my partners in ministry. My partners in ministry, serving the anointed one, Jesus, for they have risked their own lives to save mine. I'm so thankful for them, and not just I, but all the congregations among the non-Jewish people respect them for their ministry. All of the congregations respect them for their ministry. And it and and let's not forget verse 5. Also give my loving greetings to all the believers in their house church. In their house church. Two ladies. Priscilla and Aquila with a house church. Paul is affirming them as the ministers of that house. I mean, do we want to debate anymore now? I mean, there you go. That's a that's a strong example. Yeah. Hello. I mean, there you go. So that that's the word. This is the word of God. And that's what we have just filtered this through today.

Yeah, I'm just going to say because we believe all of these things around us and we don't get on our face and we don't seek the Holy Spirit. We don't ask Him to teach us and show us in the Word what it really means. When somebody brings, you know, something that's brings something to us, we just automatically believe it instead of asking the Holy Spirit. Some people don't believe in deliverance. They believe Christians can't have demons.

But we see minister after minister getting delivered from demons, the people who led worship, led worship, people who preached, they didn't know they could have demons. They say Christian can't have demons. That's a lie from the pit of hell. Because the enemy don't, or God don't, or the enemy doesn't want you free. Oh yeah. Because he knows if you get free, God, you're gonna have power in the name of Jesus.

I mean, I got a whole all things that that the Lord has given me that that that brings confirmation to the religious system. But God is tearing it down. I'm telling you guys, like we've got to get on our faces before the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. We got so many people asking this or asking that or doing this, and well, I believe that and I believe this. What does the Spirit of God say? Stop taking one scripture out of context and believing the lie.

Yes. Amanda said, I've had two deliverance sessions. She said, I'm Holy Spirit filled, speaking in tongues, and had demons.

I I I mean, I had been saved. I've been through inner healing. And when I went through my first deliverance session, the fire was coming out of my hands of a sa uh an A S uh spirit that was attached to me when I got R-A-P-E-D. Okay? So you you you can you Christians can have demons. We we've got to break free from these lies and get freedom in our spirit so God can use us.

Yep. And that's it. The more you know, the better you do.

And and what it is is we get in our mind, well, that can't be of God. You know, people like, well, I don't believe that gold dust. I don't believe that oil coming out of somebody's hands. How can you judge what's somebody else's, the consecration they have in their life when God begins to pour the supernatural out in their lives and on them? We judge we automatically judge it. And I'm just saying this because I've been there. When when somebody has consecrated their lives and they have this deep revelation of God, we begin to judge it and say, that's not God. That gold dust, that didn't come from God. That oil on his hands, that didn't come from God. Instead of saying, Whoa, Lord, how can I get that? Lord, you said signs, miracles, and wonders. You said I could be delivered. All of this is scripture. How can I get that? Instead, we judge it and we criticize it. We're out here judging and criticizing the church and the people. And God really wants us to be free.

Yeah. You just said it. God wants us to be free, free of these old mindsets. And a lot of that is just, is just a lot of that is just this thing that's just been ingrained in a lot of the Western world church's mindset to where we didn't go look things up for ourselves, and we just allowed. We took all that in there for truth. You know, there's lots of sayings and things that we say, and it ain't even in here.

They just and we have too. There we're you're not the only one. We have too. And every single day for the past couple of weeks, we've been saying, Lord, rid me of this. Rid me. I uh take it all away. If it does not align with your word, if there's any teaching that I've listened to, if there's any anything that I have gained in my knowledge that is not of you, strip it away. Cleanse it, God. Make my memory not even memorize, memorize it anymore. I don't want to be doing anything outside of your real. You know, I've had people say, well, God doesn't do deliverance that way, or God doesn't do deliverance like this. I, you know what, Lord, if that's not how you do it, take it away because I want to be led by the Spirit. When you're ready to set somebody free, I want to be so cleansed in my mind and my spirit that when the Holy Spirit says, that demon needs to go, that spirit needs to go, and I'm able to help somebody get free. Lord, teach me the way that you do deliverance. Lord, teach me the way that you do inner healing. No, but we're we're just asking all these questions out here to try to get information and we fill our mind with all this information that's half of it's not even godly because we didn't get at his feet and seek his presence.

Well, the Lord is just bringing us forth, he's bringing the women forth. So I just want to pray over the women right now. I Lord, I just come to you in the name of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit. And I thank you for every woman in this room. Man, we thank you for you too. But I'm specifically praying for the women because the women need to arise in this season. Lord, I thank you for every woman, God. I command right now that every muzzle that has been put on their mouth be stripped away in the name of Jesus. We bind and break every spirit that has been put on their mouth to be released in the name of Jesus. God, I speak to their spirit man, and I command it to rise up in the name of Jesus. God, I pray, Lord, that they would get on their faces before you and seek your face, God, and they would find every wicked way in them and they that you would lead them into the way everlasting. God, I thank you that no weapon formed against them will prosper. I thank you that they're fearfully and wonderfully made, God. I pray right now, God, that their spirit man would rise up, that something would leap in them, just like Mary to the Elizabeth when she got close, Lord, something began to leap in Elizabeth, God. Lord, I just pray that you would use me, God, as I get close, God, that something would leap in your women, God, and you would call it forth in the name of Jesus, God, because you want to use them just like you want to use the men. I strip away every lie in the name of Jesus. It says women cannot preach, that women cannot share the gospel, that they cannot do this or that. I strip it away. I call forth the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the teachers, the pastors. I call it forth in the name of Jesus.

I say that you will arise in this season. And as Josh told me the other day, you know, I knew I've known my gift for a long time. But but because somebody told me, no, somebody has to commission you into that gift. Somebody has to say, Oh, that's your gift. No, God has to say, that's your gift. Well, and I've been again to ask these questions, Lord, if is this my gift? How do I find out if this is my gift? God give Josh a vision. And he said, I saw you with a microphone and you were like Deborah, and I heard the Lord say, Deborah's arise. Okay, I'm like, well, okay, but I don't know Deborah's story. I don't know what she was like. Well, she was a prophetess. And then I go to a church and a man taps me on the back and says, You're a Deborah. God is telling me I don't have to hear it through people, but because I already know, God is releasing people to give me the confirmation.

We go somewhere this weekend and we go to the conference that we went to, and I'm praying. We're just worshiping God, and we're in the spirit, and we just had no agenda, and we begin to worship God, and the Spirit of God fell in the place. And every apostle and prophet in that room began to pray and prophesy and declare and decree, and God just began to move, even on the children. And when I got done praying, something just rose up in me to pray. I don't even know what all I was praying for. America and all this stuff. And and the girl looked at me and she said, You're a Deborah. And I said, Okay, God, I don't know what this looks like, but I'm willing to search it out. I'm willing to study it. Many of you have gifts, many of you know your calling, but because you've listened to the lie of the enemy, you've suppressed what God has called you to. You don't even know how to get what God wants you to get because you've suppressed it so much because you've believed the lie, and God just wants to strip that away from us. He wants to strip that away so that we can be used by God. I've been in this place where it's like, Lord, you know, you know, I'm with these people, and it's almost like now I believe people are gonna say I'm too much. Why? Because I'm breaking free from that religious spirit and I am fully going after God for everything that He has for me. Strip everything away that I'm not supposed to be doing, strip every lie away that I have believed over myself and over my family. You're gonna be too much for people, especially if you're in the office of a prophet or an apostle, heck, even an evangelist, even a preacher if you're in the office of it. You're going to be too much for people, and you have to be okay with that.

If there was an opposition, I'd be really alarmed.

And that's one thing the Lord is showing me because we've been in a place where there's been no opposition. Jesus was opposed by the people, the religious system came against him, the Pharisees came against him. Why in the world do we think it's not gonna happen to us? Now, I believe in love and loving people and having the love of God, but he has given us power with authority to trample over the serpents that try to come into our lives. And yes, we need to see beyond the person and declare the spirit and take authority over the spirit. But we've got in our minds, well, I have to do it that way and I have to preach it that way. And I can't be loud because I may be too much for somebody. I'm done with that. And you women in this room need to be done with that too because God has placed you here in our lives for a purpose and a plan to spark a fire in your life for your city, for the nations, to birth it. So I would just encourage you. I mean, the mentoring class I'm in, we have we have challenges every week. And this week is to pray an hour, which we've been doing that anyway. But last week was to pray in the spirit. If you don't have the holy, the the gift is of tongues, and and and and and some of you are gonna come against this too, but I'm telling you, it builds you up in your most holy faith. When you speak into when you pray in tongues, it's different than having the gift of tongues. But when you begin to pray, God begins to build you up. And guess what He's doing? He is praying through you. When you don't know how to pray, the Lord said groanings begin to come from you. And yes, this is going to come again. This is the this is something else that is really people are like, you talk about speaking in tongues. Oh God, oh God. You know why? Because something happens. People have done research. When people begin to pray in tongues, their mind isn't even thinking anymore. Like it goes beyond that. The last week was to pray in the spirit. If you've been doing it for five minutes, do it for 10. If you've been doing it for 10, do it for 20. I'm telling you, something is stirring up inside of us. We begin, God begins to pray through us that we don't even know what we're praying. And sometimes you may even know what God is saying through you because I do, because in the intercessory person in me begins to rise up as yesterday. God was calling forth the Jehus, men, He's calling forth the Jehu's who come against the Ahab and Jezebel. He was He was praying through me about intercessors rising to stand in the gap for the people. We've laid our assignments down. He's calling us to rise up, not just women, but as men as well. You have a gift, you have something that God needs to use, and He needs it for the kingdom. So I want to encourage you. If you don't have, you know, the praying in the tongues, ask the Holy Spirit for it. He'll give it to you. And begin to do that. Pray in the spirit. Get on your face before the Lord. We've got to get back to our first love. Have him pray through you. Do it for five minutes if you if you've never done it. Do it for five minutes for a week. Do it for ten minutes. And I'm telling you, the more you do it, my son said the other day, he said, Mom, I know you can pray for an hour. You darn right I can. Because the spirit is praying through me. And I'm teaching my kids. We've been pushing the kids away for say, Oh, no, you got to go over there. No, every time that we've had somebody say, Oh, you want to meet or you want to go out to dinner? And I'll say, Let me try to find a baby. So, you know what the Lord says to me? No, this is a family affair.

I can sit here and talk forever. I'm in the spirit. I'm telling you that the Lord and I'm sorry, but I am done with the religious system. It is a demonic spirit that is trying to take people out. And we've got to stand up. We've got to rise up and we've got to say no more. And the only way we're going to be able to do that is to get on the face before the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and seek him every single day. You want to know why you're being attacked? Because you're not on the face before the kings, covering yourself. Your husbands aren't covering their families. I'm thankful that Josh wakes up and he covers our family. He prays for our family. And then we begin to do it as a family. Covering, anointing. Use the anointing oil. Use it every day if you have to. Put it on yourself. Do communion.

Yes. And the reason I say that is because, you know, yesterday we we were able to pray with the Apostle Kelly through Messenger. They have intercessory prayer on is today Wednesday on Tuesdays at 10:30. And we get on Messenger and everybody dials in. And the Lord had already said one of our girls came home and they began to have a fever. And the Lord said, Do communion. So I didn't do it because I don't have any juice, but he said, Well, all right, everybody get your communion stuff ready. We're going to do communion. I said, Well, we're just going to have milk. If that's all you got, use it. It is symbolic, it is prophetic for you to use whatever you have. God's not looking for the red wine and all that. He's looking for you to just do it. So we did it. And she's fine today. We've gotten away from fasting. You know, I've heard people say, Oh, well, I'm not fasting. I heard the Lord say, Well, you know, I found the gift to heal, the gift to healing. It's in this scripture right here. And she began to read Matthew 17, 21. And she said, You know what? It's not in half the Bibles. You know what it says? These things only come out by fasting and praying. And guess how many demons would come out of us if we would just get before the Lord and pray and fast? He's calling us back to that. That's that's not religion. When people tell you, oh, you don't need to, you I'm not gonna fast. You know what it does to your body when you fast? It brings healing. You are resetting your body when you fast. I watched this movie and I won't name it because it's people may get offended, but it it was a the man had this stuff on his body, and he began to do a juice fast, and he did it for like 90 days. And my God, God healed him through doing eating your vegetables. You know, half of us never do that today. We don't even know how to walk in health today. God give us the paradigm to it, he gave us the instruction to do all that, to pray, to fast, because there is something that happens when we get begin to consecrate our flesh, that when we bring our flesh under the submission of Christ, God begins to do something through that.

And he knows something else, is because we we know how to we know how to walk in convenience and what and what feels good. You know what's what's gonna feel good today? That's our problem. We're not we're not we're not going after the hard things anymore. We're just going after the what's easy and kind of just sort of get us by with the with the least amount of effort. And I think that's kind of where we are, even as the Western church.

And when that happened in February last year, where we were, you know, the rent what was due and we didn't have the money, he was looking for consistency. Do you believe that I supply all of your needs according to my riches and glory? Do you really believe it? If you do, you'll change your language. Do you believe that I am the healer? If you do, you'll change your language. We've got to begin to shape our mouth to the word of God. And I tell you, there's some things that I that I'm still not there yet. I don't know all the scriptures and all the things, and I can't call it out, but that's the spirit of religion. If we'll just use what God has already given us to come forth, He'll give us more. We've got to pour out so He can fill us up again. And that was the first meeting at the conference. It was to pour. The pastor, she or the apostle, she got the oil and she began to pour in the jars. And more kept coming and coming and coming because when we pour out, God begins to fill us up. And if you're in places where you can't pour out, maybe you need to say, Lord, where am I supposed to be? What am I supposed to be doing? Who am I supposed to be doing it with? Maybe you need to cut some things off in this season. Maybe you need to cut some people off in this season so you can begin to pour. We need to stop the comparison and the judgment against one another. Well, you're getting we got the same gift, so you know what? I can't be around you. No, God is calling us to unity so that we can begin to pour out on people around us. I'm thankful for the people that God has placed in our lives in this season because yeah, we had to cut some things off, and the Lord said, You got to cut it off. But you know what? When you begin to cut it off, God begins to fill your life with the people that are supposed to be around you. And yes, like Josh said, you got to love everybody. Okay, but sometimes you got to cut it off.

Yeah, I went back to that scripture you was talking about in Matthew. It's Matthew 17, right? Yeah, Matthew 17, 20 21. And for all of you guys that always knock on the Passion translation. This was this was the scripture where the large crowd had gathered, all right, and there was a man that came and knelt before him and said, Lord, please show your tender mercy toward my son. He has a demon who has afflicted him. He had epilepsy and he suffers horrible, horrible from seizures. He often falls into the cooking fire, into the river. I brought him to your followers, but they weren't able to heal him. The disciples. Well, Jesus says, Where is your faith? Can't you see how wayward and wrong this generation is? How much longer do I stay with you to put up with your doubts? Bring your son to me. Then Jesus rebuked the demon, it came out, and the boy was instantly healed. Well, then the disciples are like, Hey, why couldn't we cast this demon out? He says, Because of your lack of faith. He said, And then he begins to tell them, You come with just even the size of a mustard seed. You can say to this mountain, Move from here, or go over there, and you'll see it move. There is nothing you couldn't do. Verse 21, but this kind of demon is cast out only through prayer and through fasting. That is translated from the Hebrew the the Aramaic and the Greek. But it says a lot of reliable Greek manuscripts have erased the verse, and it's not included in many modern translations. That's why I read the Passion, y'all, because it goes through the Greek and the Septuagint and the Hebrew and the Aramaic and the I mean, I study I study the New King James 2. I look at a lot of different translations, but I read out of this one. Alright, there's a lot of Bibles that are missing information. I don't want one that's missing anything. You know what I'm saying? So, yeah. So we've got to get back to there's certain kinds that can only be cast out through prayer and fasting. There's certain things in your life that can only be dealt with through prayer and fasting. There's certain answers that need to come from the Holy Spirit that can only come to you through prayer and fasting.

That's why we need to pray in the spirit, because Jesus prays through us when we don't have the words to say.

And you know, I was thinking about what I said, I I heard this lady, and I and I try not to get because it can it can warp my view, and I and the Lord's really stripped me away of some thinking of and some theology that I've learned. But what if, what if, what if we were struggling in our marriage or in relationships and we begin to fast and pray. What if? God says when they can't pray, when they're weak and they can't pray, he's calling us to do it. When they're weak and they can't fast, he's calling us to do it. We're we're called to be the helpmate. Yes. You know, and when and when we talked about the marriage stuff not too long ago, I I don't even know what came out of me because I know that the Lord brought Josh into my life, and yes, I was married, and I was not a believer at the time. I had a child at a young age, and I got married because we had a child, and the police had come out and all that, and and they said, Well, if it's yours, he's going to to jail because you know he's older than you. He was six, six or something years older than me, and I was young. So I thank God for the marriage I'm in today. But what if we begin to fast and pray when we see things not going the way that it should? If we see that our man is not being the head of the household, what if we begin to fast and pray? Not just wimpy prayers, and and and I'm not coming against anybody, but not just those prayers of oh Lord, help my husband. No, but prayers that actually move mountains. And like I said, when you don't know what to pray, get into the Spirit of God, He'll pray through you.

And I, the muzzle came off. Yes, the muzzle came off. Like in the spirit, there's literally a muzzle over my mouth where I could not speak. You know why? It's true. Because it was the spirit of religion that was taking place to shut my mouth because God wanted to use me in a powerful way. And when I begin to get under right alignment, God began to open the windows of heaven over my life.

Oh my goodness, he opens your mouth. We would when we was at the conference, there was a guy, he was the last speaker, y'all. And he said, I never I never preached like this before. He said, But you know, my apostle, my mama apostle, she called me and she said, because he's thinking, I'm telling you, these people were on fire that you would say they're too much. You thought I was too much just a second ago. I'm telling you, the roar that came from their mouth, oh my God. I'm getting chills just thinking about it now. One one lady, she was from the United Kingdom. Oh my God, they are different than we are over here. And that's true. That girl opened her mouth and the whole, I because I sat down for a second and and I and she got up to speak and she began to roar in the spirit and sing. And I said, Oh, Jesus, what just happened? Something just shifted in this place. Oh my God. And she was on fire. So this man comes up, and he's, you know, all these people have come before him, and he's like, Oh Lord, I don't know if I can do that. I don't know if I can do that, I don't know if I can do this. He brought a whole different level because I'm telling you, he said, he he was reading the scripture and he said, Oh my God, look at that. I read those words. Aren't y'all proud? Because he couldn't do that before. But when you get in the spirit of God, he begins to fill your mouth. That's how you know the anointing is there. And when that man preached, my gosh, he had a different anointing on him than the rest of us. But the joy of the Lord came in that place and the spirit of God moved.

After trial, after trial. Some of you think, Oh, I'm gonna be a Christian and trials are gonna end. They're not. That is for your character to be built. See, a lot of us are out here looking for giftings. Oh, I want a platform, I want to stand up there. No, get crushed and pressed before the king of kings and the Lord of Lords so that he can pour the oil out, so that when you when he begins to use you, it begins to flow. And you don't sit back down because you weren't crushed or pressed. There's a process, and a lot of times we try to get out of the process. The journey is what is the best part. We get it, we got to understand the journey and what God is doing in the journey. See, and and I heard apostles, somebody say it the other day where they were they said, you know, a lot of you want this anointing. You want what's coming out of me, but you ain't willing to go through the process. We've got to be willing to go through the process. Now, I don't want a stage. I don't, I don't care if I never get on a stage in my entire life. I don't want that. Yeah, in the beginning years, I I wanted that. Come on. A lot of you know that you've probably done that too. I wish I could get up there and I wish I could sing and I wish I could preach, and I don't care about any of that anymore. And that's where God wants to get us to. Because it isn't about the platforms or the stages. He wants to crush us so that we have the character of God to go forth. I want my character to be pure and holy. I want my character to be built more in me than the gifts of God. Because when when we begin to have the character of God, see, we've moved away from that to try to try to receive the gifts of God instead of allowing him to build the character in us, and we've operated in the gifts because yes, your gift is going to make room for you, but we need the character of God. We've got to have the character of God first. We've got to know how to die to our flesh, we've got to know how to love others. Because when that gift begins to make room for you, you're either going to be up there standing like an idol or you're going to be up there with the oil flowing from your head. I'm telling you, just get before the Lord. Every day. It takes every day. Every single day getting before the Lord and seeking his face. Lord, we just thank you, Father. We thank you for what you're doing. We thank you for all these people you have sent to this live stream to hear your truth, God. We just pray, Lord, that we are so filled with the Holy Spirit that everything that comes out of us is by the Holy Spirit. Lord, I just pray over every mind and every heart, Lord, that you would strip away every mindset that has been taught. Lord, and that you are calling your people forth in the name of Jesus in this season. And that's just where I saw some of you. Some of you have been in the wilderness season, some of you have been crushed and pressed. Some of you, God has been doing something in the journey, and now he's calling you forth. Now he's calling you to rise up. Now he has put that anointing in your body to pour out. Let us be called too much. People don't know what we've been through. You know, I have people ask me to share my testimony all the time, and it's like I can do that. But I don't even remember that person anymore. God doesn't even remember that person anymore. And yes, he wants it to bring others out. And I, you know, people I know they're in the they're in places like programs where they can help people after they after they've gotten set free. But God has brought me to a deeper level. He don't want to just get you free from dru drugs and alcohol. He wants to get you so set free that you're too much for people. When you walk in the room, you have the Spirit of God on you, and that is enough for you.

This is not a Josh and Brandy thing. God wants to use you. He wants to use you for your city. He wants to use you to stand in the gap for your city, for your place you're at, for your home. When you build an altar, and and here's another thing, real quick, is that, you know, 10 years ago we got a word, and the Lord has been getting on getting to us and saying, no, you don't need to go back to all them words. Because we have tons of words, tons of prophetic words we've received from people. Oh, yeah. But when we go based on those words, you know what we forget to do? We forget to consult the Holy Spirit, and then it begins to cause confusion in our minds. Well, this person said this, and what does that look like? And then so that how does that you know come to the Bible? And how you know we begin to question all these things because this person gave you a word and it sounded like this, and then this person gave you a word and it sounded like that, and we don't consult the Holy Spirit. So the Lord says, Stop going back to those words. But the other day when we were at our friend's house for the weekend, we got a word about 10 years ago, and the word was and and and we can see this paving out now because when Josh sat down at that piano, they an altar began to take begin to be built. And so he said, Go back to that word. And I went back to that word, and she said, You are going to dig, you are going to build altars and you're going to dig wells. You're going to build altars and you're going to dig wells. And she kept saying, You're going to build altars and you're going to be dig wells. And when she began to get the to the part about going to Israel, she said, Israel has need of you. You're going to build altars and you're going to dig wells. But what she saw was Josh sitting down at the piano and he was playing in Israel. And so I want you to understand, you may not be able to play keys or whatever, but you can sit in your home in the presence of God and begin to build an altar. We need to begin to build altars. And we were researching uh Moravian Falls and the Prayer Mountain, and I was like, because the reason we begin to research it is because Moravian Falls has come up four times in the past week to us through somebody. So we begin to research it. Well, they have built an altar there. It's called Prayer Mountain, and the Spirit of God moves in that place.

God wants to do that in many places. He wants to do that in many places if he will find someone who will go forth and do it. So I begin to declare and decree over my life. Lord, you said we're going to build altars and we're going to dig wells. You're calling us to Kentucky, we're going to build an altar and we're digging a well. We're breaking up the ground. You called us to Aniston, Alabama, well, we're going to build an altar and we're going to dig wells. You called us to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, we're going to build altars and we're going to dig wells. See, God wants to use you like that. He wants to take you to a city or a place or even your hometown or your city where you live to build an altar, to dig the wells of heaven so that he can be poured out over a region. And it's like God has lined up every single week for us.

I mean, literally, He's lined up every single week for us. We go out of town, we come back, we got a baby shower, we go to the women's conference, and and it's like nothing has interfered. Like it's like God has lined every step, even to the conferences, to the dates of the conferences, to the things that we've said yes to. God wants to use you in that way. He wants to open heaven over cities and nations, but will he find somebody to stand in the gap for him?

Yeah, we we we've had to learn that. And we've also, God has God has token taken us through seasons where, you know, we thought some things were supposed to happen. We thought we were supposed to go here, and the Spirit of God said, no, you're not supposed to go there. I I had this all play out so you could understand discernment in this hour. Because there are gonna be many people who call you to play, who ask you to come to places, and you've got to know the difference between the Spirit of God and what the enemy is trying to do. Not that the enemy would, you know, when you're building an altar, God is gonna use us anyway, but we have to know that we're in alignment with what God wants to do in His will. There are many that's gonna say, Will you come here, will you do that? But did the Lord say come here and do that?

What you have to be careful of is, and we've seen this pattern many times, and I'm starting to get Yeah, we the more you go through things, the more your discernment should be getting sharpened, because now I'm starting to get to a point where when you when God is moving, so God is moving here. So you're in this lane and God is moving here. It is just like the enemy to bring a good counterpart to what God is doing. So you've got the God thing, and then you've got this good thing. Not saying there's anything uh remotely bad to it, but it's not the God thing. Stick with the God things, and there has always been a duplicate that will come along, and you've got to be careful because your concentration, your focus is gonna go tone the good thing, and now you're missing out on what God really had for you. And there is a learning in the spirit to know what is what is God and what is just good, because I want the God things, and I want to keep pressing into the God things. Sometimes those things don't make a whole lot of sense, but you know the Lord is on it. That's what you need to be picking up and do it. Once again, it goes back to that convenience thing you said earlier. We just want convenience. So the good thing may be quick and fast and may take care of a lot of needs and things, and you could just you know you can step into that because this other stuff looks hard. God is looking for those that will that will pursue the hard things that He is asking them to. The things it's gonna take, you're gonna have to do this, and you're gonna have to get out some tools and start working. He's looking for the workers that don't mind going out to the field doing what needs to be done.

Yeah. And I will say too, I remember when I graduated the program I was in for addiction, and and I was getting literally fearful of going home. Because I thought, if I go home, I sure enough I'm gonna go back. And the pastor there said, it's like a light out in the the river or the beach or whatever. He said, and this the the the shorter way is the fastest and easiest way, but against the current is the harder way, but it's the most, it's the way you're, you know, like you're actually supposed to go. Like you're like if you choose the harder way, it will be the easiest way. You think the shorter way is gonna be easiest, but when you choose God's way, it's gonna be right. And I I was literally, I couldn't even breathe for weeks. Fear was coming over me. You want to know what asthma is? It's a spirit of fear trying to take a hold of your life, and that's what the Lord showed me. Because when I got free from that, there was no more medicine in my body. But let me tell you, I chose to stay. I felt I heard the audible voice of God say stay. And God began to line everything up. But I was fearful of what my mother was gonna think. I was fearful that she was gonna be so mad, and she was, and we got to be okay with that sometimes. She was because my kids had to stay another year with her. She was she wasn't happy about it. But let me tell you something. I am the person I am today because I stayed. I chose what looked hard from a distance. But I am who I am today because I chose to listen to the Spirit of God and not listen to somebody that was saying, Well, no, I need you to come home because your kids are here. I need you to do this. I know God's gonna provide. But let me answer this. Someone said right here, can you say that we can't Can you say about trials that we can't find forgiveness for? Literally, like, there's like I know that for give forgiveness can be hard for some people, but the Bible literally says, if you do not forgive, you will not be forgiven. We have to ask the Holy Spirit to help us forgive. We can only by do only do it by the Spirit of God. When I was RAP or SA'd, you know, when I was 14 years old, and I went to the program, and like the we began to do these like skits, and God began to heal me through that. But by the Spirit of God was I able to forgive. So so there's no like you you have to get in the presence of God and ask him to heal your heart and show you how to forgive. Because if we do not, we will not be forgiven. That's just the Bible. That that's what he said in the in scripture.

But I can open the door. There you go. We cannot live in this life without forgiving people. There have been many people who've hurt me. Many people have said things and many people who have done things. I mean, from the time I was one year old, I was essayed. But I cannot give get freedom in my life if I hold unforgiveness toward those people who've hurt me. The Lord began to show me that when people do that, they were hurt themselves. And when you begin to see it like that, you begin to say, Wow, the same thing was done to them. Sometimes it's a generational thing where a spirit is operating and comes, yeah, but the same thing was done to somebody in that generation that God also loves and has love for. We pray, we intercede, we pray and fast for those people, but sometimes I think we need to pray and fast for ourselves so that we can allow forgiveness to take place. But forgiveness has to be a way of life. We cannot live in this life with unforgiveness in our heart. If we do, we're going to be held back from all the things that we need to be accomplished in, the assignments that need to take place. God needs us for the now. We are raised up for such a time as this. He needs us for the now, and you cannot go with unforgiveness in your heart.

Well, it's it's what I always bring up in Matthew 6. Matthew chapter 6 is where you get that from. I mean, because the disciples are like, Well, how do we pray? And he says, Well, you pray like this, and he teaches our Father in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, they will be done. You know, he goes through that and he says, Forgive us our debts. As we forgive our debtors, do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. He goes through the entire prayer, and then in verse 14, he reiterates, for if you forgive all of that, how to pray. And the and the the one thing that he reiterates is forgiveness. That's the only part that he breaks down. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly father will also forgive you. Verse 15, but if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your father forgive your trespasses. That is where we get the importance of you have got to forgive. And I know somebody else in Amanda, I think you I think she had uh you had answered their question. But they were just like, so what about this, you know, crushing the scorpions in the state? Well, what about we we you know, we're supposed to love our enemies, but yet we're crushing them. I don't understand. You're crushing the demonic forces and you're loving the person. All right? We we don't we don't like the demonic forces that that person is under, all right? It's it's it's it's under demonic influence. We love that person, but we do not like the demonic influence that is in that person that is causing them to operate out of those places. There's an open door somewhere where they have allowed the enemy in, and now that's what you're seeing. You're seeing the result of their behaviors and their actions and all of those things is under complete demonic influence. You have to discern what is going on in that person, and that's what you begin to call out and set that free if that person truly wants to get free. Hello, because you gotta do that too. But you have to forgive, you have to forgive. Or your father cannot forgive you. If you have unforgiveness in your heart towards somebody else, you have to, you have to. And that's why we're going through that whole crossing to freedom thing that we just wrapped up on Monday. Okay. The whole crossing to freedom journey. I mean, Jan specifically says in her book that you have to release that and ask for forgiveness out of your heart, and you have to ask for him to give you the strength. Lord, I can't do this, but I know you can. So help me forgive these people for what they did. And name those people by name and and name out what they did and say, Lord, I forgive them through your forgiveness right now, Lord. Will you pluck this out of me? And may there be no unforgiveness in here. You have to you have to do it in his strength. You can't do it in your own strength. Amen? That that's it. Yeah, that's it. Jamie just said it. It's not you you're you're not forgiving you're not forgiving the crime or whatever they've done. You're for you're having to forgive that person for what they did. And you have to release it. No matter how hurtful, no matter what you went through, you have to release that unto the Lord so that you can be forgiven. Because guess what? We've done, I mean, all of us, none of us are perfect. We've done some things, and I sure want to be forgiven. So, in order to be forgiven, you have to forgive.

Really? Yeah, and and and literally you can see that as you talk through these messages on here, that there's a soul tie that you've built up. And that has to literally be cut. And y'all learned all that in Jen's book. Forgiveness isn't for them. Forgiveness is for you. It's for you to be free, it's for you to go forth. It doesn't say what they did was okay. It helps you to relieve from that release from that soul tie. And even, you know, Apostle Kelly said, release, forgive, forget, then distance, distance is not resistant.

It's okay to cut people off, which in your situation, obviously, you're not, you know, seeing them anyway, but like it literally is by the strength of God, and it's for you. It's not for them, and uh, and to say, well, what they did was right. You know, one time, and I'll just share this. It's really small compared to what you know you're you feel like you're dealing with or dealing with, but there was somebody that did something to me. He was a youth pastor, and I I forgot what had happened. What had happened was I don't remember what happened, but I knew I I think I may have said some things out of anger or I I don't remember. But he was at a conference with the pastor, and in my spirit, I was shaking, just like I was shaking when I got up here to speak. I the Lord said you need to forgive. No, wait, no, it was nothing I did, it was something he did. I I didn't do anything. I was, I was, because even the pastor, so it was something he did, and the Lord said, You need to forgive him. But I'm like, Lord, I didn't do anything wrong. And the whole day, my whole spirit was shaking inside because he needed said you need to forgive. So I began to text him. But the what what the Lord showed me is when I released that forgiveness, see, he was at that conference, the Lord began to show me in the spirit that he was at that conference, he couldn't concentrate, he couldn't do this, he couldn't get what God wanted him for him there because that the situation that had gone on. And when I said, Please forgive me, you know, even though I didn't do anything wrong, God began to move in his life. And the pastor came back. When they came back that Sunday, he said, Why did you do that? You didn't do anything wrong because the Lord told me to forgive. Even though I didn't do anything wrong, I had built a soul time, but God said, Forgive. Well, when we forgive, God begins to not just do something in my life, he begins to do something in their life. That's right. And see, we want revenge, we want God to come and lay the hammer down on them. Which I do believe that God has done that. But God also loves his people and he wants them healed, he wants them free. Like I said, you know, when things like that happen, they something has happened to them that has made them operate in these spirits. And I know it's hard for people to see. I know it's hard for people to see, but this is how the Lord showed it to me. God's love for them is the same as his love for you. But when you begin to release something in the spiritual realm, when you begin to release your mouth to forgive, not just you are getting healed. Something is taking place in the spiritual realm. When I did that, something took place in the spiritual realm. He began to hear, he began to go and get what God sent him there for. But because there was something in the atmosphere that was holding him back, which was unforgiveness, God couldn't move because his mind was blocked with this mental stuff of what had taken place, of what he did or what I did. And the pastor said, Why did you do that? You didn't do anything wrong because the Holy Spirit said to do it. You don't know what's being released on the other side. You don't know what God is doing in the atmosphere when you begin to be obedient to him. You don't know what healing is taking place, not just in you, because when you do that, you're actually standing in the gap for somebody else. You're actually standing in the gap for them. You see, when I was essayed and I went to court at 14 years old, and those people looked at me and they was like basically trying to twist it like it was my fault. When I said, No, I'm 14, and the man said, she said she was 18. No, I didn't. I was 14 years old, and those people tried to make it out like it was my fault. But God began to do healing in me. Yes, I went through years of heck and years of trials and years of tribulation out there in the world. But God healed me as soon as I got saved. I hope that helps. I mean, I know all of our situations are different, and some seem harder than the rest, but forgiveness is forgiveness. We have to do it by the Holy Spirit, by way of the Holy Spirit. You cannot do it in your own strength. We have to do it in his strength. But it is not for that person, it is for you. And God wants you healed, he wants you set free, and you have to make that step. You have to literally cut the soul tie in the spiritual realm. Make a prophetic declaration. I am forgiving, Lord. I am you, I am allowing you to help me to forgive that person who has harmed me and done me wrong.

There was a you were talking about forgiveness. Russell Brunson, you guys probably don't even know who he is. He's uh a young man, he's kind of a marketing guy. And anyway, I read one of his books one time, and he was talking about, you know, he's he follows the Lord in everything he does. He went to Christian school, he's got a good relationship with the Lord, and and he said that, you know, his his father always I I can't remember the story exactly, but like his father always told him like his ideas were crazy and this and that, and and you know, he his dad his dad worked a lot, and so he never made it to a whole lot of games, wasn't a hundred percent supportive of him, and he kind of resented that. And so and he always wondered, my dad, you know, he's he's never said sorry for these things and all this. He said, The Holy Spirit got a hold of him, said, I want you to call your dad and I want you to tell him you're sorry. And he said, Lord, he said, I didn't do anything wrong. He wasn't there for me. How why should I? He said, Call your dad and tell him that you're sorry. And so he uh he said So finally he he said that he called his dad and him hauled around a little bit. He said, Dad, he said, you know, I just I just want you to uh I just want you to forgive me, you know, for anything that I did, you know, as a kid. And he said he just started following the Holy Spirit and started laying all this stuff out there, and it was silence. There was no response on the end of the phone. He said, and then he heard crying, and he's like, My dad's crying, like he doesn't cry, like I don't And his dad said, No, son, he said, he said, I want to say I'm sorry for not being there and for this. And he said, You just begin to unload. And then uh and then he told him, he said, he said, son, he said, he said, I've always bottled up all this guilt and stuff on the inside. I had no idea how to tell you I was sorry. He said, until this moment. See, sometimes what happens is you have to start the ball rolling, even though you weren't in the wrong, or you were the ones that didn't do anything, and you have got to start that rolling because then his dad was able to come into a place of forgiveness in his heart. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

I'm not gonna point you anything outside of scripture. If it's outside of scripture, what are we standing on? You know what I mean?

But I'm and I just want to say this too, real quick, because since I've been in the room, which this numbers do not matter, but when you begin to talk about the religious spirit, those people begin to flee. And this whole chapter was on some, I heard you say I wasn't listening all because of the kids, but some of it was about old mindsets coming back in. Oh, yeah. And this was definitely God by way of the Holy Spirit telling you you need to rise up and not worry about what these other people are saying you're doing in this hour because God has created us for such a time as this. And if you think that you're getting out of here without any trial or tribulation in your life, you've got it wrong. A lot of you think, and I I don't, I haven't studied this, I don't know if we're getting caught up, but I do believe that we will go through some things and we have to be equipped with the power of God to go forth in this season. Yes, the glory of God is already here. We just have to tap into it. The presence of God. You think these people went into the lion's den and come out just because, oh, well, I mean, they God took them there to build strength in them. We got to have the strength of the Lord built in us, yes, and we've got to go forth with the power and the anointing of God, and you will lose people along the way.

That religious system and mindset is going to try to take you out and take you down, and you have to know who you are in Christ because if you don't, you'll be took out with it.

That means that we're gonna go through trials and tribulations. And what does the Bible say? Count it all joy. All because when we're going through trial and we're going through tribulations, God is building something in us that will go forth and be able to stand when everything else is falling and crumbling to the ground. I'm sorry when that when things like that, it ruffles my feathers a little bit, and just because there is so much potential and so much things, so much of God in people, and they're being muzzled by the religious spirit, and it is literally roaming the earth. The enemy is roaming the earth looking to see who he can devour. And we've got to stand up and be, we've got to be too much. We've got to be too much. So if I came off and I sounded rude, that's not my heart. My heart was to call you forth. My heart was to call the women to rise up and come out of that religious mindset and stand before the glory of God because He has created us for such a time as this. And if you want a generation of young children to arise, you've got to come out, and you've got to come out among from among them and stand in God's presence and be equipped for a time and a season that God has called us to. Yeah. Sometimes we need to be slapped in the face. You know, and that's funny because when I taught children, young children in daycare three years old, I was the more firm person. And people have tried to take that away from me. I am very firm, but I believe that God created me this way, not to be outside of love, because it has to come with love. That's right. But some people need it that we need that. We need that heart, that not harsh, I won't say harsh, but we need that direct, right? That's straightforward. And and Josh is not direct or straightforward. He has a way of saying things to people because he is an apostle with a pastor's heart. And so he, if you if you want to be pastored and you want to be nurtured in that, you need to go to Josh, not me, because I'm not the one. That's not my gift. You know, we didn't, we need to understand people's giftings and callings on their life. If you need that in your life, I'm just being honest with you, I'm not the one. I'm going to tell you like it is, get up and let's go, because we are created for such a time as this, and we need to walk in the power and anointing of God. You want, you want something that's going to be a little more soft-spoken and you know, that that's Josh because he has a pastor's heart. That's what pastors do. And see, we're coming into this five-fold ministry thing, and some of you don't understand. It's another thing that the religious system tries to take hold of. But the apostle, the prophet, the pastor, the teacher, and the evangelist are the office of the of the ministries that have to come together in each church.

I'm just saying that we need to be raising people up and sending them forth because God has created the five-fold ministry. We need them to equip the body and the saints, but that's what Ephesians says.

Is when you stop comparing your gift to other people and you see the growth that needs to come out of people and you pull it out of them.
