Dr. Toni Reilly explains Recall Therapy as an evolution of past life regression. A process that works by taking people to the origin of unresolved memory stored in the psyche, body, and energetic field. She shares how one session healed her lifelong fear of public speaking, discomfort with people reading her writing, and resistance to using intuition by revealing two past lives. A 1700s Scottish teenage healer accused of witchcraft, and a respected Tasmanian writer imprisoned after his journals were found. Reilly states that when the original incident is accessed, emotional charge and default behaviors dissolve, regardless of belief, and that skepticism becomes limiting when it rejects direct experience. She also describes “home,” a state of pure collective consciousness beyond “between lives,” where clarity, perspective, and lasting healing arise, forming the basis of her SoulLife Psychology approach.

Some fears didn't begin in this lifetime, and some reactions are older than your childhood. Some blocks dissolve the moment you remember where they started. Recall therapy takes you to the beginning.
Speaker 1Speaker
I'm Dr Toni Reilly. This is the SoulLife Psychology podcast where intuition meets logic. Recall therapy is effective, and there is one distinct reason why. Recall therapy works because it takes you to the origin. Recall therapy started as past life regression. Past life regression changed my life. It healed my intense fear of public speaking, a phobia of people reading over my shoulder. It cleared the resistance of using my intuition and heightened my inherent extrasensory ability. And it showed me why these issues existed in the first place. It all made sense. And this all happened in one session. I knew I didn't make it up or imagine what I saw and felt in my very first past life regression session. It was real and the proof was in the healing. Finally, I could function. For 36 years I couldn't speak in front of people, not even my small immediate family. I couldn't stand people reading anything that I'd written. It made me cringe if a teacher was lurking when I was writing. And in school, I always tried to cover my writing. Also, I had no idea I was intuitive. I didn't even know what that meant. What I saw and felt when lying on Mary Malady's couch was as real as I was. Past life regression changed the trajectory of my life. That session prepared me and empowered me to write, to embrace my intuition and my psychic ability. It announced my mission. The compulsion to learn and to put into practice this phenomenal process of past life regression took over and I had never felt more alive. It shaped my book away. It became the backbone of soul life psychology because behaviour, phobias, and physical symptoms only change permanently when the origin is understood. Here's how I discovered past lives. I've told this story many times in interviews and when teaching, but for this episode, I'll try and keep it short and sweet. I was 36, a mother of three young children, not particularly spiritual, not looking for past lives. I had just left my marriage of 16 years. It was emotionally massive and I was riddled with guilt. I wanted to know why I was here, and that surge led me back to my maiden name for one thing. It led me to meditation and it led me to my teacher, Mary Malady. She told me to read Many Lives, Many Masters by Dr. Brian Weiss, and halfway through I knew what I was here to do. It was recognition. I was remembering a stage of my life's agreed blueprint. At the same time, meditation revealed something confronting. I was insecure. My self-worth was low. I had emotional bruising that I had never acknowledged. I didn't even know what insecurity was. It shocked me. I needed to understand why I was only becoming aware of this at 36. Mary regressed me. She said, usually we search for issues to heal. So I asked three questions. Why don't I know I am intuitive until I'm in my mid-30s? Why did I always cover my writing? And why am I terrified of speaking in front of people? I lay on her couch and I could see myself in another lifetime. I saw myself as a teenage girl in Scotland in the 1700s. My mother had died, my father worked away. People came to me for healing. I worked with plants. I placed my hands on them. I could feel their energy. My little brother spoke about it. I was accused of being a witch, and I saw the wooden platform in the town square. The crowd jeered with hatred. I was about to be hung. And someone gestured with their eyes for me to run and I ran. I did die not long after, but that life explained why I was afraid to use my intuition in this one. The second life that I saw in that session was in Van Diemen's Land. That's what Tasmania was called originally. Anyway, I was a respected man, a writer, I was a revered figure in the community. I documented visions and predictions. I warned the town of a storm, they found my journals, they locked me up, I died not only unheard, but totally misunderstood. And that life explained why I covered my writing and why public speaking terrified me. Those fears didn't come from my childhood, they came from continued consciousness. After that session, the fear was gone. I stopped hiding. I started writing publicly, I started speaking. My behavior changed because I understood the origin of the fear. So what recall therapy does is it accesses stored memory. Memory is not only in the brain, it's in the psyche, it's in the body, it's in our energetic field. And your soul history is also stored. When a memory remains unresolved, behavior forms around it. That behavior becomes default. You might call it personality, you might say it's anxiety, you might call it trauma, and you might even say it's just the way that I am. You do that because you don't know any different. When something doesn't make sense, you learn to live with it. When the original incident is accessed, the emotional charge, physical symptoms, or behaviour dissolves because now you know what caused it. You understand not only the initial cause, but why it happened. Your soul knows which memory or memories cause the symptoms. In recall therapy, you're taken there to heal for good. Let's talk about skepticism. Some people are skeptical of past lives. Skepticism is healthy. In fact, anything that challenges your understanding of reality deserves examination, but it becomes limiting when it overlooks direct experience. At that point, you're no longer skeptical, you're a cynic, convinced you're right without having the experience yourself, and unwilling to accept that others have. Recall therapy is nothing to do with belief. Belief is a human faculty. Recall transcends all aspects of the human experience. That's why it's more powerful than any other healing process. The one distinct difference is communicating directly with the person's soul. Their soul knows every detail of this life that you're living now, and not just this one, every incarnation you've ever had. Recall therapy is about observing what happens when memories beyond this lifetime are accessed. When behavior changes, something real has occurred. When a lifelong fear dissolves, when guilt lifts, when grief eases, when a physical symptom disappears, we pay attention. You don't need to believe in continued consciousness to experience it. Skepticism is healthy. Avoidance, disguised as logic, is just protection. Patterns do repeat, themes repeat, soul groups repeat, repetition becomes evidence. Reincarnation is the continuation of consciousness. Consciousness is constant, it's omnipresent, it continues beyond the human experience. You come into the human experience to experience contrast. Just as your childhood continues into your adulthood, other lifetimes continue into this life to an extent. You carry emotional memory, sometimes you carry unfinished themes. It's a bit like to be continued in the next life. Sometimes you repeat the same theme again and again. You can even carry strengths that you've already established into this life. Consciousness explains depth. It answers questions for those who are soul searching or inherently curious about existence. Without consciousness, life can feel random. With consciousness, life makes sense. There is a blueprint to life here at the School of Life. Every incarnation is purposeful and outlined with precise detail. It's like a thread weaving fabric, the fabric of your life and soul history. Recall therapy allows you to access those threads. When you see this clearly, your life makes sense. Life map makes your behavior make sense. Recall makes your soul history make sense. And recall translates your soul history so that you understand why you are here now. Let's talk about another transcendent space. Home. Recall evolved beyond past life regression. It moved into what I call home. Home is beyond the between life space. Between lives is for the human experience. It's a way to help people make peace with their lives. Life Between Lives was documented by Michael Newton so that people could relate to their lives in a familiar hierarchical way. Home is different. It's not a waiting room. It's not a place where you review a life. Home is pure collective soul energy. There's no personality, there's no identity, and no story, just consciousness. When someone reaches home in session, they are pure awareness, devoid of human physicality. There is no body, no emotion, no sensation, and no thought. It's difficult to articulate what it feels like at home because there is nothing within the human experience to compare it to. At home, everything becomes clear. If the clarity is around this life, you discover why you chose your parents, why certain bruises were required, why certain relationships were agreed, why loss impacted you. And at home, there is no victimhood. It just doesn't exist. The human faculties are not there to create contrast. At home, you're an observer of your human self. There's only clarity and understanding. And it feels better than the best feeling. It is impossible to describe. Recall therapy is soul-to-soul amplification. The facilitator adds structure to discoveries. The client relaxes into receptivity. As the mind quietens, the subconscious opens to soul memory. Beyond soul memory is a collective field. It's called consciousness. When the fields amplify and surrender takes over, home is accessed. The facilitator doesn't take someone there, they stabilize the pathway to get there. When someone visits home, the energy changes, their breathing changes, the body becomes weightless, time doesn't exist. Messages are precise and circumstances are understood. Healing occurs in the presence of your soul. Your soul is pure collective consciousness. Any struggle endured here makes sense. It loses impact because you know why it happened. Direction becomes clear. Faith in yourself and life is restored. Home restores perspective. You remember who you really are and why you're here. SoulLife psychology integrates psychology and metaphysics into one system. When continued consciousness is acknowledged, psychology no longer stops at childhood. It expands to include the soul's history. When you understand that nothing about you is random, you stop judging yourself. When you understand your emotional bruises, you stop fighting yourself. When you understand that consciousness continues and life doesn't end, the fear of death dissolves. This episode is about more than recall therapy. It explains how your life works. Life, grief, death, and consciousness. It's one system in motion every time your soul incarnates. When you understand this, your perspective changes, you stop living through fear and you start living with awareness of what this life is here to give you.
