Reconnect Mind, Body & Soul - 15 Minute Meditation
Feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or just a little out of sync? This 15-minute guided meditation is designed to help you gently reconnect with yourself, bringing your mind, body, and soul back into alignment.
We begin by calming the mind, creating space from the constant stream of thoughts. From there, you’ll be guided through a slow, grounding body scan to release tension and reconnect with physical awareness. Finally, we shift into the deeper, quieter space within - your inner wisdom, before bringing all three elements together in a moment of calm, centred alignment.
This is your time to pause, reset, and come back to what really matters.
Perfect for:
- Moments of overwhelm or mental clutter
- Releasing physical tension
- Reconnecting with your intuition
- Creating a sense of balance and calm
Take a breath, press play, and give yourself permission to slow down.

Settle in. Welcome to this reconnect your mind, body, and soul meditation. In the next fifteen minutes, we're going to allow the world to slow down for a moment. This is your space to reconnect your busy mind, your tired body, and your soul. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated, just you, your breath, and the truth of who you are beneath the noise. I would invite you, if you feel drawn, to close your eyes. Find a comfortable position. Don't allow distraction to take hold of your mind. Allow the breath to come and go. Start by taking a deep breath to fill your lungs right to the pit of your stomach. And allow the breath to escape slowly, slowly as you release and take another nice deep breath in and allow it to release gently as you settle your nervous system. Let your attention drift up to your mind. That busy, brilliant storyteller of yours. Notice the pace of your thoughts today. Is it fast? Is it slow? Is it scattered or focused? There is no judgment here. As you allow the breath to come and go, you're simply observing the weather of your mind. Like someone looking out of a window. Feel the breath moving in and out. And with each exhale, soften the edges of your thoughts. You're not stopping the mind. You're just loosening its grip. Say quietly inside yourself. I hear you. I'm here, and I don't need to follow every thought. I hear you, I'm here, and I don't need to follow every thought. Like sand gently sinking to the bottom of a clear glass. Now I'd like you to bring awareness into your body. Start at the crown of your head. Release your forehead, soften your eyes, and unclench the jaw. Let the breath drop into your shoulders and breathe into those parts of your body. Expand your awareness into your extremities. Take your awareness and scan slowly down the arms, the chest and the ribs. Notice where you're holding tension and allow the breath to reach into those parts of your body. No fixing. Just noticing and breathing. Allow the breath now to fill deep down into your belly. Let it rise and fall naturally. Hips, thighs, knees, calves and feet. Feel your whole body as one connected landscape sinking into the ground beneath you laid out above the big sky. Feel the expanse of your breath as it transcends your body. Breathe outwards into your aura and allow your energy to expand. Feel the connection to your mind. Allow your mind to relax into your body. Feel the connection. Imagine a thread running down the center of your body, connecting your mind and your body, and finally your soul. The part of you that doesn't rush, doesn't panic, and always knows the way back home. Breathe into that space. Allow it to fill your solar plexus. Let it soak up your emotion. Let it fill the space behind your heart. Feel the warmth as your body and soul connect. Like golden light filling up your entire existence. Let it expand and fill you with love. Feel the steadiness that lives underneath everything else and ask your soul, what do I need today? Listen to the subtle voice in your mind. Let whatever comes come. And if nothing comes, that's an answer to. Sometimes the soul simply wants silence. Now emergen your beautifully connected being floating through the air as one whole being, mind, body, and soul working in beautiful harmony with a beautiful soft glow of alignment in the center of your chest, emanating love for yourself and for the world around you. Give thanks for this time that you have taken for yourself. Be grateful for the peace and the alignment that you can feel in this moment. Your mind calms, your body softens, and your soul steadies. You are whole. Take one deep breath in and release. I would invite you to wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes and reconnect with your physical body as you come back into the present. Thank you for this beautiful time.
