Welcome to this new month Guided Meditation. Make yourself comfortable. Put your feet on the floor nice and flat. Allow your shoulders to soften and your hands to rest wherever they want to rest. Let the noise of the day fall to the edges. And I invite you to close your eyes if it feels comfortable. Take a nice slow breath in. And let it fall out gently. Allow the breath to throw in. And notice how that makes you feel. Let the breath fall out again, softer this time. And as the breaths come and go, let them be a reminder that you are a lie. You're here. This moment is for you. I'd like you to notice the weight of your body. Notice the steadiness beneath your feet. The old dependable earth holding you up and supporting you at every turn. Allow the breath to come and go with ease. You don't need to fix anything. And you don't have to make sense of anything in this moment. Just let it move, passing you by. Let the thoughts come and go. Now I want you to imagine you're standing on the edge of this new month. A doorway, a threshold, a new quiet beginning, a line in the sand. And in front of you is an open path. Nothing dramatic, just space ahead, possibility for you to breathe into. Keep breathing. And as you allow the breath to come and go, take a step onto that path. Feel the ground meeting you with every step. And as you start to walk along the path, feel into the pace that feels right for you. It could be brisk, it could be steady, curious or cautious. Or are welcome here. And as you walk, ask yourself gently, without force, what do I want this next month to feel like? Let the answer rise in sensation before it comes into words. Warmth, clarity, courage, lightness or boldness, rest or direction. And let that feeling settle into your chest like a small flame just starting to burn. Now imagine that flame unfolding. Your month with that small flame at its center. Notice how you speak, how you show up, how you make choices, and how you hold yourself. And let your month take shape from the inside out. What does that look like for you? Bring that feeling into your breath. Breathe it in and breathe it out. Let it anchor you quietly and surely. How do you feel? How do you want to feel? What is coming up for you in this moment? That quiet truth that sits in your gut, your intention. This is your moment to really listen to your soul. Breathe it in and listen to your intuition. Starts to grow and expand. Let the warmth of your breath, your intention, and your intuition reach out and expand into every part of your body. Imagine a beautiful glow around your entire being. All the way down to your fingers, all the way down to your toes. And a beautiful white light shining out of the top of your crown chakra. Feel reward of that connection between your mind, your body, and your soul. Let your nervous system start to relax and reconnect. Feel how that alignment makes you feel inside your body. Bring your attention back to your breath. Notice how much calmer you feel when you allow yourself to connect. Now I invite you to begin to return to your body. To the room, to the chair, to the breath in your chest. Notice how your body feels wherever you are sitting or laying. And bring yourself back into your physical body. Wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes. And when you're ready, only when you're ready, open your eyes slowly and have a nice stretch. No rush. Thank you for giving yourself this beautiful time today. Go easy and be kind to yourself.
