This is your morning. Before the noise. Before the demands. Before the world gets its hands on your day.
In this 10 minute guided meditation I'll take you through a gentle intention setting practice to help you choose how you want to feel today, protect your energy, and raise your vibration before the day begins.
We'll set a personal intention, create a bubble of protective light around you that acts as a shield against negativity, and leave you feeling grounded, calm and ready for whatever the day brings.
This meditation is perfect for anyone who wants to start their day with purpose rather than just reacting to everything that comes at them.

Welcome to this morning intention meditation. Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable to do so, and just take a moment to arrive here in this space in this moment. Take a deep breath in through your nose. And a long slow breath out through your mouth. And again breathe in and let it go. Let your body soften with every exhale. Your shoulders dropping away from your ears, your jaw unclenching, and your hands relaxing open. You don't need to be anywhere else right now. You don't need to do anything, just be here. This is your morning. Before the noise, before the demands, before the world gets its hands on your day. And right now, in this quiet space, you get to choose how you meet it. Take another slow breath in and out. And as you breathe, bring your awareness to the center of your chest, to your heart space. Just notice it. Feel the gentle rise and fall as you breathe. This is where your energy lives. Your unique frequency. The part of you that the world feels before you even speak. Now I want you to set a gentle intention for your day. Not a to-do list, not a set of targets, just a feeling, a way of being. How do you want to feel today? Maybe it's calm, grounded, focused, joyful, open. Whatever word comes to you first, trust it. That's your intention. Breathe it in. Let it settle into your body like a warm light spreading from your chest outwards. Say it quietly to yourself. Today I choose to feel and mean it. Now I want to take you somewhere beautiful. Imagine you're standing in a place that feels completely safe to you. It might be somewhere you know, or somewhere from your memory, or somewhere your imagination creates just for you right now. Feel the ground beneath your feet or beneath your body. Solid, steady, supportive. Look around you. Notice the colours, the light, the stillness. You are safe here, completely and utterly safe. And now from somewhere above you, imagine a beautiful warm light beginning to descend toward you. It might be golden or white or the softest pink. Whatever color feels right for you today. Watch it as it moves closer, warm and gentle and full of love. And as it reaches you, it begins to wrap itself around you. Softly, slowly, like the most loving embrace. It moves down your shoulders, down your arms, around your body, and all the way down to your feet until you are completely surrounded, cocooned in this beautiful protective light. Feel into that. Allow it to expand beyond your physical body. This light is your shield today. Not a wall. Not armor. It doesn't close you off from the world. It simply means that anything that isn't meant for you, any negativity, any heaviness, any energy that doesn't belong to you cannot touch you today. It bounces off this bubble of light gently and harmlessly. You can move through your day. You can talk to people, you can show up fully, and this light moves with you wherever you go. You carry it into every room, every conversation, and every moment. Take a breath into this feeling of being held and protected. And as you breathe out, feel your vibration lifting, rising, like a gentle hum moving through your whole body. You are not at the mercy of what today brings. You meet it from this place, this grounded, protected, intentional place. Whatever happens today, you can come back to this feeling. A hand on your heart, a slow breath, and you're back inside your bubble of light. Take a moment now to send a little gratitude out into the universe for this new day. For the fact that you chose to start it like this, intentionally, quietly, on your own terms. That matters more than you know. When you're ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the room around you. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Take a deep breath in and a long breath out. And when you feel ready, if your eyes are closed, gently open your eyes. Carry your intention with you today. Carry your light. You've got this.
