Dom and Zach discussing the offseason moves in the NBA and NFL. A lot of excitement and speculation with what has been going on. Tune in for these takes and predictions. We are bringing the fire with this heat wave in action.

SPEAKER_02

So episode two, season two. Sorry, ZBD. Diving back into some trade action, NBA, NFL.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, um, I think the day after last podcast, some big um some big news in um Jalen Brown going to the 76ers, rival team for Paul George. Um that was that was huge. Um did not expect that at all. Um, I honestly, I mean, I I kind of figured that Jalen Brown would get traded from the Celtics, but it was always gonna be like I I I look, I I I thought that if they if he was gonna get traded, they were gonna have to get a good package for him for sure. And they did not at all. So I was I was surprised in Boston. Um but that's kind of that's the second half of the segment. So um planning on starting off with some of the LeBron speculation. Um we started started a little bit last game, but or last episode. Um thanks me. But kind of got cut short on time a little bit, so it's narrowed down to about three teams that you could potentially be going to. Um back to Miami, all four, back to Miami, Cleveland, um, Timberwolves, or what's the other or the Sixers? The Sixers have been trying to get in this world in the last week since I got Jalen Brown. So um I mean, which one of those teams do you think more like I mean, just put those teams in a list of where you think you could realistically go?

SPEAKER_04

Well, uh, for me, I ain't gonna lie, shit. Fucking the heat, um, something's telling me things gonna go back there. But I don't think that's necessarily best fit because I don't think they got enough shooting um between him, no, they don't know Giannis and Bam. And you know, one thing we see in the NBA today is you gotta have shooting. Um and you got three players who are one of them who is, you know, 40 plus, you have one who is who hasn't played had a healthy season in NBA in a while, Giannis. Um, and then you have the Bam who is approaching that 30 mark as well. So you kind of got three players who are if not at the end of their prime or the best years, they're I mean like close to it. Giannis, I believe still has a lot of basketball to him, but you know, when you're a player that thrives on the inside those injuries and those hits to the body after a while, I think it takes his toll. Um you know, and like I said before, I just don't, you know, I think his healthier years is behind him. Um I don't not saying that he can't give you uh a full healthy season. Right, not saying that. I mean, I think he may give you one or maybe two, where he's you know, they're playing you know 65 to 70 games in a season and then whatever else in the playoffs. If that 70 games is a stretch. That's a stretch for him. You know, at this age, uh I mean, not even though, like I said, it the A's were the combination of him um, you know, taking that abuse of the body. You know, we look back at D. Way was another one that, you know, and LeBron kind of helped his career stretch out, his prime kind of stretch out. But he was a player known for injuries early on because D. Wade? Yeah, D. Wade, because you know, he attacked a basket a lot, but he was 6'4, 215 pounds. So falling to the ground fucking 10, 15 times a game and getting hit, eventually that shit is gonna catch up. And you've seen that later in his career once he got over that 30 mark. I think the Giannis is the same kind of thing. I mean, bro, you can't. Um you can take care of your body all you want.

SPEAKER_03

He is he's 31. I mean, he um he's much different body type than D Wade, though.

SPEAKER_04

Correct. But I'm saying is like that physicality, right? You go on the whole a lot.

SPEAKER_03

I I think I I mean Giannis is shown that he can he can definitely take that, bro. Like for how long?

SPEAKER_04

That's my point. No, it was easier back when he was 26, 27.

SPEAKER_03

I think, I mean, I think we also we also haven't seen him on a super, like we haven't seen him with a super good supporting cast. Or I mean they were decent. We dame.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, no. Even a year after they when they got bounced, the same team that he had.

SPEAKER_03

I feel like just or I mean, did he have uh Drew and Chr or Drew and Chris after still after they won the finals that one year?

SPEAKER_04

Chris Middleton missed a good portion of the next season or the season after because of a knee injury. So yeah, he didn't play a lot of that, but Giannis got hurt in those games. This is my point, though. He got hurt going standing back or going back right now. It would be what they play, Miami played in the 2000. Yeah, 2023, 2024 is when the Denver Nuggets won a championship. Okay, it's 2026. So that's three years ago going into this NBA season. He got hurt in that playoffs against Miami, he got hurt the next year in the playoffs against Minnesota against Indiana, still played, you know, a couple or like three or four games, but he still got hurt, and then this year they even made the play. I mean, they started off bad right off rip. And the team wasn't that bad. I mean, they were they were they weren't, you know, a championship contender by any means, but Milwaukee to me shouldn't have finished the record that they finished. They weren't that bad. Like they didn't even make it to the fucking play-in.

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_04

You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_03

Like, so I mean Giannis didn't play for he played some games. I mean he did, but even when he played early on, they weren't winning. I mean, he only played like 20, 25 games. I don't even I mean, if that cause because he got hurt and was out for a majority of this season, and then and then once they once they were as bad as they were, they just shut him down.

SPEAKER_04

Well, they were they started off bad. That's what I'm saying. They win him playing. You know, they even started off bad. That's like I say, not we say greater players or less greater players uh have better seasons or have better win product productivity than what Milwaukee uh had this year. But, you know, also I guess it depends on um you know how you look at it, because he's been one out of Milwaukee for a while. There were rumors about him getting traded or wanting out last year, and then you know, he came back and played this year. But there's been reports or rumors about him wanting out of Milwaukee for a couple years now. Yeah, sorry. Um Milwaukee just didn't want to give him up.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Right, which is fair. It's hard to give up a player like that.

SPEAKER_03

But so go like, yeah, I don't think Braun, I don't think Bronn will go to the heat. I think he will, like, but I don't think it's the best pick. I mean, I I mean I don't even think it was a good pick for Giannis. So No, I don't, but I know Which is which is kind of interesting, just coming back to what you were saying. They just don't have the shooting. They don't especially because they they they traded a hero, which is their best shooter. So um so I don't I mean, if Bron, if LeBron goes to the heat, that'll be fun to watch. Uh him, Bam, and Giannis, but I don't think that that's the best pick. Um I don't think. Um I mean the Sixers are kind of like the Sixers are kind of that same spot. Like, I mean I was gonna say they're kind of the same spot with not as great shooting, but Maxi and um I mean you got Maxie Edgecombe and now Jalen Brown. Yeah, so it's it's just kind of whether it's kind of whether you can stay healthy. And to me, you have that extra well who's is Drummond Drummond still their backup big man?

SPEAKER_04

I'll say this. No, he he went to New York. Drummond? Yep, went to New York, signed in New York. Um I think other than the one team that was in a mix that's not anymore, which we talked about earlier, who I thought was the best, no, fuck the Warriors. The Nuggets, who I thought was the best fit for him. But looking at all the teams, I'm thinking to the Warriors. I'm thinking it's the Sixers. Because even if you don't get a healthy Steph is not Steph is not gonna play, he's not, bro, he's gonna play 53 games this year. Don't say Perzingis. Don't ever put Brzegis in the same fucking I know what you I know you're not trying, I know that for a fact that you're not, but I'm just saying, bro, don't Perzingis, stop it, bro. This nigga's bugging. Um, but yeah, uh I gotta lie. I was trying to keep a straight face, but I can't. This nigga cannot be serious, bro. Fucking Przingis. Yeah, you see, you know what I'm saying? Even doggy bone right here, no. You know what I'm saying? She know. Fuck that. Um, the Nuggets, though. Nuggets, I think, was the best fix, but or fit. Sorry. Um, but out of the teams that's left, I think the Sixers are because um I'm not gonna lie, I trust the only other one I would put up there. I mean, it's I guess it's kind of a tie between um Cavs and T Woods because James Harden, you don't know what you're gonna get, right? He shows it every fucking year. Donovan Mitchell is a little inconsistent.

SPEAKER_03

Well, the thing with Donovan Mitchell that we also didn't put on the sheet, his new contract.

SPEAKER_04

He just worth it.

SPEAKER_03

He just got signed up. He's worth it. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, they okay, so let me restate. I'm sorry. They he's not been inconsistent. He has been who Harden?

SPEAKER_03

No, Mitchell Mitchell.

SPEAKER_04

The last two years for Cleveland, he has been playoffs, he's been a fucking dog. Yeah. I swear to recant. Uh, but I've seen games where he just kind of just goes, like where he's just like nowhere to be found. Right? Like, and you know, if you that that superstar player that fucking, you know, I look at the the the yoke is of the world, the Shays, the fucking the Lucas, you know, hell Curry's the curry, man. Not anymore. Not anymore. Listen, I don't fuck with Golden State, but that's a that's the best point guard of all time. He's a fucking dog. I can't stand his guts.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. But you know he's good for fucking 25.

SPEAKER_04

He's gonna get his bucket for sure. Um, but I just I don't know. I think those, I think, you know, Ant-Man shoots the team out of the game too many times. That's another reason why, as much as I talk shit about Randall, but that's another reason why Randall didn't play good this year and hasn't, because and really why Cat didn't look like a good fit is because Ant-Man takes too many shots. He shoots the ball 25 times a game. I mean, I'm gonna go to the show.

SPEAKER_03

And so that's gonna be the same with LaMelo on. It will be, it's gonna be a shootout affair. They both is gonna jack the biggest.

SPEAKER_04

LeBron don't need his shots. Bron don't need a shots. Bron gonna get his shots when he wants his shots, but he don't need them. He's going wherever he's signed at, Braun is knowing that I'm a second to third fiddle. Bronn is knowing that. He's okay. That's why he's okay with taking a minimum, the veteran contract at one point because he's okay with that. He just wants another ring. Yeah, you can do that and shoot the ball 10 times a game, 12 times a game, right? What I'm saying is like that's the Rudy Gobert's not shooting the ball. He's shooting the ball two, three times a game. Yeah. All right. DeSamo, depending on what's going on, he may shoot. He may be a little bit of a high-volume shooter, but one thing you know about LaMelo and both their high-volume shooters. Even LaMelo getting those assists. McNan's not a high volume shooter. He doesn't have to be. He was only averaging what he averaged last year in that Denver series because Ant-Man wasn't there. Not saying he can't go get his bucky because he can't. I mean, he would probably get top dollar on the market today if he was a hit free agency. There would be teams lined up. Yeah, that's my point. There would be teams lined up out of the foot across the goddamn, you know, to get his ass. Yeah. So, you know, but he's okay with only taking eight shots a game. He's okay, he's a defender. He thrives in defense, he loves that. He's like a Tony Allen type of guy. Like he the scoring is extra. Yeah. Right? That's that's a plus. And he obviously likes something in Minnesota because he's been there for a while. So you know, between the two of those, yeah. But yeah, I mean, between the playing with two of those, you know one thing. It's gonna be a lot of fucking shots put up. Right? The other way, you know, when I'm saying Brown and 76ers, or uh, yeah, I mean 76ers is, you know, even if Embiid is healthy, that's a plus. If Embiid is healthy, that changes a lot of things. But they don't need him to be healthy to win a championship. If they can get, if if they can get what they've been getting out of Maxie, um, what they've been getting out of Jalen, or not them, but what the league has been getting out of Jalen Brown. Because he's gonna come back with a vengeance next year. We know that Jalen Brown is gonna come out, and I wouldn't be surprised if the first through the first seven, eight games, this motherfucker's averaged a damn near 40. I would I'm I'm not I'm being honest. Like, I just I wouldn't be surprised.

SPEAKER_03

Like, obviously, when it fizzles down, I'm just laughing at the Celtics that they traded him for so little.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I mean it's not it wasn't.

SPEAKER_03

It's not surprising for Celtics.

SPEAKER_04

But it's not surprising. I mean, they've done it, they did this with Shaquille O'Neal. They gave up a couple pieces, not quite the statue of Jalen Brown, but they gave us some picks and a couple, whatever, to get Shaq at the age of 37 fucking years old. Boston has a history of of making major signers or deals with players that are a little bit older. Um, they gave up a lot for Kyrie for Kyrie. Granted, Kyrie was, you know, Kyrie, that's he's not, you know, not comparing him to the Paul George signing.

SPEAKER_03

He was still only like probably like early 30s.

SPEAKER_04

No, he was he wasn't even 30 yet. Oh, yeah. So it's like, but Paul George is 36.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_04

Or 33. But Boston is trying to win now. Paul George. Right, Boston. Well, at all. No, but the thing is, it's different though. Because um, if they can get the way I'll tell you this right now, bro, I ain't gonna lie. The way Boston plays.

SPEAKER_03

It's just gonna be Tatum, Tatum's team now.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, it's always been Tatum's team. I know the way Boston plays, if Paul George is healthy, you can see him average about 19 and 22 points a game next year. The way Boston plays with that spread, but the way they shoot threes, the way that they are spread, like they are outside, right? That gives space to do two things. That gives space for you to drive in it, and Paul George is a mid-range assassin. He is. Philadelphia for me never looked right in the in the get-go. He never looked right in a Philadelphia jersey, in my opinion. To me, that that whole fit, that whole Dallas Philadelphia going on on a limb, signing him. Because they just needed to do something in that offseason, right? They needed to do something. I don't think that was ever gonna work. Boston could work if he's healthy because he's still a good defender. At the age he's at, he's still a very good defender because he's 6'9 and can move the way he can move. That's one. He can still shoot the ball, right? And let's not forget three years or two years ago, almost three years ago, he averaged 23 points a game in the playoffs, shooting 45 or 46 from the field, but he shot 43 from three. He did not miss. Yeah, for he didn't miss from three. That was the year that Luca and then went to the to the finals against Boston. But he played very good in that series against Dallas. They lost, but he played good. So, you know, I mean, that was on the, I get it, that was two and a half almost three years ago, but um, he wasn't really healthy. I mean, the first in the Philly, never that first year wasn't healthy. Then that second year, MB being in and out, that's gonna that changes like the Maxi was in and out. Like that, nobody was really healthy when they played. And then we've seen after that 25-game suspension, he averaged about 24, 25 points a game in the last eight, nine games. Paul George, the first game he came back, is then he dropped 38. He was getting the fuck off. Like, he pisses me off because he has a game that just, you know, I mean, he his game is so smooth. He could get, you know what I mean? Like, it's just like he can, you feel like he could drop 40 every time he touched the goddamn ball. The way Paul George plays. You know what I'm saying? But I just, you know, I think Boston is different because you're gonna have consistency and Tatum. I don't think, yeah, you know, unless something happens with that Achilles, let's knock on what, but still got uh Derek White and Prisha. Derek White's gonna be healthy. Prisher's gonna be healthy. Um, you signed, you got was that Mitchell Robinson, didn't it? You got Mitchell Robinson. Okay. Yeah, I think they have that's gonna help.

SPEAKER_03

I think they have another uh shooting guard over there that I'm not thinking of that they I don't know. Somebody else to uh they they traded Anfrey Simons to that was Lash, but that was for Bucevic. No, I think that or I or yeah, no, the Celtics might yeah. I know. Well, Anfrey Simons just got traded again.

SPEAKER_04

From Chicago to somebody else, huh?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I think he's maybe the Sixers.

SPEAKER_04

That's a good pick up for him.

SPEAKER_03

Um no, yeah, it is Derek White, Pritchard, but or we'll see, but Baylor Shireman, he was he was a rookie that was I think kind of getting on it. But yeah, no, I mean he probably will.

SPEAKER_04

It'll be Pritchard, yeah, Derek White, Paul George, Tatum, Paul, or Tatum, Ball George, and then fucking either Keita, Keita, yeah, Keita or Mitchell Robinson. But they'll probably keep Mitchell Robinson on the bench because he's a better bitch. But uh Boston, I don't think I don't I don't think Jordan Walsh.

SPEAKER_03

I don't think even you know, even now he also traded for Mike Collie as well. Boston, dude.

SPEAKER_04

That's right, okay, yeah. And that'll that'll I mean he's gonna play fucking eight, nine minutes a game. No, I I feel like he's probably he'll probably be fifteen. He's not gonna be a major part of that role. He's there for veteran presence, in my opinion. He didn't play that much last year for Minnesota. He only got in the playoffs because whatchamacallit, Torres Achilles, and Dave Vincenzo, and then Ant-Man got hurt. Yeah. So they had to reach, you know what I mean? Like, unless that but ball, but I mean, you never know. Boston is known for playing everybody. Boston is known for fucking reaching all the way down in a bench and playing motherfuckers we never heard of, like Keita before he started and Sam Hauser and fucking Heiserman, right? And I mean they've Boston's done it. I mean, but they're a shooter, as long as they got a shooter, and that's another reason why they Hugo Gonzalez. Paul George is overall a better shooter than Jalen Brown. That's another reason why I think they made that trade better shooter. Overall, yes. Yeah. From I'll say he could definitely archive. Yeah, I mean, yeah, he's to me, especially three-pointer. He's a better Paul George is a better three-pointer shooter. Jalen Brown and my Jalen Brown's been a little good. He's a better ball handler. The A's is the only thing, and then also, like I said, bro, like what I was telling you is like they're not gonna be able to fucking mend that that relationship between fucking Boston and Jalen Brown. The minute you put any player like or especially that statue on a trading block, that means there's something about me you don't like, there's something. About me that makes you think that you can find something better. Yeah. Right? So after all I've done for you, the fact that I just played my heart out, played the best season. I just fucking played for y'all, was top five in MVP voting. We got to the second seed in the fucking East, mainly because me. Right. Because Tatum came back in March. So yeah, for the whole season, pretty much, minus a month and a half, they were number two, number three, bouncing back and forth between New York. It was them in New York pretty much all season long. Y'all got off to that lead and kept the lead. I think it got down to maybe three and a half, maybe four games at one point, and then y'all pushed it back up to seven, eight. But you know what I'm saying? Uh they fucking, you know, he in and he showed that he's a number one player. He like I was telling, he showed that he can lead the franchise. He played better than Jason Tatum on their championship run.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

He played better. Overall.

SPEAKER_03

He probably won the finals MVP. Right.

SPEAKER_04

That's one point. Like he was the most consistent. And he's, you know, I mean, like, so it's just that Tatum, they still believe that Tatum has a better upside. Has the next level. And that shows tremendously.

SPEAKER_03

If you're willing to trade. Especially after he tore his AC. Right.

SPEAKER_04

That's what I'm saying. Like, his guys coming off of Torn Achilles. Yes, he came back and played phenomenal. Played the best that probably anybody has ever seen that short or whatever off of Torn Achilles.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, off that point.

SPEAKER_04

He came off average. He probably averaged, I think, like almost 20, 21 points a game in a regular season. Tatum did. That's phenomenal coming off of Torn Achilles.

SPEAKER_03

He was still getting he was getting a lot. He was getting bored in his sits. Exactly. He was playing well around the board.

SPEAKER_04

And I think that's another reason why they kept him up because he's a better rebounder than Brown. And he's a better passer. He's a better rebounder than Jalen Brown. He's more willing to, you look at the stats. I feel like overall, I think he's averaged more rebound.

SPEAKER_03

I think he's like two or maybe three or four inches taller. I think he's or no, Jalen Brown's 6'7.

SPEAKER_04

6'6, 6'7. They're about the same height. Tatum about, yeah, they're about the same height.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Maybe one's got an inch or two on the other, but they about this, yeah. Jalen Brown's like 6'6, 6'7.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. I thought he was like, seven, six, six, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

So right, he's more, he's a better rebounder. I would say he's a better passer than Jalen Brown. He's a better ball handler than Jalen Brown. He's a better shooter. But the difference is Jalen Brown is a better decision maker.

SPEAKER_03

He's also a better defender.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, he is. He's a better defender and a better decision maker. Jason Tatum kind of builds a lot of his defenders out with those fadeaway threes and fadeaway mid-range and just unnecessary shots because he has to.

SPEAKER_03

And also, like, I think just Brown Brown's aggressiveness and just his, like, I feel like he's just not gonna um like I mean, like, Tatum's pretty aggressive too, but I feel like this is Brown's playing style. He's just he's scrappy, he's gonna get to the bucket, like if his shot's not going down, he's still gonna find like, and yeah, it's kind of it's kind of the same way with Tatum.

SPEAKER_04

I touch Tatum more when they having a bad game. Because of this. Because Tatum is a much more better ball hander than Brown. And that is one of the big reasons why the Celtics lost that series against the fucking Warriors when they played them four or five years ago. They were up 2-1. Jalen Brown got ripped, I don't know how many fucking times, bro. I'm telling you, because I'm rooting for Boston, because I hate Golden State. So I'm rooting, I'm like, yeah, fuck you, let's go, let's go. Especially going up 2-1. I'm like, I didn't, I knew it wasn't over, right? I'm like, they got fucking Curry over there. So this bitch is not over. Did I know that Andrew Wiggins was gonna play the way he did? No. Did I expect that motherfucker to average 15 fucking rebounds in the fucking finals? No, I didn't. That changed a lot of it. Curry played great, but that was the that was the deterrent factor was Wiggins. Wiggins is what won them that championship.

SPEAKER_03

That was the last one.

SPEAKER_04

And he played fantastic defense on Brown and Tatum.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And the whole time, you know what I'm thinking, bro? When I'm watching that shit, it's just a wild card to play. Why are y'all not going to the fucking paint? I'm looking at this. I'm watching. I'm seeing fucking Curry on fucking Tatum or Brown or whatever. And you got fucking uh uh uh uh god damn it, what's the fuck is this? I'm I'm gonna figure it out. Um, your boy from Michigan. Uh Jordan Poole. They got Jordan Poole on Brown, whatever, right? And I'm like, these niggas keep bailing him out with jump shots. Go to the fucking paint. No, and that's but my thing is, yes, that, and also, what is one thing that Golden State has never really been known for, even during their dominance run?

SPEAKER_03

Being in the paint.

SPEAKER_04

You're right, their paint defense. If you can get to the paint, you can have a little bit of success against Golden State. Even when they had Durant, right? They never really before after they had Bogett, they had Andrew Bogett in that first in 2014-15 when they beat Braun and Kyrie. They had Bogett and they had the second time. And then he they they didn't have him. After that, it was a rap. They had Kevin Looney, Draymond Green, they had JaVel McGee, which was as goofy as he was, he was a good defender, but they didn't have a true defensive threat down low for years. That was the one thing, the one weakness, and also turnovers. They turned the ball over a lot during that era. Golden State turned the ball over a lot. But it didn't matter because they had fucking Clay Kirk. Yeah, it didn't matter. So, you know what I'm saying? Like, if you can fucking get to the paint and take advantage of those turnovers, you can beat them. Um, and Boston did not fucking take, they didn't get in the paint. I don't understand. I'm just watching. I'm like, bro, stop shooting jump shots. You're six inches taller than this dude. Go to the paint and shoot and go for a fucking layup. You're gonna score. If you don't, your chances are you're gonna get the rebound. Because they don't, they're not, they're not a good defensive rebounding team. They're not. They've never really been known for that. So that's what I'm like, bro. That's the thing that infuriated me the most watching that series, dude, especially knowing you're up 2-1 against Curry and Klay. Granted, Klay won the Klay he was before, but you still up against 2-1 against Curry and Klay. And you fucking blow it. You know what I'm saying? You let Jordan Poole get the fuck off, and then y'all just didn't. I just, bro, that was just astonishing to me. I'm not gonna lie. Like, that was fucking crazy, bro. Like that, that, that was nuts watching that. It just infuriated me that whole series. It pissed me off because I'm like, God damn it, y'all giving this motherfucker another, not giving, because he played good, but y'all damn near letting this motherfucker get another fucking ring, bro. Like, god damn it, man. In a year where you didn't even expect them to go. They had Curry, fucking Clay coming off of fucking torn ACL, torn Achilles, you had Draymond, Jordan Poole, and fucking the likes of Gary Payne Jr.

SPEAKER_03

Wiggins. Wiggins, fucking I feel like that was one, I feel like that was one of the last years that Wiggins was like really like he was really productive. Because after or did he go straight to Miami after that?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. No, not that next year. He got traded. But he's really been productive everywhere he just went. He's been productive in Miami, that's why he's still there. Yeah, I mean, not a lot. He got defensive a defender like that. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? People are gonna keep you on. If you can shoot the lights out or you can defend your ass off, you got a chance to do it.

SPEAKER_03

I guess I just haven't watched a ton of Miami since he's been over there. I didn't really either. But the only thing that gave me a lot of things. He's probably been good for like 16, 17 or so a game. He's probably averaging a bit over that. Yeah, he was good for 15, 5, and 2, or 3. He was shooting 50 or yeah, 47% in the field though. He was shooting pretty good. From three, what? Um, 37. 36. 41. Wiggins, we'll be kind of transitioning. I'll say uh one more thing about uh Miami. Um I think I don't think they're gonna be the top top five team in the East year. Uh see if they get LeBron. Some things will probably change a little bit, but um we're gonna kinda wrap up NBA a little bit. Um kinda, yeah, talking about LeBron and all his teams and that Jalen Brown Celtics trade. Um yeah. Um I mean, you got you got anything left to say about what happened with the Celtic Sixers? Or any any team you want to see LeBron go to specifically out of those ones? Or whoever you go. Okay, do you think whoever do you think one of those teams would win a chip if he goes there? Or no? He's healthy, maybe a chance.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, maybe.

SPEAKER_03

Maybe like maybe maybe to win the final or maybe to make the finals.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, them yeah, they go to the the Wolves, that'd be good, but San Antonio is gonna be back.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and even even even OKC. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, even. What do you mean, even? No, I guess I'm just saying. I wouldn't be surprised they got number one record again next year. Honestly, I mean Well they didn't, or they did. Yes, they did. Yeah, they had number one record this year again. Calm down now, brother. Don't disrespect them boys.

SPEAKER_03

I thought for I thought OKC caught them. San Antonio? No, that's like two games. Yeah, that's right.

SPEAKER_04

They almost did, but they didn't. And now it's a lot of that without J Dub.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Uh but uh yeah, I'd OKC San Antonio is gonna be back. Um we don't know what the waitress is gonna be like. They could be really good. If they're healthy. I mean they could be healthy.

SPEAKER_00

You got your white boys, you got your white boys over there. Yeah, healthy.

SPEAKER_04

Healthy Luca.

SPEAKER_00

Healthy fucking. You saw Hashimura to the Clippers.

unknown

It's tough.

SPEAKER_04

He's gonna have fun over there. They're not making playoffs.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, he's probably not even he probably doesn't even have to move houses, bro. Probably not. You got traded 10 minutes away from the clip.

SPEAKER_04

All you gotta do is just prepare for a cancun sooner. Because the Clippers ain't making the fucking playoffs. I can tell you that now. No kawaii. Oh, they got the best player over there, Darius Gardel. They're not making a playoff. That's not happening. So, yeah, um, you know, we don't know what LA is gonna be like. A healthy Luca changes anything. When you have those players, those superstar players, Shays, Lucas, the the Jokic's, the fucking Brunsons, the Wimbeys, those type of players, you have them, you have a chance no matter what. You have a fighter's chance. I don't care what anybody says. You have that type of talent, that type of, you know, because those players can inspire other players. Those players could make you play better than what the fuck you ever thought you could play because you because they believe in you. So then now you believe in yourself. A lot of times all it takes is for that team to believe in themselves and beat another team. Not gonna lie. So yeah, what the fuck is that? We don't know. We don't know what LA is gonna be like. Houston could return. We don't know. Minnesota will be there without LeBron. Um LeBron, they still gonna be a formal team. Um, so you got teams right there. Uh, and we don't know what Dallas is gonna be like, right? We got a healthy Kyrie coming back. You got Cooper Flag coming there, uh, you got fucking who the fuck did they draft? Or they brought somebody else over there. They drafted. Who did they who did Dallas draft?

SPEAKER_03

Uh they were in a I can't even I can't remember.

SPEAKER_04

Look at let me look up their uh But I mean they're kind of playoff fight for a little portion of this year without playing.

SPEAKER_03

That's what I'm saying.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I mean they were for a little bit.

SPEAKER_03

They were they were never in they were never they never broke top ten. No, they were top ten, that's playing. Top ten, that's playing. I said they never broke into the top ten.

SPEAKER_04

For a little bit, when goes and stayed. I'm pretty sure they were close.

SPEAKER_03

That's the accomplishment of the self, which is Cooper Flat. They got more as Johnson, yeah. They got uh Morris Johnson. Oh, yes, yeah, that's right. A drafting bull. So they still they still got like they still got Gaffer, like they also just got Marcus Sasser from the Pistons as well. So I mean, I mean, he's probably like he's honestly probably really won't get a ton of time for that. Because they still have Christy, Christy, Clay Thompson. Oh, who is RJ Namhart? Ryan Nemhart's little brother, maybe? It is, yeah, and then Caleb Martin, Najee Marshall, Sansi Aldama, yeah, and Morris Johnson, Derek Lively, PJ Washington. Yeah, no, they look you kind of have a lot of players. I won't lie. Pretty deep team, but um, yeah, kind of switch over into NFL a little bit though. Um get back into some NBA next week potentially. Um maybe not, maybe we'll go into something else. But um some talked about some of the NFL trades that were going on last week, but we got a few more that we gotta chat about a little bit. Um a few of them bigger than others, but what's the first one we got?

SPEAKER_04

Uh well I just wanna give uh shout out to the Rams. Um they to me had the best offseason as far as like when now over anybody. They were able to get the best offensive player or lineman, however, you want to slice it to me hands now. Miles Gary. Um they were able to get the best uh not gonna say best cornerback, but the best like flexible cornerback, right? You can put him inside, outside, you could put McDuffie in a lot of places. I was quite I was surprised, but I was like 50-50 surprised when Kansas City traded him. Um because Kansas City is is known for the city. What did they get what did they get back for? Draft picks, I think. Okay. Um so Kansas City is known for doing that. They're known for paying their offensive players before their defensive players.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

They just draft they pay their offense and draft defense. And they draft a little offense. Like they'll draft a receiver here and there, I feel like running back here and there, keep the lineup, but then they pay those major players. Kelsey, Mahomes, Tyreek Hill would have got paid, but you know, he wanted to go do some other shit, and we see where that got him. Um and then Kareem Hunt probably would have got paid if it wasn't for the Miami that incident with the elevator shit with uh Kareem Hunt. He probably would have got paid for Kansas City.

SPEAKER_03

Um so yeah, bro. Tyreek is on that fucking, it's kind of tough that he didn't uh didn't work out in KC for real, bro. Because I yeah, I I do remember him. Him and Mahomes were great out there, bro. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Until he said that uh Toole was a more accurate quarterback in Mahomes. Which I mean, he may he may not be wrong, necessarily wrong about because Mahomes. That's not even he does, he's a gunslinger. He's probably the more most or more accurate, if not most accurate, gunslinger I've seen. Mahomes? Um yeah, yeah. Accurate. I mean, Elway is another one. Um Brad Favre was a gunslinger, but he wasn't really that accurate. Mahomes is accurate. Yeah, Jay Goff out there. But he's not a gunslinger. And he's not really that accurate. He's mid to mid to upper. Mid to upper accuracy. He's not bad accuracy. I gotta say, I've never, listen. He's a slinger. Through the whole fucking, no, he's not. Through the whole um even Detroit shit, uh, I was one of you can ask um my boy Trey, obviously from Breakyard, and my boy Sean, they can tell you. I was one of the first people to say that when they traded Stafford for Goff, I said, This ain't a bad trade. Granted, Goff wouldn't win a Super Bowl. I mean, sorry, Stafford won't have won a Super Bowl, Goff didn't, but Goff wasn't a bad quarterback. They had been to the Super Bowl, but they lost to Tom Brady.

SPEAKER_03

That's what we ended up getting for Yeah, no, right.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, like you lost to Tom Brady. You lost to the GOAT. Yeah, even Goff. Is that a bad accomplishment? Is that a bad feat? I don't think so. Right? You go up without your best running back, and then you lose to Tom Brady 10 to 3. The most boring Super Bowl known to man's history that I've ever seen in my fucking life, bro. I don't give a fuck. I'd rather do I'd rather go to work than rewatch that fucking Super Bowl. I'm not gonna lie to you. It was terrible. I know, I know. And you had the two highest, two to the three highest scoring fucking offenses going into that game. And the final score was two to three.

SPEAKER_03

That was crazy. Only touchdown was scored the second half. It was one touchdown. It was a bad day for bad.

SPEAKER_04

Three to zero and a half. Right? Like, that's just, you know, Rams' fucking defense played surprisingly well, and uh the Patriots defense played really well, which wasn't surprising, but they Rams didn't have Todd Gurley. He was hurt. Rashley did have him, but he was not 100%. He was never the same after that, which on a side note will probably go down as one of the like craziest, like quick declines of a superstar ever. Because that dude went from being the best running back in the league to like not playing on an NFL team in a matter of two, three years, which is crazy, bro. Yeah. All because of a knee injury. But before that, that motherfucker was nasty. I mean, dude, like Todd Gurley was a fucking, I mean, even going back to Georgia, dude, like Todd Gurley was a fucking problem. And then he got to the Rams and he was a fucking problem. And then that got one one bad knee injury, not one, but I mean that one knee injury fucked him up. And you know, he was never the same after the Red Dam. Did you go to another team after the Rams? He went to the Falcons for a little bit. I think played for another team for a little bit and then retired. Like he, and like I said, in a matter of two, about three years, he was not on an NFL team anymore. Went from being a best running back, arguably. You know what I'm saying? Like, you know, he was just bet McCaffrey all that. He was right there. If not better than him, to being not on a fucking team. So um that was a crazy decline, one of the craziest ones I've ever seen in a foot in football. I'm not gonna lie to you, that was fucking nuts. Like, the dude was fucking nasty. Um, but uh, yeah, I thought the Rams, um, going back to them, I think they I thought they won this offseason as long as they can keep Stafford um upright and healthy. They are probably the best team in NFC and a favor to come out of the NFC, I would say second would be um 49ers, third would be the Eagles, if I'm picking. If I'm picking the top three teams coming out of NFC right now, that'd be my pick. Um you said Rams, Eagles and the Rams and Niners. Yep, Rams, no, Rams, Niners, Eagles in that order. Um, I think Eagles will miss a little bit of no AJ Brown. Um, and we'll really see what Saquon's about, if that was a down year or if that was the the start of a downside in the career. We'll see if Devontae Smith is. I believe he's that. He's gotta stay healthy because he's all a bit of 180 pounds.

SPEAKER_03

We'll see if we'll see if his production kind of go well.

SPEAKER_04

Kai Lemon, I think, will be the biggest him and Saquon to me will be what. Um, we'll be defining factor for their season. If Lemmon comes out playing like how he looked in those fucking, you know what I mean? This straight just yeah. I know I'm a dog, like I don't give a fuck what you say. I don't care where I'm draft or that, I'm gonna show up. If he plays like that, I mean he's got good size. Yeah, good upside. I mean, I think I think he's gonna be one or two best receivers out of that draft, in my opinion. I do. I think with a person, some some people just got that look in their eyes. And sometimes injuries derail that, but as long as he can fucking stay healthy, I think Mikai, I think he's gonna be a dog. I do. I think he's gonna be a fucking animal. I'm not gonna lie. Like, I just, you know, I can see first couple games, bro, first four or five games, people picking his ass up or trading for him early in fantasy. I don't really love the equals got him, but no, I mean, yeah, I don't I don't either, because I mean just the rich getting richer. But um, I think he's gonna be all that in a bag of chips. I think he's gonna be all I think I think maybe a little biased here, but I think my boy is as well from Ohio State. Um, I think Tennessee is gonna make, I'm hoping, a bit of a surprise this year. And that division I'm thinking. Right, five to eight games. I'm sorry, it's just I'm going six to eight games. I believe in Cam Ward, bro. Is that right? Nice. I believe in Cam Moore. The one thing that you want to look for in rookies and shit like that, bro, is like, did they turn the ball over a lot? And Cam Moard did not turn the ball over. You know, I'm not saying he can't turn the ball over, but he didn't. Now looked at last year, as bad as Tennessee was. First thing you want to do is you want to look at that quarterback and you want to look at the line and then that defense. Right? And the fact that he had 15 touchdowns, I believe, and seven interceptions. I said, that's not bad for a rookie quarterback. You had seven interceptions out of 17 games. Right? That's very good in my opinion. Yeah. So I said, there's that's upside right there. Especially for the other. Then I look at, oh, he didn't have receiving help. Best receiver was Calvin Ridley or in Conquell, and Conquell is gone. Calvin Ridley is now 32 years old. Right? So then they did good in picking up a receiver and drafting receiver and drafting Carnell Tate. Um the the number one receiver took him off the board. They good, they did good with that. Uh they did very good in the offseason. So I'm very interested to see what Tennessee does this year. That's that'll be the team that I'm looking at um, other than the Bengals, obviously, but that's the team I'm looking at the most. I'm not gonna lie. Like I'm interested to see what Tennessee does what Tennessee does, especially in that division. I mean, you got Houston, them. Indiana, right? Right, yeah. You got Houston, Indiana, fucking um Tennessee, and then you have fucking uh the Jets? Jaguars. Oh, the Jaguars. Right, so um Jaguars have been known to play good and then jack and jack off the next season.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Um and then Colts, we don't know. Daniel Jones won't be back till midseason. I know that.

SPEAKER_00

I mean we got we got him, uh, him later down on the list.

SPEAKER_04

Houston be we'll we'll win that.

SPEAKER_00

You think so?

SPEAKER_04

Oh yeah by far. By far. I think I don't think it's gonna be something that's gonna last for like some years.

SPEAKER_00

Are they gonna get tank Dell back? Start of the year or something.

SPEAKER_04

They don't need tank Dell back.

SPEAKER_00

Or no, I mean I mean I'm just talking our end.

SPEAKER_04

Fuck the Colts. Nico They don't, yeah. That defense, bro. Yeah, I mean, they brought almost, I'm pretty sure they bring everyone except for two or three players back on that defense, which was the number one defense in NFL last year. They brought that defense back. They gotta, you know what? And this is you know what? I think your boy is gonna have a very good season. I think your boy is gonna no. I think your boy is gonna dip in that pool one last time and just make a big splash in Montgomery. I see Montgomery with 10 plus touchdowns this year running the ball. I think they're gonna take full advantage of that. They're gonna run the ball this year. I think Houston's gonna be like, you know what? Give it to this big motherfucker right here. We're finna run the ball. Nico's gonna eat two. I mean, yeah. You know what I'm saying? But I think this time they're going to run the ball. Detroit didn't want to pay him. That's, I mean, they knew the price that he they didn't want to pay him that price. Yeah. Right? And he's a little bit older. I mean, so Detroit's like, you know what, we believe in gives. We can go somewhere else and purchase, you know, a defensive player or whatever it is. Like, we don't want to spend this much money on a two-back system. And so it's probably what they did. And so, you know, but I see Montgomery having one last big hurrah. Um, really good season for Houston. And they don't really have the competition in that division. Other than maybe the Jaguars, but the Jaguars, they're I'll tell you that ETN, him not coming back is gonna hurt them, man. I think so. You know, that's the thing that's not getting talked about that I'm seeing in these fucking other podcasts and these other shows is a loss of ETN for the Jaguars, bro. I ain't gonna hold you. I think that's gonna hurt them. I think that's gonna be a big hurt without him. He played phenomenal last year.

SPEAKER_00

Who did they have behind? Who's the guy? I forgot who they saw.

SPEAKER_04

It's not someone on his statue or on his on his fucking, you know, on his level.

SPEAKER_03

It's not somebody who was.

SPEAKER_04

We looked up, I think I looked up randomly or some shit like that. I can't remember who it is, but I don't think it's someone that's fucking Bishaw Tootin. Yeah, Tootin. Yeah, Toon's okay. Yeah, he's yeah. Toon's okay. He's alright. I had him a little bit in fantasy last year. He is. ETN's young. I mean, he's a good one. Etienne's like 26.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, he only this was his first year. He was a rookie last year.

SPEAKER_04

I'm still bringing, I'm trying to get AT. I'll franchise tag his ass if that's what I gotta do.

SPEAKER_01

Where did he end up going?

SPEAKER_04

I can't. I'm pretty sure he went to New Orleans. I could be wrong. That's tough. I think money. He did. Yeah. That's money. Yeah, they didn't want to, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

You think uh New Orleans could maybe make a I think they could be decent.

SPEAKER_04

I think with in that division, bro, I don't I think Tampa Bay is gonna make another step back because their defense is still old. Baker Mayfield is getting older. You don't have Mike Evans, you have Ibuka, which is gonna draw so much attention because Chris Godwin, if they still have him, they did have in the tour too many. He don't even got no more ACLs to tear. They did have good, they did have six rookie running back last year, though. Oh, you're talking about Bruce Irvin? Um Bucky Irvin, sorry. It's a Bucky, yeah. Bucky was good, yeah. Yeah, I mean, but they don't have a bite pass the ball to. You got Kate Otten as a tight end. He's not bad. But Mike Evans, he's gonna be miss. And then they didn't, I don't know who they who they draft another receiver. I think they did.

SPEAKER_03

Was it uh was Jalen McMillan?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, no, McMillan was there last year.

SPEAKER_03

No, not Tess Johnson.

SPEAKER_04

He was there last year as well. Yeah, he's the I don't think they drafted a receiver. Maybe they drafted a lineman.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I don't know.

SPEAKER_04

I don't know. But Tampa Bay, that's the beginning of the end for them. Um I mean, that's in hence that's why they haven't paid him or extended Baker Mayfield. He hasn't been extended yet. They made a playoff. Yes, they made a playoffs, but they ain't he fizzled out, fizzles out as the season goes on. So Baker is always done. This is a player he is. Um and then you add on not having receiving help. You know, I just I don't think Carolina will see. Um, and Atlanta we'll see. That's it, it's a it's a toss-up for that division. Yeah. You know, who the whoever the fuck bet Carolina's gonna win that division last year, I guarantee you they walked away with some money at the end of last year.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I guarantee you, because I I promise you two teams are ahead of them before that that season started. That's Tampa Bay and Atlanta. I don't give a fuck what you say. With the signing of Judon and the signings that the signings that Atlanta had and got with B. John Robinson over there and multiple good players over there. Drake London, like you got multiple players. You had Kirk Cousins. Right. That's I mean, well, no, he didn't play. They had Phoenix.

SPEAKER_00

Or did he start? Or I think.

SPEAKER_04

Penny started in the beginning. He didn't play good. You know, he got hurt. Yes, the year before that Kirk Cousins started. And they started decent. He played good, really good. Had a game where he threw for almost 540 yards. Against Tampa.

SPEAKER_00

I think it was.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it was against Tampa. He threw for 538 yards. I remember watching that in the airport in Taiwan, bro. Two games later. Yeah, five interceptions. Yeah. And he got benched. That was against the Chargers. I remember that. I know that for a fact. It was against the Chargers. Maybe four or five interceptions. He had zero touchdowns and four or five interceptions. He got benched. Penix took over. Penix started this year, then he got hurt, and then Cousins came back and finished the season. But um, yeah, Kennedy Carolina just willed their way to number one. They didn't come near. I mean, nothing, I mean, nothing fucking fashionable, nothing fucking, you know, red carpet worthy, nothing where you want to, you know, glam or or any glamour, any of that. It wasn't nothing fancy. Right? It just somehow they were ranked fucking in the middle of the pack on offense, defense, everything, but they found their way because that division sucked ass. Um, so that's what and New Orleans, with all that being said, had a chance at getting number one seed or making the playoffs at week 15, 14, as bad as they played. They had a fucking chance, bro. If they won out, they could have made the fucking playoffs. That is crazy. So that's what I'm saying. Like, that's what I'm like, yes, New Orleans has a chance of making a playoffs. Yes, they have a chance to win. I yes, they picked up a quite a few good players and drafted decent. I said that to Chris or Pops the other day. I said, don't be, he's like, uh, you know, but I'm like, all right, whatever. Don't be surprised in New Orleans fuck around and you know win the division. Not me, yeah, not even that, but like you look and it's Thanksgiving, and it's a three-way tie for first place, and all those teams are five and six, and New Orleans is second in that division. But, you know, don't be surprised, right? It's divisional foes, right? Whoever wins that division as far as wins-wise, fucked out of conference, usually wins that division, right? Because it's a dogfight in between. So, you know, I mean, like I said, I don't know. I just, I don't, I'm not sold on a division. I don't know. Um, you know, I run out by a little bit of time here. That's okay. We can always finish more next episode. But uh, you know, one thing, DJ to the Bills. Uh, what do you think of that?

SPEAKER_03

DJ, uh DJ Moore. Yeah, DJ Moore, yeah. Um, yeah, I mean, a little bit of a a little bit older. Um going like going like early 20s. Okay, late 20s. I mean, weapon for Josh Allen. I mean, he was missing. I mean, I wouldn't even say that he was missing Stefan last year. Um had one of his better years. Um just spreading the ball around more. Um Kahio Shakir, Keon Coleman. Well, um I can't even think of who he's at there. Yeah, I can't even really think of the rather. I mean, I think they had some other Shakur, yeah, Palmer. Yeah, yeah, Palmer. Have a pretty good time. I mean, I know uh I know James Cook was also cooking for him as well. James Cook had an a thousand yards, a thousand yard running year. Hell yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, he destroyed it in fantasy too.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, no, and I mean, and and I mean just the fact that Josh is as as much of a dual threat quarterback as he is, um, I mean, it makes it easier for the receivers and the running backs. So, I mean, I think I think that's a that's I mean, I think that's a good pickup for Buffalo. Um player with some experience as well. Um I mean, he was just in Chicago with um Ben Johnson, good offense, rookie quarterback, like honestly, kind of a little bit comparable to Josh Allen, to be honest. Okay, yeah, like he like that like like the offense is a little bit different for sure, but there's similarities in it. So I think DJ Moore will go into that Buffalo, that Buffalo team and fit in pretty well. Um Yeah, I like that. Um I don't know what the contractor, like how much they paid him, whatever it was. You know, you know.

SPEAKER_04

No, I think it's like three years, two or three years, I think they gave him. Okay. It wasn't something crazy. Okay. I think they learned a lesson from Von Miller. Give him that six-year fucking whatever they gave us. That's crazy. When he was like 36. I was like, bro, what? Shit was crazy. It was a year after they won the Super Bowl to Rams. He won a yeah, it was like going in 2022 after they won he after he won that Super Bowl to the Rams, he got a fucking five or six year con wild contract from the Bills. After he was fucking. When he was like 34 or 35. And I'm just like, bro, what the fuck? Yeah, I'm like, what? And he played one year there.

SPEAKER_03

Another one, um, another one. How old is uh Mike Evans, bro?

SPEAKER_04

Maybe about 31, about 32.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, so I mean, just getting traded over to the Niners. The Niners were a team that you had in your town.

SPEAKER_04

Any reliable hands, yeah, and that helps them a lot, right there. Yeah, he's like a Keenan Allen, but healthier.

unknown

Right?

SPEAKER_03

Is he gonna be is he gonna be one of the Niners' top two receivers?

SPEAKER_04

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Probably their second.

SPEAKER_04

Brandon Iug's done. That's not that's done. And then you got Prime Pearce, and then they drafted a wide receiver. Jennings, I don't think, is there anymore. He left. Jenny's went, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, oh, they got Christian Kirk, too.

SPEAKER_04

He's gonna be slot, so yeah. They're gonna yeah, the number one is gonna be Pearce and Mike Evans.

SPEAKER_03

For sure. Okay. I mean, yeah, I mean, I don't like, or I don't mind that for Mike Evans getting out of Tampa. Gets one more chance, gets one more chance to actually get a little something, play with a good defense over there.

SPEAKER_04

Stay healthy, yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Um, or else, I mean, if they can't, we'll kind of see. Oh, we saw this last year. I mean, I mean, maybe not even with Seattle, to be honest. Maybe we'll just see LA running away with that division a little bit more.

SPEAKER_04

I don't know if they run away with it.

SPEAKER_03

Well, who's San Francisco? Or yeah, it's San Francisco. But I mean, but I mean, but I mean you were or San Francisco, Seattle, Seattle, Cardinals. Cardinals, yeah. Cardinals.

SPEAKER_04

I see a Rams and Niners being dog fights. I see that coming down to the last like two, three weeks of the season. Who wants that? As long as health-wise, as long as health is health can obviously change everything, but as the 49ers, I think they McCaffrey for me is the biggest question mark for them. McCaffrey and a little bit of that defense. Uh, but with Ebosa coming back healthy, Fred Warner coming back healthy, you have Mike Evans, you know, with that, I think um they'll be they'll be solid with that receiving core. Brock Purdy, um, underestimated, you know, a lot of chatter about him, but I like him. And I think he's got guts, and you know, he's got the he's better than grapple, so he can win the Super Bowl with them. And he's gotta not run it in my homes. Because that's the last two teams that beat him, you're gonna beat the Super Bowl was the was the Chiefs. And they just gotta avoid Mahomes, and then maybe they can win the Super Bowl. Uh and they were fucking winning in both of those games is the crazy part. They were up in both games. They could be 2-0 in the Super Bowl, but instead of 0-2. Um But yeah, quickly after that, Aaron Rodgers re-signed back. I kind of expected that, you know. Seems like a player that'd tell you right away, I'm done, rather than let you wait. Kind of wait for a few months.

SPEAKER_03
