Enjoyment doesn’t always look like exuberance.

Sometimes it looks like presence.
Sometimes it’s appreciation.
Sometimes it’s simply not being overly attached to what’s happening.

I share reflections on lightness and seriousness, embodiment and projection, and how our relationship to life shifts when we stop treating physical reality as the whole story.
