Hi everybody, Janet IChorst here. I'm excited about our topic today. We're going to talk about embodiment and high performance. And high performance could be oh kind of um a little, I don't want to say it, how we define high performance really matters, right? Because we don't want to get into comparing ourselves to others, but we want to find our own level of high performance. So what I want to bring forward and encourage you to do today is to, excuse me, is to find another level of your personal embodiment, as it's so important to how we define success and performance here. You know, those of you that know me and that have been following me know I talk about embodiment a lot. I mean, I don't know how anybody can ascend. I don't know how anybody can use all their abilities here. I don't know how anybody can allow that life force energy, that pure God essence to flow through them as them to the greatest capacity in every moment without being embodied. We are animated here and our senses, our organs are dimensional, and they take direction really well. So that means when we get all of us more on board, including our physical body, our performance, our experience here, our level of success as we define it, our ability to live our potential increases. So that's what I want to talk about today. Um, I listened to, this was fascinating for me. I listened to a mental performance coach who has worked a lot with elite athletes and helped them get their mental game on board. And why this was fascinating is that we know that creation is not just through what I want to call our lower self mind, our egoic mind. It requires the divine mind, the true thought process, which is more of an experience, it's embodied versus just a head thing. Right? So to be an elite athlete, you have to find a way to work through whatever static, that's a word I used in podcast number 17. Whatever static, whatever block, whatever mental processing, and that includes trauma, whatever is in that way, in the way of your physical performance. Because we're talking about all of us with whatever we're doing. And when that mind and that body and our heart are all in that divine alignment, we can get in the zone. And I hadn't really thought about this very much, but that's a very common term when you talk about athletes, where they are just so on. It's it's that experience of that life force moving through them as them, without any restrictions on what's possible that allows these extraordinary things to happen. And in order to do that, we get to use our mental capacity in a really aligned way. And so there's a level of clarity about that, where I know what I want. And not in that small child wanting candy sort of way, silly example, in a heart aligned. This is something that I'd really like to experience here, and it's aligned with my soul. And when we have that level of clarity of what we want, then we can use the capacity of all of us, all of our senses, all of our organs, all of us working in alignment to accomplish or experience something. And those of you listening to me, I know you to be an elite performer in some degree. In the spiritual community, we would use words like way shower, we would use words that reflect we're the ones setting in new templates in terms of how we can be more of our wholeness that's aligned with unconditional love, that's aligned with honor and respect. So we are those elite ones, just like the elite athletes. And that doesn't mean we're better or worse than anybody. I mean, it's not about that at all, it's about that's a capacity that we have within us to create new pathways for our own and everybody else's potentiality to come into reality. And it's not unlike athletes that set records. When we think of the level of light, the capacity that we have, and when we in our own way increase that capacity, we are setting records on some way for a new experience here, where we are not affected. I mean, this whole idea of not letting anything get in the way of the clarity about what we want to create or experience. Elite athletes do that all the time. And that requires a level of effort and a level of action. And we know that that requires focus. Our currency is our focus, and where we put that, we know that's where our life force energy goes, and that's what we get more of. So this was so helpful for me to look at high performance in the spiritual community without knowing that I'm not better or worse than anybody else, but it's just what I'm doing here. And how do I want to do that? So let's all just take a breath here. And I want to invite you to take a breath deep into your bell belly, into that pelvic, into your pelvic area. So just breathe into that and just imagine that your divine heart, that life force energy where that stargate is, it's we get so much, there's so much potentiality that we can access through these stargates. So it's divine mind, divine heart, divine body. And imagine that that flow is connected between all of them, and they're working seamlessly together. Okay, so breathe as you breathe. Feel that area of your pelvic region, your pelvic floor being enlightened. More life force energy. And this includes your lower back. So I'm looking at just the lower part of your body. Yeah? Your spine, woo! Oh, there's lots of energy moving in that I can feel it in the shoulders too, because the the hips and the shoulders they mirror each other. Okay, breathe. Breathe deeper. I'm gonna say breathe into your core. And as you do this, we're intending that this breath unifies all of our organs, our muscles, and all of our divine aspects throughout all time and space. So you might experience this as opening up channels, opening up possibilities. You might be getting downloads here, activations as we call them sometimes, and clarity.
SPEAKER_00All the way into your belly.
SPEAKER_01So our breath opens up the pathways to what we call our zone. Stillness, presence, zero point, the zone. Think about any moment you've ever had where you were in that zone, any moment that you felt like you were in zero point and that pure creational energy where anything is possible.
SPEAKER_00Just lightly hold that.
SPEAKER_01Don't overuse the mental mind, but lightly hold that and breathe. Breath is a doorway, it circulates life force energy in our physical body and all of our energetic fields that move through our physical body. Okay, now I just am gonna invite everybody to hop to a new vibrational level, a new level of the zone, with more of you on board. Accessible now. Just do it easily to say, oh I'm gonna upshift to that experience now. It's accessible, it's right here. Just a little bit of a change in focus and definitely a change in vibration. And relax, I wanna say, especially your hips and your lower spine as much as you can.
SPEAKER_00Simply and easily. Use that breath.
SPEAKER_01And in uh, we're gonna do a little bit of a process here where you can invite in all the parts of you that are ready to be unified and in coherence with the whole the whole of you, which allows your potentiality to be here now.
SPEAKER_00And this is like a go-for it moment.
SPEAKER_01So, how can you get to that elite level of performance that you define for you right now and let this power, this unlimited power dissolve into any static whether it's a belief, whether it's conditioning, a mind program, a thought, a trauma. Just let it all dissolve now.
SPEAKER_00This is the power that you have within you to do that now.
SPEAKER_01And as you breathe in, feel your ribs expand. Our ribs are so beautiful, they hold so many of our organs. So as our ribs expand and as they contract, consider that a massage for those organs where they too can release any stagnancy that they might have. That could be stuck anything, it could be scar tissue, it could be anything that prevents the optimal capacity and performance of your organs. And we just allow that to happen, right? We're not forcing this, we're not mentally making it happen. We're allowing that power that's right here to do the heavy lifting, the alignments, the activations, the healing, the reconfiguring, and let it change the programs of your mind that have limited you in any way, shape, or form?
SPEAKER_00That's beautiful.
SPEAKER_01I want to talk about movement practices, and that kind of sounds like a fancy phrase, but what do you do to support your physical body in its vitality and wellness? And you could consider this exercise, some sort of movement, whether it's yoga, whether it's running, whether it's lifting weights, whether it's chigong, one of my absolute favorites. Whatever that is for you. Some it's interesting because in a from an athletic perspective, sometimes it's about getting the mind programs aligned, and then the movement can help get into the zone. That's one way. There's also a way of getting into that spiritual zone, right? That still point before you do a movement practice, and then allowing that pure power, that life force essence to move through your body very consciously, very deliberately as you move. And that could be whether you're a runner. I mean, you could just imagine this beautiful energy running through your body that literally defies gravity, where you're suspended and supported by the power of our earth of Gaia as you run. And you're so light, you just kind of fly. That would be an example of it. I do this in Chigong all the time, where I feel that pure life force energy and I move it through my body, and that heals and that aligns and that strengthens as I do so. And allows more pure power to be expressed and experienced through my physical body. And that practice I love because it deals with all the different parts of my body and the way I practice it. It deals with the extremities and all the different systems of the body. And whatever your movement practices, I don't know anybody that can do this ascension, this elite work, this cutting-edge way of experiencing life here in our own unique way without working with the body, because we have so much power available here. It's incredible the dimensional capacity of our organs, how they can really self-heal in ways that we haven't quite figured out yet, and are still kind of getting into that groove so we can experience that capacity. Right? And we get help. I mean, I I'm um thinking about this, so I'm gonna I'm gonna share it. You know, I know that there's uh whether it's supplements, whether it's food, whether it's herbs, which I've had some incredible experiences lately of herbs are grown in the earth, right? The earth is multidimensional, the herbs are multidimensional. And when I have taken some of these herbal blends, and this can be true with any of your supplements and even with your food, when all that works together, it's all this cohesive team. And I've had this visual and could feel, see, here, and experience these team of herbs in this blend in their dimensional capacity, working with my body to assist it in its self-healing capacity and returning my body to its true blueprint form, which is a form of perfection, we'll say. Not in the bad way of perfection, but just in the pure form of what my body can be, what it can do, what it can feel like, how much pleasure I can feel, how much flexibility I have.
SPEAKER_00That's what our bodies are here for and can do.
SPEAKER_01Wow, that was a lot that we just covered right there. So let's just take a moment here together and just align yourself, your body, your field, all your energetic fields, and allow this to be as lighthearted as you possibly want it to be. And just imagine yourself in this body doing things that you didn't think were possible. Your mind supports you, you get the energy and all the different codes, frequencies, vibrations you need coming through your heart, and your body is circulating them.
