Hi everybody, Janet Eikorst here. Super excited to be with you today. Welcome to episode 20 of this podcast series. What are we going to talk about today? We are going to talk about respondability. Respondibility. How we respond to things versus react to things. And I know most of you listening or watching have recognized the distinction between these two ways of being: reacting versus responding. Why is that so important now? We're going to talk about that today. We are going to talk about also how the neurological system kind of is really doing something right now and offer you some support in getting better at how to be a responder versus a reactor. So we will start with why is it so important right now? Because things are changing so fast. And I'm not even talking about like linear speed. I am talking about major jumps and reality shifts, timeline jumping, major reorganizations. We've talked about for many, many years about how we can reincarnate in these bodies. Our bodies upgrade enough that we have a completely new experience in our physical bodies. That is a huge shift. We don't have to die to be rebooted. And so that's happening right now. And I know those of you watching or lifting, listening today are on that ascension journey, on your evolutionary path, becoming more of your true essence, allowing that conditioning and any manipulation and any ways that you have been affecting, effective, affected, sorry, negatively by outside forces, we are looking at those dynamics and saying no. We are really living from the inside out in a new way. And depending how big the jump is, the shift is, the change is, now this all has to do with energetics and frequencies and the way we're actually constructed, right? Our frequency is shifting, our cells are shifting in vibration, and this is allowing us to have a different experience here. And so when things go fast or in a big leap, it takes a bit for us not to get into that reactionary way. Now we have a state called fight or flight, right? That's the sympathetic response to a nervous for from for. That's the sympathetic response of our nervous system. And if we're being chased by a lion or a tiger, we want that to be the case. That means our adrenaline's up, that means that our energy is being used in a certain way where we can have more physical response or we re-react so we can stay out of danger. That's what it's designed for. In our everyday lives, we want to stay in that parasympathetic state. So when things are changing quickly, we can take that wrong pathway. The neurological responses, the synapses, can go into that reactionary state versus that parasympathetic state. So you might find right now, which I have, that my neurological system has been amped up and on. And what I want to offer you today, and what I want to talk about, is an increase your ability to do is to know, examine, discern, be aware of that on-ramp to that sympathetic state.

Okay, so let's all take a deep breath here.

And I'm gonna ask you to be here, whatever that means for you, fully, as fully as you possibly can, in your body. And I want you to focus on that life force energy, that God force energy that animates you, that moves through you as you and see if you can find the purest form of that.

And just make it easy.

It's that I am that I am and allow that breath to move that life force energy through you. It happens naturally, it's the most natural thing you can do. And so right now, just kind of pay attention to if you're amped up or not, are you?

Okay. So what's been very helpful is to know, and I've talked about this before, and we are can gonna continue to work on this state when we meet to be your bigger, highest vibrational self that's unaffected by anything outside of you in a negative way. So as we're evolving, those of us on this ascension journey, we can have extreme experiences. And that also means that this God consciousness, this universal life force energy, whatever words that you want to use, Jesus, Yeshua, pure source energy, we can also feel frequencies of this that are stronger, more real, more embodied than we have ever felt before. So let's do that now. Just intend, allow that to happen. So it's basically dropping any separations, any beliefs, any conditioning that prevents you from being your true self. Breathe all the way into your belly, feel your toes. There, can you feel that frequency? Can you just feel yourself settling back into you? Allow that to happen for you right now, as much as you possibly can. And if you can't feel that, use your imagination to create a state where that's happening for you right now. This is how we use the positive aspects of our mind to imagine that our body is relaxed. Right now. Imagine what that feels like to have your neurological system be calm now. And then when something happens, whether it's a big shift, whether it's a blast from the past, whether it's an awareness, you can stay in this God consciousness, pure present state enough that you don't lose yourself and you can begin to examine the pathways. And this isn't even about thinking, it's noticing and becoming aware where you might go into a sympathetic response.

And then we get to use our pure power, our choice, our choice points to do that or not.

Now this is a developed skill, I want to say, and it's completely possible for you. And what has happened for me and those I work with is that we stay as connected as as much as we can in this state of presence. You could say on your spiritual beam, you could say centered, grounded, here, so that even when those sympathetic states come up, we can allow ourselves to be present to them and allow whatever needs to possibly come up and pass through us. We allow that to happen, and we don't lose that presence, that God essence, that incredible universal life force energy that's always here. And it's here whether we can feel it or not. I know I shared in the last podcasts, I shared about an intense period that I went through, and when I was going in through that intense period, I couldn't feel that life force energy, and I knew it was there. And then sure enough, as that state passed, then I had more of that embodied feeling state of being it.

So let your neurological system upgrade now so that it's stronger, so that life force energy is stronger in you, that God force energy, so that it doesn't have to automatically react to stimuli that doesn't require that sympathetic state, and that your ability to drop back into the parasympathetic state is easier. This is completely possible for you. When we think about how we are designed as pure, healthy, fully functional on humans, this is what we're talking about, our blueprint, where we have that level to that ability to be able to respond to things appropriately. And this is why um I've talked so much about the conditioning, right? The traumas, the patterns that might bring up that sympathetic state in order to shift beyond it.

And this isn't religious. This is about a form of okayness. And this is really important when we're talking about our ability to respond versus reacting. Reacting is that fear that it's not okay, I'm not going to be safe. Responding means everything is okay on a very fundamental level. So this gets deeply into our belief systems. So what is your belief system? Do you believe that you are safe? And I want to talk about this because there's so much fear, there's so much manipulation, there's so many ideas in our society, in the matrix, you might want to say, that keep us in a fear state. Turn on the news, and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. I don't recommend that. I don't recommend having that be a practice. I understand I keep in touch, or I am aware of certain things happening in our world, and I kind of look at headlines and stuff, but that whole media thing is meant to keep us on edge in fear. And what I know is that I have this perspective and this belief that we are as a society trying to bottom out on some really awful dynamics that are not based in unconditional love. And that's looking very messy right now. There's a lot of conflict, there's a lot of disagreement, there's war, there's death, there's people killing each other right now. And I don't focus on that, I focus on this pure life force energy, and I focus on that within me. And the more I hold that state and don't react to stimuli that wants me to react, the more our world shifts. So this is really important to look at your belief system. Do you think you're okay? Safety, what is safety? Safety is not having everything go my way. That's not what it is. Safety is very much connected to the sympathetic, parasympathetic nervous system, right? That fear, that unsafety, that's why we go sympathetic. So if there's an underlying belief, and I believe this, that all is well because I have such a deep faith in unconditional love, in the power, that pure power that runs through me as me, and that runs through you as you. There's an expression, and I used to have a little button, and I still do some somewhere that says, Love always wins. Our universe is created from unconditional love. And separation has caused us a lot of problems because we have gotten separated from that pure essence of unconditional love. And so that's what we're getting back to. That is safety, that faith that I will have what I need, and that I will respond from that place of that innate power that runs through me as me. That's different when I'm working through stuff that comes up. And when outside stimuli triggers something within me, then that's mine to work through. That's about nobody else. That's about me using this power, using skill sets, getting the support I need, writing, talking about it, feeling, meditating on this, pure life force energy. Whatever I gotta do to feel this state, because I know I'm okay.

And that's true even if I drop my body, even if I leave this body because I get hit by a car.

I know it's okay. That's how strong my faith is.

I am more than my body.

I know it.

And I hope that you do too.

You are so much more than this physical body.

And as we go through and work through all these different parasympathetic stimuli sympathetic stimuli, we get to remain in that parasympathetic state more. We do not have to stay in fight or flight. We might get in it temporarily and react, and then we get to reset.

We don't stay there.

And there might be a period where um there's a long enough, what do I want to say, conditioning or patterns that are passing through that you might be on edge for a while. The best thing that you can do is know that life force energy, that pure God essence is here for you, even if you can't feel it actively. And if you forget, think back to a time where something really awful you thought was awful happened, and look how that life force energy was here for you.
