My mason jar broke this morning while I was making my beverage—and it became an unexpected metaphor for the profound changes many of us are experiencing.
In this episode, we explore:
✨ What my broken jar revealed about pressure, polarity, and reality shifting
✨ Fresh reflections from a recent soul reunion with a beautiful group of women
✨ The unstable house we stayed in—and what it mirrored about the old structures now collapsing around us
✨ The Sedona wildfire burning near my home, and the transformational "zero point" potential it reflects
✨ Watching a dear friend create magnificent phoenix wings—and the symbolism of fire, rebirth, and renewal
✨ A visually profound encounter with dimensional beings, and what it revealed about presence and trust
✨ Staying in integrity within a group—and honestly reflecting on how I showed up
If you've been feeling like the ground beneath you is shifting, if pressure has been building and something finally has to give, or if the degree of change you're experiencing feels especially significant, this conversation is for you.
Perhaps what appears to be falling apart is actually making room for something more aligned to emerge.
So much love to you on your journey.

Hi everybody, Janet Eichhorst here. Welcome. Today, what are we gonna talk about? Well, as I was preparing and thinking about what might be relevant to talk about today, I was preparing a beverage, and this is what happened. It broke. And for those of you that are listening and not watching, I am holding up a mason jar that I drink my beverage out of often when I want it cold, and the bottom blew out of it. And so what a metaphor. What happened was I often like cold beverages when it is hot, and I have different things I put in there that need to be dissolved in hot water. And so I'm very conscientious of what happens when you take very hot things and then quickly put cold things in there because you might have a blowout. And with my conscientiousness today, I still had a blowout. I heard the pop, and all of a sudden, all this beautiful liquid in my glass spilled out all over my counter, my cabinets, and my floor. So what happened? It broke, it was messy, I had a huge mess to clean up, and now my cabinets are cleaner than they were before, and the rags are all being washed in the washing machine, cleansed and purified. And you know, this is what happens a lot of times. And I just got back, a little bit of background. I got back a few days ago from a very full and rich trip where a bunch of women had this really beautiful soul reunion, as we have been referring to it, and it was beautiful, and a lot of things happened during this trip, which I probably will talk about for some time. I'm still processing it. And this right here is a metaphor of what I have been witnessing, where when you get polarities, right, extremes, and pressure builds up, and that's what was happening when I was preparing and thinking about what I wanted to talk about. I was feeling like different perspectives and different ways of looking at something, and all of a sudden, pop, the foundation, the bottom blew out. Something's not working anymore. There's not really a right, there's not really a wrong. And when we have extreme perspectives that we're considering, and this can happen in so many different ways and so many different aspects of our lives, pressure builds up, and there's that feeling of I can't take it anymore. And then boom, something happens, and a whole new reality gets birthed. And one of the similarities to the trip I was on, we were staying in this house that had multiple bedrooms, and it was in really poor condition. And I'm really not sure what was holding it together. I mean, I really think that the home itself should be condemned. I mean, every time I went to get the silverware, there was this huge hole in the floor, and the only thing that kept me from falling through was vinyl. So every time I went to put silverware away or take it, I I had this like, you know, am I gonna fall through kind of thing, right? And apparently there was another um hole like that in the bath area, which I didn't personally experience because I was showering in a different place. But yeah, so you know, the structure that was holding this beautiful group of women was not stable, right? And there was that, it was such a metaphor for how the old structures in our world are falling apart. And that's what I feel like with this glass jar this morning as I was making my beverage. It's like the polarities were so intense that it just like burst. It couldn't take it anymore either. And this is what I find happening. And I, you know, I live in the Sedona area, you know, cottonwood right outside of Sedona, and you know, I came back to the fire, right? We are in the year. There's a there's a huge fire in Sedona right now, for those of you that don't know. And I think this morning it was 25% contained, and it's where it's situated are in some deep canyons, and so the firefighters can't fight the fire, can't help try to put it out in the places where it is. And so I've been watching this fire since I've been back, and it's pretty profound. You know, when you look at the transmutational, transformational, zero-point potentiality that fire creates, it's huge. And my feeling of this fire, somebody was asking about it yesterday, asking me what I thought about it, and my thought was it's not gonna complete until it's done. And there was a real kind of recreational zero-point feeling about that. And uh obviously, because the firefighters can't get to it, they can only go on the edges, they can have airdrops to prevent it from growing, you know, in certain areas, and that's it, right? So there's a certain amount of burn out having it complete the cycle until it completes. And it was really interesting too. Um, a dear friend of mine, mine is an incredible artist. I just adore this woman, and she's in the process of creating these beautiful angel wings for a woman that she's known for a long time, and they are literally movable angel wings, and she dances with them. And so yesterday afternoon, when I went over to my friend's house to pick up some fresh sweet corn, I was able to witness the process of these wings being created, and I feel really just so touched and emotional about this. The wings are um the birds of the phoenix, and so the colors are very much fire. You know, this deep red burgundy at the base, and as it comes out, there's oranges and yellows, and this creative process of making these wings. My friend is dying them so um literally dye with color. So some of them are like orange with yellow tips, and so I got to be present to and witness the process of this phoenix being birthed, and my friend has this incredible view of the fire from her deck. So I took a snapshot of the fire as I came in, and then I took a picture of the fire as I left, and it was a wing. And in the base of this wing was this incredible face being birthed from it, and it really had the feeling of the ancient ones coming alive. So we are in this really incredible. I mean, we are in a one year, right? The start of a new year. We are in the year of this fire horse, and I am in my process of my own things breaking up, getting messy, cleaning them up, and carrying as much heart as possible in this process and not getting too upset about any of it. You know, when you get a group of women in a small house in conditions, you know, the first thing when we got into this house, I thought, wow, I have standards. You know, I camp, right? I don't mean, I don't mind rustic. I don't mind worn, right? That doesn't bother me at all. But when I'm in a a house that I'm staying in and it doesn't feel like it has a solid foundation, I don't feel like feel like I'm held. I feel like there's issues of safety, right? I mean, it was it was so extreme to me. And I don't mind bugs or insects typically either, right? Like they have their place and I have mine. And in my home, you know, if I find them inside, I'm very clear and we have a conversation about it, they get escorted outside, right? Because, you know, we have different space and I honor their space and I want them to honor mine. And there were a lot of creepy crawlies. I mean, my room had an exterior door in it, and there was a huge gap where anything that wanted to walk through could. And so as I went to bed, I was like, wow, all right, who's got some essential oils that I can put around the edge of my bed as um a boundary, right? I mean, I was already had like three spider bites on my arm as I left that I was, you know, working with healing. And uh, I was pretty clear I didn't want to get any other bites or anything. So I was able to hold, you know, we collectively and individually, we were I was able to hold that space so that as I slept, I wasn't bit by anything, which I'm very grateful for. So things are changing, and they're changing very foundationally, and we're all a part of that. Our collective consciousness is all a part of that, and you know, this trip was it was a real opportunity to be with the land, and there was a incredible mountain that I got to spend some time with, and the field and all the elementals and all our extra ETs um were there too, right? And I had the most um visually active experience that I've ever had with dimensional beings. I mean, I work with them all the time. Um, and in this case, I was standing out in this field and I had a very interactive visually, I could see lights and movement, and um, so it was the most uh I'll say physically experiential process I've had with a ET that was about with ETs and you know, non-embodied, non-physically embodied beings that were about a hundred feet away from me. And that was super fun, you know, and I got to, I was, I was ready, I was prepared, I didn't have fear, and I also got to experience what it's like in my body when I see these incredibly beautiful flashes of light, right? And my body goes, you know, and I wasn't afraid. And this too was something that I really got to navigate and pay attention to because the physiological responses I didn't have any control over in that moment, right? And uh so that was really fascinating. And I got to have oh wow, that that feeling of when I know I'm not from here, right? I am a being of the stars and of creation, and I have memory of being in a lot of different dimensional spaces. And when I was out there that night and felt that feeling of home, of that love and that connection, there's nothing like that. When I'm fully present physically, as present as I can be in that moment, and have that interaction, that heart-centered connection with beings that um I know. So that was super cool. It was a pretty massive light show, and I could feel just how many what we would call non-embodied beings, non-human-bodied beings, were there in that moment, and that was really special and really fun. And I also got to navigate a lot of um wow, how do you want to say this in complete honor and respect? How many times have I witnessed, been exposed to, interacted with people that talk in one way, and then I, as I observe them and interact with them, see that they're not consistent with what they're saying, how they're acting, and what they're doing. And I also had a big experience of that. And some of the energetics that I was feeling there, I was like, ooh, I recognize them as um energetics that are not aligned in unconditional love. And where I was, it's not the land that I'm caretaking, right? And I was very aware of that because I wasn't gonna do anything that was not respecting what the current caretaking situation was in that area. And it was interesting because what I felt when I felt things were off, I just was, I don't know, focused on my presence and not being in interference or trying to change something that somebody else was doing that I had nothing to do with. I was simply being present. And what happened was I felt the energetics shift, and again, that was a really great experience of knowing that my presence and your presence matters how we hold ourselves, how we operate. So many opportunities to check am I in my integrity, my authenticity, are the beliefs that I hold at my core, which are unconditionally love-based, are those beliefs operating in my physical actions? And that I had an opportunity to do over and over and over and over again during this time. And, you know, as we were, I was driving and talking with some some of the people I was with, I was like, wow, this will be really cool. We know that when we were in a group of people, our stuff comes up, right? And we get to navigate that. And I was just curious, because I'm familiar with this dynamic, what that would be. And I have to say, I have such honor and respect and love for the women I was with because we did a phenomenal job of staying in our integrity and interacting with each other with the value systems that we have, which is holding that unconditional love as sacred, that ability to not be thrown off our path and getting out of our integrity. And this trip hasn't ended in a lot of different ways, and even the interaction with the people that caretake and manage this land, that's still not complete yet either, you know, due to some, you know, things that have happened afterwards. And I'm so grateful that I have people in my life that walk their walk to the absolute best of their ability and are pretty good at it. You know, I mean, that's that's what I'm shooting for always, you know, and there were some things that came up for me personally, because I was thinking about this as like, huh, today I was like, well, how well did I do? Right now, not not how badly I did or well I how I fell short. It's like, how well did I do on this trip? And I'm gonna say I did pretty damn good, right? And and that's all relative too. Just because things are messy, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong. When reality shifts, especially when we're talking about foundational patterns that have started a very long time ago, that we are actively collapsing, moving away from in a planetary consciousness, right? That can be very messy. And that probably has been one of the most challenging things for me personally to process because, you know, I have my own viewpoints on our evolutionary journey. I mean, I think we can all agree that um love one, honor and respect, like that's kind of what we're all shooting for, right? And when somebody steps out of that, I still have this tendency to want to make them wrong. And that's the one that's still catching a little bit in my in my personal consciousness. So, really, I had a phenomenal time on this trip. I'm still processing it and still working on the levels of reality about how the structure that we are operating in now is shifting, and how I can have the best possible experience with that and influence on it by simply honoring my presence and the impulses I have to follow that true source unconditional love. Wow, that was a very quick 20 minutes. So much love to you on your journey wherever you are today, and I hope that whatever was transmitted, whatever energetics I'm holding, whatever perspectives I presented today, that you are feel better than you did before or have more clarity, and then I hope you use it in a good way. So much love. Please like, please share, and until next time. Infinite blessings to you.
