The Expansion Edit Podcast with Chelsea Ann
Hosted by Chelsea, licensed therapist-turned-identity mentor, each episode breaks down the real psychology behind manifesting: visibility, nervous system safety, quantum leaps, and becoming the woman your future is already calling forward.
This show is your weekly edit: for the shifts, reframes, and identity work that expand your capacity for more: more abundance, more confidence, more creativity, more impact.
If you’re here to grow, evolve, and actually become the next-level version of you (without the overwhelm, hustle, or perfection), you’ll feel right at home.

Life Is Still Going To Life: How To Stay Aligned And Keep Manifesting Even When Things Fall Apart
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Life doesn’t stop throwing curveballs just because you’re pursuing your dream life.
In this episode, I talk about what it actually looks like to stay aligned, regulated, and grounded when life interrupts your plans and routines. Because no matter how intentional you are, life is still going to life.
After a challenging week that included my child being sick with pneumonia, a completely disrupted schedule, and having to reschedule work and clients, I wanted to have an honest conversation about challenges, manifestation, and identity.
We’ll chat about:
- Why challenges don’t mean you’re doing something wrong or “off track”
- How growth often shows up when routines break and control disappears
- The difference between reacting from old patterns and responding from your future identity
- Why challenges reveal who you’re becoming more than easy moments ever could
- How to use hard seasons as data instead of making them mean something about you
- Simple identity check-in questions to help you stay regulated and self-trusting when life gets messy
This episode is for anyone who’s working toward a bigger life, a new identity, or deeper alignment and finds themselves wondering, “Why now?” when things fall apart.
Challenges are often confirmation that you’re stretching into something new.
