Okay, today's episode is a little bit of a reflection, and we're asking questions that are going to instantly shift your life direction and really just make you look closely at the direction that you're going and make sure it's the direction that you want to be going. So get your notebook, get your pen, grab your beverage of choice, and let's get into this. So you guys know I talk so much about the subconscious and kind of how the subconscious runs our day-to-day activity. And if you think about it, your subconscious is pretty much on autopilot. It's just recreating the same things over and over again because that's what's safe and familiar. So unless you examine this and take yourself off of the autopilot, you're just going to continue doing the same things. So you might not necessarily be stuck. It could just be that you're moving in a direction that you haven't really questioned because again, your subconscious is running the show. So if you pause long enough to realize that, it can just give you a little bit of breathing room to go, okay, wait, is this really where I want to be going? And so today's episode is all about doing a mini reset. We don't need to do a full life audit here. It's just some questions and tweaks to get you thinking and get you on the right path. This episode was prompted because I had my own little mini reset recently and just making sure that I'm going exactly where I want to be, and I want you all to experience this as well. People oftentimes get scared of change because it's like, oh, you have to burn your whole life down and start over. And that's not necessarily true. You just need to get honest about what's working for you and what's not working for you, and maybe some places that you've been tolerating things that really aren't serving you. We need to remember that life is built in the tiny daily habits and repetitions. It's not built in these big decisions that we think it is. So listen through this episode, take your notes, reflect, and maybe even come back to it a few times just to sit with these questions. Okay, so I'm gonna give you 10 questions that I want you to just reflect on. You can pause the episode or listen to them and come back. So question one is where in your life are you settling, but calling it being patient or being accommodating? Okay, this is a big one for a lot of high performing, high achieving women because we can sometimes fall into that people-pleasing tendency. So this is something to really consider and reflect on. Okay, question two is what feels what feels heavy or uncomfortable that you keep trying to push through instead of changing? Now there's a diff now there's a difference between being uncomfortable in like a nervous system expansion way and being uncomfortable in a I know this isn't the right thing way. So really sitting with which way that uncomfortability is feeling. Okay, question three. If you stopped trying to prove anything, what would you actually want? So this is taking away the ego, it's taking away the how things look, it's just looking at what actually would fulfill you and what actually would make you happy. Okay, question four Where are you wanting to feel confident before taking action instead of taking the action and letting the confidence develop through that? A lot of times we get this backwards, but really remembering that confidence comes from doing, not the other way around. So look at the areas that you're hesitating in and seeing if this is at play at all in those areas. Okay, question five. Ooh, this one I feel. So this one is where are you avoiding because you know it would change things. And again, this is like the subconscious being at play because it does not like change, because it's unfamiliar, it's unsafe, and so we can use avoidance, or the subconscious can use avoidance as a way to protect from that change. Okay, question six if you kept living exactly like this for the next 12 months, how would you feel? So this one is huge because it is pointing to are you living in alignment with the things that you want in your life? Are you moving towards those things? Or are you stalling or waiting or procrastinating or kind of saying, I'm gonna see how XYZ plays out before I make moves? So, really just sitting with how you would feel if you were living exactly like you are now, 12 months from now. Okay, question seven: what version of you are you outgrowing but still performing as? So if you know the future version of you is acting a certain way or dressing a certain way or being a certain way, and you're not doing that thing, sometimes we can continue to act a certain way because it's what other people expect of us. And so this is just a really good one to consider. Okay, question eight, what would raising your standard actually look like in one area of your life right now? So let's not audit the whole thing, but just choose, just choose one area and really consider if you were to raise your standard to where your future self is or wants to be, what would that actually look like and start moving from there? Okay, question nine, where are you overthinking instead of making a decision? I get stuck in this one a lot, I'm not gonna lie. I tend to overthink, and it would serve me better if I would just move. And I'm really, I mean, my future self, she makes moves and we are working on that. So looking at areas in your life that maybe you could make decisions on, make those decisions. Okay, and question 10. What is one big move that you already know you need to make but you haven't made yet? Again, this is pointing to your values and what is important to where you're going. Okay, so reflect on these, journal on these, incorporate them. If you have a morning routine and you journal, maybe incorporate some of these into that. And if you don't have a morning routine, but you want a morning routine to reprogram your subconscious, I have one linked in my social media bios for free. So go check that out and let me know how these land for you. The thing is that most people, and I would say probably a high percentage of the women that listen to this podcast, you are very informed. You do not need more information. You need to just incorporate and actually make the moves and actually integrate the information that you're receiving and consuming. Because I know that you're building your dream life. I know that you want more, you want bigger, your vision is much bigger than where you're at right now. But if all you're doing is taking the information in and waiting to move on it, then you're never going to be able to practice that muscle. And these questions are aimed at helping you actually make those moves. It's usually just in making the decisions that you're avoiding where that change is going to happen and where you're going to become closer to your future self. So when you answer these questions and you answer them honestly, you're going to realize that you don't need the permission that you're thinking maybe you need right now. And you can actually just lead yourself there. So that is all for today. This was a short and sweet episode just to get you thinking, get you moving.
