Okay, welcome back. This is part two of the recalibration diaries. And this is a three-part series for women ready to command more wealth, freedom, and recognition in their industry. Part one, if you haven't listened, go back and listen to that one because this is going to be building on that one. But part one was all about whether or not you're operating below what you're capable of and what your capacity is, and identifying whether or not you are in a state of pressure and hustle, because again, we cannot consciously manifest what we want if we are in a state of survival. So we talked about how to identify that and how to start shifting that piece so you can get out of that state of survival and into a regulated state where you can start to call in more opportunities and aligned creativity more easily and some exercises to do that. So today we are talking about how to raise your standard. Because once you get out of fight or flight or start to rewire yourself so that you are in a more regulated state more of the time and in pressure and hustle less of the time, we want to look at what our standards are because our standards are gonna kind of dictate what we feel or subconsciously what we feel we are worthy of receiving. What we want to do is raise the internal standard that we're operating from. It's just about raising that baseline standard and feeling worthy of operating at that standard. So it you might be afraid that slowing down is gonna cost you momentum, or if you stop pushing, your income is going to drop. And maybe you've seen that reality play out because that's what you expect to see. Or maybe if you're afraid you soften, you'll lose your edge. And that is more just about if you're not operating in this heightened awareness state that something could go wrong. So instead of stopping those things, you're gonna keep proving and striving and running on urgency and maybe too much caffeine as well, even though you've already proven yourself. You're already good at what you do. You've already, quote, made it. If you look at your life on paper, you have the job, you have the house, maybe, or the income, or the car, or whatever it is. You have those things, and yet you still feel like you need to prove yourself. So if we really get down to it, expansion doesn't require us to like destruct everything and start over. It actually just requires us to do less and be intentional about what we're doing. So you just need to change the operating system that you're working from. And you can kind of think of this like a computer. When I heard this example from my coach, I was like, oh my gosh, mind blown. Yes, of course. Like when you install a new operating system into a computer, you don't have to wait a certain amount of time for that to work, right? Like it just works. You turn it off, you install the new system, and then you turn it on and it works. And it's the same thing with reprogramming the subconscious beliefs that you're operating from. Once you change those beliefs, it's not like you have to wait a certain amount of time to start operating from them. Once they're installed, they're installed and you're gonna be operating from that standard. So if you change the standard that you're operating from, you can do things like raise your rates without over-explaining, or ask for a promotion without overworking, or be more visible without performing. But that's only again if your baseline belief that you're operating from shifts. And so here's a little exercise to get you thinking about where your operating standard is at right now. So you can look at your life and kind of like get a journal out and just note down in each of these categories where you might be doing these things. So where in your life are you over-delivering? Where are you overextending yourself? Where are you undercharging for your expertise and the quality of the service that you deliver? Where are you second-guessing? And where this is a sneaky one, where are you staying available, possibly 24-7? Okay, so journal on those, see what comes up, and now ask yourself the woman that you see yourself as in the future, the woman who commands more wealth, more freedom, more influence in her industry, she's more self-assured, she trusts herself. What would she be doing in those areas that you've listed out? So maybe she logs off at a certain time, or sends the proposal off without rewriting it 10 times. Or maybe she states her price clearly and doesn't over-explain it. Or maybe she stops apologizing. And all those things are examples of how you can raise your standard and you can start implementing those things right now. So it's just about operating differently and taking yourself off of autopilot because a lot of these things that we just listed out are things that you do automatically without even realizing it, because again, your subconscious runs the show. It runs 95% of your thoughts, actions, and behaviors. So when we bring awareness to what those standards currently are and we can change those and take you off that autopilot, that's where you're gonna see real lasting change and real lasting ability to take aligned action towards those goals that maybe you've had for a long time and you just haven't been able to close the gap on them. And that's because it's not about what you're doing or your motivation or the steps that you're taking. It's about does your subconscious feel safe and comfortable operating at that standard? And that's what we need to alter by bringing this to the surface. And everything that I just listed is a lot of the work that I've done with my clients. And it is the work that we are gonna do inside the recalibration room. This is one aspect of how we raise the standard and how we change what you're operating from so that you can call in those things that you've been wanting to have in your life, but you know, you're operating from stress and pressure and you're go, go, go all the time. There's no time to expand further because you are operating at your max capacity right now. So this helps change the standard that you're operating from and brings you back into regulation. And that is just part of the work that we are gonna do in this program. So changing your life is not gonna be this dramatic pivot. It's changing these little small things, how you operate, how you think, what your standard is. And that's where you're gonna see real lasting change. It's just about becoming the woman who naturally commands more. And this is one way that we instill those standards into who you are.
