So you might as well take advantage of that and create the outcomes that you actually want to see. Okay, let's get into today's episode. This is going to be a little bit more of an exercise episode. So if you have the ability to get out your pen and paper, your journal, whatever, grab your beverage, I have a very full, full coffee with me right now. So we are going to do a little bit of a life audit. I had a moment earlier in this month where I realized I just was not showing up the way that I know I'm capable of, or the way that my future self does. Like I could just feel this difference of kind of bleh. I don't know if anyone's, you know, ever felt that where it's just you're kind of just going through the motions. And I was like, okay, my future self does not operate on autopilot. What's going on? Something feels off. And it wasn't like anything dramatic, it was just little small things. But it was enough to know that like I wasn't operating fully at my next level right now. And I do best, obviously. Like, you know, we can't always be 100% all of the time, but I know when I'm not feeling that excitement, I'm not at my highest ability to create or to at least have those downloads come in where I'm able to really translate how we change our lives using neuroscience, using manifestation techniques based in psychology and neuroscience and identity embodiment and all of that. Like when I am at my peak, you know, I am just flowing with ideas and I just wasn't feeling like I was in that groove. So I knew something had to change, and I think this is the part that we sometimes forget is like you don't just quote become your future self once and then just stay there because you're always leveling up, right? Like when you become comfortable at a level, that's when you start to go on autopilot. When you when something becomes normalized, that's when you start to go, oh, okay, like I can chill here, I can flow. And you can, and that's totally fine. But if you are pursuing something bigger, if you have a bigger dream, if you have more things that you want to do, you're not gonna get there by staying in that kind of blah autopilot state. So it's really about getting in touch with yourself and knowing the difference of how you feel when you're on that autopilot state or when you're in, you know, peak flow state where you're just like vibing and moving and momentum's on your side and you're really in touch with yourself. So I caught it, and you know, sometimes you catch it, sometimes you don't. I feel like eventually you do. So I caught it, I came back, and instead of, you know, spiraling or overthinking, I just went into future me mode and I did a little life audit. And so that's what we're going to look at today. I'm just gonna walk you through my process of the categories that I looked at, and this would be a good time if you want to take out your journal or your notebook and just jot these areas down. So I looked at how was I spending my time, how was I making decisions, what was I tolerating or being open to, and how was I showing up in my business? And one other section was what did my thoughts look like a majority of the time? And then for each of those categories, you can write them all out, and I just want you to go through each one and ask yourself how would the version of me who already has what I'm working towards be thinking about these areas? So, so how does my future self spend time? How does she make decisions? What does she tolerate? How does she show up in her business? Which, if you guys follow me on social media and you've seen my recent posts, I had such a big aha moment with this because I was not showing up in my business the way that I wanted to, and that was because a huge part of that was because my phone had no storage. And I know that sounds like a stupid thing to say, but the phone that I started my content journey, I guess you could say, on was like, you know, the minimum amount of storage you could buy because I didn't plan on going into content. So at the time I just got like the 128 gig or whatever the lowest storage is. So for the last few months, I've been offloading everything on my phone, backing up all my photos, all my content, everything, but it didn't matter. It was like I would offload everything and it would still be full no matter how much I would offload. So I would be in the middle of filming and it would say, like, can't film, like not enough storage, and literally cut me off in the middle of my videos, which created this cycle in the back of my mind of like, I gotta get through this video really fast. And I think it really influenced my delivery and my energy and in all these things that I really wasn't thinking super clearly about. So, one of the questions with this is like, how was I showing up in my business? How does the future version of me, who already is where I want to be, how does she show up in her business? And that's when I was like, oh my gosh, yeah, I know I'm not due for an upgrade, but I'm gonna go buy a new phone. Like, that's it. I'm I'm just doing it because this is not something that my future self would tolerate, put up with. Like she would have the correct tools necessary to run her business efficiently. So I went and got a new phone. I never have to think about storage again because I got like the terabyte or whatever. So that's been very exciting. And again, if you follow me on social media, you might have noticed that there's a huge difference on how I'm showing up there. There's a lot more content, there's a lot more stories, there's a lot more like me, you know, talking to the camera because I know I'm not gonna run out of space. So that was just like one area, but think about the knock-on effects of that. Now that I'm able to show up in that way, there's been a lot of shifts since I've been able to do that. So go through these sections. That's just one example for you of what came up for me. I also noticed some stuff that came up in the what was I tolerating. And a lot of that was actually my own self-talk. I'm not gonna lie. Like it was a lot of my own questioning, the questioning starting to seep in again. So, really doing some um rewiring around that piece. But again, it's like if you don't catch these things, you don't notice them, then they kind of start to quietly take over. I think too, this is why it's so helpful to have a mentor, because part of this was me going to my mentor and bringing up some of the things that were going on for me so that they can kind of point out some of those blind spots because we all have them and we all, you know, will sometimes say, oh, well, it's because of my phone. But really, for me, if we look at the phone issue, yes, it was because of my phone, but how much of that was me experiencing a subconscious block of, well, if I can't show up in my business fully, then things aren't going to change and I'm gonna stay right where I am, right where I'm comfortable, because this level of visibility and this level of business and where I'm at is now very comfortable and normalized for me. And I know in my head the next level that I'm stepping into, and I do think there was a subconscious component of, well, if you can't show up the way that you want to, then you're gonna stay right where you are. So you see how these things that seem tangible actually can be a lot deeper. And so that's why, you know, I always recommend people have mentors to really point these things out and help you, you know, quantum leap, bridge the gap, jump to the next level, because sometimes we can't see it ourselves. Okay, so I went through these categories. I just gave you some examples. The gap was really obvious to me. You know, again, these were not huge dramatic things, but it's small patterns. It's the hesitation, the overthinking, putting things off, procrastinating, choosing comfort over expansion because at a deep level there was a fear of what does this next level of expansion mean for me? I mean, you all know I'm in the middle of a launch right now. Obviously, there's been things that I've had to face with that because it's just a new level, you know, new level, new devil. That is like a really real thing in business, and I'm learning that every day. The more I get into entrepreneurship, the more I realize how true this is. And it's funny because I I felt like this was true of the other businesses that I've built as well. The UGC business, also um, the chiropractic business that I built with my husband. Like this is very true and it never goes away. And that's why it's so good to have these check-ins, have these little life audits, and see where different things are coming up for you. With this, like, I didn't try to change everything at once, but I definitely did become more aware of the areas that I needed to focus in on. So the phone thing, not questioning my decisions. I I got really clear about doing that again. And something else, you know, you've probably heard me talk about this. I do this with all my clients, I do it with myself. When I'm in a moment where I need to change a thought pattern or a thinking pattern, I will set an alarm for every hour of the day and check in on my thought that is happening right at that hour. That helps you catch it in the moment and switch to a better thought that is more in line with the identity that you're embodying. But at first, remember you're kind of on autopilot. So this is a way that you can start to shift that way of thinking. And I want you to notice something with all of this because I'm telling you to like list all list out all of these areas of your life and like look at what you're doing and and what the future version of you would be doing in those situations. I'm not asking you to do more. I'm just catching where you're still operating from the past version of yourself and encouraging you to choose differently. Yes, maybe there's a little bit a little bit more mental effort at first, but we're not adding things on. We're just changing how we're operating, how we're thinking, how we're able to then move. Because remember, your thoughts and emotions impact your behaviors. So it's just about changing how you're thinking, not necessarily adding a huge to-do list for you. So if you're not showing up the way that you want to, go through this list, see what comes up. You might have some aha moments because you're gonna find that there are areas that your current identity is running the show instead of the future one that you want to be living from. What I've just gone through, what I've just pulled you through, this is exactly the kind of work that we do on a much deeper level inside the recalibration room. We are altering your way of thinking, altering what you're available for, altering how you show up. And there is so much of this work that you can do solo. But I would argue that there's also a huge amount of this work that you need somebody to guide you through it because you cannot see your own blind spots. You cannot see the things that are showing up maybe in a patterned way in many different aspects of your life that seem different, but they're actually the same pattern, keeping you stuck, keeping you small, keeping you right where you are when that life that you see for yourself is literally available and right in front of you right now. And the quantum jump, the quantum leap, the closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be is not as far as we make it up in our head. Because again, remember that is our subconscious keeping us right where we are. So this is I'm gonna say the final call that we are starting onboarding next week. The women that are stepping inside are ready to move and operate and not tolerate the patterns that are keeping them in the same loop right now, they're ready to step out of that and to feel the success that maybe they've already built and the success that they're moving into building. So if you're ready to go through that transformation and essentially start the rest of your life creating from this new place of abundance and creativity and seeing what's actually really possible for you, those higher incomes, those opportunities, that life that you see for yourself. There's a reason that you see it and it really is meant for you. It's just about getting you to the place where you occupy the identity of that version of you. And that's what we're going to do over the next three months. So do this audit, look at your life, see what comes up, message me because I'm so curious what you know, what kind of things are going to come up for you guys with this. And just look at the areas that, you know, you're not operating at the level that you know you're capable of and move from there. That's all I have for you today.
