I keep seeing coaches pour hours into the wrong stuff — tweaking course modules, redesigning their community platform, adding more calls, more bonuses, more "value." And none of it actually moves the needle.

Working with coaches who've scaled past $100K/month, I noticed something early on. Their fulfillment was locked in a long time ago. Once you can get results for a handful of people and document the process, that part is handled.
