The reason many coaching businesses stay stuck at $10k to $50k per month has nothing to do with marketing.

It’s not because they need more funnels, more ads, or another agency.

Most of the time, it comes down to how they run the business.

Too many coaches treat coaching like a side hustle. Something they can manage casually while juggling a dozen other things.

That mindset is exactly why they hit a ceiling and stay there.

The coaches doing $100k, $200k, and even seven-figure months think differently.

They treat their coaching business like a real company.

They obsess over the product. They obsess over client results.

And that shift changes everything.

When clients get great outcomes, referrals increase naturally. Marketing gets easier. Sales get easier.

The business starts pulling itself forward instead of needing to be dragged forward every month.

In this video, I break down how we’ve helped clients make this shift and what a real multi-million dollar coaching business actually looks like behind the scenes.

If you want the easiest path to scaling in 2026, this is worth watching.

If you're a coach making anywhere from 30 to 50k per month or anywhere from 10k per month plus, and you're getting to a point in your business where you really feel like you want to scale to the next level, there's actually a very easy way to scale your business that is easier than like adding more funnels or hiring a marketing agency or anything at all. And it might sound very cliche, but all you need to do is just to start to take your business a lot more seriously. I see a lot of coaches who just take their businesses for granted. They see it as some type of side business where you shouldn't take this too seriously. It's just something on the side that I do that makes me some money every month. That kind of mindset is exactly why you haven't been able to scale your coaching business yet. And if you're wondering who the hell this is, my name is OP. I run a marketing company. We've made our clients multiple seven figures, and we continue to help clients to this day to sign multiple coaching clients for themselves. So I'll just explain to you why that is the thing stopping you from actually growing and things you can start to do to start to take your coaching business a lot more seriously. So you can hit the next milestone and stop making 30 50k a month. You can scale to 100k plus per month, and these are lessons that I've seen from our clients who have hit 100k months very, very consistently. So we have quite a couple of clients that are doing that right now, and I'm looking to share lessons from those people so you know what it actually looks like to take your business seriously. So the first thing you need to understand is if you're trying to have an eighth-figure business, a coaching business, an online education business is one of the easiest and best ways to actually do that. Because first off, it is very remote, so you don't even have to show up to any type of location to do this. And this might sound like I'm trying to sell you a biz up on starting a coaching business, but that's not the case, to be honest, because you're already a coach if you are watching this, it's very remote, meaning that you don't have to show up to any location to do this. If you don't have a team and you just have a couple of VAs, if you're really actually dialed and very good at marketing sales and stuff, you can have as high as an 80% profit margin. If you have a team in place, you can maybe have about a 50% profit margin. And for other types of businesses, you're not having a 50% margin in an e-commerce business or in a SaaS business or any of those other types of businesses, just because of the cost of goods is very high in those businesses. So for sure, in SaaS businesses, you don't really have high cost of goods, but you still have to pay your developers and so on and so forth. In a coaching business, you just need to be the coach, literally. Have like your course modules, and you're good. The fulfillment is not that crazy to do. You can get people good results by not doing too much work. So it's actually a very good, good, good business model. And if you stop taking it for granted, trust me, you'll make a lot more money a lot faster. Plus, the fact that if you have a team that is cracked and actually good, you don't also need to do that much apart from just do a good job for your students and show up every now and then for a funnel here and there to film ad videos, to film content, and so on and so forth. If your team is actually good, you don't have to do that much. So think of all these benefits and the cash flow potential that your coaching business has, and that will allow you to see just the amount of potential that you could have with this if you just take the business a lot more seriously and stop seeing it like a side business that you just do in your free time that you don't really take that seriously, that you only take it seriously when you want to sign clients fast, and so on, and so forth. So, I guess the first point that I'm making here is don't distract yourself. There's nothing else that is more profitable than this. Like, don't get distracted by other types of businesses, don't take time you're supposed to spend in your coaching business and spend it somewhere else just because those are things that you like doing or that you're passionate about those things and so on and so forth. Genuinely just obsess over this business, which is your coaching business, and you make so much more money just by putting in more time and effort into this coaching business because again, the potential is just so insane. And if you're trying to scale this to eight figures in pure cash flow, where you could be clocking in like a meal plus per month in pure cash flow, this is the best business model to do that. So, an example of ways you can take this more seriously is looking for ways to make your clients and your customers looking for ways to make their lives a lot easier. So, one of our clients that is doing about 200k plus per month right now, she literally is so obsessed with creating a better product for our customers. So, before we came on, she was spending most of our time on marketing and sales, and ever since we came on and took that path away from her, she has taken all that energy and all that time and used that to obsess over getting our clients better results. She's made like AI dashboards for them that gives them reviews, she's just done so much stuff to help the clients get better results faster. So, one thing you can do is genuinely look at the problems your customers are facing and constantly keep making solutions to solve those problems so your customers can get better results. Because if you're going to get to eight figures with your coaching business, you're going to have to get people results. And not just results where you're blaming them for not implementing or anything like that, you're going to find all the different challenges they are facing, literally anything that would stop them from actually getting results, and you're going to try to solve that for them within the program. So even if someone doesn't still get results, it will be very, very hard for them to come back to you and ask for a refund. Like for me, for example, I've been part of programs where I didn't get the results I came to the program for, but I could not go back and ask for a refund because I just saw how much effort they put into making the program, and your customers will start to doubt themselves that am I like am I the problem here? Is it because of me I'm not getting results? But it'll be very, very hard for them to blame you if you actually put time and effort into doing things that would get your clients better results. So one of the best ways you can take your program more seriously is just trying everything you can to solve every single problem your customers are facing in ways where it takes as little time as possible for them to get the results that you want them to get, and that will do two things for you. First off, you will get more referrals, right? One of our clients that is doing insane numbers, about 40% of our current students come via referrals, which is insane, by the way, just because the product is just so good. Your offer and your marketing will be way easier because literally how to make a good offer is to list out all the problems your market is facing and create custom solutions for it. So if you're already doing that in your program consistently, the more your program gets better, the better your offer is. And the offer is about 80% of the job when it comes to any marketing campaign. So you can see just create this insane flywheel where you're improving your products, your clients are getting better results, you're getting referrals, you're able to make your offer way stronger, your marketing gets easier, and you just keep getting clients, and your business just keeps continuing to grow. Just because you're taking your business a lot more seriously. You have to take this business very, very seriously because it's a real business. Look around you, like look for any example of a coach that is making five mil per month, making a meal plus per month, and just see how their business is run. Like, no one gets to those kind of numbers with vibes, right? You have to take your business very, very seriously. I was looking at a fitness coach the other day, and I was just looking at the infrastructure that they have. The guy makes about four mil a month, and they have about 50 different coaches, they help you with your blood work, they do everything fitness for you. They have actual coaches who are experts in their field in medicine, in physiology, in every different field you need for your fitness as a person. They have all those coaches, they have in-person events every now and then, and so on, and so forth. You can see how serious that business that is a real business, that's not just something that someone is doing on the side, that is an actual, real, actual business. So you have to take the business very, very seriously if you want to see any form of success from doing this. You can't do this passively, you can't do this on the side. You need to take the business very seriously. So, yes, like the coaching business is very hard to exit it. Like, people are not really going to purchase your business because it's a brand facing and so on and so forth. There's people who have done it, but it's not as common as someone will say exit an e-commerce business, for example, or a SaaS business. That's true, but you also get so much cash flow very, very quickly that you can now reinvest in other things like real estate in your other ventures and so on and so forth. But if you don't take this business very seriously, you're never going to get to the point where you're cash flowing like 200k, 300k plus per month. You're never going to get to that point just because you didn't take this one seriously enough. So the goal is to get enough cash flow from this that you can now go back and reinvest into other things, like with a SaaS business, for example, it might take you like two years to be profitable. It's so crazy. It might take you like two years to get to a point where you're actually profitable. But an e-commerce business, your margins are so slim. You might be making like 20% profit margins, and it's just so ridiculously small compared to a coaching base where you have 50 plus percent profit margins. So you gotta take the business more serious, is what I'm trying to say here. And this is not saying that you shouldn't have time for yourself or you shouldn't like take time off and so on and so forth. It's just the attitude you have towards your business can't be passive. You need to be very, very serious about this because people make a ton of money from doing this. And if you have a good offer, you have a good product, and you're genuinely obsessed about getting your clients better results, your marketing and sales is dialed in, you're going to do huge, huge numbers with this, as long as you take the business serious, of course. So that's what I wanted to share with you today. If you're someone right now who you feel like your marketing and sales is not where you want it to be, I can actually help you with that.
