In Season 2, Episode 32 of Igniting Inspired Inquiry, I speak with Catalina Maguire (Cati), founder of Go Sane, about why so many people still feel stuck β€” even after doing the inner work.

We explore the shift from insight into embodiment, moving from a victim mindset into personal power, and what it means to truly feel at home within yourself.

Cati shares her journey of awakening, courage, and learning to choose love over fear β€” along with the deeper work of aligning what we think, feel, say, and do.

We are here to open the door to reflection, resonance, and revelation β€” and this conversation does exactly that.

Welcome to Exciting Inspired Inquiry, a space for real conversations with incredible humans. I'm your host, Jay, and I'm here to open the door to reflection, resonance, and revelation. If you have a moment to like, share, subscribe, or review, I would deeply appreciate you sharing the love. This is a space for truth, trust, and the kind of insight that comes from simply being human. Thank you for being here. Let's begin. Today we get to dial in with actually another beautiful Wahine who I met at a Wellfest not just a month ago. Wow. And I'm really, I know, I'm really excited to see where our conversation goes and and actually where things unfold from here, because I know with the conversations that we had during the festive, there's a lot coming through for you, and there's a lot of impact that you're really inspired to make. So I'm I'm really honored to maybe hear a little bit about that today. Well, what I wanted to do is hand it over to you. I know that you're dialing in from Queenstown at the moment, and I'm honored to share this space with you. I'm gonna hand it over. So, our dear Katy, who is that? Who is you?

SPEAKER_01

Who is me? Yes. Hey, uh, thank you so much for having me. Uh yeah, it's a pleasure to be here. I am Kathy, in fact. I'm yeah, I'm I'm a human and I'm here on Wellspace in Queenstown. Yeah, and I'm I'm starting this journey with GoSane, my wellness brand that I talked to you about when we met. Yeah, super excited to be on this journey, kind of stepping into coaching, stepping into yeah, facilitating more, which I've done in the past, but never consistently. So I'm now like more determined to do it and entering this flow and seeing what happens and what brings me. Yeah, super excited.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah, I'm what I'm really inspired to see how that unfolds for you. And I can feel the energy of support in it, it's really powerful. So that's where, yeah, it's special, huh? When you come from those own your own experiences in in receiving coaching and receiving the work and growth, and then you're just really empowered by that to share.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's interesting because I feel like it's sort of a an identity shift, you know, because you go through your own journey, through your own healing, through your own changing and becoming, and then when you think about stepping into facilitating, it's really yeah, a new personality that needs to be born for that. So it's you know, it's a bit like I don't know, shedding the old and just getting to know yourself again and trusting the uncertainty that comes with it. You know how it's gonna unfold for you. So yeah, like it was super inspiring to be at Wells and meeting you, meeting so many people that are doing this as well, and that are older than me, have been on the journey for longer, and or or are on the same page as well, and yeah, it's really inspiring to connect with all this community and to see that it's possible to do it.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely. So that's where we get to slip into the first question, the common thread. The question you know, which is, and I'm excited to hear where you go with this. What's one moment, belief, or experience that changed the way you see the world?

SPEAKER_01

Well, I think one big moment was realizing that the reality around me is actually created by my state of mind. Which you know, it was I feel like it was a step a first big awakening and then several awakenings that followed that. And I think the biggest peak of that was probably meeting Dave, my husband. We met here, and just realizing wow, if I can manifest this, I gotta be doing something right. You know.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, I love that. That's beautiful.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, just like trusting, you know, like wow, like if it if there's all this magic happening around me, like I'm I'm on the good path, you know, like and yeah, it's just really, really nice to acknowledge that for myself and to feel proud of how far I've come, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so it sounds like you're acknowledging that we get which I think is such a powerful place to sit and to really observe, is that when things are going really well in your life and you're you really got this beautiful tribe around you, that's a reflection of who you are. Yeah, and when it's not, it's it's there to stretch you, and that's a beautiful thing too. But it's yeah, it's something to celebrate.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it is, yeah. I I feel like that's something that maybe I didn't do as much in the past, you know, celebrate myself. And I guess I was hard on myself many times, and and now being like, okay, like this is good, I'm doing something right, you know, like being that that coach for myself, being like, you're doing and so then how do you feel like that shifted the way you view the world from moving forward when you had that awakening? Because before that I saw myself as a victim of life, you know, and I felt I felt powerless in many situations, and I felt like life was just happening around me, and many times I was just a victim of circumstances uh that I could not transform, and I didn't have the power to change anything around me, and I was just supposed to take it as it was, you know, like and go to work and have I don't know, people around me that I felt were not aligned with me, or that situations that would be disturbing for me, energies that would be difficult uh to navigate for me, family situations, and and I felt like why is all this happening to me, you know? Why am I suffering from all this? Like, why is life so hard and so difficult with me? You know? So this was like literally shifting that perception and understanding I'm I'm the one creating this, you know, I'm the one creating this with my state of mind, with my energy, and I'm co-creating with this reality because things happen around you and things come to you, but you have the power to decide what to do with them and how to react with that. So that's really a huge shift in life. I feel like it's you know, from one side to the other, really like goes a long way when you start perceiving life in this way and just co-creating and playing with reality and what life throws at you, and and also create new, you know, create new things, new experiences. It's a superpower.

SPEAKER_00

Well, superpower is exactly right, because that's what I was thinking as you were speaking. It's like the difference is powerless and powerful, exactly, yeah. I'm a magician or I'm a victim, you know, it's legal, yeah. Yeah, and understanding, like, because I think when people have that perspective of like I'm creating this, they think about that as a negative thing. But to me, it's like that's such a beautiful responsibility that we get to choose. It's choice, and that that's what motivates me forward. And and we get even there, we get to choose how we view that, we get to choose how we take that information and go with it, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, absolutely. And I feel like I understand why people don't want to take that responsibility because it is a responsibility, you know, because if you're responsible for the magic, you're also responsible for what you don't like about your life, you know? And about your relationships, about yourself, about your body, about your job, about the place you're in, you know, you have the power to change that, and with power comes great responsibility to rule your world, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and also just beautiful abundance and and growth.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, so much magic, yeah, yeah. So many synchronicities, you know, people, you know, energies, new things that come to you. It's like a whole new world. Whole new world. Yeah, can we play that in the background?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, uh, maybe, but then it'll get stuck in my head.

SPEAKER_01

Sorry for that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's such a beautiful thing, and I love that to me. I just see it as a place to play and a place you can choose to be or not. And yes, there's responsibility in it, but then it also, as you said, comes with the synchronicities, the magic, the opportunities, the growth, the you can't have one without the other. You can't have the stretch without the magic. Or the magic without the stretch, really.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and it's it's so obvious, right, that you can't have one without the other, but yet we we really resist it, you know? We really resist the whole package. We just want what we want.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Well, and I was actually thinking about this in a different context last night and then again this morning. It's like because it's a big element of life of just like kind of conditioning us to be lazy and to kind of want everything done for us, right? There's there's a lot of things around us that are can kind of enticing us to be that way. And we have to choose to step in, we have to choose to do maybe the hard or the challenging path or the the one that isn't as easy or as quick. But that's as you know when when you repeat that, that that's where you really grow really, really stretch and actually where a lot of the success comes.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, definitely, yeah. Because you need to be empowered and in charge of your own life to be successful. That's that's something that you learn when you learn. I feel like you need to be there and and suffer, you know. Well, you need to suffer, or you know. Not that you necessarily have to go through that much pain, but I feel like that really goes with the resistance that we feel at the time. The more we resist the past and opening up to new things and ourselves and overcoming our own obstacles, the more we struggle with life. Really we choose how much we resist or how much we can do. Exactly, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And that only comes through being like really deeply in the discomfort and understanding a little bit like laughing because I've been there so many times, but like understanding that the resistance is what spends so much more energy than than the challenge itself. Absolutely. Just do it, it's gonna get harder than y'all.

SPEAKER_02

You know, you can see it from the outside, you know.

SPEAKER_00

But sometimes I know, and I remember hearing that from the outside and being like, Yeah, yeah, yeah. But it's like it's not until you really experience it that you know, and then you're like, huh.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

What are we gonna do?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I feel like that's really for me also embodying, you know, because we we know a lot of things, and we don't act like we know. Because I feel like when you know, when I when I hear friends or whoever that's talking to me about their life problems, and they probably feel the same way about me sometimes, you know, but I hear that people know what they need and know what they have to do and know what they want sometimes. Uh that's a harder one, but most of the times people know what the next step is, at least. And yet they can't seem to get there, you know. It's like we don't we don't have the full package, we don't have the integration or the embodiment, you know, we can't really step into what we know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So true. And so many people, and and this is what I like to talk about with my clients, it's like, you know what to do, but why don't you do what you know? And it's understanding that when it's when you're in that conflict, it's because there's a belief underneath. There's a belief that's that there's that's there's a reason for the resistance, which doesn't mean you can't do it. It just means that the reason needs to be met. And then there won't be the resistance. Like there's a belief that's telling you that you can't have that or that you won't be able to, or whatever it is, and therefore you don't. And that's why I believe we know what to do, but we don't do what we know. There's an there's an underlying, there's a subconscious block. We clear that and then we're like, ha, okay. There we go. And it's an always easy to clear, but it needs to be met, it needs to be shifted. So even that resistance is like that's part of the path forward, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, because it takes you there anyway, right? At some point. It's really about aligning, I feel like, what you think, what you feel, what you say, what you do, you know, aligning all these things, and then it goes, you know. But if you say one thing and you do another thing, then it's not gonna go. It's simple, but it's not easy. So many mistakes with it.

SPEAKER_00

So true. So true. Yeah. So now I get to ask you question two, which is in the moment, so you don't know what I'm about to ask you. So this one kind of flows on from the next. Well, I could feel it actually, and then along the lines of like sacred responsibility and choosing the challenge to move forward. Where do you feel like you've needed to be, or maybe need to be at the present moment the most brave? When do I feel like I need to be the most brave? Like, because we're I think that we're all different. There's different we're where courage is required for us in life, is actually in different areas for different people. And so, where do you feel like you need the most courage or to be the most brave to move in the way you want to?

SPEAKER_01

That's a great question. I feel like the moments where I need it the most is when I'm maybe talking down to myself, or like no believing in myself, or I need to do something that I've never done before, and I need to be okay, you got this, you know, like and step into courage, you know, thinking you can do it. Like I feel like it's brainwashing yourself into I've got this, you know. And something I do to to get there is just to tune into the excitement rather than worrying. And I remember I did I shared a story, a personal story at the storytelling storytelling slump here at Wellspace. When I first got to Queenstown, I signed up and I was like, yeah, I'm gonna do it, whatever. I have a story. And I got here and and they started setting up and everything, and I was like, oh shit. You know, what did I do? And I took a moment with myself and I'm like the the love is bigger than the fear, you know, it's like the love is bigger than the fear, because that's what it comes down to, and that's what I feel courage is tuning into the love, and that's like a push for you to do it, for you to go and do it and just not overthink and not be in your mind, but be in your body, be in the flow, being being in the excitement. You know, and yeah, those are the moments, you know, the moments where you're a bit scared or where you're doing something that's you know, or you're in front of people, you know, and you're exposed to whatever happens and maybe social situations, I would say, because when we are on our own, nothing matters because we're on our own, right? But when you're in front of people, those people are you know, you're being held accountable for yourself, and there's many witnesses of whatever happened, so that is a responsibility, and that's something that requires courage.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I agree. And I love that that you answered that way because it it it is the same for everybody, it's in in in that we need our courage in the areas where we feel the most uncomfortable, in the areas where the doubt and the fear are the loudest, that's where we need our courage the most. And it's the courage to not listen to those doubts and fears. And as you said, dial into the bigger reason, the bigger why, the bigger feeling behind it, the bigger purpose to it, which means that it actually becomes bigger than you, bigger than this. When I mean by this, I mean the threat detector, the like the reasons why not to.

SPEAKER_01

Many reasons, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. But then when you treat yourself that way, and and aka draw in that courage and and reinforce the the I've got this, then you're treating yourself with the the utmost love. And and that's such a beautiful thing. But even that requires courage.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I feel like it's you know, fear is always gonna be there, and all the reasons why you shouldn't do something are always in the back of your head. It's just not paying attention to that. And I love to also just think about it as focusing, you know, you're focusing your attention in the yes rather than the no. Yeah, and and that's so powerful when you're thinking about oh my god, everybody's there, and whatever, you're just thinking about other people, or you're thinking about your thoughts, you're thinking about your fear, and instead of that, just being like, I'm doing this, this is so cool, this is so fun, or whatever, you know. And just yeah, just focusing your attention and putting your energy in that rather than in the fear.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so true. Yeah, well, it's just kind of like where do you want to feed? Which which one do you want to give more fuel to? And and then trusting in your own capacity, even though that noise is loud, potentially, trusting in your own capacity to figure it out, your capability and your superpower.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, exactly. And this is really powerful in general, you know, because in I don't know, in life, in general, you you have a choice on where to put your attention on, you know. Yes, um the the more you master that yeah, it's it's everything, you know, it's just putting your attention where it needs to be put. And it's it's in the important things, it's in the what to care about, you know, like to see what you care about.

SPEAKER_00

Agreed, yeah. And it there's there's courage required in being that best teammate for yourself and being that like supportive, loving, you can do this because you're working against what you've picked up along the way. Like that you're working against some maybe doubts or some beliefs and some messages that or conditioning that you received at different times of your lives that were, and then you've like decided that that's true of some form. So it's it's not just like the noise in your head, but there's like layers to it as well that you rise above.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Rise above yourself, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, well, the smaller self and you're in the higher self, right? Yeah, which is where the greater wisdom and the deeper knowing and where our real truth comes from and our superpower.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, and inspiration, you know, that inspiration state of mind where everything feels like a possibility and not like a fear.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, agreed.

SPEAKER_01

Tuning into the infinite possibilities, I feel like is is such a powerful energy. If you think from fear, it's always gonna be like everything that could go wrong. And it's limited that could yeah, everything that could go right.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, yes. I'm all about you.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, we're all about that. This is why we're here.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's right. And it changes the way in which you view the world. It does, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and uh obviously, you know, socially and as a collective, we are conditioned to think to think small, you know, and to think about everything that can go. Wrong, and you read the news and you complain at work and hate your life and you argue with your partner, and we know how that goes. Yeah, doesn't lead to a life of superpower and possibilities, right?

SPEAKER_00

No, or a life of joy or even presence, yeah. Yeah. Miss the moments when you live in that lens.

SPEAKER_01

You really do, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Not just what's present in that moment, like what you have, but also what's possible. I think when we're in that lens, we also miss opportunities that they go right by us. Literally, yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I see that a a lot of times in my life in the past when I analyze my life, and I'm like, that could have happened, like, but it didn't, you know, because I wasn't there.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Really, you're choosing choosing what happens for you and what doesn't.

SPEAKER_00

While also interesting in divine timing.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah. I had this funny thought like last year about all roads leading to the same place. Which is interesting because I think if you're not open to possibilities, it's not gonna happen. But I I feel like in the end, life kind of takes you there anyway.

SPEAKER_00

And yeah, it's just depend on on like how many roadblocks you want to put in the way. Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so it's like a video game, you know, it's like it gets hard and you're just there collecting tools and killing stuff and whatever.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah. So true. Yeah. Yeah, it's a game. And and uh, you know, when I think about life as a game, it's for me, and what I keep coming back to is do I want to play the short game or the long game? Like, do I want, like, am I going to lean into the short-term discomfort for long-term growth? Because I'm not sure that many people are living that way, therefore, there's a lot of long-term pain. Yeah. And it's not something that's to berate yourself about or to be hard on yourself. It's just to understand that, you know, when we really choose to look at the short-term discomforts or the reasons why, and and go into the deeper like places where we can heal, then we're opening ourselves up for a smoother journey to a degree.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, to a journey you can enjoy, you know, to the life that you can play with and enjoy, literally enjoy, you know. You know, keeping ourselves from from pleasure and love. Just by being resisting everything all the time, and yeah, just not allowing ourselves to be, yeah, to be with the possibility.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, agreed.

SPEAKER_01

It's an energy, you know, and I feel that every day. If I'm not open to what happens, if I'm just like I want to be there instead of here, it's a mind game. And then my day flows with it. It's every day is an example of that, and every day I see how it works. And I've, you know, I've been on this road for some time now.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

And I I see myself failing and succeeding in different situations, and I feel like I understand how the game is, and I need to live up to it, you know, to live up to what I understand.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So true. Yeah. So true. Well, my dear, you have a question for me.

SPEAKER_01

I do. Are you nervous?

SPEAKER_00

Bring it on. Well, it depends on the question, should I be?

SPEAKER_01

Maybe I still be nervous. Yeah, my question to you is what do you feel like your mission is on this earth? Which I'm sure you have one.

SPEAKER_00

I have many. But the first is to lead with love. It's plain and simple. Lead with love. And that doesn't always look like nice. That's really different. Yeah, and it like that's a disclaimer. The people who know me will experience that, but like to lead with love and to to help, if I can in any way, share through my experiences so that people can find their internal freedom. Because I lived in the prison of my own pain, my own resistance, my own avoidance for a long time. And I'm not gonna say it wasn't meant to be that way, but it didn't have to. And I just I and in the end, it was like I just I'm wasting so much time. And actually, all the things that we were talking about, which is judgment and comparison and what could have happened and what should be happening, and basically control, like trying to find control in a place that there wasn't any. So it was just a massive illusion, but also just like this deep level of not deserving, of lack of self-belief, of being powerless and knowing that it didn't now, knowing that it didn't need to be that way. It was for me, because now I have the lessons that I can share, but there is so many people who are living in unnecessary suffering, and I'd like to be a light in that tunnel. I'd like to be able to offer those places where people can feel safe to breathe, safe to be themselves, and to let the pain go. Because so much of what we're resisting or where we're finding blocks or where we're finding it challenging is because we're holding on to pain that doesn't need to be held anymore. And when we can find that and release that, like that's there to teach us something. And if we can be held in the right way, we can find that lesson while we let it go. And that that's the greatest thing for me. That's my mission is to help people be self-resourced. So it's not that I have the answers, but I can walk with you while you find yours. Because anyone that's telling you that they have the answers and you should follow how they want things to go for you, you're not gonna grow in the way you need to. And so it's it, and that all comes from experience, that all comes from learn going, leading finding myself in areas that didn't serve me, and maybe being led a little longer if I'd been listening, if I'd been paying attention, being influenced maybe and not in the right way. But it also comes from understanding that, I mean, even in my sessions with my clients, it's like you're not just here for me to make you feel better, as much as you might want that. They probably want that. Yeah, but you're here to experience the tools and go home with with a even just a little piece of what to do next. Because I again, I can make you feel better in this hour, but does that make you feel better outside of the hour? Like, is that gonna help you find the change that you desire on the long game level? Because that's it's like a massage, or like just make me feel better right now. That's the short game. That's the you know, but is that changing the way you're wired? Is that changing the way the view you view the world? Is that changing the energy and the appreciation and the growth that you are viewing your life in?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's literally giving them tools, right?

SPEAKER_00

Because yeah, it's a long-term game that you need to have. Sorry, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I mean, just it's it's a long game, you know. It's not just feeling good for the hour, like you said. It's yeah, and it's funny because people don't necessarily wanna, you know, we all say we want to feel better, but sometimes when we are triggered by what other people tell us or by reality or whatever, and then we feel like we don't want that responsibility anymore and we don't like it because it's uncomfortable. It's uncomfortable to see yourself in your flaws and you're not at your best. So yeah, we're like, yeah, no, not to that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, well, and that's why a lot of people kind of turn around and go the other way, which is understandable because they're like, ooh, I'm actually seeing myself and all of myself, and I don't like it, so I don't want to do that. And I get it, I totally get it. However, there's so much more on the other side of that discomfort, and it's yeah, it's interesting to even really lean into it with that lens, just knowing that that the stretch is required. Yeah, yeah. It's such a thing, yeah. And also just to know, like for me, it's I mean, the learning of all of these experiences, the learning of of what I've just shared, is like that was for me. But then now what I what I offer is is not for me, it's it's coming through me, you know, and it's for those who choose to step in, but it's also for a legacy, it's for for the the children that walk forward from here, because every single client that I work with or every single person that comes in for change, it's it's understanding that there's generational change and that you know that you get to to move things all the way back and all the way forward. And it's so it's not just for you and not even just for your generation, it's like it ripples outward in just the most incredible way. And so it's for all of us the work we do, each and every one of us. It's for the whole planet, it's for the human race, and it's I mean, that's giving me tingles, like it's just understanding that even if it feels selfish, the work we do is for the whole.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely, yeah, yeah. It's almost like collective responsibility, you know. I feel like I I tell people a lot about that when when they talk about partnership and relationships, you know, because I don't feel like people take into consideration thinking about the future, the future of their children, the future of that future, you know, like the long-term future that we are facing.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And how that plays, you know, how your relationship with yourself and with your partner and the family you create means to serve the higher good. It means to serve the world and everyone and the future and many generations to come. And it's not really that much about you. You're gonna enjoy the benefits because you're gonna be aligned, you're gonna be happy, you're gonna feel good. So it's it's gonna be good for you, it's gonna come back to you, but it's not about you.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

So yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And and at the same time, it's it's not, but it also gets to be. And and when you do that, it means, as you said, it comes from an aligned place. So your life gets better and you get side benefit knowing that there's a beautiful ripple. Or flip side, sometimes for my clients, it's like when there is some and if they can see the bigger reason of what they're doing, they're actually more likely to do it. And and sometimes that's been the case for me. It's like when I can see that my going through this discomfort is not just for my benefit, it's easier to lean in.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, true. Yeah, because if it's too much about you, you can get caught up in you know, in all these reasons why not to, you know. If it's about someone else and you're just helping someone and they feel great, and they're like, Oh, I feel happier, then that's amazing. It doesn't matter what you feel or what you think, you know, it just kind of disappears. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. And then just there's that beautiful loving connection that's just thread through us all, which is so powerful.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely, yeah. I feel like that's why I I'm stepping into facilitating and doing coaching because because it's not about me. I don't want it to be about me anymore.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it was, and that's how you learnt what you learned. Yeah, and that's powerful too. Yeah, it was necessary. Yeah. And now you get to to share and hold and facilitate and guide that too, and it's oh, it's so special.

SPEAKER_01

It's so special, it's so good to see people, you know, like delight in their eyes when they're send something about themselves, when they see a pattern, where they see a way out, and it's beautiful to see.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it is, because everything we've talked about today, it's all about your relationship with self.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And just deepening that with love.

SPEAKER_01

The ultimate relationship.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, that's right.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yay! So it is a beautiful time to segue into because I know you just released an event too, but and and I'm not sure if it'll be in the right timing, but it you can still share. I want you to share, invite you to share for those who are listening how they can connect with you and what you're doing in terms of works and offering at the moment.

SPEAKER_01

Amazing. Uh, so they can connect with me on go.sane on Instagram, and that's my wellness platform, and I'm doing one-on-one coaching. I'm doing a retreat also here at Wellspace on the 25th of April. Uh, which I'm super excited about. Yeah, it's gonna be in the sauna space on the river, the fire, cacao, we're gonna have all the elements. It's called come to your senses. Yeah, really about tuning into your body and into the elements of the earth. I feel like your body and your being are harmony, and being in tune with the harmony of the earth is the ultimate wellness state that you want to get to. When you are in tune with nature, when you are in tune with with respecting nature, with feeling a part of it, and the day and night and the flow of of your natural state, which I feel like is the the healed state, your natural state, you know, who you are without all the noise. That's when you get to to feel good. So that's what the retreat it's all about. Um yeah, so they can definitely connect with that. There's limited spots, so it's gonna be exciting. Yes, yeah, gonna do some frequency work too, and I also play music, so they can connect with me on Instagram as well for the music on kata.tunedin. And I'm also doing a podcast. Only one, it's uh with Dave, my husband. Yes, yes, we we have this podcast in the van, literally in the van. Yeah, it's it's so much fun, and we interview people that do van life and uh you know artists, healers, and yes, weirdos of the earth their magic and authenticity to share, so they can connect with us too on Instagram on tuned in underscore Trip. Yes, yeah, so good. Yeah, that's that's a lot of connection, a lot of platforms, so it's yeah, choose your adventure. Yeah, choose your adventure and choose your your tone as well, you know. Yes, on Only Vance is is more like uh it's it's a lot of like awareness, yeah, just live chats and spiritual insights, but it's also entertainment. Um I feel like you know laughter is is a big medicine. Oh yeah. It's one that I've been getting into and it's so much fun. Oh yeah, so much fun to just talk to people and just see what happens and yeah, really enjoying it. And go saying, I guess it's more like embodiment work and coaching and stepping into what you know because you know.

SPEAKER_00

SPEAKER_01

SPEAKER_00

We're there, there's links in the show notes and everything for you to connect with Kati or to check out their podcast and or her event.
