Welcome back to our AI Profit Machine podcast live stream. I I'm not really sure what we're calling this, but I'm excited to be here. How's your day going so far, Danny?

SPEAKER_00

It's been amazing so far. Just to be able to network with your clients here and be able to catch up with Chris as well. The book party coming up. I mean, there's so many great things. This whole week, South by Southwest, I can tell you this day has been fantastic.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's awesome. So, Danny, we're here learning about AI today, how we're implementing AI, how we are monetizing it, helping other businesses use it. Tell us a little bit about how you use AI in your life or in your business.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely. So a lot of our clients today come to us for a lot of the coaching and how to definitely scale their business. And we're just getting overwhelmed. So we leverage AI by creating an AI simulation, AI roleplay where they can interact with the agent instead of with us. And then we actually use AI to give them analytics and scoring to determine how they can improve. And it's been a game changer for us. And it's been fantastic so far.

SPEAKER_01

Wow. So your clients are coming to you for you to implement that for them.

SPEAKER_00

That is correct.

SPEAKER_01

Wow. What did it take for you to start like really seeing yourself as a thought leader in that? And then much less to help other people. What did that take for you?

SPEAKER_00

First of all, it just took the ability to be curious. I think sometimes we get overwhelmed. AI this, AI that. It's just so overwhelming. And the first thing we had to do is just have that curious mindset. Okay, if I was gonna start, where do I need to start? Where do I begin? How do I do this? And just network, ask people questions. There's so many great people around you that if you just ask the question, they will help you. And I think in your program, you have these things called AI coaches. It's like, hey, I don't know where to begin. Well, just talk to your coach, they'll help you. And that's really where we began with. A lot of our clients kept asking questions. We kept recording them, writing them all down. And every day we kept looking. Well, it's the same repetitive questions over and over again. Can we automate this? Can we repeat this? And that's how we got started.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, no, that's great. And then before that, what kind of what kind of background did you come from before AI?

SPEAKER_00

Well, first of all, I had an MSP. Okay. And this is managed service provider business. Managed service provider business. Yeah. And we sold it to a competitor, which has been fantastic.

SPEAKER_01

Hell yes, for an exit.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, it was a great exit. It was an awesome multiples.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And then I went to work for a global cloud distributor. And that's actually where I met Chris. I became a sponsor. I sponsored his events. And I was really excited about bringing MSPs, the ability to go network with other MSPs and to have a coach to help you scale your business. And that was really where it all began. And then after that, I went to start my own consulting business and I work with big clients and the clients that need direction. I'll first send them over here, of course. And the bigger ones who want to scale the revenue, we use our automated RevOps system to really help them.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. What's been your biggest takeaway from today? We just finished up networking. So did you make any connections or have you learned anything from anyone today?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, the first thing I've always learned is that you don't need to know everything. There are people around you that can know a little bit something you don't know, and that's what you want to go after. And one of the things I will have to say that I appreciate about events like this, and I appreciate what you, Chris, put together, you're always bringing people together. And that's what you really need to do. The more you bring people together, the better the ideals are. And then the ability to ask, how did you do that? And so great thing about asking how you did it is do you have someone here who can actually follow up with you next week? Hey, did you do this? Did you do that? And one of the things I learned today is that I developed another best friend. So always developing the ability to ask questions, meet new people, and then the follow-up has been fantastic. So I like these events, I like what you guys put together. It is the best events because you have the best DJs, the best after parties. And so if you want to learn and grow, but yet have fun, this is probably where you want to go. And that's what I encourage people to do.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, that's so awesome. Thank you so much, Danny. We really put a lot of thought into this. And and so we're like driving up today and we see our banners and we're we're just like, oh my gosh, did we do this? Like, is this real? So this is our first annual AI Profit Machine House. We will have AI ProfitCon in August, August 21st and 22nd. So we'll see you there, right?

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely. Uh, I look forward to networking with everybody. Look me up on LinkedIn, look us our look us up as well as social media, DannySook Brown at Meetup. But yeah, love to be at your events. I think it's one of the best party events. If you go to a lot of networking events, a lot of IT events, they're gonna be only a few that actually bring the people in to talk to each other. Uh, great networking event today, earlier, which is great. What did you learn? Did you develop a new BSF, which is your best friends forever? And I encourage everybody to go develop a new BFF, go figure out what you need to do. And if you don't have a coach, I know your team provides coaches. Do not be afraid of AI. Jump in.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Thank you, Danny. Thank you so much. We're gonna keep rocking here at South by Southwest, AI Profit Machine. Thank you all so much for tuning in.
