Card of the week this week is so cute. Hopefully I can remember everything because Um It all came out kind of quickly, and now I'm out here on a walk. So this is gonna be a little bit more like regurgitation as opposed to well no, it could be a channel. Give me a sec. Um okay, cards this week. We have Page of Wands and the Ace of Pentacles. And I guess first things first, this is just very much a message about childlike wonder and like the power of it, the advantage of using it this week, how it's showing up for you this week, those kinds of themes. I don't I'm not like against inner child healing. I'm not trying to dissuade anyone from doing that. That's not necessarily the message. I don't know, I just felt like I needed to clarify that. Okay, Page of Wands, Ace of Pentacles. So I'm like, where do I want to even begin with this? Okay, childlike wonder. So a first metaphor I was getting was like, well the first thing I was seeing was the Polar Express and how the kid can hear the bell and his parents can't. But then it was like, no, like it's it's stronger than that, it's stronger than that. And then I was getting the movie Hook with Robin Williams and um Dustin Hoffman. I forget who else is in that movie. Um but more specifically, or like so the movie Hook and all like honestly, the whole movie is relevant, but the one scene in particular is where he's sitting at the table and he's kind of fed up. He's kind of like, I've been playing these childish games as an old man. I'm not fit for this. I'm getting my ass kicked by these kids. It's humiliating. And then he's at the feast. Whoa, I'm getting chills. Um, he's at the feast. He's like finally, thank god, a meal. Like, this has just been a lot. And then hold on here. Uh hopefully I'm not butchering this because I have not seen this movie in a minute. But basically, everyone else, all the kids at the table start digging in. And like the lids are coming off the pots, and you know, everyone's like going crazy and going after all the food and like stuffing their faces. But Robin Williams or like Peter, or like what what even is his name as the adult character? I don't remember. But he's watching everyone eat and he's like, they're eating nothing. Like this is a joke. Like, what's going on here? I'm like horribly remembering this movie, or like I anyway. Um I forget what the like what flips the switch for him. But it's like as soon as he clicks in to like play an imagination, he like flings um is it frosting or something at someone's face, and he starts this and like when it lands it's real. So like at first it looks like he's flinging nothing, but by the time it lands on whoever's face, Rufio I'm assuming, um, there's frosting on his face. And then all of a sudden, the whole feast unveils itself. And the table is full of all of this food and desserts, and it's like incredibly decadent. And it's like once he can do that, he can do all of it. Like he remembers how to fly, he remembers how to fight, he remembers it's like he just like unlocks his mag imagination, and it's like all of a sudden, everything that used to be available to him that he had you know ever since getting a mi uh moving away from Neverland and growing up and having a family, all the things that he'd lost really, his imagination, his creativity, his sense of fun. Um it's like all of that came back to him. Kind of like riding a bike. It's just like, oh my gosh, yeah, like anyway. Um I getting homework again, like should we all watch this movie this week? I think it'd be yeah, if you can watch the movie Hook this week, I think you'll probably cry and it'll be really good for you. Okay, but that's kind of the energy. Um the next thing I was getting was like Okay, this page of wands holding the wand in the desert. I was getting the sense of like you have been like grappling with something is kind of the energy, like you've been trying to solve something or figure it out or open something. I was seeing a couple different things. I was seeing someone like trying to open the lid on like a pickle jar and they're struggling to get it, or someone like trying to use a Rubik's Cube and just kind of getting frustrated because every time they get one side, hey there, every time they get one side, um, it's messing up the other side and they just can't get it to work so that um all the sides have the color they need. I was getting someone like in a classroom in front of a whiteboard and they're being um some sort of like complex equation on the board. Sorry, uh there being some sort of like complex equation on the board and they've just been like racking their brain trying to solve for X for the longest time and they're just not figuring it out. And then of course it's like okay, well when someone comes in with like you know fresh eyes, they can see what you can't see and like they solve the problem fairly easily. Or like you've been trying to do this Rubik's Cube for hours, and then this person comes in and you give it to them, and they just kind of they just happen to figure it out. Maybe they've never done it before, but they just happen to figure it out fairly easily. Or like you swear the lid on this pickle jar is like glued on, it must be a manufacturer malfunction, but you give it to this other person and like you know, with a little bit of effort, they're able to get it open fairly easily. Um and it's like that the energy of like that person who can just do what maybe you've been struggling to do, it's like A, that that person is you, but B, it's like the perspective is the perspective of childlike wonder. Like that's what's gonna be the thing that takes you from grappling with whatever this thing is to the person who like is able to actually figure it out pretty quickly. Yeah, like the missing ingredient is like the childlike wonder. Or like a kid's perspective. And it's not because a kid is like necessarily smarter than you or they know more than you. It's like to some degree naivety might actually be a little bit of a like secret weapon in this case. It's like there might be things that you're not considering, or things that you might may have just written off as like, oh well that wouldn't work. Or things that maybe you just wouldn't even consider because they just don't make sense. It never occurred to you that like this thing and this thing could actually go together to move forward this thing. But anyway, it's like okay, you have this that you have this wand, you're like pretty sure it's broken, you're like, I don't even know why I'm still holding on to this, it's not even really doing anything. And then you know, you just add some childlike wonder to the mix, and all of a sudden things that weren't working start to work again. The inspiration kicks off, the creative juices start flowing again, motivation returns, and all that jazz. So yeah, I also was looking at the cards and it's like Page of Wands, he's standing in the desert with this wand. So, and then with the Ace of Pentacles, it's like all of a sudden, um, it's like there's this golden coin, this golden opportunity um being offered in this lush garden. So it also just feels like maybe you have been standing in the barren desert with this idea, but not sure how to use it to like get yourself out of the desert or to like yeah, but then it's kind of like you give the wand to the kid, and the kid is able to give it back to you, and all of a sudden it's a golden coin of opportunity, and no longer are you standing in the barren desert, you're also in this like lush garden of abundance. Um yeah. I'm getting some like nondescript movie scenarios. Um Okay, it's kind of like, well, what does it take for you to be able to team up with your inner child? Because kids don't really go with or open up to adults that they don't trust. So that's not really what this message in particular is about. Okay, how do I want to say this better? Okay, you know what it is? It's like a nondescript movie scenes. It's like, you know when you want like or like in a movie when some adult wants a kid to do something, and it's like they're trying to negotiate the way like an adult would negotiate, like, do you want money? Or do you want this? And you know, it's fair enough, a lot of times in the movies some of the kids do want money, but sometimes they just want something so nonsensical, you know, like candy and bubblegum and ice cream, or like you have to take me to this amusement park. Okay, it's like what would be a deal to you, or like what you would want as an adult is not necessarily what's gonna get like this kid to open up to you. Right, like you can't just fabricate a relationship with a child, they can smell that shit a hundred million miles away. Um so you have to come with a genuine offer, I guess is how I would describe this. So the thing with kids too is like the thing that ends up working, it might honestly make no fucking sense. Like it might be incredibly ridiculous and just like well why would I have ever thought to do that? Like that just like even in hindsight, it's like I don't I still don't understand why that worked. That just doesn't really make sense. And yeah, like that's just kind of part of it. I'm getting how kids just like make up games and there's not really like the rules are just so random and there's not really like a clear outcome of the game or like way to know you've won. It's like they're just playing because they're literally just having fun. And it like that's the only thing about the situation that makes sense is that they're enjoying themselves. The rules don't make sense, the point system doesn't make sense, it just works that way because the kid says so and they're making the rules. Um but like if they're having fun, like what's the what's the harm in that? So kind of same thing with you this week, it's just like you know, trust what lights you up even if it just makes no sense along the way or even on the way back in hindsight, like maybe let that be a sign that you're on the right track or whatever. Okay, anything else that wants to come through about this? Page of Wands, Ace of Pentacles. Ace of Pentacles No, I think that's it. Well, hold on. Hold on. So sometimes the in like the in things that interest us for our kid, we discredit when we get older because the rules of whatever tell us that there's no like there's nothing to be found in that thing that maybe like interested us, that maybe interested us when we were kids. Um but I'm kind of getting that there's something in this childlike wonder that's like intersecting with like your unique zone of genius. And hi there. Maybe that thing doesn't work on come on here. Or like, you know, maybe there wasn't anything to be found for other people who were interested in that, or maybe not interested, but for other people who considered that thing or tried that thing, whatever. But it's just like it's because that thing or that way wasn't for them. Um it wasn't in their zone of genius. But for you it is, and that's why cool. You know what I uh I don't even know. Is this King Arthur's court, the sword and the stone, and like you know, Thor's the only one who can lift the hammer, that kind of thing. Yeah. I feel like I don't know if I tied that in correctly, but hopefully you can piece that together. Okay, cool. That's the message of the week. Guys, I am so tired, so you're just gonna have to forgive. Like, sorry if that was incoherent, but I guess this message is for you if you can piece it all together. Alright, peace and love. See you next week.
