Hello, hello, welcome back everybody. What it's like. Another time with us with Bull and J-Rock, your favorite people you love. And the weird and crazy shit we talk about. But you love not to hate, though, right? And come on, man.
SPEAKER_00Some. Hey, it's better than listening to the uh what the minister was saying about the rest stop bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in three months. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_02That would not that would be a sight to see in a sight to see.
SPEAKER_00No, it's not.
SPEAKER_02Take pictures and put it on social media. No. Make jokes about it, huh? Some things that we're gonna do? No, I don't think so. I'm just gonna be horrible. And uncouth. That would not be a representation of who we are because we're professional veterans.
SPEAKER_00Alright. Something else that's that's really, really horrible. And I just put out uh episode on it not too long ago, but have you heard about what's all going on with the dogs on Skid Row and shit?
SPEAKER_02I have heard. Isn't that crazy? I do know about it, but I have heard, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Well, I mean, dude, I mean heard of. Well, I mean, dude, they're they're uh they have all the homeless people out there, so there's a shitload more homeless people than usual, and they're all living out there on the streets and nobody's doing anything about it, and they're getting animals, and not only are they testing their drugs on their animals to see if it has fentanyl in it to see if they can take it, but they're like in a sense, kind of breeding them and then selling off the puppies. They're basically selling puppies for um experimental, like that's it's it's called evil. Yeah, I understand. Right? That's fucked up.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you don't do things like that, but they do that, and that's what else do they have to do? Imagine if they were babies, they do the same thing to babies, yeah. Right, it's just that culture, it's that demonic spirit that just lingers and causes those people to be batty baddie out of their brain. And honestly, I know not from experience, because I have experience, but I have lived in Skid Row, so I do know what's up, and I have seen things day to day. So I understand, but there's no excuse for that. It's not okay to do that though, bro.
SPEAKER_00But okay, I regardless of whether someone's been there or not, whether they've seen stuff or not, it is not okay to be giving heroin to a dog to see if there's fentanyl in it. Like that it's not okay to give heroin to anybody or anything to see. Yeah, but animal dog. I mean, come on.
SPEAKER_02I know, but I know dogs are innocent, but they'll do that to kids, they'll do that to women. Well, no, they do it to any animal that they have. Well, no, I'm just saying if they had that type of connection to do, they would just see what would happen, and then leave your body there in your tent.
SPEAKER_00Well, the thing is, okay, so then when it comes down to it, all these people tried to break into the uh research center where the beagles were being kept and raised and whatever for research. And I believe that's that's bad too. Like, I don't think we should be doing research on beagles either. Like, that's not cool. But no, dude, they went into there, they went in there, they had uh saws and bolt cutters and like they actually had equipment to like break into the facility and then break the dogs out. Good. Okay, okay, no, no, no. But the thing that I look at is dude, the freaking dogs on Skid Row, those dogs, cats, all those animals, they're just chilling. Why can't they someone go and save those ones? I mean, they want to complain that they're being tested on. Well, technically, the homeless people are testing on them too, just in a different way for a different reason.
SPEAKER_02That also could be your hamburger meat that you're eating at Wendy's and McDonald's, too, people.
SPEAKER_00Okay. Well, that just went a little bit off rails.
SPEAKER_02But like I said, I just don't because you'd wonder if you go to a Chinese restaurant that I used to see, like wonder in the back alley, how come all the cats keep missing? Can they have a certain special, you know, chicken foon yang? And I'm like, well.
SPEAKER_01That must be cat. Well, okay. Pretty good cat, boy. It tastes good.
SPEAKER_00Well, aside from those type situations, which do happen, which shouldn't happen either. I mean, like I said, I get on on both sides why it's wrong, but I don't understand why people like make all this effort to do something that isn't that where they can't, they're not gonna change anything, they're not gonna make a difference, versus one where all you gotta do is look over and pick them up, and there you go, you're done. You don't have to take a whole bunch of equipment, you don't have to worry about the you know, a police barrier and getting over fencing, and it's like Bro, they do it big in LA, man.
SPEAKER_02It's just gotta let you know it's just how it goes, no matter what it is. I don't care what uh event you got going on, it's always gonna be big in LA. They're gonna bring the extra.
SPEAKER_00Well, like I said, I just I think it's wrong um on both sides. I just can't believe that people are actually drugging animals now just to see if it has fentanyl in it. That tells you how bad that problem's got too. Because there'd be no reason to do that crap if they there wasn't that much fentanyl in the world.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah, man. I don't know, man. I hope not, man. I just you know, everything's bad and all the testing's bad. And all things that you do against people are bad against their will. Or any animal or any being that has breath in their body because I know that breath comes from a higher source that no one knows, right? Mm-hmm. So therefore, respect it. Don't do things like that to it, because you will be held accountable no matter what you think it is, it's still wrong. Suffering to things that don't need to be suffered. You know, like I don't know. I uh it's they yeah. Humanity needs to change, but unfortunately it's gonna get worse, so yeah, but it's better. Oh yeah, so you you you need to these are some hard times a little bit, but they're not hard times. Like this is not like the 1930s and 40s, bro. This is not the Prussian, yeah. Like we we are good, we have what we need and more, but what I'm saying is, oh yeah, and we're not getting killed like 35 people a day, like they are in Nigeria for freaking believing in Jesus Christ, the true Messiah. They're you know, sad, right? We're very fortunate. So I think things need to change, and I think that we have a capability of changing them. But I think uh yeah, this is what I feel. If God steps in, it's like it's over. You don't want God to step in when he's given man like clear direction and money to say, hey, you guys can share enough and spread the wealth, baby. Right? Like you can you gotta enjoy, you know what I mean? Don't fight, pay that, give him money, let them have freedom, you know. All those things, man, that could be done, only a Jesus Christ can do. But what I'm saying is he's given man opportunity to make good choices and not cause chaos and destruction. And it's sad, man. Because these type of things could probably stop. Think about it if you had more policing, more approaches, because I used to see it when I lived down there. I know what things could be done to make better, to be better, but they chose not to. They chose to turn the the other cheek. I've seen it until check this out, until it was time for election. Right. And when it was time for elections, bro, did I ever see these police come through freaking LA storm kicking stuff over, throwing stuff away, like get out of here, move. And they were like, you gotta clean up, you can't be here during the day. Like, just crazy clockwork, man of just like organization and cleaning up. And then all of a sudden, once elections are stupid are done, and it's like back to normal. Hey, you can go ahead and stay there. I don't care. Yeah, go ahead, get high over here. Yeah, go ahead, do that, like whatever, just stay out of my way. I I couldn't believe it, man. I was I was just blown away, like it really is true what goes on. And um, even as veterans, you know, when I went to a veteran home, well, like they would get you your benefits, they would get you your paper, your money. You start getting your stacks, and then you're like, all right, well, you need section eight. We got you on section eight. But for now, you're gonna you have to go stay downtown in a downtown area that's for veterans, for you, and uh until we get you approved, right? So you go downtown and you're literally maybe a block or two from where the person that was in the recovery home in the first place with it, right? So yeah, you went, you went, you had a crack cocaine addiction, and then so now I'm gonna put you two blocks away from the crack that used to buy it down the block. Right, but don't just say no while we wave, while you wait, we get you approved soon. And I'm like, bro, that's messed up because they would fall. And the VA doors, which was interesting, is that it's revolving. So every veteran that would relapse from recovery, graduate the program, they get him situated with benefits, he relapses, he's able to come back in the program, okay, where he just left from, start all over again. That's another$1,200 they just made every month on that veteran. Every veteran,$1200 a month.
SPEAKER_00They do, I mean, the VA has some pretty crazy I mean that's LA though, because we're talking about Skid Row, right?
SPEAKER_02I'm telling you that's where the majority of these things are seen and heard, you know.
SPEAKER_00Okay, well, see, there's things that are really bad, and then there's the things that are like, let's see, how would you say okay, the weird trends where it's they're somehow gonna. I mean, every trend that comes up, it's like, okay, whether it's some toy or some, you know, new dance or song or whatever, it's almost like every trend that comes up, it's like it's gonna be the downfall of us. Because they're always really screwed up. But there's this new one called Nana Maxing. Nana maxing.
SPEAKER_02Why can't it just be one word? Why does it have to be dual purposed? Very true. Why does every trend have to be dual purposed when it's on one meeting? It does not need to be.
SPEAKER_00But see, so this one, nah, this one, you're you'll like, okay. Why? So, okay, bro, when it comes down to it, so it involves uh lifestyle habits like cooking from scratch, slowing down living, more relaxation, reduced screen chime, uh, connect uh connecting more with uh friends and family, and then also your own personal wellness philosophy. So it's more like going back to what it used to be before the hectic craziness of technology. See, you I told you I was like, I'm gonna like this one.
SPEAKER_02I'm gonna be it, I'm gonna be a non-a-look maxing dude. Look non-a-maxing. I don't care what you want to call it, I'm gonna do it because I try to do this anyways without making it a trend at my home life with my children. Because when you don't, because it's a good way. See, children need to be guided, man, and I love them. They're special, especially my kids, man. All of them. And sometimes I wish I could have been better with my my daughter, my beautiful daughter, right? Uh, Savannah, back in the day, man. But I did my best with her, man. Like, she's good. But what I'm saying is, like, the the screen time, the the you know, the accountability of that, the hey, you know, do other things that are productive, you know, practice your music, practice the martial arts that you know, like do these things to be better instead of being drowned like deep in the social media world where it does not provide any substance for you, like doesn't do anything for you, really. Right. I mean, some things, okay. Don't get me wrong, some things are cool. Like my kids, bro. Like, my kids were like with the social media stuff, they would see some things that were like helpful, beneficial, or you know, questionable, like, hey dad, what does this mean? Why, why the you know, why this person does this, or you know, certain things that would help them. Some things are educational, educational, but some things are provocative, yes, and I know when they're seven-year-old and a ten-year-old, provocative, and they're just trying to figure out what that is, but they get a little tingling inside their body, and they're like, What is this? You know, and then they'll see some kissing going on. And I think I've caught it, and it definitely gets addressed. But what I'm grateful for is that at least it's man and woman kissing. All right, like it's not, you know, I mean, like, thank you. Okay, hey, we're gonna address it because you don't need to be looking at that, okay?
SPEAKER_00But but at least you don't have to go into the oh, at least it wasn't two men. Yeah, there's so many other off-roads that go with seriously, and thank God for that.
SPEAKER_02So I'm like, all right, at least that's you know, we we gotta address that. We gotta, you know, monitor your children, man. Like, you know, take the remote, like this.
SPEAKER_00Okay, so when it comes down to it, you agree, not a maxing. Not a look maxing. I'm with it, man. Come on, bring it. Definitely needs a title change. Yes, it does, but it's good, okay. On the other hand, you do have shit that is bad for people, okay? It's called looks looks maxing. Okay, what's that? And okay, and what it is I didn't mean to say I like that either, by the way. And when it comes down to it, it's more so based around young men. It's not really about women, but it's about young men kind of changing the way that their body looks. Some of it is is well, some of it's like more exercise, some of it's like how they dress and like just their appearance, but they're actually getting to the point where it's getting to like body sculpting. So to have like a perfect jawline, you they have surgery where they crush some of the bones to make that happen. And this is something that's starting and will get more and more and more. So, like, think of all the different things that women can do with plastic surgery. Now apply that to men, but to make like the perfect Atlas type body.
SPEAKER_02Well, I I knew uh a double dog in the Marine Corps man that had a jaw situation. He didn't like the way his jaw looked. And you know, handsome dude, man. I'm like, hey, you know, but it is what it is, but whatever you don't like the way your jaw lines up, whatever, you know. So he decided to wait, you know, about a year or so. He got surgery, dude. So I remember I was like, I I saw him, you know, one night and I was like, what's up with your face, brother? And he was just like, couldn't really talk, mouth all, you know, gauzed up, his look like a balloon, his face, like a big old, like freaking, you know, chipmunk. And I was just like, man, all right, I'm gonna call you chipmunk. That's your nickname, you know. And then uh a few weeks later, man, you know, swelling goes down, and I'm looking at him, I'm like, oh, you're like you're a whole nother person, dude. Wow, like you changed your whole look, and you got your jaw broken for that reason. And this is 20-something years ago, man. All right, and so I'm now that you're telling me all this, no man, 30 years ago. No, yeah, close to 30 years ago. So nothing's changed. Now, women, yeah, women do sculpting. You know, you see that, the BBLs, and then you got men that are doing that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but now, yeah, men are gonna start going down that whole path. Look where that went with women and look at long-term plastic surgery and problems that they have and shit like that.
SPEAKER_02It's not okay. That's what I mean. Like they've they've bought into the lie. There's some type of mental thing going on with them where and spiritual, number one, where they don't know their identity, they don't know that they're loved, they understand that this is how they need to be approved of, of love, to be almost perfect and statuesque. You know, they want the the youth, the fountain of youth. Like that is not how life is designed. We are not here for that long period of time. We are here in a blink of a moment of eternity compared to eternity. We we we are here for a reason, we are here to learn and grow, experience, right? And and hopefully come to a realization that there is a God and that we need a God and we need a savior that is gonna help us through this mess of life, man. So, dude, when it comes to those things, it hurts my heart because it's really sad to see a generation of people doing that when they don't need to. It's just getting worse and worse, right? Like even with women when they're doing the gym thing, I feel for them too, man.
SPEAKER_00It's like you don't need to do that, you don't need to- I mean the big thing for women recently was getting back to the changing the the size of their waist, and that was a real big deal. But if you remember, if you go back in history books and everything, that didn't go that well for a lot of women that did that crap with corsets a few hundred years ago.
SPEAKER_02Victorian era, yeah, yeah. They be be natural and and whatever God created you to be, if you're supposed to be thick, you know, whatever you want to call it, grateful, be that way. God made you beautiful, whoever's listening, straight up, you know, nothing's perfect. Even in the Bible it says that, man, the eye is not seen, the ears not heard, like like everything what there we can't have enough. Like it, you know, like no matter what, there's a harem, you know, women or men, whatever women, you know, whatever you guys. What I'm saying is you can have enough. You never will. The flesh will never have enough. It always wants more and more and more. That's why these things are going on, these sick things, these Epstein vials, these life events, these things of sex trafficking, and all this stuff that you want to call it in trafficking, like it's evil. And what I'm saying is, it's like billions of people, yet millions are missing, yet they're doing so many things because there's greed in man and evil, and they can't have enough. And when they're done with it, they're done with it. And what more to replace it and it's evil. So this is what we're living in, and that's why we talked about with Skid Row and the dogs, and like who will come who in the right mind would take an innocent being, a dog is pretty much like taking a two-year-old and then drugging it up because some of the dog's capacity and brain, cognitive abilities is like a two-year-old. Yeah. So that's evil.
SPEAKER_00All right. Well, let me do something then to brighten your day a little bit. Thank you. Please do. So so when it comes down to it, um, I don't know how much I had told you about what I had was working on with a thing called Project Podcast. And um, I went to the VA and they actually it looks like they're gonna accept it. Um, I had to make a few edits, but it looks like you know, that it's something that they'll go forward with, but um, I was really hoping that you could help with um a couple areas, seeing as how, you know, you have a little bit more expertise in those.
SPEAKER_02I would love to help, and I'm grateful for it and honored. I would love to be a part of something that can um help others that can help me and you being the brains as well, um, creating this program, which is pretty awesome. And it's coming to fruition, and we pray about that. We know we trust in God in that because it is gonna help people. I know the goals are gonna be teaching foundations and equipping and building and recording and blog and etc. You know, like editing things that you do, producing like technical things. Like it's it's a beautiful thing to get the brain moving in directions of positivity because that is what's needed for veterans, especially for me, because I know being able to talk to people, being on this podcast, talking to one another, and then sharing her our feelings, man, it's so enlightening. It's so so it's it's uplifting and it heals the soul. It really does. And I hope this is going to be something that's beneficial that the VA will like run with that'll help other veterans, because it it's helped me tremendously, man. And I definitely would looking forward to coming there and at time to time and helping and uh seeing my input and also what I can do to help. Um, so yeah, I'm that'd be great.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's awesome. I would definitely appreciate that because there's actually a whole section that I wrote in already for you. So I kind of I kinda needed you to say yes.
SPEAKER_02Good initiative. Good judgment too. See, hey, cause I'm gonna do it, you know, back in the day where they used to tell me good initiative, bad judgment. I'm like, dang, I did good, but dang, bad, you know.
SPEAKER_00Well, I was just, you know, as I was going through certain parts, you know, and I had to make like a lesson plan and everything, I was kind of like, okay, so the different parts doing this, doing that, and the different areas that'll be covered. And it was like, well, I don't know certain parts of this, and it's like, oh, but you know what? If I ask J-Rock, maybe he'll do it. Because he could probably help with like, I don't know, two or three weeks worth.
SPEAKER_02So I'll help whatever you know. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Well, like I said, it's good because you're already written into it.
SPEAKER_02So I'm the man behind the trigger, man. Put me, put me in, bro.
SPEAKER_00Well, I mean, when it comes down to it, as far as the VA knows, you're helping before I even asked.
SPEAKER_02Mr. Sigler, are you capable of helping? Yes, I'm very capable of helping.
SPEAKER_00Thank you. Well, I mean, we'd like to help, yes. When it comes down to it, I just it's something that I think um people that enjoy something will have an advantage in being able to teach other people new skills or hobbies that they'll enjoy because the people that enjoy it will approach it in a different fashion than somebody that just has to learn it for a class.
SPEAKER_02And it will also get them out of the rut of the everyday hustle and bustle of life, man.
SPEAKER_00It's gonna give them another option to do something besides the monotonous, you know, like well, there's that, and then there's networking amongst all of them and sharing creativity. So I mean all that it's a win-win, bro. Yeah, things could change a lot with it, and it could grow and everything would be really good. But I'm glad that you wanna help in everything. But when it comes down to it, it's your favorite time.
SPEAKER_02A-A-R. Yep. I don't know why he says that. You know, I don't is it my favorite why? Because they were ending or something?
SPEAKER_00No, it's because that was something that like you started and you were just like, yeah, it's gonna be this, and you titled it and you knew it, and you're like, it's gonna be this way. And even when I was like, oh, it could be this, and you were like, Oh no, that's AAR, and I was like, okay, so you called it that way no matter what.
SPEAKER_02You know, and you know what's cool? It's cool as this too, man. Like, uh, one day I want to do with the editing, I wanna this should be the part where if we have that news typing background, and further news, right? So, after action review. Number one how to treat our pets with re just not respect but love. My goodness gracious. Pets are animals, period. I know when I was a kid, I was kind of like experimenting and being malicious, you know, grabbing a cat by the tail and just getting it around.
SPEAKER_00Wow. Wow.
SPEAKER_02But anyhow, uh be kind to pets. You know, like you're innocent, shouldn't be doing that.
SPEAKER_00Well, it's not only that, but they count on us for a lot of stuff. Food, water, you know, pretty much everything. Well, there's some there's some gangster cats now, mind you. I've had I had Well, I mean, yeah, there's Pharaoh cats and things like that.
SPEAKER_02Well, no, I had I had one that was not feral that lived in the apartment, and he was cool. And he ended up being dropped off at the house just for no reason because a person, my wife, we don't, we're not cat people like so. I'm like, this my wife and I just got married. We're living in an apartment. Her friend comes over and says, Hey, listen, I gotta go out of town and take care of this cat. We take care of this cat. Man, we had to leave out of town, so we had a friend to go take care of it. The friend that's supposed to take care of it ended up going to jail because she got in a fight with her husband. So I'm like, oh, that's great. So let's go take care of this cat. And then so the cat was so gangster that he decided he had water, so we found how to get water. So he had water that was being provided. The food issue was we didn't have that. He opened up the bag, the bread bag, tore open that, ate some bread, got into the honey nut Cheerios, opened that up, and ate some honey nut Cheerios, and he was good until we got back. And I was like, look at that cat, bro. Like I said, that you are not your typical cat, man.
SPEAKER_01You you figured a way. You found a way. You did more things than adults could do. That's pretty good.
SPEAKER_00So, uh, but even still, we need to be good to our animals, especially not swinging them around by their tail.
SPEAKER_01You don't want to do that. It's not their fault. Can't believe you did that. Oh man. Yeah. Well, life. The crazy life. Yeah, I'm sure that's not what the cat was saying. No, the cat was screaming.
SPEAKER_00Kind of traumatizing a little bit, but yeah. Well, just like when, you know, we deal with these crazy trends and everything these days, too. You know, people have to be careful because, you know, you may be so-so okay right now or funny or whatever, but long term it could be traumatizing.
SPEAKER_02Oh, by far. You know, but do things the right way. Don't don't do that with you saying the look look maxing, like be happy who you are. All right. Don't you don't need to improve yourself. If you want to improve yourself, improve your fitness, improve your performance, your your mental, spiritual number one, spiritual fitness, be tactical, know how to protect, know how to provide, know how to love the Lord. Okay.
SPEAKER_00You can always make yourself a better version of you, but you're still you.
SPEAKER_02There's only one of you and one fingerprint of you. Like you be happy about you. God created you special, bro. Like, not not to say that's so like corny, you know, cliche. Oh, God created me special. Right. No, honestly, though, you only have there's only one fingerprint of J-Rock and Bull. There's no other fingerprint. That tells me that I'm pretty special, man, in that sense, right? So count yourself special. Get up off the couch and get busy. Don't worry about all that other stuff.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_02Yes, please don't.
SPEAKER_00And when it comes to the non-amaxing, that those people got the right idea.
SPEAKER_02Stay on that and let that be a discipline to you. Don't go cold turkey, you know, but let that be something to shoot for as a standard so that you can better yourself, your spirit, your mind, your body, have more time with the Lord and with your family, with life, and enjoy it the way it's supposed to be enjoyed too. Definitely.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, the the less screen time and eating better and actually socializing with people. Oh, that's life, man.
SPEAKER_02Huge, huge. That's what separates the 80 babies from the the 2000 ups. We were forced to do that. Like I was born in the 70s, right? But I grew up in the 80s and 90s, and like I was forced to do that. There was no phone to get to.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's remember when there was no internet and the only phone was the one phone in the house and it has the long ass cord test.
SPEAKER_02One phone or payphones, you know, letters, notes, like personal, like everything was so different. And then when you got mad at each other, it wasn't cyberbullying. It was literally in your face the next day. I don't like you. We're getting at it. You know, like, well, we're fighting today. After three, homie. You know, and you're just like, dang. It was no, there was no, it was no workup in there at all. You had to get down. Mom didn't call you to come back. She just told you when the street lights are on. That's it. Come home. Yep. You better be home when street lights come up. Yep. See, that's what I mean, y'all. Like, we need to get back to the basics and and not forget who we are and where we come from because life is important. We're not here and promise tomorrow. That's why with you vets, I'm encouraging you guys. I want you, those that are listening to, that you're not alone. I want you to know if you need help, there's help. Just ask. Break yourself down, have humility. Know that there's guidance, spiritual guidance that you're looking for, uh, counseling. You know, we'll be able to provide a place to or send you to a place to, or we can help in some form, way, or fashion. Even though we're not licensed, it doesn't matter though. Like we can help you and point you in that direction, need be. One source that you can go to that is the bread of life with JJ at gmail.com. It's 100% private and confidential. Um, I won't, you know, let the ideas lead to whatever it will lead, it'll creep in, but we're strong. And I want you to know substance abuse, suicide, all those type of things I've dealt with in my life, but I know that there's healing in that, and I know that you can overcome because I have. We also have an annual blanket drive. Yes, and that is awesome because we had a chance. If you guys didn't hear a previous podcast, which you can listen to, The Bread of Life with JJ. Man, I had an interview with Rachel, who runs that manna house, which is Marine, Air Force, Navy, Army. Ooh, I can't believe I forgot that. I was about to forget. Wow, it tells you kind of down. Anyway, beautiful place. And we're gonna be doing another blanket drive with them because it went well the first time and just see their hearts and their minds for them to realize. They're happy, grateful. They were so excited. And I want to do more, so anyone that can participate in that and reach out to us, please do. We have another email that you can reach us out to as well with Bull. Um, he can definitely get back to you and take those donations and we can let you know where it went and definitely video it so you can see where your donations have been going and how it's been impactful and helping. But it's bull and jrock at gmail.com. Bull and jrock, j-r-o-c no k at gmail.com, right? We are moving in directions that we want to, interviews, podcasting, you know, projects, things that we want to do that are gonna help veterans, communities, and ourselves as well as family. Yeah, we like to say like we like to do this for free because it is. This is our time. But monetary things would be appreciated. Very true. Because we definitely it will go a long way and we'll help those that we need to, and ourselves as well in our pockets, because I like to eat out.
SPEAKER_00Well, I mean, it'd be nice to make it to video at one point too, you know.
SPEAKER_02So anybody wants to donate a video, please do, so you can see our two beautiful mugs sitting there smiling at you.
SPEAKER_00You can figure out you can figure out who's who. Hey, if somebody actually donated the video camera, I would be really impressed. Awesome, please do. I pray that in the name of Jesus. Let it be. And all you vets, please remember, as my um late mom would have, you know, wanted me to remind everyone that the best thing that you have against the VA is taking notes and persistence, relying on yourself. And it can be difficult sometimes, but that's the best thing, that's the best weapon you have against doctors and the VA when you want to get something done. And if you want anything to change, well then just like I did to create Project Podcast, you have to do up how you want the change to be done and how it's gonna be done. You can't just complain and say, Oh, I want it to be different and it be different. You actually have to put forth what they're gonna change and how they're gonna do it and things like that, and then you work together with them to make that change. And everyone just needs to keep that in mind because long term, we're with we're with the VA for a long time. You know, it's not like a doctor we see one year and we're done. It's years, you know, so you're gonna have to deal with it, you know, through every age era in your life. You have to keep in mind that other ones are gonna be more difficult. You might want things, you know, set up different for you. You know, and if you want things set up different for you, then you just work on it to get it done that way. And other than that, I pretty I'm other than that. I can't get it out. Other than that, I'm gonna let everyone go and I'll you know hit you guys back up.
SPEAKER_02See, it's hard for him. He misses you, actually, everybody listening. See, that's all that's why it's hard for him to kind of like he's pausing for a moment, like we love y'all, truly. Thank you for listening.
SPEAKER_00Well, it's nice to be able to talk to about talk to everyone, and especially about veterans and the things that we care about, and not just what everybody else cares about, because there's not as many veterans out there, so it's nice to be able to hear what veterans care about. But let you go till next episode, and until then, be good to each other and don't do any crazy shit, you know, not like look max looks maxing, no bueno. But just be good to each other and god bless.
