What the Altar Represents and Where the Fire Falls
This episode explains that the altar is not a piece of furniture but the meeting place between God’s holiness and man’s humility. Throughout Scripture, the altar marks moments of surrender, obedience, renewal, and divine intervention. From Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Gideon, and David to the cross of Christ itself, God has always met His people where the altar was built. When the altar stood, God’s presence, peace, and provision followed. When it was neglected, chaos and spiritual decay set in.
The message emphasizes that in the New Testament, the altar is no longer made of stone but is found in a surrendered life. Believers are called to live as living sacrifices, offering themselves fully to God through prayer, obedience, repentance, and forgiveness. True revival cannot be manufactured through programs or excitement. The fire of God only falls after the altar is repaired.
