Alright, guys, it's almost mid-2026, and I'm back with a quickie, and I have opinions because I know you all love when I share my opinions. I mean, we love some good banter. So there's trends everywhere right now in business, in relationships, in parenting, in wellness. And I'm not falling for all of them. Some of them are okay. Some of them are a scam, I believe. Scam, scam artists. And some of them need someone to say out loud what everyone is thinking. So today I'm that person. Ten trends, my real take, and zero apology. It's a quickie. So welcome back, vain ones. Let's go. Welcome to the Law of Cassidy, where we talk intimacy, business, power, healing, and the conversations that most people are too uncomfortable to have. I am Cassidy, wife, mom, entrepreneur, and someone who has spent nearly two decades in the intimacy and wellness space. So if someone sent you this episode, you're in the right place. This one's for the vain ones. Let's get into it. Share things I see online and all over the internet right now and whether it's a yay or an A for me. So, trend number one. Sorry, I can just feel people throwing tomatoes. Selling a course about how to sell courses. Can we talk about it? Because I need someone to explain to me the business model where your only product is teaching the other people to do business you are not actually doing. Okay. You've never built an actual brand with a product and like you have never sold an actual product, okay? Your entire revenue comes from selling the idea of revenue to other people. That's not a business. I don't believe it is. I feel like that's a pyramid scheme with like a Canva template. You could just state me for this. But if someone is teaching you how to make money and the only money you've made is from teaching people how to make money, I feel like I'm repeating myself, but that's what it feels like, okay? That is a red flag to me, the whole thing. The receipt is like in the pro like I just, and everyone is doing it. I truly believe there are courses out there though that are valuable, but I like see people selling courses of how to sell courses, and I'm like, but what is the course? What are they learning? There is like nothing there. There's so much garbage out there. It's wild. But there are some of you that are doing some real good shit, but stop scamming people, okay? I'm not falling for it in 2026, and neither should you. And I will admit, I fell for some shit. I've bought some shit, I've supported these people, and then I was greatly, grossly disappointed. And I was like, man, they're really good at smoking mirrors. Not here for it. Two using your fucking kids for content. Okay. Let's talk about it. I I truly I think this is illegal in some states now. Okay. So I want to be really careful here because I understand like the impulse, right? Your kids are funny, they're cute, they do things that are genuinely content worthy. I get it. Like I post Jovi's in my stories every now and then, but there is a line between naturally capturing a moment and then like staging your kid, like forcing your kid to be the like content person for your brand, and you can tell they're like uncomfortable and they're literally like no ew gross, okay? Or like filming your kid's meltdown for a reel, so then you can be like, what is bad parents? I think it's gross, okay? Making them redo a reaction because the lighting was bad. What are you teaching them? It's terrible. I don't care. I don't care if your kids are uncomfortable and you're trying to get them comfortable. Listen, the world is like so messed up because of screens. Why are we forcing them to be behind a screen to better? I just I can't. I I I love Jul Jovi and she will always occasionally appear in my life because she isn't my life, okay? But she is not my content strategy, you guys. I am not using her to say, oh, my kid just walked in on us and making like a reel out of it. It's gross. Sorry, you guys can hate me for it. Tran number three. Can we talk about Snapchat for a second? Maybe I'm just really old and don't understand it, but I've had some nannies, you know, we've worked with some younger lads, and like how these boys communicate with these 20-year-old girls, I'm like, nobody wants to see a snap of your eyeball. Like, can you not hold a conversation? It is weird. Like it was 2013 and the appeal of disappearing content was kind of revolutionary until it got real like sketch. Okay. So it's 2026, every other platform does everything Snapchat does, but better. Instagram stories, TikTok. Like, if someone asks for your Snapchat in 2026, I don't, I can't. And they're either under 19 and they are specifically trying to send you something they don't want record of. I just red flag. I just I don't think kids should have Snapchat. I don't, I don't get it. And I just I need kids to be able to hold conversations with each other. Like if you're gonna grow into like substantial adults, like stop sending a girl a picture of your eyeball. Okay. Thanks. Okay. Four couples saying that we don't fight, it's not a relationship flex, okay? We never fight, we don't argue, we just communicate. Post it on a couple's photo that looks genuinely happy. And I'm here to tell you it's not a flex. This is a red flag. This is like not authentic, and you're freaking lying, okay? Two people who care about each other have different backgrounds, different needs, different stressors, different opinions. They disagree. They have conflict. That is not dysfunction, that is real life intimacy, real life communication. So the couples who never fight are not the couples who have it figured out. They're the couples where one or both people have learned that expressing a need or a want in a disagreement is not safe. So they don't. And they call silence like some harmony. But in reality, they're both hiding some weird ass resentment. So the goal is to never fighting, the goal is to fight well. And I completely agree with that. I think fighting is healthy. So if you are fighting with your partner, you are not broken. We are all doing it. And if you have someone in your life who's saying they don't fight with their partner, they're a freaking liar. They're lying. Or they don't communicate with their partner at all. And that's weird. Because if you're bumping uglies and you don't communicate, like what the fuck are you doing? Okay, next. We never fight is suppression dressed up as success, and I'm not falling for it. And I'm not posting that. Nope. You know, me and Josh share it all. Okay. Trend number five. Just the Utah aesthetic. I mean, we are all really pretty people here. I get it, but you know what I'm talking about. The perfectly curated matching outfit Sunday photo, the coordinated, like I take family photos once a year or two, but I am not making sure my kids tie and bow tie and my daughter's dress and their socks are perfectly curated every freaking Sunday and getting a picture of it, okay? So the brand built entirely around performance of a perfect family life. I'm not here to shame anyone for liking a nice photo. I love a nice photo, okay? But the level of not letting your kids be kids nowadays, like some of these pictures I see, I'm like, I've never seen uh your kid's hair at a place. And then I'm meanwhile, I'm posting a picture of Jody, Jovi, and she's got smushed Oreo down her face and her hair's a mess. Because I think we just need to let our kids be kids. Because what are you teaching them? You're teaching them that they have to be perfect and like always on. Like, no, gross. Utah has a specific version of this tied to its culture. The pressure to present as blessed, as thriving, as living proof that this lifestyle works. Like, your kids are gonna carry that weight and it's not healthy. I don't like it. So your children are not your personal brand evidence. Let them be messy and real and sometimes uncooperative. Okay. That's what kids actually are. So leave the Oreo on their face and don't make their hair perfect. 24-7. It's weird. Okay. Trend number eight. I'm sorry. And I get people's trying to jump on the train, trying to like, you know, get their little piece of the pie. The fact that McDonald's started making dirty sodas, like, infuriates me. And then you see what they're making, you're like, that ain't it. That is not it, okay? So I understand, like I said, the appeal. I do. A customized drink feels special, but guess what? You're freaking McDonald's. Just have the best diet coke ever. Like, stop trying to like tap in because they didn't get it. Like they're putting like boba beads in it and shit. McDonald's, it's not it. Sorry. It's a soda with syrup in it from McDonald's. It's not the same magical magic. They make it like fizz or swig. Sorry. I just don't agree with it. So trend number seven, coaches who have never built anything, coaching to build things. Guys, this is crazy nowadays. And I am not shaming on coaches. I'm not. I technically call myself that, but that's also why people are like, how do I sign up first? I'm like, I'm not charging you to coach with me. Like if I'm gonna coach you something, like it's gonna be like it's gonna be something valuable. It's not gonna be me just like paying you to like hear me talk. Like that's weird. So the life coach who's never lived like anything, or the business coach who's never really built a business. I you guys probably hate me for this, but I just I think credentials matter, experience matters. Someone who has actually done the thing, built the business, survived the marriage, come through the hard season. The person that has something real to teach, someone who reads books and makes a website, does not. I stand on that. Like people think I'm like the almighty like sex coach. I am not a sex therapist. I do not have a degree. Okay. I say that loud and proud. Okay. Do I share real life vulnerable moments, like situations? Am I educated? Have I gone to yes, but I do not put myself in that box. And I just I don't love people that do that. So before you pay anyone to coach you in 2026, ask them what they've actually built. Not just certifications they have, but what they have built. It's important. Okay. Um, trend number eight, I gotta share this story. And I'm sorry, Chloe, I think you're the best human alive. But protein junk food that tastes like dog shit. Literally. I was so excited to try Chloe Kardashian's protein popcorn. I was like, oh my gosh, this is so amazing. You guys, it's terrible. It literally tastes like there's like this film of like I like literally you put protein powder in your mouth and then it like puts a film on the roof of your mouth, and it tastes like actual garbage. Like it every kernel is just covered in white. So disappointed. So if you want a Pop Tart, eat the freaking Pop Tart. I understand protein's all the crave right now, but like I definitely am never buying protein popcorn again. I will just continue to eat my fully sugared, fully fatted up boom chicken pop. Um, Chloe, I love you. I wanted to support you. I think you're amazing. Yes, I would love to be on your podcast one day. A girl could dream. But I'm sorry I didn't love your popcorn.
unknownIt was not good.
SPEAKER_00But she's selling it. It's wild. Okay. So those are, was that eight? Where's nine, ten? I thought there was ten. I guess there wasn't. My notes suck. I guess there were eight trends today. So we're gonna go to confessions in the DMs. Oh god. Sorry. I spent two grand on a course about building a personal brand, and the person it has person teaching it has 4,000 followers and has never sold a physical product. I feel so stupid. What do I do? Red flag. First, you're not stupid. This is how these people are making money on the internet. You were hopeful, and there's a whole industry designed to sell to hopeful people. So here's what you do: take everything useful from the course, there's probably something, and leave with the rest. Then redirect your energy towards studying people who have actually built something or getting research yourself. I hate to break it to you, but a lot of these people that are selling these courses probably just got this shit researching themselves and then dress it up like it was something amazing. That's something that I hate, and I have fallen for that. I'm like, oh my gosh, I need this. This is brilliant, I need this course. And then I buy it and I'm like, then I get the thing, and I'm like, why did I just spend money on this? So you're not alone. Okay. DM number two. My boyfriend is very proud that we never fight, and it actually scares me. Anytime I bring something up that bothers me, he shuts down and says, I thought we didn't do drama. Oh, girl, yikes. I feel like I can't say anything. Is that normal? No. This is not normal. Okay. But a lot of men go through this and there is therapy for a reason. I think all men just need a little therapy love. Okay. Um, they're kind of taught to just be men and like not talk about it and not have feelings. Gentlemen, I'm here to tell you you will be the manliest, sexiest, get laid, all the time man if you actually like navigate having emotions and feelings and have conversations. It's fucking hot. Like, it is like stop shutting it down. Okay. The non-fighting because you don't talk about it is not normal. Okay. So a relationship where you cannot bring up what you bothers you without it being labeled as a problem. That's a relationship where you are being managed into silence and it is not healthy. That is not peace. That is suppression. So send them this podcast. Hopefully it helps. Last DM, I have been making dirty sodas every day for three months, and I think I have a problem. My fridge has six different flavored syrups in it. Please help. I can't help you. This is between you and the coconut cream, but I don't like making them at home. I, like I said, stop trying to reinvent a wheel. It's not your wheel to reinvent, right? Like, no one has a McDonald's French fry. I'll give them that. And no one has a McDonald's like Diet Coke. It's like extra crispy, extra cool. I let them have that, okay? That is their moment. But McDonald's should not be making dirty sodas. And I don't like to make dirty sodas at home. I like to go through wheel dry food. It just tastes different at fizz. It does. Okay. So this week's covet this, like I said, this is a quickie, is um three products that have been doing great at what they do, quietly, effectively, without like some viral moment. A lot of people have not heard me talk about these. So it is in a bundle. It is called the Enhancement Trio. Three products, one mission, all about boosting sensitivity, arousal, and pleasure for her. So first, GPS, the G Marks, the Spot Cream. I talk about this one a lot, actually, but these three together. Home run. So you apply it directly to your G spot to increase the blood flow and sensitivity. It makes it more pronounced. It makes it so you can um stimulate that G spot. It is an awesome product, makes everything more responsive. Second, the amp it up intense serum. So that is just for the clitoris. Okay. So it's gonna increase also um the blood flow and the sensitivity. It's a vasodilator. And third is a product called Sensuva on libido for her. The arousal oil, we've talked about it before on the show. Okay. So this um is a cream that you actually rub on your leg or your arm. And so this actually helps bring um helps with like your hormones and increases that like desire and that like actual want need. Like I call it the gene rubbing moments where you're like, man, I really want to bang it out right now. It kind of slowly builds that up. So it's not something you directly like put on your clitoris or directly put on your G spot. It's like a um supplement almost, but it's for your libido. It's great stuff. So these aren't gimmicks, these aren't a trend. These give great results, and my clients are loving them. So, like always, Cassidyb.com. So we're gonna wrap this up with a law of Cassidy, like we always do. Here's where all 10 of the trends have in common. They are selling you something, a feeling of belonging, a shortcut to success, a performance. Like, and the vain ones, by definition, we don't perform lives they don't actually want. So in 2026, know the difference between what is genuinely good for you and what is just loud, between what you actually want and what the social world is telling you you want. So think for yourself. That will never be a trend, and it will always be the right move. So that's the law. And this was your quickie 10 trends, 10 takes, zero apology. I want to know what trend is driving you crazy right now. So please send me a DM. And I'm Cassidy, this is the law of Cassidy, and I'll see you next week. Main ones.
