When we realize the word of God is teaching us that we ought to go out and carry on his word, he tells us to do something that I think a lot of people miss. In the Book of Luke, chapter 10, verse nine, he says. Heal the sick. That's what we dealing with today. We are talking about, we are commissioned to heal the sick, so let's just, let's just try to get an understanding of how powerful this really is. When you realize what Jesus mandated to us. He's letting us know there's gonna be a lot of sick people in this world. He said, but I need you to go out and tell them about me and heal them because they will be sick. Let's go now, let's go back and let's get the full story in Luke chapter 10, starting with verse two. This is Jesus telling us now this is his mandate. He says, we are commissioned to heal the sick, even though he is telling us, go give him the gospel. We are to heal the sick. And he starts out and he says, the harvest is truly great, but the laborers are few. Pray you therefore the Lord of the harvest that he would send forth the laborers into his harvest. Go your ways. Behold, I send you God iSend you them forth as lambs among w. Carry neither purse nor strip nor shoes and salute. No man, by the way, and see back in the days he's teaching us that when he, when you pass somebody, you ought to speak. But he is saying, this is important. I just need you to go and into whatsoever house you enter first thing, peace. Be to this house. Now we don't do that as a lot of people. Don't. I still do it because I carry peace. But he's saying, say it. Peace be unto this house, and if the third peace be there, we are talking about Jesus there. If he is there, your peace shall rest upon it. If not, it shall return to you again. And in the same, uh, same house remains. Eating and drinking. First thing as they give for the labor is worthy of its highest. Go not from house to house and into whatsoever city. You enter and they receive. You eat such thing. Are sent before you. Now we going back into verse we started with and heal the sick that are there in and say unto them, the kingdom of God is come night unto you. Don't miss that right there now. See when you are healing the sink, he is teaching us now that the kingdom of God has arrived. Of the healing, but into whatsoever city, you enter and they receive. You not go your way out into the streets of the same and say even the very dust of your dust of your city, which cleave unto us, we do wipe off against you notwithstanding. Be you show of this, that the kingdom of God is calm, nah unto you. Don't miss that. Now he's teaching you two things. He says, when the healing happens, kingdom God comes. But also when you are walking with his spirit, the kingdom of God has come because of you. Okay? That's the message. Now we are commissioned to heal the sick. Now, I know sometimes people are saying, well, miracles don't happen. That way no more. Well, that's not true. It does. I I, I've seen it so many times that I expect it. Now you saying to yourself, well, that's New Testament teaching. Uh, I'm glad you said that. I am glad you said it. Let's go back to Psalm 77. Psalm 77, verse 14. We saying that's new. Tested it. So in Psalm 77, verse 14, thou aunt, the God that does wonders, well guess what? Miracles is healing. Signs of wonders is healing. And he also uses healing. But watch what he says. Th are the God that does wonders. Do has declared th strength among thy people. Now, don't miss this. Now, in the book of Sam is teaching you where the power of healing comes from you. You can talk about Elijah all day long, but Elijah couldn't do that without God. You can talk about what Moses did open up the Red Sea. That was God. See, we know of miracles when it come to healing, but there are more miracle. There are more miracles that happen, but also healing was a part of miracles. I know you're saying to yourself, oh, this is good stuff. Well, it gets even better see when you start to teach. So when you starting to learn something like this, this is what the world don't want to talk about because you can't doubt this. Okay, now let's go to a man who used to doubt it himself. Now let's go to a man who used to doubt it himself, and let's see what it says. Let's go to the book Acts. Acts chapter 19. In Acts chapter 19, verse 11, we're talking about a man. Call Paul and watch what it says in verse 11. And God wrote for special miracles By who? The hands of Paul Paul. Used to crucify the chil the children of Israel come. Don't miss that. Now, Paul would crucify the children of Israel. Paul would, would, would in, would actually go and search them out and put them in prison where a lot of them will be killed. Now, I know you said to yourself, well, well, why would God use somebody that would kill his people? Because Paul did it outta ignorance. See, a lot of people do things, but they did it outta ignorance. Once Paul was introduced to the Lord, guess what? He automatically changed. We talking about, we are commissioned to heal the sin, and Paul showed this in miracles by his hand, act 1911. Now I know you're saying to yourself, well, can can, can we take it as just a little bit deeper? Not a problem. Let's go the book of Hebrews chapter two, but the Hebrews chapter two, let's deal with verse four. Hebrews chapter two, verse four. Now watch this now. God also bearing them, witness both with what signs and wonders and with divers miracles and with gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will. See, that's the word God, for years. When the Lord first showed me, well one of the first times he showed me that he'll use my hands for miracles. I had, I had a pastor tell me, he said, I the one was praying for that miracle. Well, guess what? You don't control it. He was jealous because the Lord used me and used it for for miracle, and he was shocked that I was praying. You can't pray for this. You can, but that's not how it works. The Holy Spirit, which is the Holy Ghost. It gives you this power. Oh, come on now. We gonna, we gonna do, we gonna do a little teaching today? Now see, when you start understanding this, that's why I hate what the church does. You come up every day after the, after the preaching, and they do the same thing, time after time. You don't control the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit controls itself. Okay. Okay. Lemme help you out a little bit now for, for, for those people that get to hear this and it stay, let me explain how this thing truly works. Now, I'm gonna read verse four again, but I want you to start getting some context with your understanding. It says God also bearing them. Witness who's bearing them. Witness. See, God is backing me up. When I lay hands on somebody that has cancer, I'm not, I'm not doing anything. It's the, it's the spirit of God that's in me that is doing that. Okay, but let me go, let me cover this so you can really get this, so you can understand that who's banging the witness, God. And he said, now, both with what signs and wonders. Now most people, they don't really operate in the spirit to this level. But to, to get you to understand. A friend of mine, uh, we got a call and his sister had cancer, okay? They found up, she came down and me and him and a couple and, and like one other person, we went and prayed for'em and lay hands done, and they went back home. Now, all we did is exactly what the word of God says, who bears witness. God does it. Man ain't doing that. And next thing we heard, she went back to the doctor that next week and they did an x-ray and they said, the cancer's going. They said, we don't understand. You don't have to understand miracles, that that's why it's called miracles. It's not for you to understand, okay, okay, lemme help you out a little bit more than I can get sick or I can, or a believer can get sick. And just because they're healed doesn't make a miracle. I know you're saying yourself. Well, you're confusing me. No, I'm not. Miracles are for non-believers. It's a promise to believer. The word says, no weapon form against you shall prosper. I don't care what the doctor says. He says, who are you gonna believe? If you a believer you're supposed to believe God, jump down. Lemme keep on with this wonder. We gonna deal with this. Verse four right now, and then Hebrew two verse four. Now see signs and wonders are supposed to happen at your hands. Okay? Um, okay, let, let me help you out a little bit now because even sometimes the Lord even kindly reminds me. When I got married, I had no real understanding. Yeah, I knew of God, but didn't even know the power of God. Find the water is coming. Many, many different fashions now. And I shared with my wife and I said, you know, we gotta put the Lord's center. And we went down to, we went to the beach, Myrtle Beach, went to 10th Avenue. Just me and my wife. We ain't told nobody. It was just me, her and God. We went down to 10th Avenue and we walked to the water and we said, Lord, we just need you to be center of our life. Now, see, a lot of people get married, but they don't pray to God. They don't ask for his intervention, and we don't realize the power that we give him, and we, we thought nothing more of it than we said. We want God to be the center. Now. See, I'm never wondering if my wife is the one I'm supposed to be with. I don't worry with that. Sometimes I, I say stupid stuff or I do stupid stuff, but I never worry about that part. I know God puts us together, but watch what happens as we come a member times. And one is you can't explain it. And we are walking back up to the car and as we're walking back up to the car on 10th Avenue. This man came, never saw him before in my life. Never saw him since his wife and his five kids. Now the men, you say husband and wife and five kids. That's seven. I got that Y y'all got that. And he started prophesying over the both of us, and he started prophesying over one the marriage. He said, first y'all just got married. Well, first of all, we've been married. We just got married and put Christ first center of our life, and the Lord was showing me that then to reassure me and reassure her that this is a Godly appointment together. This right here is beyond anything you can imagine. Now I know a lot of people don't understand it. Why I tell'em I'm probably the happiest person alive, but. I know this to be true, and that's what's wrong with the world today because they're operating in something they don't understand. So they're trying to make it work and they don't do it right, and when it doesn't work, they get mad at everybody. But I'm gonna finish this story now because I want you understand. We are commissioned to heal the sick. Well in that and, and, and what the prophet was doing to me and my wife, then he was one telling us what God is saying through him. He said, y'all just got married now. My wife didn't have a no gown. I didn't have a no suit. There was nothing that would've indicate to him. We did this event, but God had to show him. And lo and behold. He went from one thing to another. He was, even when he was talking about the ministry that's coming, he was telling us of how much people gonna be healed because of our relationship. Well, what most people don't realize is a lot of people get married, but a lot of people don't have any successful marriage. We're talking about, he commissioned us to heal the safe. The most problem people have is in marriage. Lemme go ahead and we finish this down in verse four, but he goes on and he talk about diverse miracles and gifts of the Holy Ghost. See, you can't control what the Holy Ghost gives you as a gift. You know, I love to have people. Well, I, I, I'm doing this for the Lord. I'm not doing nothing for the Lord. Lord, don't need you. What he wants you to do is what he telling you to do, not what you wanna do. Let the boy finish this thing here. Now, I'm gonna finish this thing here, but I want you to start understanding the true word of God. Let's go to Galatians chapter three, verse five. Oh, now we talking. Now we, we, we really in there now because when you start operating like this, things become simple to you. In Galatians chapter three, verse five. Now I now hold on there because I'm gonna take this somewhere now and it says He therefore, that ministers to you. The spirit and work is miracle among you. Does he it? By the works of the law. All by the hearing of faith. Oh, oh, lemme say that again now because see, everybody trying to figure out how this work, well we going, we gonna get, we gonna dig deep in it right now. See therefore that re to you the spirit. Then the spirit is talking now and work is minister among you. The spirit is doing it. Does he do it by the works of the law or by the hearing of faith? See faith is something that the law was teaching us through Abraham. Father Abraham. It said because of what? Faith. See, I don't need nobody to believe when I lay hands on him, I don't. I don't need you to believe. I just need to believe the Lord is backing up. Who? Me? He's not backing up You. Now you can get faith. And that's why when Jesus was healing the man, the man asked Jesus questions. He said, help me with what? My faith. He said, I know I'm lacking, but help me with my faith. Jesus already knew what he was doing. Now it it is good to have faith when you're doing something. Like this. You're talking miracles now, but you don't have to have it now. I know you're saying to yourself, well, hold up now. And I was reading and when Jesus went to Nazareth, he didn't do a lot of he, he said he couldn't do no miracles. Uh, that's not what the scripture said. Never said he didn't do no miracles. He said he didn't do as much miracles as he could. He said he didn't do many miracles. Why? He did some miracles Because he was told Jesus and he had faith. But he also knew he had the spirit of God. He didn't do as much as he could because once you realize that the kingdom of God has come, you know you have access to that power. The question is. As people come and hear about it, they're coming with the belief. That's why now I'm gonna, boy, y'all gonna learn something today. Now, that's why when the woman with the issue of blood, Jesus didn't use his fear, Jesus used her fear. And what did he say? By your faith, you are what healed. It's still the same power of God, but it was by fear. I know I'm gonna help you out today. Now see, a lot of people, they don't have faith in God. They got faith in men. They got faith in their pastor. They got faith in their grandmother. They got faith in their mother, but they ain't got faith in God and that's why it doesn't work. Okay, lemme help you out a little bit. Now we going, we going somewhere now. See, when the Lord showed me. A on Thanksgiving, I went to my mom and she was in a wheelchair, and the Holy Spirit says, lay hands on her. Now, I looked at my mother knee. Now, remember now? Yeah, I got there, but I started looking like Peter did. I looked at the circumstance and that Christmas when I, I, I didn't do it, Juan. Uh, I looked at her knee and she wasn't gonna walk. Why? Her knee's too jacked up. The surgery went round, she got hurt and, and she's not gonna walk. Now what? What did I do? I operated on my site and he beat me up. That was Thanksgiving, my father, and then I went back for Christmas and the Holy Spirit says, lay your hands on her. Now. I ain't tell you no lie, man. I did what the Holy Spirit told me to do. Why? Because it told me to do it. Now I still look at her foot and says, well, I do what you're saying, but. She's still not gonna walk. But what did I do? I was obedient. See, why was the Lord showing me that back then? He says, I'm gonna access, I'm gonna show you what I'm really giving you, and you're gonna access certain things, but you're not gonna really understand it. Now you're gonna understand later who now, that wasn't an instantaneous miracle walking. That was a progressive. That happened December 25th, January, she moved from the wheelchair to the walker. By February, she was from the walker. From the walker to a cane, and by March she was walking. Now she keeps going to the doctor. The doctor says, I don't, you don't even touch the front. Why? He said, I don't know why you walking. He said, literally, I cannot explain why you walk. I can't. Why? It's a miracle. It has nothing to do with me. It has to do with God. Watch this now. Bearing witness to me through the Holy Spirit. Let me keep on going. Y'all want to hear what we gotta say? Let's keep on going there. We don't. We didn't step in it now. We ain't gonna stop now because of faith. Let's go the Book of Act. Act chapter six. Oh, that's why people are afraid to teach this here, because this right here, there are people that got cancer that's waiting to be healed. I ain't asking nobody, the Lord done it to my family. I look at for, for many years I didn't understand, but I went crying to the Lord. I said, Lord, I said, I know this is not you. When he healed our son. That's why I always told the man of God. Pray, pray, pray. Pray. When you are praying for something you really don't understand, watch God. Watch God, and let me keep on going. See the book. Acts chapter six. Acts chapter six, verse eight. We are talking about we are commissioned to heal the sin. So in Acts chapter six, verse eight. Oh, let's stay there. And Steven, he talking about a man of God now. He was what? Full of what? Sam. See now. Now see people try to put them two together. Now you gotta break them up now. He was full of what? Sam and power. Well, all power is the Holy Spirit. First of all, he have to be full of faith. Why? Because you believe. That you believe then you have already canceled out the Holy Spirit. But he goes on, did great wonders in what miracles among the people. What was God doing? He was confirming, I, I know if you're ready for this. Let me slow down. Lemme slow. You say you're ready. But I don't know now he was doing what he was confirming. He called, if this ain't complicated, he was confirming who he called the law. The way you start reading the book of Samuel, it lets you know that he said everything Samuel did. The Lord didn't let one of his words drop to the ground. Why? He said, because I'm confirming I called it. When you really start to understand the, the, the power of the word of God. He says, I'm a, I'm backing up Elijah. Why? Because I'm confirming his word. Now. What people don't realize is when Elijah is operating in the spirit, the miracles are of God. It had nothing to do with Elijah. God is confirming it. Elijah is just following the Holy Spirit. Okay. Okay. Okay. Hold on then. Hold on. Let, let, let, let, let's, let's go a little deeper there. Now, y y'all really want to get this. Let's go a little deeper then. Let's go to Book of John. I, I, I used to listen to people and I guess so, so tired of listening to people and they, they love to use this phrase. Well, the Lord came and pulled up his flower. Come on. Just'cause you can't explain it. Don't give me no little parable. In the book of John chapter 14, the book of John chapter 14, verse 12 through 14. John 14, verse 12 through 14. What do you think the word of God is going to say? Matter of fact, I need to go. I need back UPM in the bathroom. I need to go to verse 11. I need to go to let go that way. I have to be honest with you. I really need to go to 10. You know, I. If, if you had sat under my teaching constantly, I wouldn't have to go as far back. But when you're dealing with people and you're talking about the spirit of God, yeah. You may gotta go a little further back because I gotta get a deeper teaching now, but watch what it says. John 14th talking with verse 10 through 14. Believe it dial, not that I am in the Father and the Father in me. The words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself, but the father that dwells in me. He does the work. All he talking about is the Holy Spirit. Everybody makes this complicated. He is just talking about the Holy Spirit. Jesus was born with the Holy Spirit. Simple, very simple. Now, 27 11, believe me, that I am in the Father, and the Father in me. All else, believe me, for the very works thing. He said, well, if you ain't gonna believe me, believe what you just saw. So that's why in verse 12, he says, very, very, I say unto you, God, now very, very God said unto you, he that believers on me, that word believers, you gotta know. This ain't no more game, ma'am. If you are, you are operating at this level, you gotta know who you are. He had believe it on me, the work that I do shall he do also. Wow. Now, now, now, now, now, now I'm gonna bless you because if you read that the way it is, you're gonna get jacked up. So I'm gonna read again because I want, I'm gonna break this down because I want you to understand this. The works that I do shall he do also. That's why when it says and greater works than these shall he do. Because I go unto my father now, first of all, that he is not you. That he is not me. Okay? Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Stay with me. Stay with me. See, this is why we have to be taught certain things with the word of God. You've gotta have the spirit of wisdom and the spirit of understanding to understand certain things in the word of God. Now, he says the work that I do, now this is Jesus speaking now. He said, now he didn't believe in me. Well, the minute he believes in me. He's going to have to have the Holy Spirit because that he, that he's talking about is not a person. It's a spirit. And that's why that spirit is always called, always called He. So all Jesus was saying, yes, if you believe in me, you'll have that spirit that I have and that spirit will do to healing just like I did. Wow. That's all Jesus was doing. He was operating under the spirit of God. Operated under the holy stuff. Well, let me go on. We, we done step in and now let you done. Been introduced. This is why you gotta know who you are following. Why you think I don't bother? Most preachers, Jesus left the blind, lead the blind. If they're not blind, they ain't gotta worry'cause they'll be able to see. But the ones that are blind, I let do You can do the same thing. You can celebrate Easter all day long. I ain't got nothing to say to you. Why you blind Doesn't matter. You can go ahead and tell me. Yeah, yeah. Bless you. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Doesn't bother me why you're blind. So in verse 13, and whatsoever Isha ask, well in my name that will I do that the father may be glorified in the son, if you shall ask. Anything in my name, I will do it. Let me show you the difference with this statement right here. And most people incorrect way of thinking when you got the Holy Spirit, you don't ask. You don't ask God. Things that don't make no sense. Why holy, his spirit is driving me. He said, asking my name. Well, guess what? Jesus. His purpose was to do the will of the father. Well, if we are asking things in his name and we are operating from the spirit of God, we are not asking for things that don't make sense. We're asking for things that he wants. We are asking for healing. We are asking for salvation. We are asking that the poor, that we can, we can help the poor. We're asking that we can do the work that need to be done by these few real laborers. See, there's a lot of people out there. They're not real laborers. They the wolf date of wolf. They're the one looking to dev vow the people we are talking about, the ones who was willing to stand up and says, you can't get to them, but coming through me. See, that's the difference. They're not looking to scatter the sheep. They're looking to protect the sheep. See we are commissioned to heal the sink because the minute I walk out of my door, I know that the world is sick. I'm not asking if they're sick. I know it now. Now you asked the question that, what are they sick from? A lot of them, yes. It's physical. A lot of it you can see others you can't. A lot of it's mental. Why you think he says, let the strong tickle and infirmities of the weak, he said, because once you know who you are, oh yeah. You walking in, I, I, I, one of my problem is I want everybody to move into excellence like me. I'm gonna be honest with you. I, I am so passionate with the power of God. I, I, I'm looking for everybody to walk in perfection, but my reality is. Everybody don't walk that quick. When the law was shifting me, he was shifting me so quick. He said, you can't even wait till tomorrow. I need you to shift today. The Holy Spirit was operating at such a level. He says, I need you to stop taking your stop, um, putting your mark on man and put your mark on Christ. He said, because he is the picture here is the one you are marking after and ever since, I never looked back. I don't even care how fast another man is running. I run towards Christ and that's all he was teaching. Peter, he said, Peter, keep your eye on me. You eye me. You'll never be diverted by the storm that's going on in the world. I hope you enjoy hearing the word of God. We have commission to heal the sink. That's why when you can bring the word of God and get this kind of revelation, I expect healing. The problem is most of the world don't know what to look for. They keep looking to the doctor, and the doctor is practicing. But Jesus says, I am the light of the world.
