Hello, fellow travelers, and welcome to the very first episode of Coach's Corner on My Radar. I'm your coach, Kimberly, and this is where we discuss various spiritually focused resources that are currently on my radar and whether they're worth your time, attention, and money. Let's go. Currently on my radar is the new book from Steve Farrell called The Inner Way. I found this book simply because I follow Steve Farrell and his organization, Humanities Team. They do amazing work throughout the world, bringing consciousness to everyone, reminding us that we are all one, truly. So when I heard that Steve had a new book out, I had to read it immediately. Okay. You will love this book if you are newer to spirituality and you're looking for sort of a blueprint, right? You will love this book if you need some help getting started. Like, here are some things to do to get in action around developing a spiritual practice. You will love this book if you love practical exercises you can do to um elevate your vibration. The book is full, full. So many exercises, so many breathing exercises, so many kind of thought exercises. Um yeah. So what I loved about this book is that it's short. You could devour it in a weekend. I chose the audio version and Steve's reading it, which is kind of cool. Um, and it's like four hours long. You could get it done in an afternoon, a weekend afternoon. That said, this is the type of book you probably want to spend a little bit more time with. You don't just want to rush through it. I loved how practical it was, the practical applications in it. Steve talked about everything from applying spirituality to your recycling practice. Literally, he wants us to compost y'all. Uh, so everything from your recycling practice to how you show up in relationships to how you treat the planet. I mean everything. He goes soup to nuts. This is how and when you can apply spiritual practices to your life. It's awesome in that regard. It's also awesome because every single chapter has like a breathing exercise or a meditation exercise or a thought exercise. It gives you so many practices to get you kind of deep in the vibe, deep in the in the flow. Um, I I just think it's wonderful for anybody newer to spirituality and newer to the practice who doesn't yet have a set kind of thing they do, a set routine, so to speak. Or if you're just looking to freshen yours up, um, this is a tremendous resource. So, what am I gonna do with my copy? Well, if I had a physical copy, I would put it right here on the bookshelf because I know that it is an A number one reference. It's one I go to many times over just to just to check in. So there you have it. That's what's on my radar The Inner Way by Steve Barrell. Thank you for walking with me today.
