#53 - Rodolfo Carone & Francesca Tuzzi: Water, Unity, and the Responsibility to Grow

Anib has introduced me to Rudy and Francie, who Uncle Bob and Aunt met at the Circle of Life conference that Rudy and Francie organised. Aunt says they're the most positive, happy people that she has ever encountered. How cool is that? And in return, Francesca said that Auntie Barb and Uncle Bob see them as mentors and great examples to follow. Rudy and Francie have incredible backgrounds. They're authors who have won awards, they're conference organizers, they're healers across many different disciplines, and I'm so looking forward to sharing time with them. Please excuse if there's any interruptions from having a translator by my side because my Italian is non a buono. I'm trying to say not very good.

And tell me what you remember of Uncle Bob and Auntie Bob. And it was at the Circle of Life conference and in Italy many years ago.

Yes, yes, of course. I will start with this conversation and then uh I give the ball, I pass the ball to Rudy. So uh we met uh Barbara and Uncle Bob uh uh many years ago uh in uh 2010 or 11, I suppose. The first time we had a video conversation during our event, uh just a connection, a streaming connection. Uh but um in the second edition of the Circle of Life, we invited the both uh to Trieste, and it was um an incredible experience. Uh they were um two wonderful people, but also a wonderful couple, you know, and uh they were an example for um uh uh for us um just uh uh looking at them, how they move, I how they uh walked their uh words, you know, because uh uh Uncle Bob that time uh was um uh had a talk in our conference, and uh Barbara says be beside of him, but uh uh outside the conference, the way they related to each other was incredible. You know, there is uh a lot of coherence in what uh Bob said, said, and what they uh experienced in everyday life, and also with us, too. So the principles of Canini, for example, were um really expressed by the their actions. Oh, I love this.

Rudy, do you want to say something to that?

Yes, beh, secondo me è bello vedere anche come noi l'abbiamo incontrato. È già stata una magia.

The first time we met them was, or no, Bob for the first time, was uh Magic, c'è stata una serata in cui c'erano un programma qui in Italia che si chiama Voyager programma here in Italy called Voyager, e c'era una puntata dedicata proprio a Uluru, and one day broadcasted something about Uluru, e in questa puntata compariva proprio Bob che parlava della sua tradizione e di Uluru. And there we saw Bob spaking and talking about Uluru and his tradition, aveva subito colpito me, e anche un altro mio amico che con noi si aiutava all'epoca a organizzare l'evento. Rudy was fascinated by Bob, and also a friend of Rudy was fascinated by Bob. But in that period we were organizing the Circle of Life event, solo che non ci ricordavamo il nome, but we didn't remember the name, you know. So we saw him, but we didn't remember the name. Quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare la puntata registrata, um later we uh looked for uh um on um yes, on internet the uh the program, the TV program, the day when it was recorded, etc. And then just catching the specific moment uh to to have the name, and poi abbiamo cercato Bob Randall ovunque, and then we just did it digit uh Bob Randall on uh on internet. But you can see you can imagine is uh how to look for Mario Rossi in Italian, you know, there are million of Mario Rossi.

So there are million people called Bob Randall, che infatti non ci aveva risposto lui la prima volta, ma c'è un Bob Randall che aveva indicato l'indirizzo, giusto?

So, the first Bob Randall we called, said: No, I'm no, it's not me, ma'as. Questo non lo so neanche Barbara, credo Barbara non credo in questo parti.

È stata una magia. Io sul Bob, questo ricordo qui. Einstein diceva che la gente non avrebbe creduto che un uomo come Gandhi, diceva: nessuno, magari in generazioni successive, putere veramente che un uomo simile ha camminato su questo mondo.

Rudy talks about her memories about Bob, but uh he um uses uh an aphorism by Einstein, or something like that. Einstein said that probably the future generation would never uh believe that a person like uh Gandhi or Gandhi. Okay, Gandhi really worked on the earth.

Io Gandhi. Non ho conosciuto, ma ho conosciuto Bob.

So he said: I didn't met Gandhi, but I met Bob Randall. Yes, Bob represented uh that kind of person. Oh my god, sorry. Was the best people the best person we ever met.

Oh, I love that we can talk about this memory. Yeah, I it has brought tears to my eyes too.

Yeah, oh yeah, he was always so um lovely. Uh he paid attention, he was an observer, and uh every word uh uh he spoke was um full of love. Every action, every gesture. He had the wisdom of the elders and the pure heart of a child.

Oh what beautiful words, and how lucky we all are to have a role model in Auntie Barb and Uncle Bob. I I like you in having met them both. I I was reflecting today about role models, and I think I think it makes such a difference to have those to reach for.

Yes. And we also I remember also another moment um very moving uh uh when uh the the last time uh they came uh in to Italy. Uh they came from uh Barbara from America and uh Bob from Australia. So um uh there were uh different uh months they never met, and uh so they met again, they met again in Italy, and we organized all the travel for both uh to come. And Bob was uh uh has some health problems that time. Uh and uh we we went to uh drive uh Barbara from the airport to Trieste. So when we open the door where uh Bob uh was uh and they see each other after a long time. Oh my god, it was like a uh love movie. Oh no, that um worth all our um duties to organize such kind of events. That was the essence, you know.

And I uh I love how Rudy before said that Uncle Bob has that childlike essence, and so I can imagine the reunion between the two of them being both romantic and delightful and childlike. Yes. Oh tell me about organizing these many conferences because uh I can relate to organizing international events and all of the many, many, many activities that go into it and international speakers and flights and emails. So tell me what drives you to do that, and tell me about the conferences that you have put on.

Best wish is to whom wants to organize something like that, as you said. Um, of course, uh 15, 16 years ago we were younger, uh not so experts, but as child as children, we were enthusiastic and decided to to collect people from all over the world speaking about uh consciousness, uh, doing something together, and even if they had different languages, different traditions and cultures, and the studies and backgrounds, etc. But uh the common point of view uh at the end was the same, yes, it was the same, you know. So uh that was of course an idea um started by Rudy. Rudy has uh this uh beauty, but also this uh ability uh to have the vision and then uh to have um no limits, no expectation, but also no limits. Uh so we were a group of people um just wanting to do something together in order to improve this world or to show the world that uh it could be better for the next generations, of course. Uh so the first time we uh read some books or uh see some TV programs uh uh and then decided who uh had uh our um support to to come and to stay in the circus. And uh people all around was so happy to share um this uh experience and they asked for more. So we decided the for two years we organized it in Trieste and then we moved to other uh towns. Uh the third time we went to Modena because there was uh um some months before uh there was a big earthquake. And as we live in a land and where there was a big earthquake in 1976 when we were born, both, we find this uh connection. So we'd like to um be in a place where uh the vibration was the same for us, and where we could do something there to to change uh the vibration to enhance the vibration. So and uh the last time we move from our region to um um Emilia Romagna, next to Modena, and then to Rome. So moving so three uh different uh places and different peoples, and just to spread all around uh the messages from these beautiful speakers who were with us. But it's not so simple because you have to contact them, uh to wait for the answers, even if there is internet now, so you haven't to uh to send uh letters, uh briefs, etc. But anyway, uh to find the right uh dates, uh the right place uh to fix all the things, but it works, it works uh at the end when you can feel the circle, and then that those experiences brought us here and now with you, for example, in Australia, you know.

So I think that with all the workload and effort of putting on these big events, uh those sweet behind the scenes uh uh compliments and outcomes. So one of the international events I put on here in Australia, uh some people that were aware of indigenous wisdom, they said that reconciliation happened on the land through that event. And there were all these other great things that happened. But when you went as an organizer, as you say, to meet Auntie Bob and Uncle Bob, and I got to experience reconciliation or somebody saying that had happened on this land that had had a lot of trouble for a long time, those are the sorts of things that you just think um this is my filling up, my cup is getting filled from all that effort. Badness. Tell me about your healing work because there's context here around how you can sense energies and what might have driven you to organize an event around consciousness and to understand the effect on the land around energy.

The goal of our event was special in this so check that quando canti insieme, balli insieme, fai qualche cosa di condiviso, si creano delle connessioni uniche to be aware that when we you sing together, you dance together, you do something together, you create new connections. Quel cosa che resterà sempre, but something, a bond that will last forever.

E queste connessioni: lo scopo di un evento come quello di creare attraverso cerimonie, attraverso conoscenza, consapevolezza, è proprio quello di creare dei piccoli semini in quell'inconscio collettivo dell'umanità.

And the aim to collect people, doing something together, bringing new consciousness to the world is exactly this: to put some seeds for the next generation to leave something to the humanity, and maybe sometimes and somewhere they will bloom dove. We don't know where, we don't know when, but they are there. We believe that humanity is one, but suffers of multiple personality, tell Rudy, that he just gave me grease on my arms, chicken skin, and questo tipo di situazioni si ricordo: invece ci porta l'unità, and this kind of situation bring us in the unity ma come cellulare unicorpo, we are cells of a unique big body nasciamo, viviamo, moriamo, ma il colpo resta we have birth, we live, we nurture ourselves, we die, but the body stays here, questo colpo è il colpo dell'umanità, and this body is the body of the humanity, ma quello che facciamo insieme: aumento di connessione, gli ricordo che siamo si divisi, ma partiamo qualcosa di più grande. So, when we do something together, we remind ourselves that we, of course, are different, are separated, but we are part of a bigger organism. And this is uh healing.

Second Toltec ci sono quattro cases.

According to the Toltec tradition, there are four houses. The first is our body, the nostril, our family is the second, our community the third, and humanity the fourth. And we have to take care of all four

Someone says that there are three ways to realize a meaningful life: to realize ourselves, havere connessioni a parti significativo, to have uh strong and meaningful relationships, and doing something positive for the world.

And so then tell me more about life. Do you do do you still do the circle of life conference and do you do healing every day and your different movements around water and other topics? What what does life look like now?

SPEAKER_00 23:24

Oh um, the events are something uh random, you know, because uh they are really uh it's an engagement, so um yes, yeah. And now probably we will organize something in the future, but not in this in this moment. Um we also um um write books. Uh-huh. So yeah, yeah. Uh it is together uh the um uh most uh the the biggest uh uh for now um activity because uh now there are three or four books uh that will uh um be published uh in the next future. So yeah.

Tell me about previous books and then tell me about future books.

SPEAKER_00 24:24

Um we start you you spoke about water, and that was uh um the first topic uh, but because during the circle of life events we understood that uh we had to uh find um something that uh was uh um uh understandable by everyone uh besides uh tradition, culture, race, uh, sex uh, religion, etc. So we found that uh water was a good uh element, you know, but because every one of us is involved and uh knows water, uh because we drink water, but we are also composed by water, the earth is for 70% composed by water, you know. So water uh is uh common, is a universal. And uh uh in this uh um from this uh uh vision uh we asked uh our speakers of the circle of life to write something about water from their point of view, and we realized this book, uh Water for Unity. Uh so it was uh the subtitle was uh uh Healing the Water Memory to Heal the World or something like that. And uh then uh our uh publisher uh asked us to uh write also um something about Reiki because we started our activities with Reiki. We went to Japan twice, we had uh also conferences there, and uh the last time we won also or uh Water for Unity as an event, as a book, as a the starter point uh of a different movement, won the Imoto Peace Prize in 2016. Imoto was another big person, friend, also, yes, of course. And they met Bob Emoto, they met yeah, yeah, yes, the time. So um, so we wrote Trechi and was the second book, and then as we um studied also uh the um Hawaiian shamanism, and we met uh Sergio Kahili King, uh, uh Susan Pahini Floyd, uh Makaala Yates, uh, and they speak uh uh about uh Huna, someone others about Oponopono, because there are different families, differentas, different traditions. So we realized uh other books uh on that topic. One was uh um Maui's Journey, was a little book uh uh for uh adults but also for children, with uh participation for the drawings by Estralia Polonia. And Estralia uh is uh Mexican uh from New Mexico, and um yes, uh she's a medicine woman, so she contributed, and uh she's a friend, Barbara's friend. They met together in the circle of life, and we are all friends now. So uh we wrote a book uh about um Hawaiian shamanism uh called Ho Mana, and um two years ago, uh we collect all our experiences in a path uh called To Say Legenda, you are legend. Yes, this is the title. And there are many many exercises you can do um on different topics, uh so different things, but uh what we love to do when we write uh, and uh we are used to to writing four hands or six hands sometimes, but um we love to involve other people who have something to say, to write, to to share, uh also with uh drawing, uh poem, whatever, you know.

So uh it sounds like a beautiful collaboration. Yeah. Uh I wonder if through your events and through these books there's a similar thread that you are drawing people together, you are being able to highlight beautiful wisdom. Yes. Wow, yes.

Yes, because when you uh create connections, the consequence are other connection and dynamics we can imagine if we move alone.

Pensiamo a quando possiamo fare la cellula, no? When we talk about cells, cellula potrebbe staccarsi nel nostro corpo e guardarci guardarci come noi siamo.

One cell could move apart from our body, and look at us qualcosa di inimaginabile, and can couldn't imagine how big we are, the body, no. Nessuna single cell ha l'idea del prodotto finale che noi siamo: no, uh, one single cell can imagine the result, the final result. Ma tutti insieme che è un qualcosa di impensabile, but all together can create something unbelievable. Oh! And this is the goal: new synapses, new ideas, new imaginary cells of this humanity, imaginal, imaginal cells. They are uh the cells that stays uh inside of the caterpillar, maybe yes, and then the caterpillar will transform uh in uh butterfly.

Yeah, yeah, yes, fun, you know, from these when we were talking about this conversation and we were organizing transcription and uh translation. I didn't know we would be talking about such specificity or such specific things. Rudy, thank you so much. This is absolutely uh you two are extraordinary.
