Hey there, everybody. How are you doing? I hope everybody is really well. Today I am super excited because we're doing our first episode of Inside the Shop, and this part is Snapshots. And Snapshots is where I go onto the Whatnot app and we go live and I give you my very, you know, rough commentary, my straightforward thoughts, whatever I'm seeing. And then I'm going to describe to you the good things that sellers are doing, the things that they could be doing better, the little details that can, you know, make a difference. And so that is what we're going to do. I have my tablet here. And so this is going to be really, really fun, but very interesting because I used to do this. I'm going to remind you guys, if you heard my other episode about the new series inside the shop, um, I used to do this when I had talk shows every once in a while. We've I've probably done about five of them or something, where I would put my phone up to my computer and we would go live into different people's shows. Sometimes I'd have like 40 people with me and I'd say, hey, there's 40 people with me on my live talk show, or we're here with you, and they'd be like, What? And I'd tell them, hey, we're here, we're watching you. And it was always fun to do that. And sometimes we'd go into somebody's show and we'd shh be quiet. We don't want to tell them that we're saying things about them and what they're doing wrong. Um, so I'm going to decide as we go, but most of the time, I think what we're going to do is point out the good and the positive. But if there are times and areas for improvement, I definitely am going to say that because it's supposed to be for your benefit. The the good things, the bad things, and how we can learn from the interesting, good, wonderful things, and learn what not to do as well. So here we go. I've got my tablet in front of me. The very first show, shockingly, and I did not plan this, is um what she's titled a reduced shipping Tuesday morning wake up show. And it's um Greta's Garden. And I'm just gonna tell you, I was gonna keep it a secret, but I'm gonna tell you, she is who I am doing my first inside the shop interview with, right? Um, where we do spotlights. And she's a newbie, and so I have her and I have Nice Comps, who is going to be my season seller, and so both of those interviews are gonna be coming up. Um, I'm doing um Greta's Garden on the 18th, and I'm doing Nice Comps, I think on the 21st. So those will be coming out to you as well. But here we go. I've I've taken too much time with this. So here we go. I'm I'm hitting my uh finger ID, and we're gonna click in and see what's going on. And uh here we go. Oh, I have those same butterflies. Okay, let's see what she's saying.

How about the JC Penney catalogs?

She's talking about JC Penney's catalogs. Okay, so she's got us several things going on that are good. So um that's one of the reasons I clicked on her um to have her come and do our interviews. Um, yeah, I'm I'm definitely not talking this fast during this show because I'm looking as I go. So, first of all, she does something I don't like, and that's just a preference thing. Um, I'm gonna be really honest and blunt, and I think I think either you like it or you don't, but um she is she is right now doing several things that are good. So I'm gonna start with the good things that she's doing. Number one, she's got 20 people in the room. She's got another one of my friends in the room, Taco Cat Lady. If you have not seen her, she is lovely as well. And um, I'm trying to make her not too loud and not too quiet. Um, so I'm adjusting the volume just a little bit. Um, okay, so in her shop, it looks like she's having what's called flash sales, and I am not really a fan of flash sales, and this is no offense to anybody who likes them and does it, you know. Tomato tomatoes. Some people like strawberry, some people like chocolate, some people like vanilla. It is a preferential thing, so I think it's okay that I say I don't prefer it. It looks like she does like it. Um the flash sale things to me remind me, I grew up in the 70s. I don't know when they got rid of them, but Kmart used to have a like a red light special, blue light special, and uh, you know, they would announce it over the intercom and hey, we're selling these Haynes Men's t-shirts for whatever. And uh so to me, it just reminds me of Kmart, to be quite honest. I don't think I'll ever I'll ever do it. It's just not my cup of tea. I get the appeal though, everybody likes a sale, right? But to me, um, I don't need to have a flash sale because my best price is listed always. And that's what I really want in the whole world. I want I want a world where we don't have to, you know, oh 20% or 50% or 70. I want a world where everybody's prices are low and we don't have to have, you know, coupons or a a QR scanner or a uh, you know, uh uh one of those punch cards like we use at Taco Bob uh Cabo Bob's. Um, you know, so to me, I'm just not using them. Um, she has 55 products right now on flash sale. No, four products listed on flash sale, and then she has 55 products listed. She's done a really good job taking pictures. Um I I think she knows I'm gonna be honest and say this. Um, I don't like some of her pictures. I'm just gonna be honest. I think it'd be good for her to get a light box, and I think if you're gonna get a light box, the biggest one is the best because then you have more space to decide and choose what you're gonna put in your light box. And if you don't even know what a light box is, it's basically just this huge um it's like plastic and it pops open, it can be sh, you know, folded down and shut up so that you can put it off to the side of like a table or up against the wall type of thing. Um, and I have had mine for I don't know, five, six months or something. Um, the whole first year and a half, I didn't do it. Um, every once in a while I would borrow my friend's uh uh hers and take pictures with it, but I think it really makes a difference. One of the pictures she has here is a Victorian tassel, and the reason I don't like the picture is because you really don't see the tassel as well as I think you could if it was a solid background, and maybe it's so big she can't even hold it up in a light box, I don't know. Um, but we're seeing the background in the picture of her house, and that's beautiful and fine, but it's competing with the item, and I I mentioned this in other shows as well, guys. Um, that you know, if you're holding up anything, be careful because if you've got something with like a 70s pattern that you're holding up and it's got greens and and oranges or whatever, and then your shirt that you're wearing happens to be purple and white stripe, it's really gonna compete. And I think that y'all need to be showcasing your items better. And I probably could go through and do this same thing to myself, you know, guys. I'm not perfect either, but um, so you've heard some bad things. I it seems like negative things. I'm not a fan of the flash sales, that's just me. And I think you guys really got to be careful of how you take your picture. I will say, not all of her pictures are are like that. Um, she's got some that are closer and better. Um, I'm looking at one. Let me see. She's got a shelf. I don't know why she's putting like a shelf and then the item on the shelf because it's splitting up the picture. I I don't think she needs the little shelf. Um, I'm trying to find a good picture, honestly. She's got this shelf and everything. Okay, one that I found is D79, egg, salt, and pepper shaker. You still, it's not great because you still see where the shelf is cut off and the background. So I have yet to find a great picture, but she's doing great. Okay, so yes, I think that's an area of improvement for her. Um, yeah, I think that's definitely an area for improvement. However, she I'm looking right now at Z6, it's a ceramic light up. And whenever you guys have anything that can be lit up, whether it's a votive, whether it's a nightlight, whether it's a lamp, whatever, I think your first picture should always be that of the one where it's lit, where it's pretty. You know, when people can see it, they know that the plug works, that the light is shining through. It it really shows it. And this is so cute. It's an Easter egg, and it has lights that are coming out of it. It's just a really, really cute thing. Um, she's got it listed for eight bucks. I think that's a really good fair price. Um, she's got a lot of really great prices in here, too. And um, my husband's leaving for work. Are you he's looking for our puppies? The real life of the podcast. Um, uh oh, here's some more better. She did there's some better pictures in here. I'm scrolling. Z33 is she's got these like little dolls, and she wrote bowl cut anyone. That's hilarious. They're precious moments, and she's also having humor with the listing, so I think that's really good. Okay, bye. Um, she also is doing giveaways. Um like three or four more giveaways going on. She has 12 people in the room right now, and I guess she has the whole tier thing set up because somebody just unlocked seedling, which is so adorable how she's doing that, right? She has a whole uh the more you buy, the the different discounts you unlock, you know, and uh we could talk about that in another show. I don't want to spend too much time here. It's a painted wave. She's saying halfway there is her mod saying that. And I think one of the girls in here is actually her daughter. So her daughter also came on. This happens all the time on Whatnot, where one person joins, they like it, they're having fun, and then they tell their family members. I've seen a grandma, uh like two or three of her daughters, and then their daughters. So it's like a whole family affair. This I think is in Greta's Garden, she works with her mom here on the show, and then her daughter lives in another state, and she has her own show now in a different category, and so I think that's another really great testimony to whatnot is because um I'm like tapping my dog, shelly. Um, because I think that um really it it shows how awesome whatnot can be. I know it feels so weird with me not just talk, talk, talk. She's holding up a green um mug. It's so cute. It says Cap Cup of Happy, and it's only two bucks. It's pretty. I I really kind of feel like I need this coffee cup, but somebody else just got it. Oh my gosh. Um, why not? And the thing is, she's got it on 921. Does she have it on 921 shipping? I'm yeah, she's got 921 shipping, which I'm a big fan of. You guys know I saw a girl the other day say, I can't do it. I don't have that kind of money. Um, if you haven't tried it, you don't know it. Um, it's kind of like you know, a little kid looking up at a giant roller coaster and saying, I can't get on the roller coaster. You haven't got on it, buddy. Try it, you know. I mean, not a little little kid. He has to be the pite, but you get the point. You have to try it. Um, I was scared and nervous and hesitant the first time I did it, but honestly, people feel more secure when their shipping gets to a certain price and they're willing to bid more and buy more because now they're not having to pay more shipping. So it's more of a mentality type thing. Okay, she's holding up a vintage ladder, solid wood. It's like a little kid toy. I can see like um Spider-Man cry climbing the ladder or something, and somebody had requested this, which is great, which I haven't even looked at this. Let me go to her auction. Um she has okay, it says 28 in here when I click on auction, and she's got all these pictures, and uh it has the number, and she did it. I think I actually might have told her this, I'm not sure. But you can organize your different items if you put an A, B, C in it. Um, so like your books would be the A's and your um brass would be the B's and your glass would be the C's if you have, you know, as many items as you want, but you can do like she did D77, D75. She put a dot after it. I don't think that's necessary, but you can. Um she's got like um D70, and then the period. She's got Holly Hobby porcelain egg, and then she read, you know, it says pre-owned, excellent condition. Let's see her description. Let's see what she's got. She said perfect condition. It says love is the little things you do. I mmm, she's only got three pictures, so I think she could take more pictures, but she did really good with the pictures that she did take. I try to take five to eight pictures for everything. I think there's nobody who says, Oh, don't show me more, don't show me more. So um she's got a Jamestown pottery creamer as her first picture on this next one, but it's cut off. You can't see the top of it. So my suggestion to her, and she's gonna listen, she's still a newbie, um, is well, to go through her pictures and work on her pictures. That's definitely an area where I think she can improve. Um, but other than that, she has said hi to everybody, she has mods, she's very friendly. Um, I think it's good that I'm doing her before I actually interview her because you're getting my real take on her and what's going on. She's doing her giveaways. She's got 17 people in the room, seven giveaways. Um and yeah, she's she's holding the item up. Well, she's actually doing the holly hobby right now. I think she might be doing too many seconds, in my opinion, too. We're at eight seconds. It's six dollars. Let's see if anybody gets it. Hmm. And no, and Taco Cat lady just said, jump in the giveaway with these cute arrows. Um, that's her mod. Nobody got it. Let's see how many seconds she is running this. Um she's gonna run the next thing, and then I'll know. And oh, I've got to tell you one of the cutest things about her. She sends stickers with her orders. I've ordered from her several times. I've got really great deals from her, um, great prices. But the thing is, she has stickers, she has shirts, and it's got the cutest little design on it. I absolutely love that. And in fact, I just got stickers made for the whatnot thing. Uh the the podcast. Hello, it's early. Uh it is six o'clock, and I've been up since 4 30, so I'm still not functioning right. She's telling about everything. She's holding it up really well up to the camera. Um, but I what I said is I want to know where you got your t-shirts, because I like the idea of showing um uh t-shirts and mugs and all that in the future. She's describing everything really, really well. She's holding it up. It's really close to the camera. You should always do that. She's got it on for 15 seconds, which is what I suggest. 10 to 15 seconds. These are cute little baby tiny precious moments, porcelain booties. I will say shipping tiny things is a lot easier than big things. Everybody's talking to one another in the chat. There's 19 people in there. And she's reading what somebody else is saying, which is also another really good thing. Okay, I think we've spent enough time on her. I think I've well, let's see who wins the giveaway real quick. I don't know how many minutes. It doesn't, I don't like that that it doesn't tell us how um what the countdown is. I wish the giveaway would show that, but it does not. Um somebody just said, I'm not leaving. I'm just explaining why it's hard for me to get my sales together. Somebody's talking about that. Oh my gosh, somebody else is saying nighty night, sleep well. Somebody's going to bed early in the morning. Okay, somebody won.

Brittany won. She won the giveaway. Congrats, Brittany. Okay, so it's all doing she's doing very well. Um, her show is going good. Oh, you know what I should have done? I should have looked, hold on. I should have looked at how many items she has sold. So if you click, hold on, let me just show you. If you click on the shop, the little picture that says shop, and you go to the top, it says sort, auction, buy now, giveaway, and sold. This is like a little trick a lot of people don't know, I think, that are new. When you click on sold, I can see that she sold 22 items. I can see each one of them. One was the giveaway, though. That counts as a sold item. Um, the precious moments, the ladder, the green mug, and then she's got people buying her stickers. So freaking smart. You newbies who are trying to get to a thousand, make a sticker, put a sticker in there. She sold two of her stickers. I have three of them. They are adorable. She's got really cute uh Greta's garden stickers. Um, she sold a wade little hand-painted cannon for four bucks. Somebody got a steal of a deal on that. Um, she also has a choice of wades. The wade are tiny little figurines, and she's doing them for six bucks, which is a really good deal, and you get your choice. So lots of things that she is doing good here, guys. If I'm not gonna review it because I got to keep going, but she's she's doing a lot of really good things, and I think this is what you need to do write the positives that you like, the things that she's doing well, and and you know, like I said, I was being honest and up front. I think the one area that I think she could improve in is her pictures, um, where the item is not competing with the background, and maybe she gets a light. Other than that, I think you know, that's my only hey, I think you should do that. Okay, so we're leaving there, and I'm gonna scroll through. This guy is cracks me up. I love this guy, yeah, and I don't even know if I should say this or not.

He's getting better. Um, his name, his his name is Drunk Booger, D-R-U-N-K Booger, B-O-O-G-E-R. And I should say Greta's garden is spelled G-R-E-T-A and then S, and then Garden, G-A-R-D-E-N, in case you didn't get that. So those these are the two people I'm looking at right now. Okay, he's fairly new. Um, he's got 42 people in his room. He's already sold 1.3. I remember like his very first couple shows, and he was he was kind of a hot mess. He's obviously getting on here a lot. I think he's coming on every single Day for him to have got to 1k. I think he's an early morning guy. And let's see. His shop has yeah, his shop has only two products. So you're not getting to see items and then call out the listing like Greta's garden was. On his, he's pulling up an item, he's putting it up on a box. There's not even a table. I would definitely suggest he gets a box.

I'm just gonna be real honest. I think one of the reasons he's doing good is he's got the same look every time. He's a good old boy. He's got a hat on, he's got glasses up on his hat, um, and he's in the same position every single time. He puts the item up and he runs them at good prices, and boom. So somebody won an old camera for five bucks, which dang, that is an amazing deal. He's got uh one-day shipping, five star rating, but nothing is listed. So I think he's probably losing people that want to know what he's selling because they can't see what kind of items he has. So you might automatically, boom, people don't want to stick around. But there's also 38, 39 people in there. So some people might automatically see that number and go, ooh, he's gotta have something good. Let me sit and check this out. Um he does something else I personally don't like. He wrote, as seen live, no cancellations and bid responsibly. That's not my cup of tea. I'm gonna turn this down just a little bit. I don't like when people say no cancellations. I actually uh allowed three people last week to cancel their orders of me. Um I think that that's good business and that's what you should always do. I don't care what the reason, I don't care what the situation, that's just me. Once again, preference, guys. I'm not saying you're a terrible person and you're an awful, you know, business or whatever. I just personally would not do that. Um accidents happen, swipes accidentally happen, people realize that in the heat of the moment, you know, whatever. I don't think I need to tell grown adults to be responsible. Um, if you're on this app and you have a credit card and you're using a credit card, then you know what you're doing. Um sometimes you're making bad choices. Obviously, we've all been there and done it, but that's just how I feel. I okay, so a friend of mine is in here. I gotta just mention this. She said, I told you I love your face. And I said, I'm gonna say I do too, because he's so cute. I think one of the reasons he's doing good is just the fact that number one, he's a guy. There's not as many guys on this platform. Number two, he's good looking and he's in a category that isn't just for guys, like I don't know, like um football, for example. I mean, I know some girls like football, but you get the idea. Um and he's very um upfront and very he smiles, he's he's laughing, he's smiling, and uh, I don't know what he said about my comment. Um, but who here's who's I gotta tell you who this is. Her name is Unique Passages. I have bought from her before. It's U-N-I-Q-U-E Passages, P-A-S-S-A-G-E-S. And if you want to know how to pack, girl, oh my gosh, she can pack. Her husband was a um postal worker for, I don't know, like 30 years or something. And um, so her packing is phenomenal. Um similar. And I I got a bunch of breakables from her, and there was no way in hell they were gonna be broken. Um, he's putting Longburg, how do you say it, Longboro pottery out? It is uh I'm pronouncing it wrong. Longamburger. Long and burger, there you go. Um, they're like the little clay pottery things. He's running these things for three bucks a piece. Oh, wow, four, five, definitely getting bit up. I didn't really know like he's like, I don't know what it is. It's the mold, so it's a cookie mold. He's like, it has a recipe on the back. That's weird. His face brings you good memories. He looks so much like my friend who's gone now. Yeah, he was a drummer. Okay, that's what that's what you um somebody said to unique passages. I like it when people can talk within the chat to one another. And by the way, if you don't know how to do that, you just click on that person's name. So, like I'm gonna click on here, I'm gonna click on unique passages name, and I'm gonna mention her in the chat. It gives me a little op episode, I mean a little option, and I'm gonna write hey, and a little there we go. I put a little wave and uh she'll probably wave back at me. He's also saying thanks for joining me. He has 46 people, now 47. I think he must be coming on every single day because to get 46, 47 people in your room, it has to be consistency, it has to be clockwork. He has a pen stuck into the back of his hat. It's very weird and awkward. You see part of his pen sticking out from the back of his ear. Okay, he he's actually opening items and holding them up. He's drinking his coffee, um, making it cool and casual, like he knows everything he's doing. He's sold over a thousand items. I think this guy's gonna be doing good. Actually, he's he's getting better. And I will say now I'm just gonna be really honest and apparent. I did a whole episode on him. You guys can go look on my episodes and figure out who it is. I'm not gonna say any more than that. Um, but his name once again is Drunk Booger, D-R-U-N-K, B-O-O-G-E-R. I think this is probably um the estate sale category, or I I don't know what category he's in. I honestly, I honestly, honestly don't know where to find that info um for this show. Let's see, here it is. He's in estate sales. Yeah, he's in estate sales. I had to click on his name and go look at his upcoming shows. He's coming on constantly. This is actually he's being very consistent, and this is huge. He's coming on at 4 30 a.m. every single well, maybe not every single day. He'll be on today, he'll be on tomorrow, then he's on the 12th, the 17th, the 18th, the 19th. I guess he's got a little bit of a break in there. But then then it goes on. You know, he's here the 24th, the 25th, the 26th. He's he's on awe a lot, and he's got all his shows listed so that you can bookmark them, which is what I tell you guys to do. Okay, now people are like, good morning, good morning, hi. Um, people are talking about going to make their coffee. That's right. Hello, hello. Almond angel cookies, these cookie molds. Most of these cookie molds, he's running at three bucks a piece. He's getting roughly six to eight bucks a piece.

Does he have reduced shipping on this or not? Let's see. I don't think so. Let me see. No. No, he does not have reduced shipping. But he's made it to I mean, he's do doing really good. Okay, so now I have already spent 31 minutes on this, and it's my first time. But you've heard about three people. And so I'm gonna do this fourth one. I just clicked, and this is a fourth one. So I'm gonna turn this down real quick so I can remind you who I have done, so you can write these down and go follow these people. The first one was Greta's garden, the second one was Drunk Booger, the third one who is somebody I love who's just in Trunk Booger's show. She loves him. She's in there commenting. Um, she's on late at night, so I don't see her as often as I want to, but that's unique passages. And boom, we just went into this new girl's um, I say new girl, she's actually got 2,000 um sales almost now. Um, but I love this girl too. Um her name is OG's Louise. It's spelled O H G E E E Z Louise L-O-U-I-S-E. You know, I'll put now I'm that I'm realizing this, I'm gonna put these people's hashtags into the um notes or at least their names, so you guys can read them. So there's five um first of all, she's pretty and well, so is everybody I just mentioned, but um let's see. She's got a bunch of items listed, I mean, shown behind her on this shelf, which makes it visually appealing. She's got brass, she's got glass, she's got wood, she's got cups and vases and pictures and cameras, and it's very, very interesting. I guess she's probably in vintage category.

She's holding up a really pretty floral picture with a B on it. And let's check out her she has show notes, which I don't know honestly if I saw show notes for the other people or if I mentioned them. You should always have show notes. This says, Welcome to my spring cleaning countdown challenge. Day 10 goal is to sell 22 items. I tell you guys to do this. Thank God somebody is doing what I say because now I can point it out. I don't think she listens to my podcast. If she does, that's awesome. But I tell you guys to do this. Always put your goals. People love to help you out with your goals. This is brilliant, this is smart, this is what she's doing. Yes, yes, yes. All day, yes. She also says everything on the top shelf, brass and copper pieces will be starting at$3 starting bid on a takedown challenge raid train. So bookmark and follow these. They're preload, these will not be preloads. Um, no pre-bids allowed. So she's gonna be in an upcoming show, and she's showcasing brilliant, brilliant. Can I? Yes, very impressed with this right now. Oh, geez, Louise, 17 people in her room, 162 things listed. She also says, please bid responsibly, no cancellations. I've already said that what I think about that. Um, she says shipping is bundled up to five pounds. Okay, I don't know why it's only up to five pounds, but I guess that's how she's doing it. So it gives her more wiggle room with the shipping cost. So once it gets to five pounds, she's done a custom shipping. And then when you automatically hit five pounds, it resets. And now you have to pay 921 again. Um it says I will try my best to call out any chips or imperfections. So please listen for those call-outs. Um, very good show notes, I will just say, very good show notes. I love the fact that she's listed her goals, and I love the fact that she's actually showing the things that are gonna be in her ray train. Brilliant, um, honestly. And her pictures, let's go look. Okay, I'm gonna end up saying the same thing. Some of her pictures are great. Um, the majority of them are, but I really I mean, I'm gonna just point the one out. There's one number seven. Cooper flies himself home and man walks. It's like um a newspaper on a black old vintage glass cup, okay? But the way she took the picture, half of it, the background is like looks black because of the table and whatever's there. And then there's like a picture or something, so it's competing with it. You guys really need to think about showing the object, not what's behind it. A lot of people put you know, competing patterns, like, oh, it's a cute floral picture. I'll put little butterflies everywhere, and then I'll put my item on there and take the picture. Yeah, but you're not selling the little butterfly pictures. I mean, she's not doing that. I'm just giving you an exact example. Um, you're selling the item. So show the item. Every one of her pictures, whether it's the number 12, 13, 14, they're all these glass pictures, I mean, uh glass cups, but it's in front of a picture, and you're it's hard for your eye to see and and really focus on it. So that's the same thing that I was saying with Greta is I think that the pictures can be a little bit better. And Lord knows if I was critiquing myself, and I probably should do that one of these days, um, I would probably say the same same thing. She has number 28, a vintage Philadelphia souvenir tray. If anybody's from Philadelphia, this is really cute. She's got it only for three bucks in here. Her her pricing is really low. I can see why people like her. I don't know if I've ever bought from her before or not. Oh my gosh, she's got a beautiful teak uh tray right now. Um really gorgeous tray she's holding up. Um there's tongue oil that you can put on this, which I would suggest. I did that with my teak. Um oh my gosh. She's pulling random items, but you can also say her numbers, right? You could say 46 or 47 and get it. Let's see what else. She has a five-star rating and less than one day. If it's less, then it'll have the less than symbol. And so, anyways, she's doing pretty good. Her chat's kind of quiet. She's got 15 people in the room, but she's still going. She's doing good. This is she's saying it's monkey pod wood, not teak. I don't know what monkey pod wood is. I've never even heard of that. Oh, she's pulling other stuff. She's putting a hat on. How cute is that? It's a gray officer's hat. She's describing things well, she's showing things well, she's talking about her goals, she's talking about her upcoming shows. Here, let me go look at her upcoming shows. Let's just do that real quick before I she has 9,000 followers. Damn. No, I take that back. She's following 9,000 people, but she's got 5,000 followers, and she's only sold 2,000 things. So she uh she's got a lot of followers. I don't know how she did that in that amount. I mean, wow. And it looks like she's does the same thing that Drunk Bogger does. She comes on every morning at 5 30 a.m. So these people who come on at this time and they get real consistent, they get followers, you know. She's doing raid trains, and that's how she's getting all these followers and everything. Let me just do a couple of her reviews since I haven't done anybody's reviews. I think that the reason I believe this is because if it was trending, it would have way more followers. Because, like number five right now, number five has five viewers in all of Nintendo Switch. So I don't buy that it's trending because things that are trending have tons of people following it, watching it. Like right now, Hens on a Nest in Vintage Antique is trending. That's something that's really popular that everybody's going crazy for. But I don't believe that Nintendo Switch with five viewers is trending. So um that's what they're saying. They're saying number three is Coach, number four is Loungefly. There's only 139 followers in Loungefly. Um, I'll tell you something. I'm gonna start going to this category though. I love jelly cat stuffed animals, and there's a whole jelly cat stuffed animal collection, and I'm just like, what? This is so cool. There's even a Nido. This is insane how many categories there are now, guys. This is N-E-E-D-O-H, and um it's this like fun putty kind of stuff. It there's nobody on right now at all doing the shows. Um how can that be trending? Zero people, zero shows going. Um, swimwear is number nine. There's seven viewers in swimwear. I don't think swimwear is trending yet. It's March. Um, yeah, nobody's in hats. There, I think these are just different categories that they're really wanting to move up. I I am not buying for a second that it's actually going by numbers. I think it's what Whatnot wants you to believe is trending. Okay, then underneath there it says recommended, popular, and A to Z. So my recommended is things that I go to. I go to Antique and Vintage, I go to estate sales, women's. fashion, home and garden, um, pets. Let's go to pets because I I can keep the show going. If you're if you're already bored to death, y'all can leave. But we're gonna go to cat uh we're gonna go to I wish it would split up dog and cat um so that I don't have to compete. Wait food and drink 500 people we'll find somebody on food and drink oh my gosh okay so let's go into flat rate boxes well here um oh my gosh they're doing oh my gosh you guys 24 hour candy and chocolate show are you ready for this let's click on this it it's got 140 people in there the people the the person it is is uh lots of snacks I've been in this show before it's L O T S O F O F snacks S N A C K S and all they do is they already have pre-made boxes with candy and right now they're showing a box they've got black gloves on no talking whatsoever just music in the background and they put more items in they're putting gummies and sweethearts and Gardetto um Gardetti whatever um chocolates Hershey's kisses and they're filling this box and I tell you it the bid is right now up to$11 and shipping is ten dollars I think when you're bidding as a buyer y'all need to think about that they do a quick countdown three two one and then they do the next box these people have got to be making some serious money they definitely have their um golden wings and let's see they have sold oh my gosh get ready for this they have a 4.9 review 74.7000 reviews and they have sold almost a hundred and fifty thousand items 148.3 items less than one day shipping these people are killing it they are taking some nice vacations series Lee um the boxes are almost all the way full they're showing it they're taking it out um right now it's blow pops and I think those were like chocolate covered cherries or something they're throwing in all kinds of things sour strips um those little gummy bears uh what else is going in here uh more Hershey's kisses so it's just this giant mix of stuff but you don't get to see anybody's face you don't get to interact with the you know chat there's no banter none of that's going on this is literally just people who want sweet stuff and it is going that last box went for only seven bucks which is insane but what I was gonna say is you really need to think also about um oh they have 116 117 people I'll enter it just for fun to see if I win it on the show but I don't think that would be the case enter the giveaway now a hundred and twenty five people have entered their giveaway so they're doing lots of giveaways um but if you want candy y'all this is insane um some of these boxes go for seven bucks this one's up to 11 every box is a little bit different they are cramming these boxes full and since it's it's already packed in one flat rate box it's a large flat rate box and uh so boom it's just they fill it up most of the way and then they put extras on there so man and then let's read their show notes it says auction terms once again live auction no cancellation no returns no exceptions please read before bidding giveaway every five minutes all snacks are fresh and unexpired unexpired uh source from overstock and retail into the season inventory most items have one to two months remaining before expiration which is why the pricing is heavily discounted packaging may be dented or imperfect food quality is not affected um they keep them cooled and stored payment reminder it says orders that remain pending payment are charged later and are charged later may receive a different box than the one you originally purchased it's telling you it's telling you everything they did the cute little icons like shipping has a little mailbox in front of it says 921 flat rate per box so you got to think about that every single box add that 921 to it because you are not actually spending six bucks on that box of chocolate you're spending you know nine dollars plus the six dollars so you have to do it math wise but still it seems like a hell of a deal no wonder they're selling so much I mean 15 bucks for that huge box if that's what you got it for um they're doing 30 seconds also and I think the reason they have to do 30 seconds is because they're actually showing it and filling it at the same time and then the box on the inside like right now this says number 21 so that they can keep up with it. So you know it seems very if you're okay with a rote job you know um doing the same thing over and over again yeah I mean honestly they can hire labor to do this it doesn't take a rocket scientist to do what they're doing so I bet you they make so much money they probably have hired people to do this. It's really phenomenal there's 204 people in there and 180 entries and it's just the same stream. It says this for somebody wrote this stream makes me hungry I I think you'd get sick of the music and the the redundancy of it you're you know but there's uh gibby goblins that come in and they also just will go from show to show to show jumping in giveaways um I think it's a sad existence but okay now this guy we're in the same category snack deals um I'm following him now I I honestly I don't usually do that he has a rating of four point seven I don't usually follow anybody who has a 4.9 or lower I'm just like why should I why do I take my chances I get that bad things happen sometimes but there's so many sellers I I really don't go down to somebody who has 4.7 um he's doing a giveaway he's showing himself he um decent looking guy let's see I can't see him because half his face is covered by all the stuff yeah he's a good looking guy very um well he groomed he's got a really perfect um beard and uh he's got all the different kinds of candies behind him on the shelf and he's So I don't want to say that this is constructive criticism. I want to say that this is room for improvement and every single human being can have room for improvement. I mean I unless you are a figure skater and have got a perfect you know score there is room for improvement I know there's lots and lots of room for improvement in in my life in my situation in my shows in every every aspect we all have opportunities for improvement and growth and development and all of us have different skills and talents and personalities and whatever. So if I said anything like oh your pictures need to be different or oh you need to add show notes that's not a cut against you guys. It's just my personal opinion on what I think you can do to be better. And I I get it you guys can put in my notes here in the podcast what you think I should do better. I just the other day somebody messaged me and said I haven't been technical enough and given enough details on the technical side of things. And I thought you're probably right that's a good valid point you know and so you don't have to agree with everything I say you don't have to do everything I say this is just one girl's opinion on what I think you know and um I'm trying my best especially to help newbies but anybody I can with ideas suggestions helpful hints and this part I absolutely love because I get to shout out people that are awesome and have hopefully you guys go follow them, buy things from them, check them out. I mean like I said finishing touches I'll just say when I got her box I would have shows I kept her box because of the way she put it together with the tissue and the care and the time and I brought her box into my shows so that I could show people that and that's what we need to do as a community point out these positive things these good things you know tell people my Greta's garden she's doing an interview with me I'm not sure when we'll download it But we're doing it on the 18th.
