Just another reality check I screwed up and I forgot to put 921 on. I couldn’t understand where everybody was but now I got it. I’m going to change all of my Thursday shows to $9.21 and let me just say just because you have less people in the room, doesn’t mean you can’t have awesome sales.

Okay, so I just wanted to come on. I'm not gonna spend too much time today, but I've gotta tell you this. So I have been having shows on Thursdays, and I've been running them at 9 21 max shipping. And I just realized I was like, why the show finished? I was on from 7 45 to 11 o'clock, and we were doing good. We sold stuff, it's all good. But and my goal was to make actual take home after um a total of 600 bucks. That was my goal. Um, I just sent my husband what it is. Let me go back to that message. It ended up to be 568.66. So I I should have figured out, you know, how much it is above$600 that I needed to get, but I was still close, okay?$568.66. I'm paying Sarah$70 because she gets$20 an hour. But here's what I wanted to tell you guys, just real quick. You've listened to my other episodes. I did an episode on$921, and I keep hearing people say, Oh, I can't do$921. It's gonna, it's gonna kick my ass. I'm not gonna be able to sell stuff, blah, blah, blah. Here's the key factor, which I just I mean, I've said this time and time again, but here is a very, very practical. Here's what happened, okay? In the past, I would have 45 to 55 people in the room when I sell at 921, which leads me to believe that people are coming into the room because I've they're putting$9.21. They're seeing reduced shipping, it makes them feel better about buying more and they're coming in. When you have 55 people in the room, there's they're bidding up. Your items actually go for more money. When that happens, when that happens, you're making more money. So, yes, you might have to spend some extra money on the shipping, 100%. But you'll get more people in the room, you'll get more followers, you'll get more traction. It's a better deal. What happened today? I could not figure it out. I was like, why are there like 22 to 25 people in here? As low as like 12 people at one time. And I was like, what is going on? And I kept thinking, is there a geek? I said it, is there a geek convention somewhere? What's happening? What is somebody else on? Where is everybody? And the reality is I forgot to put 921 shipping on. That's what happened. It's it's plain and simple, guys. Plain and simple. I will also say that I made more money today with less people in the room. Yes, you heard it. Um, because of just the merchandise that was bought. So I am proving to you guys two things that I have said multiple times throughout this series, but I'm just living proof of exactly what happened. Last time, when I had 55 people, roughly for the majority, like 45 to 55 people, I sold a bunch of stuff. But when it was all said and done, I think it was like$489 that I took home. Today I had less people in the room, right? I think roughly average, probably 18 to 20 people in the room. And I made more same times, coming on at the same time, basically showing the same type of stuff in the same category. So I just I wanted to come on and tell you guys that. Try different things, right? I am gonna go through right now and change every one of my Thursdays to 921 shipping. Yes, it might work out, maybe not. I lost like a hundred bucks to shipping because I put it in, you know, just I had a lot of big stuff, etc. But I think you guys should try these things, right? And if it works, great. If it doesn't, great. Either way, I made money with the 921 or without. You could do it with or without, or you could have more people in the room if that's also your goal to get more bids. And also, it's not just about numbers. Let's point that out. Today, um, Malia came in. I'm hoping to do her as a um new interview, a person for new interview. Malia came in and she bought this amazing brass pot. I had never shown it before. Um, it goes for about 110 online. I sold it to her for 85. So there was a big chunk of it. There were some other big dollar items that went. Um, and it just depends who comes in. I had several buyers today, three of them that were pretty good buyers. They didn't just come in and buy one thing, they didn't buy two or three things, they bought multiple things, and they did it without me having 921 on. So I just wanted to say that I really think you guys need to think about these things and try it. And and I am going to per purposely, consistently change this to 921 in the estate sale. And honestly, I might even do it on my Tuesday vintage shows and just see how it goes for a while. Um, I'm also planning to probably go to Roundtop on Saturday. It's only about an hour and a half away from me. I live in KD, Texas. It's Roundtop, Texas. So I'm thinking about going. I'm gonna talk to my husband and kids about maybe going with me and helping me, maybe doing some live show sales down there and also getting inventory, obviously. Um, Roundtop, Texas, if you guys don't know, it's miles and miles and miles uh down this one road. I can't think of the name of the road, and people set up warehouses and tents and everything, and they come from all over the country to do this twice a year. There's a spring and then um, I guess the fall or whatever. Yeah, fall and spring. And so I really, really am hopeful that I can do that. I'm really excited um about doing it. And yeah, I think that might be where my Saturday afternoon show is gonna be. I'm not sure. I might trade it up. We're trying to help people figure things out, decide what to do, get your business growing, continue to get followers, get to your 1K sales, all that.
