Hey there guys. I hope everybody is doing really well. This is a middle of the night's inside the shop snapshots episode. And uh I had to let the dogs out this morning at like four o'clock uh because it's been raining, raining, raining all day yesterday, and they do not like to go out in the rain. So I got up to let them out and I was like, you know, I'm just gonna get on whatnot, see if there's any new sellers, new categories, just check it out for half an hour and then go back to sleep. Well, I got on here and I was like, I'm just gonna share with you guys. I know some of you love these snapshot episodes. Um, but I have found a couple people and I was like, I'm gonna go and shove them out and just tell you what I like about them, what I don't like, what's going on. But I found this one guy. I'm obviously following him now. It's um here he is. I'm gonna let you listen to his voice because I think it's just grand. Um, it's what to wear where, and they are platinum. Um, they've got their you know golden wings, and it says W H A T What, and then to T O and then where W E A R, and then the other where W-H-E-R-E. And uh, so what to wear where? And I was kind of shocked, not by how many people were in the room, but who was there, what he sounds like, what he's doing, how good he's doing. Um let me tell you, he's got 60 people in the room. I'm gonna turn him up so you can hear him. We're still here, he's just being quiet. He's hanging up the next items, he's very organized, very meticulous, and keeping up with what he's run, what he hasn't run. Um, he's got an excellent voice.

Okay, so he's got one Zanana microfiber tea and biker shorts um set. It's twenty dollars. But the thing about this, which I just find so amazing, is it tells you what size it is, what the pit-to-pit is, what the waist is, what the inseam is. It says it's new without tags, it has the price, he's holding it up perfectly. He's got perfect numbers. I think if you guys are clothing sellers, you need to check out them. They're not he's not screaming, he's not yelling, he's doing it completely by himself. I am so impressed by this guy right now. I was just like, this is amazing. They've got five stars, one day shipping. I'm gonna let you listen to him one more time. He's holding up um a pink like pajama outfit. Nobody's getting it, but there's a lot of people in the room and they're listening, and obviously they're selling things.

So he's on number 25. He's got the little, if you're a clothing shopper, I mean seller or shopper, um, he's got the little tag. It says 25. So we know he's on number 25. Let me look. You guys know if you click on his shop, you can go up and see how many he sold. He's sold 108 in this show tonight, and it tells you who he sold it to and how much. So he's sold uh Lululemon, Zanana, I think is what the brand is, bras, pajamas, I think, t-shirts for the most part. So he's just going the number's 25, but it I got I guess he didn't start at number one because he sold 108. But, anyways, um, shout out to this guy. I let me see if his show notes his name is um his name is Hey friends, thanks for being here. Alan is 5'8 for reference. They're shipping for Maryland and there's no cancellations. That's all it says. Um, I always think you need to double check your show notes. It says um, thank you for being here instead of here. It says B-E-R-E. It's just a slight it's a B instead of an H, but definitely always go check. Other than that, I would give this a definite five stars. I mean, he's doing an excellent job descripting this, it's all written down in advance. They probably, I'm guessing they're paying somebody or his wife or somebody is typing all this in, but that takes a lot of time and a lot of energy up front. But guys, it obviously is working for them. You know, to get that, they have to be making fifty thousand dollars every three months to have your wings, your premiere club, you know, to be there. And it doesn't even save you that much money, it saves you like I think it's like one percent instead of paying eight percent, you pay I think six point five or seven percent or something. It but it does get you more people in the room. That is a definite, definite, definite. Um, if you want to become a premiere shop, but all of this is new clothes. I'm guessing they got a palette, and guys, go check. I mean, I just I'm really impressed once again. What to wear, where and I think I'm gonna start going through my transcript and then hashtagging these people from now on, and maybe I'll go back and do those other episodes as well. Okay, so let's scan out of that. We're in clothing right now, guys. So if you're not interested in clothing, um fast forward a little bit because I'm gonna do one or two more other clothing people. Um, this is a girl, her name is Angie's Clothing Company, A-N-G-I-E-S clothing, C-L-O-T-H-I-N-G company, C-O, just C O for company. And she's got a Prince shirt on, and she's got 108 things listed. She's doing a giveaway that 10 people are in, 35 people are in the room. She's got a less than one day shipping, five star, and let me check out her show notes. It says today we will be having five dollar starts on the rack behind me. I have sizes extra small to 3x, and then she goes through and lists all of them Abercrabi and Finch, Zara, Lucky Brand, blah blah blah. My personal thought on this, I'm gonna turn this down. If you have a whole bunch of name brands or whatever, I like it better in bullet points because that way people can do a quick look and then get back to shopping. So my only suggestion for her is to do that. She's got jewelry up above her and she's got a ton of clothes behind her. Um, she has sold in this show. Let's see, click. She's already sold 152 things. It tells you whose payment is pending. So there's a girl whose money has not been figured out. Um, most of her items are selling for good amounts. She's making some serious, some serious bang over here. She's everything from $12 up to $58, $49, $59. She's selling dresses. There, it's all it looks like it's all dresses, all different sizes and styles, and she's doing a really good job uh with like um how what's the word? Options. There's a lot of um different kinds, types, colors, choices, sizes. She's got a lot. It says what uh her mod sexy lady something says in all caps, which I love. Welcome in the shop. The shop is loaded. Drop your request and your pre-bids. Definitely both two really good clothing shops. I'm gonna put these in the message. Angie's clothing company, and um, she's cute, she's got lots of stuff. I'm not gonna stay to shop because I'm going through this. Um yeah, it is velvet.

These are not new. The uh the other guy was new. These are not new. Um, but jeez, what a deal, man. I mean, you go to the resale stores, you get cute clothes, you put them up there, and I mean, she's doing a hell of a job. And the fact that she's selling these dresses, I I don't think they're new. It doesn't say new. They don't necessarily look new, lots of different styles. Um, I I think, yeah, I really like it when clothing shows show what they have instead of just having one item up there and everything off to the side, because now I can see what kind of materials. I mean, her rack is totally, totally full. So, once again, Angie's clothing company. You guys can go check her out if you like clothes. She's holding up some really cute stuff, and like this one's $12. So not everything is super expensive. Um, okay, I'm gonna do one more. Oh, these are new people to me, all of them. Um we are at sparkles and shines. Sparkles and shines.

It's an older woman. And she's got 51 items in her shop, and they're all jeans. She's all only jeans. She's got rag and bone, pistola. I've never heard of the brand nectar. Have you? I've never heard of that brand. Um, what else does she have? She has mother jeans, a gold. So she's got all kinds of jeans. She doesn't show the whole set of jeans, which I really think she should. Um, you know, like take a picture of the entire pair of jeans, not just she's just showing like the back part. So that's where I would suggest she change that up. Um, she also has five pairs for reseller designer jeans, mystery box for 40 bucks. So I guess if you trust her and you, you know, want to get a mystery box of five pairs of jeans for resale, that's there. A lot of her jeans are like 30 bucks, 35 bucks, 50, no, 30 bucks. Her shorts are 25 bucks. I feel like I just don't know enough. I feel like I guess it's because I had a show where I sold 130 pairs of jeans and I started all of them at five bucks a piece. Um, and it was all kinds of brand names like this. Um, but you know, guys, my prices are often way cheap because I just want to get rid of this stuff. I I decided not to sell clothing. Clothing, clothing's hard because you've got to find the right person, the right style, the right size, and the the right people in your room. It's it's it's harder, you know. But um, it looks like she's got some really good mother jeans are nice, she's got a lot of stuff. She's in her closet. So, my suggestions for this woman, if she wants to listen, her name is Sparkles and Shines. I've got several suggestions. Number one, use show notes. She has no show notes. Number two, tilt your camera. We're literally the main thing, the whole screen is cut in half because we're both basically looking at her white ceiling and her lamp. We're in some kind of closet or something. I don't know if it's a room. I don't know. Um, and she does have tons of supplies. Good, good job on that. She's got racks and racks of jeans, and then she's got a table filled with jeans. And up above, it looks like she's selling other things, which once again, it's hard to stay in your category and sell other things outside of that sometimes. So she it looks like she's got those. Oh, what are those lounge fly kind of backpacks? And I'm not sure all of it's hard to see, but she's definitely got Stanley mugs or some kind of mug up there, too. So I would stick to your category. And if you're gonna show those kind of things, get them closer. Don't show your ceiling, have show notes, and definitely take better pictures of the whole, like the whole picture, as much as you can of the item. In fact, oh, those are cute. She's holding up these really cute shorts. I would wear those in a heartbeat. So she, I will, I followed her. I follow everybody that I talk about, guys. But she's definitely got some stuff. But those are my three suggestions for her. It's sparkles and shines, s-a-r-k, l-e-s, a-n-d, s-h-i-n-e-s. Guys, the reason I spell it out is because sometimes people do kind of weird things with different numbers and letters and stuff. Um, let's see how many she sold. Let's see. Let me see. She sold 12 things and she has a customer giveaway coming up. So the way to get to sold, once again, is you click on shop, and then at the very top, it's going to give you choices: her auction, her buy it now, her giveaways, and her sold. So she's doing giveaways too. I don't I don't know what those are, but she's holding up some really cute pairs of shorts. Those are 20 bucks. For me, I don't know. I don't know if I'd get those. But it let's listen to her for a second because I'm trying to do that.

She's doing a good job showing everything, like it's clearly in the camera. She's talking well, you know, about what the item is, describing it well, I should say. So somebody just bought that and they made their first purchase, boom, done. She's up to 13 items. Let's just point out she's got 11 people in the room, less than one day shipping five stars. So she's obviously doing, you know, pretty well. But once again, uh the reason I do these episodes is to say where I think you could improve. If she had show notes, I could know how long she's gonna be on, I can know where she's selling from. Does she have new clothes? Does she have old clothes? Is she selling those things up above? You know, who, what, when, where, why, and how? Like, how long are you gonna be on? How did you get your materials? How are you doing your sales? Whatever, guys. But who you are, what you're selling, when you're selling, why you're selling, you know, who meaning brands, like you she could be listing, these are my brands that I have. This is, you know, you could do something to let people know who you are, and definitely, definitely, she just needs a camera stand and to to angle this differently because I hate seeing people's ceilings and the lights, it's just it's not as good. And I really truly think she's a pretty lady for sure, and she's doing a good job. These are small minor things that she could do to make her room a little bit better. So um, that's it. Anyways, okay, moving on to the next person. I'm gonna get out of clothes. We did um three people's clothes. I'm gonna tell you what I have basically been going to lately that is so much fun for me. Um, if I find one, I don't I don't know. Um, well, let's see. Let's see what this is.

4,000 items here in my basement thrift.

Okay, we are at Spirit Hatch, S P S P I R I T Spirit, and then Hatched. H A T C H E D. She said she's in a basement, and I think she just said 4,000 square foot house or basement. She is panning around. I don't know if this is estate sale or vintage or where I am, honestly. It's sometimes it's confusing because you don't know. Um, she is saying in her show notes, and sometimes this happens, it doesn't happen that often on whatnot, but sometimes something terrible happens and they're trying to raise money. And here's what she wrote Um, this is Spirit Hatch, two days shipping, five stars. She's got 14 people in the room. Um, like I said, I'm not sure which category. Um, it says, Whatnot family, we need your help. No one is ever prepared for the loss of a loved one, especially a mother losing her child. My sister, and I guess she was a seller to it has her handle here, um, unexpectedly lost her son last night and is in need of help with her burial expenses. If you are able to donate even just one dollar, every little bit truly makes a difference. So if anybody's hearing this and you want to help with her son's uh funeral, which gosh, that's it's hard to even read this, it's so sad. I just did an episode on coupons and rewards yesterday, so this is a perfect example of what to do. New buyers claim your coupon, love it. Um, this is sad, but I think it's wonderful. This is actually one of the things that I love about whatnot. All the people who come in and go, Oh, I think it's wrong, and da-da-da. You know, just don't be haters, you know, like just go have a drink, go go get some sleep. I don't know that I was on Facebook earlier, um, and there was all these people. This one girl posted, I went into a community show to promote. This is what she said, and they didn't even acknowledge me. And then some feedback was good. Like, I never even had this idea. Somebody said, Well, put it in red chat and then ask them. And then some people were like, I don't go into my own category to promote, I go into other categories, so I'm not competing with them. And I thought, well, that's crazy because the people who are in that category are shopping in that category. What's the likelihood that they're going to your category? I don't know. I've always said go to your category and ask. Um, but some people are like, I can't even understand why anybody would ever do that. That's just so wrong. And I'm like, dude, y'all, stop. Like, there's so much negativity in the world. And I just thought, can't we all just get along? And can't y'all just be nice? Anyways, okay, back to Spirit Hatch. So they're doing this to get um money to pay for a funeral expenses, which is so sad. She's got the new buyers claim your $2 off your first purchase in your wallet under promotions, um, which I think is lovely too, because new buyers, how how would they even know to get their coupon? I think that's a really good thing. I probably should have put that in. I didn't say exactly how to go about doing it. Duh, we you should do that. I was in um, I'm not gonna tell you whose show it was because they may they might be listening, but I was in their show last night and I was talking and I said, Do you know what lava soap is? Because lava soap has grit in it. So if you have really dirty hands, you guys can use lava soap um and really clean and um exfoliate your hands. My dad used to use it, I remember. Um, okay, so she's panning around her whole basement, just going from one place to another, moving the camera. This is definitely an option if you have tons and tons of stuff. It's a little harder to keep your um phone stable, and you can actually buy these, like you can type in Amazon phone stabilizer and carry the stabilizer around, and it helps the camera from shaking too much. Um, actually, let's do that for a hot second so I can make sure I'm not telling you the wrong information. I am going to go to um I say that. Where's my Amazon on my tablet? Hold on, I'm gonna get out of that. I I feel like this is something I should be able to get to Amazon on my tablet, but I only get to Amazon on um on my um phone. Okay, let me get out of all this. Okay, we'll go back to whatnot. You guys go look it up and let me know in the messages if that worked or not. Okay, so we're gonna go to another shop. What I was gonna say that I've been finding in here a lot lately is um miniatures. Guys, there's a whole section of miniatures, and they are the cutest little bitty. I mean, obviously they're miniatures for like doll houses and such like that, but what a fun category. I I really I love that idea because first of all, it's small and easy to ship. Duh, who doesn't love that? And second of all, think of all the um you know, different options you have. I mean, everything pretty much in a house. So everything from the little bitty fruit and and vegetables and desserts and stuff to um they have little decor. And some of these people are crafting and making these teeny tiny things with clay, and it's just the cutest little thing ever. So, okay, we're gonna hit this. Um, oh, by the way, spirit hatched that I just told you about is vintage decor. So now we're gonna go to an estate sale. This is l-o l-o-n-n-e lolo hun. I don't know.

I'm following these people. Um, this is they only have a 4.9, so I try to stay with 5.0, but I love their setup. So I'm gonna tell you who they are. It's Griffin G-R-I-F-F-I-N underscore jewelry, J-E-W E L R Y, underscore knives, K-N-I-V-E-S. I actually bought two knives last night. I loved the show I was in. I wish I could tell you the name. Maybe I'll do an unboxing. But um, she's got this set up, the table set up, where there's nine choices of knives. There's a piece of paper under each one, and it says number one, two, three, what you get the idea, all the way up to nine. And so people can call out which one they want, and then she picks it up. She's doing an excellent job displaying it, showing it. Um, and she's starting them at only a dollar. She's got 24 people in the giveaway and uh running it. The guy I was in his show last night, he um had was trying to go through 500 of them, and uh he was showing them extremely quick, um, but they were nice, and he said they were made in Pakistan. Um, I remember him saying made in Pakistan. So I don't know where these people are getting these, but they have the sheath and they have like the little clip that you can put on your phone, on your um belt buckle or whatever. Once again, good gracious people use your damn show notes, they're there for a reason. She's got 25 people in the the giveaway, 30 people in the room, 4.9 under one day shipping, and let's check and see how many she sold just for funsies. She sold 95, dude. What a category. I swear. These knives they go like hotcakes. She sold 95. I don't know how long she's been on. Let's see if we can 49. Wow. She's just selling, selling, selling, but she's selling them cheap too. I mean, that just sold for seven bucks. When I was in the other guy's show, he was selling some of them for 17, 24, 32, way higher. And they look almost they look very similar. These are a little bit different. The other guys were really nice, but along the same lines, like lots of different choices and the the flip kind, lots of different handle types, etc. So obviously, knives are a good. I mean, honestly, if you if you if you if you're starting out and you think you want to come up with something, uh that might be a choice. Okay, let's listen to her because I keep saying I'm gonna listen to people. She's definitely foreign.

I think my nails sometimes I I they start getting bad before a show, and I'm like, I'm at least gonna, you know, get my cuticles done, or I go to the nail salon and get my nails done. I I think cut your nails, wash your hands, take a good job, especially if you're not showing your face and you're just showing the items. Your hands need to look good, guys. Um, so that's what I would say. In her shop, she has nothing except 67 uh giveaways. And she go higher, she's doing something I hate. She's like, let's go higher, let's go higher, let's go higher. I'm not a fan of that. You guys know I am not a fan of that. She is saying thank you. She's she's doing a lot of things good, but she could have show notes, fix her nail polish, and not do the whole go higher, go higher thing. Okay, okay, guys, I'm so excited. We we landed in one of those miniature shops. Um, but this is not the miniature shop I was hoping for. Um, let me just keep scrolling to see if I can get to because you know the algorithm will take me to a shop if I've been going to them. Let's see. Who is this? Oh, they've okay. Because that would help us sellers and buyers keep up when it's just the date and it's like the 14th. We we all have to go to our calendars and figure it out. These are such simple little things that whatnot should do. She's got a really cute duck basket. She's selling for five bucks, and she's got max shipping. I'm a big fan of max shipping, free shipping, lower shipping. Um, I spent so much money on whatnot yesterday. I wasn't feeling good, and there was a cat um ray train. It was called You Got to Be Kitten, and it started early in the morning and it went late. I I think I spent, I don't know, at least a hundred or two on uh stupid things I did not need. But one of them, guys, I should show you in one of my upcoming shows. It was this mid-century modern cat with these big huge eyes. Once I paid shipping and everything, it was like 53 bucks, but I was like, score! I was like so excited. Um she's showing a trinket shelf, and it's really cute. I wanted the last thing and this thing, but there's 17 people in the room, and I don't want to leave you guys in here for so long. Um, but she's got 38 things listed. She has sold 72 items. Not bad, moon blooms. Okay, let's l let you listen to her. You don't get to see her face, you're just seeing her items, but listen to her for a minute.

I would tell her that she needs to put show notes and maybe clean up around her because she's got packing boxes everywhere, bubble wrap everywhere, and that is showing in her screen. So um it's not hurting her. She's doing good, she's doing really good. Um, but those are the things I would suggest. I know I have packing stuff and whatever, but I try to keep it off the camera. I I out in the hallway, unless I'm doing like a tour and I'm like, okay, guys, here's what it looks like out here. And she I said, Do you have 30 to 50? And she said, No. And I said, Well, if you don't have 30 to 50 of something, you shouldn't have a theme show because you gotta show enough you know, enough options and enough inventory to make it worth people's time and energy to choose from. So this girl, Moon Blooms, definitely has a lot of inventory in it. So far, I've seen three things I I want to buy. So I definitely will be coming back, Moon Blooms. Put show notes in. She's going a little bit slower than I typically stay for. Um, but let's just point out it's five o'clock in the morning. So if I was doing five o'clock in the morning show, I would be too. It is in the middle of the night, but we did do all different kinds of people. We did clothing, we did, you know, uh miniatures, we did knives. Um, I can't remember all the different things. So we did go see a few people. Um, I know some of you guys like to go look at different people and you're like, ooh, I heard about that. Carrie mentioned that. So um for me it's fun, it's just my opinions. Obviously, I think the big thing here was nobody had show show notes. Um, but other than that, uh, you know, lots of new people, guys, every single day, new categories, new people. Um, and I I just I really appreciate meeting new people, having the fun. Um, but yeah, at the same time, like I said somewhere in here, I think you guys, let's all try to be positive. All right. The I ended the last episode talking about how somebody was really negative and you know, given some shade and haters behers type thing. Um, I I keep seeing this on Facebook and and groups and stuff, and I'm just like, there's enough negativity in the world. Let's let's all try to be positive, right? I mean, my life is an absolute shit show right now, guys. My personal life. Um, I'm not gonna get all into it, but it is a nightmare. I don't need any more positivity, I mean, negativity in my life. I'm guessing you've got things going on in your life. You might be on an upswing, you know, but life is a roller coaster. We got ups and downs, and you never know where somebody is or what they're going through. And, you know, we could just it doesn't, it doesn't take much time and energy and effort, you know, to turn that smile around and try to be positive, you know. Um, you guys can go listen to a lot of people. There's a lady, Dr. Carolyn Leaf. She does, she talks about um neuroplasticity and talks about how you train your brain, you know, to think positive things. And there's a bunch of people actually. I'm reading another book. I'll talk about that later. But just go and try to be positive. Try to think something positive today. Don't speak and say a bunch of negative stuff, especially when you're on whatnot. I get that it's not perfect. I say things that aren't positive all the time, but I'm trying to do it as a constructive review here. I'm I'm truly saying to that lady that we saw who was showing her ceiling, move your camera, get a camera stand, do that. I'm trying to say that, not to be mean, but to be helpful. And um, as there's this one lady, I was I did one of these for her, and now she tells everybody about me at all of her shows, and she's like, Carrie gave me a critique. I changed the things, it's so much better now. I'm so happy for Carrie's critique. So, you know, you could even look at if I said something negative about you and you heard about this episode, don't think of it as a negative, think of it as a positive. It's an opportunity to grow, it's an opportunity to develop. In fact, in my last show, I said that. I said if anybody has any issues or problems or or you know concerns with something I said, give me a call. My phone number's in my profile. I've mentioned it a ton of times. Call me. I'm willing to learn, I'm willing to listen, I'm willing to open up and and improve here and there. Nobody's perfect. We all have room for improvement, but at the same time, let's say it kindly. Let's be nice to one another.
