On September 1, 2026, Whatnot is enrolling every US seller into a program called Seller Provided Support — and most sellers have no idea it’s coming. When a buyer has a problem after that date, that complaint goes straight to your inbox. You have 2 business days to respond. Miss that window and Whatnot steps in, issues a refund, and bills it back to you. No warning or permission asked.
In this episode I break down exactly what Seller Provided Support is, what issues fall under it, what your options are when a request comes in, and what you need to do right now before September hits. I read you Whatnot’s exact words straight from their Help Center so you can hear it for yourself.
This one affects every seller. Don’t skip it.

Hey there guys. I hope everybody is doing really well. This is my first time back after three weeks. And uh yeah, it's uh it's been uh crazy. I went on vacation for 17 days, and before that, I um was just getting ready and cleaning my house and packing and just taking care of things around here. And um now I'm coming back with not so good news. Um, and I really wish that was not the case. I really wish I was coming to you guys with, yay, I'm back and everything's great, and let's come with some good news. Alas, that is not what I come with. Um this is about a new policy that I found out about. Um, and we're gonna call it seller provided support. Uh and basically whatnot just handed you a new job, and I am not happy with this. I am not liking this, and I already had a bad taste in my mouth for whatnot. And some of the things that they've been doing, you can go back in a couple episodes and see my episode on Whatnot Jail. Um, but they are just not really thinking about the people who are using the platform as humans. Um, everybody is just getting the exact same treatment across the board, no matter what you do. If you screw up, even if it's a minor infraction, like I gave money away and forgot to run a giveaway. Um I am getting basically in whatnot jail for 120 days. I've talked to some other people and I and I've seen this and I know this as well. Um, a lot of people have done just these small little infractions and they've got their wings taken away, which means their premier seller status, things like that. And it's just this it's just this very arbitrary, here you go. And uh there isn't really any discussion. They don't ever go back and say as far as I I have yet to hear of somebody saying, Oh, I'd really like to, you know, you have you review this and whatever, and then go, oh, you're right. No, I think somebody is just over there hitting a button that says no denied, no denied. I I have yet, like I said, if you guys know about it, feel free to message me. I have yet to hear of anybody getting hit with a 120-day jail or getting their premier status taken away or any kind of infraction whatsoever and it being reviewed and then coming back with a positive. It's like if you went to a judge and jury and everybody was found guilty. Um, that's pretty much what not status right now, and they are hitting it really hard. And I think, you know, they're the ones who opened the floodgates to the crazy. Um, I'm just gonna say, ever since the Mr. Beast episode, when we got so much publicity and so many more people came onto the app that didn't read the rules, that didn't follow things, that were trying to scam, etc., that opened the floodgates. But instead of just certain people getting, you know, like the slap on the wrist and whatever, they are not taking into consideration the hardworking, really great sellers like myself that go above and beyond. And they should look at all of that, right? Um, as I said in my previous episode, I was pulled over by a cop for not stopping long enough at a stop sign. He pulled me over, I gave him my driver's license. He saw I was a good citizen. I don't get tickets regularly, you know, that's not my thing. And he gave me a warning. And I think that's what Whatnot should have done. They should have said, no, you've got a warning, or you've got three weeks or something. They don't. And and I was already ticked off about that and how they are just being so arbitrary and just slap, slap, slap everybody and and guilty, guilty, guilty. Um, I was already frustrated with the lack of customer support for sellers. I felt like, and I have for two and a half years. It's just pretty much non-existent. It's not good. And let me just point out, too, when I get reviews and I get a one star, I really think it's the people at whatnot or people who are like, yay, whatnot, we're getting money at whatnot. Because I'm one of the people who will actually say the truth and say what I think instead of buttering up whatnot and making them out to be these amazing, amazing, you know, company that cares. I don't see that. And I get that some people on here, well, on the platform, might be making a ton of money and it might be going really well for them. But I guarantee you, if you were one of us and you got the the slap on the wrist and and this happened to your algorithm and your numbers and your sales, you would not be a happy camper either. Um, so that being said, um, I I definitely saw some things going down that I was not already happy with. But then this happened, and this is what we're gonna talk about today. Um this is this is basically whatnot, giving up responsibilities or bringing up their quality and helping out people. Instead, they're like, we make so much money, we don't have to deal with it. And I think that says a lot about the company as a whole. Um, I'm not impressed at all. Um, you can look at companies from the outside, you know, not even be a part of it and see their agendas, see how they handle their, you know, policies and procedures, the checks and balances, you know, who they give their money to, whatever, and determine whether it's a good company or a bad company from the get-go. And when I joined, I was super, super excited. I thought this is gonna be great. I'm gonna stay here, whatever. As time goes on and they keep making policies like what I'm about to tell you, and they keep changing things, not for our good and our benefit, but for their good and their benefit. I'm having a tough time. I'm just gonna, I'm just laying it down like I'm seeing it, guys. And and here's here's what we're gonna say. Um, this is something that's going to change as of September 1st. Um, and this one is huge. Um, it's called seller provided support, and I'm gonna break it all down um in plain English, so you know what to do. Here's what's going on. So, whatnot has been testing this for a while under different names. Um, in the beginning, they called it customer service, then they called it direct service. Now they have settled with SPS, which stands for seller provided support, which let's just bring this to what it is. It's bullshit. Okay. Um, and and the really what they're wanting to do is not take any accountability whatsoever. Okay. Um, this all starts on September 1st, 2026. Every single US seller is getting enrolled. Nobody can opt out, nobody gets exceptions. There, there's nothing. Um, they announced this um on the blog and then the help center June of 26. I'm just now getting back to you guys because I've been on vacation. Um, but here's here's what this basically means. So, right now, when a buyer has a problem, like a broken item, a missing package, the first thing that I tell my buyers to do is contact me so that I can make it right so it doesn't hurt my ratings. But not everybody listens, not everybody does that. And so the first thing that they'll usually do is reach out to whatnot support. And whatnot handled it, whatnot talks to the buyer, whatnot makes the you know, the discretionary, you know, choice based on um based on pictures and you know information that they're getting they've given. After September 1st, that complaint is not going to them anymore. It's going to go straight to your inbox. So now you are customer service. Let's just point out you're already working hard, you're already packing up your packages, you're already selling, you're already doing everything you can, you know. And some people don't want to do what I've been doing and say, hey, reach out to me, I'll take care of it. For example, um, there was a girl who buys a lot from me, actually. Um, I had a lamp, actually. I let my kid pack this one and I said, you better be sure. He's like, I'm sure. And that was my mistake. I should have checked it. But the lamp got broken, and I paid her 40 bucks for it, just gave her the cash back because I didn't want it to affect my ratings. And um some people don't want to do that. They're like, no, I don't care what happens with the rating. I'm gonna keep my 40 bucks, let wet not deal with it. Now, I'm since I am so strong in customer service and I believe that you should that the the customer's right, you know, like uh we grew up in a time where the customer was always right, right? Like you listen to them, you take care of them, number one. Um, because I come from that, looking at how whatnot is decided to treat this, I don't have a lot of respect for them right now. I I really I look at this and think, good gracious. Um, because what are you going to be doing now? Like besides taking our money and slapping us on the wrist arbitrarily when we do one little thing wrong, you know, putting us in whatnot jail, taking this away, taking that away. You already weren't doing a good job at a lot of this, and now you're not gonna do your job at all. Um, that's the way I'm looking at it. So here's what it says. Here's the quote from the help center page. It says seller provided support for sellers. This was June 4th, okay. Um, it says this feature allows sellers to manage eligible buyer issues, such as manage, I mean missing items, damaged items, or order delays directly from their inbox in the customer support tab without waiting for whatnot support to help in. Yeah, you can frame this however the hell you want it. Um, I think we all see see the writing on the wall. This it says without waiting for whatnot support to step in. I mean, hello, you're not stepping in at all. You're not waiting at all, you're not coming in at all, you're not doing diddly squat to help out with anything. And quite honestly, now I'm thinking about this, and I think some of you are gonna be thinking about this. What does that look like? You know, sometimes it really isn't our fault. What I mean, the USPS will damage our stuff. Is what not gonna have a deal with USPS where we can go and you know handle that claim easier? Something, I mean, I most of my things that have ever been wrong was something where it got broken. And you can go back and and I I it's like I should read some of these to you. It would be a seller going, you did a hell of a job packing this. I can't believe this got broken. I mean, it was like they were playing with my box, throwing it around on on the concrete because I wrap everything, I use bubble tape, I use saran wrap, I use you know, on and on and on. I even have a show upcoming, I think it's Wednesday. I've got to change it, um, on how to pack a box. I do a really good job, but that has really been the main issue. Um, a couple times something has gotten put in the wrong box, or I accidentally forgot to put somebody's bucky nuggets in, or something like that. But for the most part, it's been something broken. And I guess USPS was like, we're tired of paying all this and whatnot, was like, well, we don't want to pay it. And you know, they're so now they're like, we'll just make the, you know, the seller who didn't break the item, it was UPS, but now we're gonna be caught paying for it. Um, I I don't know what that looks like, guys. Honestly, on a day-to-day, once this September 1st rolls around, I have no idea what that looks like. Um, but let's keep going. Okay, so there's a two-day rule. It means the second the support request hits your inbox, the clock starts ticking. You have two business days to respond. Weekends and holidays don't count, but you know how the business week works, right? So let's say somebody sends in their request on Friday and you go out of town for vacation for four days. If you don't respond, guess what? This is when whatnot steps in and issues issues a refund and then bills you back. So there's no, as a seller, there's no saying, oh, well, so and so's lying, or so and so, you know, whatever the situation is, or what you know, USPS did it. There's no there's no communication whatsoever. And if you do respond, well, let me just let me read what it says here real quick. It says their exact words on the help center page says, if you don't respond within two business days and the buyer escalates the issue, whatnot may, you know, quote, I mean, may step in to resolve it, including issuing a refund and building billing the amount back to you. Okay, my thought is like let's just think of somebody who would sell some high dollar item. Let's say it's a Louis Vuitton purse, okay? I don't even have a clue how much those go for. I'm just gonna make up a used small one, okay? Let's say it's four thousand dollars, okay? I I I feel bad that I have no clue, honestly, guys. But a four thousand dollar Louis Vuitton, okay? The person gets it, and then as they're you know opening the purse, they spill red soda in there, and instead of being honest, they're like, Well, shit, I'm just gonna claim it and I'm gonna get my money back. So then they take a picture uh of the red soda in the purse that they did, and they claim that you did it, and then you're on vacation for four days, so whatnot gives them their money back. I mean, I don't know. I just know that a lot of people who get things aren't being on the up and up, and this just seems very sketched to me. I just yeah, I don't know. Anyways, um, the money will come out of your whatnot balance. No warning, no permission asked. So, I mean, my gosh, you're gonna have to watch. If you're a seller, every day you're gonna have to look at your inbox and make sure nobody's claiming anything, reaching out to you, and you got to take care of it. So if you don't think you were working hard enough before, now you're really gonna have to up your game because you're gonna have to deal with each one of these issues, appeals, requests, whatever. And honestly, if you're in the right because the person did something unethical or they're wanting their money, whatever that looks like, because you guys, come on, let's face it. We know that happens. You might be in the red for doing the right thing, sending the right item, packing it the right way, doing everything right, and still might be penalized for it. Either, you know, with your account and your ratings and whatever, or in your bank account. Yeah, it's hard for me to say this. Um, you can appeal a bill back if you think it was wrong, but the goal is to never be in that position, is what, you know, I yeah. Anyways, okay, so what kinds of issues are you looking at? Um, these are some of the things that we're talking about, okay. Um, some of them are delayed in shipping. What the hell are you gonna do with that one? I don't even know, guys. That's not even your responsibility, but I know people complain about it all the time. They're like, my item's not here. If you sent it out on time, um, you shouldn't have an issue. But I know, especially around the holidays, this becomes a big deal. And the seller is often, you know, blamed for it. And they're like, we want our money back, we didn't get it. It was for my kid's birthday, and my kid's birthday went, came and went. And you're just like, Well, I'm not in charge of the United States Postal Service and the delays, like there's gotta be a limit. So I foresee people. I'm just saying this as I go along here, um, putting way more disclosures and way more information on every item they sell in their show notes, whatever. Um, right now I've told my people, you know, you don't need to put that by buy responsibly and no cancellations and whatever. It kind of treats the customer like they're little kids and they can't think and make good decisions. I don't do that, I never have, but I can totally see if this starts going sideways, yeah, I might have to start adding some more language in there to kind of try to protect myself, you know. Um, anyways, okay, so delay delays in shipping, the missing item, which obviously, if you forget to put an item, guys, get it out. I mean, that's what you should do. Um, the wrong item sent. Well, I mean, I don't know what you're doing to send the wrong item, but accidents happen. Um, I know I had three doilies that somebody bought. They accidentally got put in the wrong box, went to somebody. We looked for whoever that doily person was, but because it was a random, I never found it. And that's one of the reasons that having the pictures is is really good. Um, so it does happen. We're human, you know. You might lose some money here and there. Um, if the item doesn't match the description conditions or photos, obviously we just talked about that. Um, one of the scams that people told me you can do nowadays, and I have not, I've I've heard about this. I I did not do an episode on it, but basically you could take a picture of something like a glass vase that you get, and then you can say, Hey, uh AI, make this look like it's cracked and broken. And then people were sending in the cracked broken picture claiming that it came destroyed and damaged, even though it didn't. Now, that didn't happen to me. I'm just telling you what I've heard, and I thought, oh, that's ridiculous. But once again, what are you gonna do? You know, um, if the item is defective or doesn't work, uh well, I mean, hopefully you're telling everybody as you see this and you're pointing out call outs, you know. If you did send something and it has a spot or a stain on it, like I bought t-shirts before. Once the guy, I guess he was in a dark room. He didn't even see that the shirt I bought had spots all over it. Um, it was on the side and back. So when he was holding it up, I didn't see it. Um, but yeah, I mean, I got my money back, I guess. What not paid for it? Um, package return to sender. I yeah, what happens then? I mean, I guess do you reach out to that person and say, hey, um, you know, I I guess you, you know, I've got your item. Are they complaining to you because they didn't get it and they want you now to pay money to send it again? Because I've heard that happen before, you know, and you're like, it's not my fault that your address is wrong or that you moved or whatever the case is. So you're just hoping that the customers are gonna be kind and understanding and say, hey, I'll, you know, I'll give you money to ship it again this way. Um, and then maybe you don't even ship it through USPS. If something like that happens, maybe you ship it through pirate ship or something and you track it that way. I don't know. Item damaged in transit, item arrives spoiled or bad or you know, what broken, whatever. Um, buyer's remorse, the buyer just changed their mind, is not covered under whatnot's policy buyer protection. So you're not required to honor those. Okay, fine. But if you don't if you don't give the customer what they want, how they want it, when they want it, then they can go ahead and give you a bad rating. I mean, you guys are listening to this, right? Like, I'm like, uh, so here's the deal. Your option when a request comes in. Um, when a support request is gonna come in, this is September 1st, there's gonna be a customer support tab. And here's what you'll be able to do, okay? You can issue a full refund with no return. That means the buyer gets refunded within three to five days, done point blank. So I obviously if it was the 4,000 Louis Vuitton, that's not gonna work. So you're gonna want to go for number two. So the first one's full refund, no return. Number two is a full refund with a return. So the buyer now has five days to ship it back to you. Once you get it, you have 48 hours to review it, confirm and return, and the buyer gets the refund. If you dispute it, you can you can like put in a ticket with whatnot for them to investigate. But let's just face it, whatnot. Don't want to do do their job. Like they're literally not working well. They they're they're giving you the job that when you signed up, you know, unless you just recently signed on, they're giving up their job to you. And so do I have a lot of, you know, warm fuzzy feelings that they're gonna take care of any investigations and disputes? Oh, hells to the no. No, no, no. They're not gonna, they're not, they're not doing a good job now. What's gonna make me believe that they're going to do a good job? I'm just saying, guys. I once again, I wish I didn't have this bad news. I would love to come on here and say, what not up to their game, man? They are gonna do this, they're gonna get people, they're gonna do that. No, not gonna happen. Okay, let me get back to this. Full refund, no return is number one. Full refund with a return is number two. Number three is a partial refund. You work out the amount with the buyer and your messages back and forth, and then um you can send an offer, but you can't go back and change it. Then the buyer has 48 hours to accept or decline. If they decline, they get a full refund on return. So, you know, you can try to work it out, but dependent on who that customer is, they might be nice customers, they might be mean customers, they might be bitter, they might be angry. You don't know who you're gonna get. Are you getting somebody who's had a good day or somebody who's had a bad day, somebody who has grace or somebody who's, you know, real bitter or whatever. You just really don't know. And um, you know, the thing about it is I think this is going across the board everywhere, though, because I have a friend and she sold on eBay and she said it just got crazy ridiculous. All the red tape, all the fine print, because they grew and expanded, and then they changed the the pricing. They wanted the sellers to get less money back, and it just got crazy to the point where she was like, Can you sell my stuff on whatnot? And I was like, Yeah, now I'm like, Do I want to do that? Because I'm gonna have to. So I am really as I as I say this stuff to you guys and I'm reading it, I'm literally thinking, What the hell am I doing? And I'm not even getting. I'm like, I have so many items that are breakable right now. Do I just post those all on Facebook? Do I only send things that are easy to get in a simple box? I I don't know. I don't know. Um, it definitely raises my warning signs. Luckily for all of us, it doesn't happen tomorrow. We have till September 1st to figure this out. You know, that's what we've got the end of July, I mean June and July and August. So we've got two and a half months basically before this happens. Um, and maybe they'll fine-tune it again and send something else out. Who knows? Um, but anyways, okay, number four, you can send a replacement. Um, I mean, if if you're selling something like dog treats or something and the box gets opened and your dog treats fall out, uh, they can just send a new one or something, you know. You have 48 hours to upload the tracking number. This is the this is a really hard one for me, I think. And it's I think it's gonna be hard for everybody, is this 48-hour thing. You've got two hours, you know, two days to respond, two days to do this. You know, it's like go, go, go, go. And I just feel like that's gonna be a lot of stress for a lot of people, especially people like me who sell a whole lot of stuff. I mean, there was one time I had a show and I sold 353 items. It was all over my hallway, my living room, everywhere. 353 items. I'm not having those big, huge long shows anymore just because the shipping and the packing takes forever and a day. But that's a lot. And so that's 353 opportunities for an item, even if you're putting multiple items in one box for something to go wrong. You know what I'm saying? And not that we didn't have the opportunity for it to go wrong before, but if it got broken in transit, what not covered it or with USPS, you know? And so now you're just like, well, shoot, you know, what's the next thing they're gonna take away? The five credits. I mean, I that's a question, guys, a kind of a joke. I just I feel like instead of getting more benefits and more um accolades, I guess, and more structure and and things that make sense, I feel like they're just like, eh, we don't want to deal with it. Yeah, I'll take care of it, you know. Like, anyways, okay, send a replacement. Um, number five is message asking for more info. What well, we're still back to the two-day window, you know. You can request photos and videos to make sure you understand the information. Um, and then number six is message explaining no refund. If the buyer's issue isn't covered under whatnot's buyer protection policy, which okay, now I guess everybody's got to go and read the fine print on that. You can tell them that and you can explain why. They can still escalate that to whatnot, but you've done your part. And I'm like, well, yeah, you've done your part, but I yeah, I I don't know. I I think you just gotta be more hesitant and more cautious and more on top of things. Okay, so um what else? Who pays? Okay, so when you issue a refund, it comes out of your whatnot ledger. So you decide first whether a refund is warranted. Um and it you can ignore the message or you can ignore all these messages and let whatnot step in. They'll decide to refund it and they'll bill you, no doubt. No doubt. They're not looking out for you as the seller and gonna go, oh, well, so and so. No, not gonna happen. I'm just gonna tell you right now. So, also another thing, uh, how this affects the premiere shops. Um, starting September 1st, SPS um performance counts towards premiere shop eligibility. So, we've talked about this before. I'm sure you can find another episode. You have to respond to 95% of your request within two business days. Because you guys, if I have not said this once, I've said it a hundred times, thousands of times. Whatnot's algorithm is different than other apps' algorithms. This is not Poshmark, this is not eBay. They look at all the numbers, and so they are gonna keep track of this. How fast are you responding? Are you responding within two days? Four days, are you ever responding? No doubt you're gonna get slapped on the wrist. If not now, starting September 1st, eventually, because that's what they do. If you don't maintain or do or keep or say or whatever exactly, they're like the police. They're gonna come along and it's going to affect you. I guarantee it now. Guarantee it. Okay. Um, here's how they put it in the Premier Shop program. Uh, this is the Whatnot Help Center. It says, quote, in order to earn or keep Premier Shop status, all US sellers will need to maintain a support rating of great or excellent and respond to at least 95% of buyers' request within two business days. Earn or keep. That means you already have a badge. If you already have a badge, you can lose it. I already said that at the beginning of this. People are losing their badges left and right. So if you enroll September 1st, your performance won't be evaluated until October 1st, you've got one month to get it all settled. After that, it counts. So um open your whatnot inbox and find your customer support tab and know where it is, right? Turn on your notifications so you can see the request come in. And when you go out of town and you've got busy plans and vacations and kids, or you know, you've got to go to the hospital because somebody had a stroke, whatever that is, you might want to put some alerts or, you know, something on your calendar that says, you know, ding, ding, ding, you got to check your inbox because if you don't, you're gonna lose money, you know. Um, you know, who's gonna watch your inbox when life gets crazy, you know, and because come on, guys, we all know those things happen, you know, uh car wrecks and hospital visits or you know, just life happens. And now instead of just being able to leave and hope that somebody's got your back and that, you know, because you're on whatnot and you're giving them so much money as a seller, as a buyer, whatever, um, there's nobody to help you out, is what I'm saying. Also, the other thing is you might want to start keeping photos of items before you ship them, drop them, scan them, confirmations, tracking numbers, everything to just be able to have proof because you know, we just we gotta know. Um, also, you need to you everybody needs to go read the whatnot buyer's protection policy so that you know what you are required to do and what you aren't. I'm not gonna go through that whole thing on this episode. So it is what it is. Okay, go do that. So I'm gonna read that one more thing. These are the things to go do. If you guys are writing stuff down, this is what you need to do. Maybe pause this and go write it down. Number one, figure out where your customer support tab is. Start getting ready to look September 1st. Number two, turn on your notifications so you can see these requests when they come in. When it comes in September 1st, spend some time looking at all this, right? Number three, make plans for for somebody to watch your stuff or to set an alarm if something happens, because you're going to have to keep track of this. Uh, number four, keep photos of items, you know, maybe take a picture, a video so that you're protecting yourself. Um, if you drop off boxes, uh maybe make sure you get those confirmation sheets that say that yes, they scanned it. Um, make sure you have those tracking numbers so nobody can say, well, I didn't get my item and I want my money back, whatever. Um, and number five, go read the buyer protection policy. Okay. So here we are at the end, wrapping it up, at least trying to. Um, whatnot is totally um saying that this is a good thing. Okay, they are reframing it to make it out like, oh, we're giving you sellers more control. Okay, don't buy it for a second, guys. Um, they're making it out like you can be more organized, you get more control. Guess what? If you tell your people to to message you before whatnot, you've always had that amount of control, right? Like if you even text your people, hey, I sent out so and so, please let me know if there's any issues with it. Or I put a little card in my boxes that say, if you have any issues whatsoever, reach out to me. So I don't need this this level of control, right? Like I had enough. But um here's here's also what it is. Whatnot is handling their handing their customer service workload over to us for free while we're still paying them the same amount. They're not like going, oh, we're gonna take two percent off because now you're doing our job. That that's not happening. So, I mean, if you're running this as like a side job, a side hustle, a business. I I I've done like four interviews with nurses who were doing that as like a side hustle, lots of people. And if that's the case and you're doing that, um, you're really going to have to up your game. Um, if you're gonna take vacations, if there's any kind of emergency, you are are really gonna have to think about gee, I I need somebody to look at this or whatever, or you're gonna be paying some serious money, possibly, potentially. Um, anyways, at the end of the day, treat the buyers as you would want to be treated. You know, if you if you do something wrong, obviously, I've got tons of episodes where I talk about customers and doing the right thing and all of that. I am still there, I still believe in good business, hard work, doing the right thing. The problem I have right now is that a lot of people on the other end might not be honest and have integrity and be, I just I hate to say that. I I really do, but I I know it's true. I know it's the world we live in. And I also know it depends on moods and grace and understanding and and communication and blah blah blah blah blah. Um, I've gone on to shows and I bet you guys have too, where people are complaining about this girl or that happened or this situation or whatever. It's it's definitely more rampant on in some um lanes or you know, fields than others. Um I I've seen some craziness on this app over the last two and a half years. You know, people yelling at people about this and that and this this happened and that happened. So, you know, cross your fingers, say some prayers, get ready, get prepared. Um you know I I think you're just gonna hope that you can that this isn't gonna be really, really bad, right? Um, if you can give a fast and fair, quick response, um, it's going to build loyalty. They're gonna be able to trust you, you're gonna be able to work with them. In most cases, I hope it works like that. Um, yeah, and that's it. Okay, so I don't even know how long I've been talking. Uh, how many? Okay, 36 minutes. All right. Well, once again, guys, I am really sorry about this. I'm telling you it like I see it because I keep these uh episodes raw. I have a few notes and then I go off script and and it is what it is. If you like this podcast, leave a five-star review on Apple and also, I mean, five-star rating and a good review. That would be lovely. If you have an issue and you don't think I'm good, go ahead and put your name because the people who are doing one-star reviews aren't giving me any feedback. They're not telling me why they don't like me, they're not telling me why they're giving me the one star. How am I supposed to up my game? You know? And maybe if I'm not your cup of tea, you just move on. You know, I'm just saying. I I I highly, highly think it's some people at whatnot. They're like, we're gonna shut that down because she's saying the truth. She's speaking the truth. We don't want anybody to know that. Um, anyways, I think it's really, really funny. Um, okay. I am tired. I will say that. I got five hours of sleep, so it might not have been my best episode, but at least I got the info out for you. Um, it's been three weeks. I've got a couple more episodes upcoming on other things like this. Uh, I guess I just wanted to get the bad stuff out of the way. Um, yeah, so it is what it is, guys. Um, you're still gonna pay the same, you're still gonna have, you know, your same workload, but now you've got more work and you're probably gonna have more problems and issues. Sorry. Okay, also you can call me and if you have any questions or you want to set up a time to do a um consultation. I only charge 30 um minutes for $20. And uh you can do that. Also, in the show notes, I'll put the link tree so you can click on that so you can see where I buy every well, buy slash bot um everything from my light ring to um my printer, uh all of it is in there, and you can just quickly click on it and it'll take you to Amazon and you can see everything there. It's got business stuff, it's got my lipstick, it's got all kinds of stuff, and that's my link tree. So you can also click that in the show notes on this episode. And yeah, that's it, guys. I don't have anything else. I hope you have a wonderful there goes the dogs, a wonderful day, and uh, we'll talk to y'all later. All right, bye bye.
