January 8--How to Break Free from the Muck You're Stuck In

While I used to try to free myself from the things I was stuck in, I've learned that I can't do it.  I need a Savior to rescue me from the sin I can't stop, from the stuff that hangs on, even from my eyes that only see myself. These passages help me:    Genesis 19-20, Matthew 6:19-34, Psalm 8, and Proverbs 2:6-19.
