Today we talked about June 1st being a HALFTIME reset for the year.
Whether the first half of the year went exactly how you hoped… or not… the second half is still being written.
You still have time. You still have opportunity. You still have the ability to shift momentum.
We discussed how summer is incredibly important — especially in real estate.
☀️ What you do this summer sets up your fall business.☀️ The conversations you have now become closings later.☀️ The habits you build now shape how you feel later.
We also talked about the importance of:👉 Sustained effort with intentional downtime👉 Staying consistent without burning out👉 Protecting your energy while still moving forward👉 Enjoying your life WITHOUT disappearing from your goals
A few reminders from this morning:• Don’t drift through summer and panic in September• Small consistent actions compound over time• Your future is being built quietly in your daily routines• Balance and rhythm are more sustainable than extremes
And maybe this month is the perfect time to fortify your mindset and habits again with a great book like Atomic Habits or The Miracle Morning.
Not because you need to become someone new…but because you may need to reconnect with the version of you that feels focused, disciplined, healthy, grounded, and intentional.
So today ask yourself:✨ What’s working that I need to continue?✨ What’s NOT working that I need to adjust?✨ Where have I drifted?✨ What habits do I need to recommit to?
The second half of your year is being built RIGHT NOW.
Keep showing up.Keep repeating.Keep growing. 💛

All right. Good morning, everybody. It is 6 a.m. and welcome to your 6 a.m. call. Today is June 1st, which is kind of crazy if you think about it. But here we are. Robin and I always thrilled that you're here choosing to spend the morning with us with intention, which, you know, is one of those morning routine habits that does make a difference. So thank you for yourself and thank you for supporting our calls. So we're basically at halftime for the year. And I think today is a really good opportunity for a reset conversation, both in business and in wellness, and honestly, just in life overall. Because for some people listening this morning, the first half of the year probably went really well. And I know there are a ton of people in our group that have just blown away the first half. They hit their goals, their business is growing. I think I've seen a lot of them become more disciplined, their routines are stronger, and maybe their relationships and health are improving. And if that's you, amazing. Celebrate that. Acknowledge your growth because it matters. And there are other people that maybe the year has not gone the way you hoped. Maybe production is a little lower than expected, or you got distracted, or life got heavy, and your health slipped. Maybe you've been overwhelmed, inconsistent, discouraged, exhausted, or just trying to survive. And I want to say something important this morning. It's June 1st. It's not too late for either one of those situations. We're not even halfway through the year yet, guys. We have another 30 days to be halfway through the year. You still have half a year left. We aren't done. That is enough time to completely change your momentum or keep it going for the rest of the year. But here's the key: you can't drift through summer and expect a strong fall. In real estate, especially, what you do over the summer sets up for the fall market. And historically, the fall market is the second strongest quarter of the year. So we always say it's the second best quarter of the year. The listings you take in July and August becomes closings in the fall. The conversations you start now become opportunities later. The database calls, the open houses, the follow-up, social media, client events, relationship building you do now create momentum for later. And the same thing is true in wellness and personal growth. The habits that you build this summer become the foundation for how you feel in the fall and even into next year. And that includes your sleep, your workouts, how you're managing your stress, your nutrition, your spiritual routines, your boundaries, your recovery. It all compounds. And I think sometimes people swing too far in one direction. They either grind nonstop until they burn out, or they completely check out and lose momentum. But sustained success usually comes from something healthier. Sustained effort with intentional downtime. It's summer. You deserve it. Take some downtime. We don't want to burn out, we don't want to be lazy, but we want rhythm. Working hard and recovering well, staying consistent and protecting your energy, and continuing to move forward without needing perfection. This might be a really good month to actually grab a book that helps fortify your habits and routines again. Pick up an old one, pick up one you've read before. Like maybe it's Atomic Habits by James Clear and revisiting the idea that tiny repeated actions shape your future more than giant emotional bursts of motivation. Or maybe it's the miracle morning. You could start that again. And recommitting to how you start your mornings before the world starts pulling at your attention. Sometimes we don't need a completely new strategy, we just need to return to fundamentals. And return to the small disciplines that quietly build confidence, momentum, health, peace, and success over time is a good idea right now. I think summer can actually become dangerous for people in business because they subconsciously go into vacation mode for three months and then wake up in September panicking. I'm not saying don't enjoy your summer. Please enjoy your summer. You must enjoy your summer. You need to rest, travel, be with family, go to the pool, do the vacation, but just don't disappear from the intentionality of your life and the business while you're doing it. You can always enjoy life and stay connected to your goals. And sometimes it's just smaller daily disciplines done consistently. A few calls, a workout, social media posts, client check-in, an open house, a walk, a quiet morning routine, a healthy meal, a little consistency because consistency compounds quietly over time. And the truth is the second half of the year is being built right now. So today I want to ask yourself what is working that you need to continue? What is not working that you need to adjust? Where have you drifted? What habits do you need to recommit to? What would make you proud by December 31st? And I just want to say this right now. If you had a goal, if you had an income goal or you had a unit goal by the end of the year and you're nowhere close to that, I think you should reach out to a coach, reach out to Robin, reach out to myself. We can help you with that. I just did this last Friday with somebody. We we literally doubled down, made a plan, and she can get to where she needs to be by the end of the year. So don't just think you're not there. Reach out and get some support. And maybe most importantly, how do I build a life and a business that feels sustainable instead of exhausting? That's a question you can ask yourself in that list. Because the goal is not just success, the goal is sustained success with health, peace, relationships, and energy still intact. So let June 1 be a reset point, not from shame or guilt, but from awareness and intention. You do not need to be perfect for the second half of the year to become powerful. You just need to recommit and stay in action consistently. Thanks for being here this morning, you guys. Hope you have a fabulous June 1st. Robin is on the mic tomorrow. We'll see you at 6 a.m. And we love you guys.
