Five-part series on Manifestation (07.06.26)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This week we kicked off a five-part series on manifestation — but not in a vague, fluffy, “sit back and wait for it” kind of way.
We’re talking about manifestation in a grounded, practical, professional way.
Day 1 was all about clarity.
Because whether you call it manifestation, prayer, vision, intention, faith, mindset, alignment, or goal setting — what we focus on matters.
What we believe matters.
What we speak matters.
What we expect matters.
And most importantly, what we do in alignment with all of that matters.
The truth is, you cannot manifest what you will not name.
“I want more business” is not clear enough.
“I want to feel better” is not clear enough.
“I want things to change” is not clear enough.
Clarity gives your life direction.
Clarity gives your mind an assignment.
Clarity gives your energy somewhere to go.
Clarity gives your decisions a filter.
So today’s question was simple:
What do you actually want in this season?
In your business.
In your health.
In your relationships.
In your finances.
In your faith.
In your life.
Not someday.
Not eventually.
Not vaguely.
By the end of this month.
Write it down. Name it. Speak it out loud. Then ask:
If this is what I want, what needs to become non-negotiable this week?
Because manifestation is not just about wanting.
It is about deciding.
And a decision with no action behind it is just a wish.

All right. Good morning, everybody. It is Monday, July 6th. I can't believe it. I'm shocked every day at the date. I don't know why. My name is Lee McGuinness, and welcome to your 6 a.m. call. I am so glad you're here this morning. Um, we're gonna do something a little different this week. Robin is on vacation, so I've got the mic all week. And um, I want to do something a little different. I want to spend the whole week talking about manifestation, but not in a vague, fluffy kind of sit on the couch and wait for stuff to come your way kind of way. I want to talk about manifestation in a grounded, practical, and professional way this week. Because whether you use the word manifestation, prayer, vision, intention, faith, mindset, alignment, or goal setting, it doesn't matter. The truth is most of us understand that what we focus on matters, what we believe matters, what we say matters, what we expect matters, and most importantly, what we do in alignment with all of that matters. Manifestation theory at its core is about the connection between our inner world, which is our mind and our thinking and our emotions, and our outer reality. Our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, expectations, and behavior shape what we notice, what we choose, what we avoid, what we pursue, and what we make available to ourselves. So whether you look at that spiritually, psychologically, energetically, or practically, there is truth there. A person who is clear sees differently. A person who is clear chooses differently, and they stop drifting and they start deciding. So this week we're gonna talk about five manifesting principles that apply directly to your business and your life. Um, they apply to your health, relationships, finances, anything. I mean, they apply to everything. So today we're gonna start with clarity. Tomorrow we'll talk about identity, which is becoming the person who actually can receive and hold on to these things that we're attacking to ourselves. The next thing we'll talk about resistance, which is fear, old stories and self-sabotage. And after that, we'll talk about aligned action because manifestation without movement becomes fantasy. And then we'll finish the week with receiving trust and staying open. So let's start with clarity. In thinking for a writ, Napoleon Hill talks about having a definite cheap aim, a clear, specific desire backed by belief, decision, and action. And he even calls it a burning desire. And while that book is often talked about in terms of money and success, the principle applies to much more than money. Because clarity gives your whole life direction, it gives your mind an assignment, it gives your energy somewhere to go, gives your decisions a filter through which to decide things if they're consistent with your big goal. And this is where a lot of people get stuck, not because they don't have desire, but because their desire is so vague. So people say things like, I want more business, I want to feel better, I want better relationships, I want things to change. And those are real desires, they matter, but they're not clear-cut directions. And the universe does respond to desire, but it jumps into action with clear-cut direction. So if you say I want more business, what does that actually mean? Does it mean a new buyer consultation, three listing appointments this week, five signed buyer agreements? Does it mean 10 real estate conversations a day? What exactly does it mean? Because in order to respond and to actually manifest these things, we need exact instructions. I want to go on 10 listing consultations this month or something. Um, if you just say I want to feel better, what does that mean to you? Does it say you want eight hours of sleep every night? Do you want more energy? Do you want more strength? So I'm going to work out three times this week, better food choices. Like, what exactly do you mean when you say I want to feel better? So the point is that vague desire does not give your life anything to organize around, but specific desire does. Your mind, your nervous system, your habits, your schedule, your database, your health choices, your conversations, and your calendar all need direction. And your business definitely responds to direction. And that's why clarity is such a powerful first step. Because once you name what you want, you begin to start to see what supports it and what does not. So you see that the habit, you see the habits that are aligned with the habit, with the uh goal and the habits that are not. You start seeing the relationships. This is so important, that the relationships that strengthen you and the relationships that drain you. You start seeing the business activities that produce results and the busy work that doesn't do anything. So it just makes your brain start to pay attention when you're clear. Clarity tells the truth. Clarity helps us stop abandoning ourselves one vague excuse at a time. The thing that I want business is not enough, but you have to be specific, like I just said. So it's the same thing with health. And it's the same thing with relationships. Instead of saying I want better relationships or I want better health, you got to get clear on exactly what you mean. Do you want to drop 10 pounds? Do you want to fix a relationship that has felt strained for a while? What is it that you want to do? And by the way, if you need help with clarification, again, get a coach. Robin and I are here for you, but so are so many others. All right. So you can't manifest what you want, team, and you can't build what you refuse to define, and you can't align your life with a desire that you keep leaving blurry. So today, ask yourself this is a question that you should probably spend time doing every so often. What do I actually want? Not what sounds good, but what, and not what you think you should want, and not what someone else is doing, but what do I actually want in this season? Maybe you don't want to build a giant business, maybe you just want peace consists of bee and three good closings a month, and that's fine. So your action set today is to write down one specific result that you want by the end of the month. It can be in your business, your health, your relationships, your finances, your faith, or your personal life. But make it specific. And not by the end of your life, not someday, not eventually, the end of this month, July, by the end of July, what is it that you want? And then ask yourself this question. If that is what I want, what needs to become non-negotiable this week? Because manifestation is not just about wanting, but it's about deciding. And a decision with no action is just a wish. So get super clear on what you want and what you're willing to do and write it down. Think it out loud, let your calendar know, let your habits know, let your energy know, let your excuses know that this is what you are creating because you cannot manifest what you want to be. So I want you guys to have a phenomenal day. I hope I didn't go too far over just a little bit. Um, it's July 6th, it's the middle of the summer. I hope you're enjoying your summer and you're getting some downtime, but put some time and energy into this, and it's gonna change your life. So go get clear, go take some action and remember that your life does not need vague hope. It needs direction. I'll see you tomorrow. And I love you guys. I hope you have a fabulous day. Bye bye.
